Abstract

Objective - to know the description of entrepreneurial skills to business success.The design / methodology / approach - this study was conducted over a period of less than one year, the research design used was cross sectional method. This research uses verifikatif approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 34 respondents as samples using saturated samples. Questionnaire research is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents and data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression.Findings - Entrepreneurial skills have a significant effect on business success.Originality - differences are found in independent variables, research objects and methods, population and sample research, research periods, measurement tools and research results, as well as sources of foreign theories and journals and books.

Abstract

Abstract: The success of achieving organizational goals is largely determined by the roles and responsibilities of employees in it. Employees are required to be able to support and be involved in every activity to achieve goals in the organization. The inability of employees to do work optimally will cause problems in employee performance. Employee performance can affect an organizational performance which has an impact on the realization of the organizational goal. This article provides a numerical study of 1) the effect of employee engagement on performance, and 2) the effect of organizational climate on performance. This research employed verificative study through an explanatory survey using sampling amounting to 84 employees in public organization as respondents through questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression technique through Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 24.0 for windows. The results of the research indicate that the 1) employee engagement has an effect on performance by 49% or in the moderate category, 2) organizational climate has an effect on performance by 76,6% or in the strong category. This result indicated that higher employee engagement will be higher performance, as well as the organizational climate, the better the climate in the organization will be the higher employee performance and vice versa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to describe the political marketing mix and the decision to elect the Governor and deputy governor of West Java in 2018 to students of the Indonesian Education University. This study uses a descriptive approach with the explanatory survey method. The unit of analysis is the 2013-2017 UPI undergraduate students with 106 people. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a descriptive technique using frequency distribution. The findings in this study show that the picture of the political marketing mix is in a fairly good category, and the picture of the decision to choose is in a fairly good category, and the political marketing mix has a significant influence on the decision to choose with a quite high influence of 62%. The difference in this study lies in the object of research, the time of the study, the measuring instrument, the literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi dan informasi mendorong laju persaingan yang semakin tinggidalam dunia bisnis baik industri barang maupun jasa termasuk pada industri semen.Persaingan ini menuntut setiap pelaku usaha untuk melakukan pengelolaan strategipemasaran yang efektif dalam mengembangkan dan mempertahankan eksistensi pada pangsapasar. Penerapan kualitas produk dan menetapkan harga yang sesuai sebagai upaya yangdilakukan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Diharapkan dapat menciptakan danmeningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada Semen Tiga Roda.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan mengenai 1) bagaimana gambarankualitas produk pada Semen Tiga Roda 2) bagaimana gambaran harga pada Semen TigaRoda 3) bagaimana gambaran keputusan pembelian Semen Tiga Roda 4) seberapa besarpengaruh kualitas produk Semen Tiga Roda terhadap keputusan pembelian 5) seberapa besarpengaruh harga Semen Tiga Roda terhadap keputusan pembelian 6) seberapa besar pengaruhkualitas produk dan harga Semen Tiga Roda terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitianini adalah mandor bangunan pemborong pengguna Semen Tiga Roda di Kecamatan SukataniKabupaten Purwakarta.Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk dan hargaterhadap keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel terikat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakanadalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey denganteknik simple random sampling terhadap sampel sebanyak 82 responden. Teknik analisis datayang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS21.0 for windows.Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kualitas produk dan hargamempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 75,1%. Kualitas produkmempunyai pengaruh sebesar 66,2% terhadap keputusan pembelian dan harga mempunyaipengaruh sebesar 68,7% terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dari hasil penelitian terhadappengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa kualitas produk dan harga memiliki pengaruhyang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Penulis merekomendasikan agar perusahaan mempertimbangkan penerapan kualitas produkdengan harga yang disesuaikan sebagai upaya meningkatkan keputusan pembelian SemenTiga Roda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur tingkat efisiensi bank persero periode tahun 2004-2013 dengan menggunakan metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), dengan softwere BANXIA. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam memilih input dan output adalah pendekatan intermediasi. Faktor Input yang digunakan adalah aset, deposito dan beban personalia. Faktor output yang digunakan adalah kredit dan pendapatan operasional lainnya. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa (1) penggunaan input aset, deposito dan beban personalia rata-rata meningkat. Dan penggunaan output kredit dan pendapatan operasional lainnya juga rata-rata meningkat. (2) Penggunaan input dan output bank persero dari tahun 2004-2013 dengan menggunakan DEA belum mencapai efisiensi optimum. Model Variable Return To Scale lebih baik dari pada model Constan Return To Scale. (3) Efisiensi skala bank persero dengan metode DEA berada pada tahap Decreasing  Return to Scale. Dalam keadaan demikian, dapat diartikan bahwa proporsi penambahan input akan menghasilkan tambahan output yang proporsinya lebih kecil. Kata Kunci : Efisiensi, DEA, Bank Persero.

Abstract

Tujuan - Seberapa besar pengaruh perceived desirability dan feasibility terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK.Desain/metodologi/Pendekatan - Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 siswa. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Temuan - Dari penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa perceived desirability dan feasibility memiliki pengaruh yang positif/katergori besar, baik terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK..Orisinalitas – Perbedaan ditemukan dalam objek penelitian, periode penelitian, alat ukur dan hasil penelitian. Abstract

The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with spss 20.0 for windows programming tool.Findings- Research results show that leadership style is in the category of effective, work motivation is in the strong category and employee performance is in good category. Abstract

Purpose - This study aimed to gain a sense o1qf lifestyle, an overview of purchase decision, and  the influence of lifestyle on purchase decision employee performanceDesign / methodology / approach - The method used is an Explanatory Survey with a sample size of 130 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with spss 22.0 for windows programming tool.Findings- Research results show that lifestyle is in the good category, and purchase decision  is in the good category. Lifestyle have a positive and significant  influence on purchase decision.Originality / value - This study provides a basis for understanding the style of leadership and work motivation that affects employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the perceived usefulness and continuance intention. The design of this study was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 145 respondents were selected for using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique using frequency distribution. Based on the results of the study using descriptive analysis, obtained perceived usefulness results in a good category, and good enough category for continuance intentions. The difference in this study lies in the object of the study, the time of the study, the measuring instrument, the literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan pengaruh brand authenticity terhadap brand trust. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survei dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 268 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis (analisis jalur) dengan alat bantu program SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gambaran brand authenticity dalam kategori cukup tinggi, gambaran brand trust dalam kategori tinggi, dimensi brand authenticity yang memiliki pengaruh paling tinggi terhadap brand trust adalah dimensi consistency, sedangkan dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh terendah adalah dimensi originality. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan dalam brand authenticity perusahaan untuk meningkatkan originality guna meningkatkan brand trust. Sehingga diharapkan brand authenticity dapat diperhatikan lebih lanjut oleh perusahaan di industri e-Commerce dalam meningkatkan brand trust pada perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Brand Authenticity, Consistency, Customer Orientation, Quality Commitment, Originality, Brand Trust.
