Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has driven the growth of e-commerce businesses in Indonesia. This growth needs to be accompanied by improvements in customer service, one of which is offering a Cash on Delivery (COD) service. On e-commerce platforms, among the many products that can be transacted using COD are facial cleansing products. This study aims to determine the influence of security, privacy, and trust variables on the interest in using the COD payment method for facial cleansing products in Jakarta. The study employs a quantitative-associative method by distributing questionnaires to 124 respondents who have never used COD. The research uses the SEM-PLS method, conducting outer model tests such as validity and reliability and inner model tests. This study's results show a significant partial influence of security, privacy, and trust variables on customer interest in using the cash-on-delivery payment method. This research is expected to benefit business practitioners by focusing on the importance of shaping perceptions of security, privacy, and trust to encourage customers to use the COD payment method.

Abstract

The growing presence of convenience stores in residential areas has considerably affected the operations of grocery stores. Grocery stores that do not innovate, including through digitalization, find it challenging to survive, despite playing a crucial role in the resilience of the Indonesian economy. Warung Chacha is a grocery store located in Cimenyan sub-district, Bandung City, West Java, which has been in operation for 10 years. However, its performance has not met desired expectations. Despite increasing sales, the presence of modern convenience stores in residential areas has led to a decrease in sales. The goal of the initiative is to support and guide Warung Chacha in transforming the grocery store into a modern convenience store by incorporating digital technology to boost sales. This was implemented as a measure to compete with the expanding presence of modern retail. Support and guidance are provided through Forum Group Discussions (FGD), training and workshops in operational, financial, marketing, and visual merchandising fields, as well as visits to carpentry and interior design workshops. Within this program, Warung Chacha is guided in implementing a clean and organized store layout strategy, utilizing a Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, establishing an Instagram account @warungchacha.ligar, and a Tokopedia account. Through this initiative, Warung Chacha's sales have seen an increase of approximately 29%, with daily turnover rising from around Rp 700,000 to approximately Rp 900,000. Keywords: Digital marketing, digitalization, modern retail, MSMES, operations. Abstract

In an increasingly complex business world, leadership plays a key role in determining organizational effectiveness. Agile Leadership and Transformational Leadership are two leadership approaches that have unique characteristics in managing change and achieving business goals. Agile Leadership emphasizes flexibility, rapid adaptation, and decentralized decision-making, making it suitable for dynamic environments such as the technology and startup industries. Meanwhile, Transformational Leadership is oriented towards long-term vision and gradual organizational cultural change with leaders as the main inspirators. Both approaches have their own advantages, but also face challenges in their implementation, such as cultural resistance in Agile Leadership and dependence on charismatic leaders in Transformational Leadership. This study uses a literature study method to compare the effectiveness of the two leadership models in various organizational contexts. The results of the analysis show that the combination of Agile Leadership and Transformational Leadership can create a balance between organizational agility and long-term stability. By understanding the advantages and limitations of each model, organizations can implement a more adaptive and innovation-oriented leadership strategy to face increasingly dynamic market changes.
