Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur dengan menggunakan metode meta analysis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan ini didasarkan pada 25 studi empiris dari jurnal nasional dan internasional. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode mesin pencari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efek positif antara kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil selanjutnya juga mengkonfirmasi kompensasi memberikan efek positif yang nilai kesalahan pengambilan sampel dari meta analisis adalah 0,691 dan nilai varians kesalahan pengambilan sampel adalah 0,00799 yang ditutup dari 0, yang berarti teknik pengambilan sampel dianggap memenuhi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai yang diinginkan oleh karyawan penting untuk meningkatkan pekerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the role of Job satisfaction as an intervening variable between self-efficacy and employee performance. Research object at PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry, Tbk Surabaya area, is the marketing department. Several factors that can improve employee performance are the employees' sense of security and comfort in the work environment. This research is using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are 56 employees at PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry, Tbk in Surabaya Area. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square with software SmartPLS version 3.0. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The result showed that self-efficacy has no significant effect on employee performance. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction as an intervening variable affects the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance at PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry, Tbk in Surabaya Area, is the marketing department. This study implies that if the company wants to improve employee performance, then employee job satisfaction must be realized, maintain a comfortable work environment, and provide motivation to training to maximize and increase self-efficacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of transformational leadership patterns to support the realization of changes in the school system. The type of research used is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is Public and Private Junior High Schools in Surabaya. The sample taken in this study was 40 schools. The data obtained were processed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the Smart PLS version 3.0 application program. The results provide empirical evidence to confirm that: transformational leadership has a positive effect on school performance; transformational leadership has a positive effect on stakeholder engagement; stakeholder engagement has a positive effect on school performance; stakeholder engagement mediates a positive transformational leadership relationship with school performance.

Abstract

PT. Pesona Arnos Beton is one of the organizations engaged in concrete processing, which was founded in 2016. This research aims to examine the perceived organizational support, self-efficacy, and work environment on employee engagement of employees of PT. Pesona Arnos Beton. This study is a causality study with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used was a saturated sampling method with 80 respondents. The statistical analytical used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression analytical with the help of SPSS for Windows software. The output of this research explains that perceived organizational support has a significant and positive impact on employee engagement. Self-efficacy has a significant and positive impact on employee engagement. The work environment has a significant and positive impact on employee engagement. Perceived organizational support, self-efficacy, and work environment together have a significant impact on employee engagement. Research implication that can be applied to companies is that companies need to give awards to employees who perform well. The company can provide education, training and development regularly to employees. Leaders need to impose sanctions on employees who do not wear Personal Protective Equipment. Companies also need to provide clinics or health vehicles such as ambulances to anticipate more fatal emergency events. Companies can hire motivator services to provide material and guidance to be more enthusiastic, proud, and engaged with the company.

Abstract

Land public transportation modes are experiencing a significant increase after constructing the Trans Java toll road. Many bus companies maximize the use of the Trans Java toll road to serve the community, one of these companies is PT. Haryanto Motor Indonesia. This company is engaged in Autobus Transportation. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction with work-life balance as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative with 66 employees using purposive sampling technique with criteria is all of the respondents have worked in east java. The statistical analysis technique used is Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results obtained from the study explain that employee engagement has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance, work-life balance has a significant positive effect. On job satisfaction and work-life balance can mediate with full mediation category. The implication of this research is in terms of job satisfaction; the company may be able to add labour guarantees to its employees to increase the sense of security and satisfaction of the employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Pabrik Gula Lestari Nganjuk. This research is a type with a quantitative approach with a population of 185 permanent employees, and the sampling technique uses slovin sampling with a sample of 128 permanent employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis by IBM SPSS 25 software. The measurement scale used is the Likert Scale. The results of the study explained that emotional intelligence significantly and positively affects employee performance. Besides that, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant and positive impact on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The company should maintain its performance by building a communication and work culture that has been carried out based on the values of emotional intelligence, OCB level, and employee satisfaction. In addition, it can also provide work motivation to employees in the company by providing rewards through various programs that can improve work performance and increase employee performance.

Abstract

The use of masks is one way to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The importance of using these masks has resulted in the need for masks to increase, and items are hard to find in the market. One of the parties who need masks is children. The need for child masks is also experienced by students in the Al-Chusnaini Islamic boarding school in Sidoarjo. The methods used are training and mentoring. The targeted participants are 30 children of the Al Chusnaini Islamic boarding school in Sidoarjo. The training is carried out online, with the resource person providing material via a video uploaded via YouTube. Overall this activity went smoothly, and the enthusiasm of the Al Chusnaini students was also evident. The effectiveness of measured activities according to the data in the discussion section. Hopefully, this activity can be carried out in other places in the future. For the partners, they hope that other materials can be taught to boarding school children so that they have skills outside of school lessons.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the Management of the Library Automation System Professional (LIANSPRO) at the Al Hikmah Elementary School Surabaya Library using the Human Organizing Technology (HOT) Fit Model system evaluation method. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research design. Collecting data using interview, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data in this study was tested for credibility, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The results showed (1) good and supportive technology, supportive organizational structure and environment, and convenience and usefulness for users of the lianspro system that provided an effective and efficient impact with excellent service at the Al Hikmah Elementary School Surabaya library. The technological, organizational, and human components show the results of the system evaluation using the HOT Fit Model method which explains that the implementation of the lianspro system in the Al Hikmah Elementary School Surabaya library is running well and provides benefits for the development of a literacy culture in schools; and (2) In the application of the lianspro system at the Al Hikmah Elementary School Surabaya library, there are several obstacles both in process and management. In conclusion, the results of this study indicate that the use of a professional library automation system provides excellent service to visitors to the Al Hikmah Elementary School Surabaya library. Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of international accredited study programs on student interest and the interaction of ICD as a moderating variable on the effect of accredited study programs on student interest. In addition, researchers show the practice of intellectual capital disclosure at the best state universities in Indonesia, the 4ICU version in 2022. The data is taken from the official website of universities in Indonesia. The results showed that from 46 samples of universities, there was no university that fully disclosed the Intellectual Capital indicator. In addition to human capital information, universities tend to report relational capital which indirectly describes the achievements and advantages of the university The results of the PLS test show that international accredited study programs have a significant effect on student interest and ICD does not moderate the relationship between international accredited study programs and student interests.
