Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work ethics, digital leadership, and organizational culture on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Secretariat of Magetan Regency. In the era of digitalization, transformation in organizational leadership and management practices is very important to improve employee performance and the quality of public services. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data from various literature sources. The number of samples taken was 91 respondents, calculated using the Slovin formula, with an examination method using the multiple direct relapse method with the help of SPSS 22. Based on the research results, it shows that the organizational culture variable has the most dominant influence on ASN performance, with a lower significance value than other variables. The digital leadership variable also shows a significant influence on ASN performance, while work ethics does not have a significant influence. And work ethics, digital leadership, and organizational culture simultaneously influence ASN performance, this has been proven to be true. This research emphasizes the importance of implementing a strong organizational culture and effective digital leadership in an effort to improve ASN performance and provide better public services in Magetan Regency. From this research, the author provides suggestions for the Regional Secretariat of Magetan Regency to pay attention to other factors apart from work ethics, digital leadership and organizational culture so that ASN performance improves. As well as strengthening organizational culture, increasing digital leadership, developing work ethics and optimizing ASN performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of authentic leadership on the performance and examine the mediating role of employee engagement on employee performance of employees of the Lawu Tirta Regional Public Water Company, Magetan Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares structural equation modeling (PLS- SEM) to predict and confirm the given hypothesis. This research uses a Google form to collect data on employees of the Lawu Tirta Regional Public Water Company, Magetan Regency. Respondents in this study were 114 respondents. The research results show that authentic leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee engagement. Furthermore, authentic leadership has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Employee engagement has a significant influence on employee performance. And authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect indirectly through employee involvement on employee performance at the Lawu Tirta Regional Drinking Water Company, Magetan Regency.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has driven the growth of e-commerce businesses in Indonesia. This growth needs to be accompanied by improvements in customer service, one of which is offering a Cash on Delivery (COD) service. On e-commerce platforms, among the many products that can be transacted using COD are facial cleansing products. This study aims to determine the influence of security, privacy, and trust variables on the interest in using the COD payment method for facial cleansing products in Jakarta. The study employs a quantitative-associative method by distributing questionnaires to 124 respondents who have never used COD. The research uses the SEM-PLS method, conducting outer model tests such as validity and reliability and inner model tests. This study's results show a significant partial influence of security, privacy, and trust variables on customer interest in using the cash-on-delivery payment method. This research is expected to benefit business practitioners by focusing on the importance of shaping perceptions of security, privacy, and trust to encourage customers to use the COD payment method.

Abstract

This systematic literature review examines the role of humanitarian logistics and supply chain traceability in delivering quality healthcare, especially in disaster management. The literature search was completed on October 31st, 2023, using the PRISMA method. After combining results, 864 papers were selected, followed by 118 screening based on title and abstract to ensure alignment with review objectives and performance measurement scope. It highlights the importance of timely and efficient responses during crises, focusing on the integration of supply chain traceability systems, technological advancements, and stakeholder collaboration. The review identifies challenges and opportunities, offers insights into best practices, and addresses ethical considerations. The findings aim to inform policymakers and organizations, providing a comprehensive understanding of how the intersection of humanitarian logistics and supply chain traceability enhances healthcare services' resilience and effectiveness in disaster-prone regions. In response to global challenges, this systematic literature review investigates the relationship between humanitarian logistics, supply chain traceability, and quality healthcare. It highlights the significance of supply chain traceability in improving transparency, accountability, and service quality. The review also looks at technological enablers like blockchain, RFID, and IoT, emphasizing stakeholder collaboration for optimal disaster response.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the problem of low interest in entrepreneurship of the younger generation which affects the increasing unemployment rate dominated by generation Z in Indonesia. The low interest in entrepreneurship is seen from the pre-research data conducted on FPEB UPI students. Several factors were found to influence the entrepreneurial interest of students as the current young generation, one of which is internal factors in the form of self-confidence and financial literacy skills. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self-confidence and financial literacy on student entrepreneurial interest. The population used in this study amounted to 623 FPEB UPI students who had taken entrepreneurship courses and by using G*Power analysis obtained a sample of 119 students. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that (1) Self-confidence has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. (2) Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Keyword: Unemployment; Financial Literacy; Self-Confidence; and Entrepreneurial Interest. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan rendahnya minat berwirausaha generasi muda yang berpengaruh terhadap meningkatnya angka pengangguran yang didominasi oleh generasi Z di Indonesia. Rendahnya minat berwirausaha tersebut dilihat dari data hasil pra penelitian yang dilakukan kepada mahasiswa FPEB UPI. Ditemukan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa sebagai generasi muda saat ini, salah satunya faktor internal berupa kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan literasi finansial. Sehingga, tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahu pengaruh kepercayaan diri dan literasi finansial terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 623 Mahasiswa FPEB UPI yang telah menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan dengan menggunakan analisis G*Power diperoleh sampel sebanyak 119 Mahasiswa. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Kepercayaan diri memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. (2) Literasi finansial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha.Kata Kunci: Pengangguran; Literasi Finansial; Kepercayaan Diri; dan Minat Berwirausaha.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the market management system and the quality of tera/re-terra services on the satisfaction of traders at the Magetan Regency Vegetable Market. The type of research used was descriptive-quantitative with 80 market traders as respondents obtained through probability sampling techniques. The research results show that the traditional market management system has a positive and significant effect on trader satisfaction. The quality of tera/re-terra service also has a positive influence on trader satisfaction. Simultaneously, the traditional market management system and the quality of tera/reprint services influence trader satisfaction. The implication of this research is the need for market managers to manage market facilities and infrastructure well and add facilities that do not yet exist. Tera/re-terra service officers also need to provide clarity and certainty in serving traders, including regarding tera fees. Future research can explore other variables and conduct studies in other markets and different regions

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention. This type of research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The dependent variables in this study are repurchase intention (Y), and brand trust (X) as independent variables. Populations in this study are Nivea reviewers on Shopee Niveas.Official.Store has a total of 1,700 and a sample of 425 respondents who are Nivea consumers using simple random sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of Computer Software SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The findings of this study found that the image of brand trust versus repurchase intention is in a fairly good category. Brand trust has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. The findings show that the implementation of brand trust by Nivea will be able to encourage repurchase intention among NIVEA customers in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to design an effective communication model related to the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) through a social constructivism approach at PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk., Cikarang Factory. A descriptive survey was used in this research by distributing closed questionnaires, with purposive sampling. The results of data collection were processed using SPSS 27 software. The research results indicated that the company's OHSMS socialization through the Safety Manager was still not optimal. For this reason, in order to improve the quality of communication and employee understanding regarding the implementation of OHSMS in companies, researchers designed an effective communication model using a social constructivism approach, which includes five stages, namely: 1) communication evaluation stage; 2) exploration stage; 3) concept and skills development stage; 4) stage of applying concepts and skills; and 5) reflection stage.

Abstract

Impulse buying is the act of purchasing a product or service suddenly without prior planning or in-depth consideration. These actions are usually triggered by emotional or visual stimuli, such as eye-catching advertising, big discounts, or strategic product placement in the store. Impulse buying often occurs when a person feels a strong urge to own something that catches their attention at that moment, without considering their true needs or the financial impact of the purchase. This research was conducted with the aim of understanding the influence of Hedonic Shopping Motivation and word of mouth on impulsive purchases of Islamic fashion products in Tasikmalaya City. The population in this study was 100 young women living in Tasikmalaya City. The results of this research show that Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Word of Mouth have an influence on impulsive buying. The results of the multiple regression analysis test show that Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Word of Mouth together have an influence of 48.9% on impulsive buying among young women in Tasikmalaya

Abstract

The value of educational success is highly dependent on the quality of the teachers. Lecturers are people who play a very important role in the teaching and learning process. Lecturers are also the most important parameter in the process of controlling higher education institutions, especially in private universities. The causal study research method was through a survey with a questionnaire containing closed statements to 234 lecturers in the East Priangan region who were randomly selected. Data analysis uses path analysis. The results of the study show that Transformational Leadership has an effect on Lecturer Commitment and has implications for Lecturer Performance at Private Universities in the East Priangan Region.
