Abstract

Tujuan - untuk mengetahui efektivitas model implementasi pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.Desain/metodologi/pendekatan - metode eksperimen dengan bentuk quasi eksperimental.populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI Pemasaran. Data dilakukan dengan tes tertulis kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kuisioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji t (paired sample t-test), independent sample t test, dan uji analisis ANOVA dua arah.Temuan Penelitian - peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan pengobatan PBL.Orisinalitas/nilai - memberikan dasar untuk memahami isu-isu mahasiswa berpikir kritis pada impementasi PBL. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya pada kelas control dan eksperimen, variabel yang digunakan, mendukung teori serta referensi yang berbeda yang digunakan oleh peneliti sebelumnya.Kata kunci: PBL, Problem Based Learning, Berpikir Kritis, Orde Berpikir Tinggi, Efektivitas PBL pada siswa keterampilan berpikir kritis, PBL untuk meningkatkan siswa keterampilan berpikir kritisJenis Penelitian: Jurnal Penelitian

Abstract

Purpose - to find out the description of the level of service, experience and repurchase intention in patients MD Clinic by Lazeta Skin Care Branch Kopo and obtained the findings of the magnitude of the influence of dimensions of service experience in shaping the repurchase intention in patients MD Clinic by Lazeta Skin Care Branch Kopo.Design/methodology/approach - This type of research used are descriptive, verifikatif. The method used was explanatory survey with simple random sampling techniques and sample number of 200 respondents. Data analysis technique used is a structural model with equal tools computer software SPSS AMOS 22.0.Findings - Based on the research done as a whole , the size of the influence each variable latent directly ( standardize direct effect ) or indirectly ( standardize indirect effect and the total effect ( standardizes total effect that variable dimensions service experience have a direct influence in forming repurchase intention of 0.769 . Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of social work environment, financial reward and employee retentionDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 86 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency tableFindings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that the social work environment is in the good category with a score of respectively 79%, financial reward is in the good category with a score of respectively 78%, employee retention is in the high category with a score of respectively 80%Originality/value -  This study provides a basis for understanding social work environment issues, financial reward, employee retention. The difference of this study with previous research is focused on the social work environment, financial rewards.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze empowerment training and job satisfaction.The design / methodology / approach - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The employee analysis unit is 50 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings – Based on the results of research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that training in the good category, empowerment in the good category, and job satisfaction in the high category.Originality - This study provides a basis for understanding the issues of the training and empowerment on job satisfaction. The difference of this research with previous research is on the object in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kuningan branch office, training variable, empowerment and job satisfaction, and references used by researchers with previous researchers.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription the influence of knowledge management implementation toward employee performance in Bandung city revenue Management agency.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 74 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that knowledge managemnt in the category is good with a score 81,9% , and employee performence is in high category with a score 86%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the influence of work environment on job satisfaction, compensation on job satisfaction, and work environment and compensation on job satisfaction. The object which used as analysis unit in this research were employees of citizenry’s bank X. This research used verifivicative and explanatory survey as method. Data collection techniques is using questionnaires with 25 respondents as sample. The results of this research found that the influence of work environment on  job satisfaction is in the strong category, compensation that affects employee job satisfaction is in the strong category, and work environment and compensation have a strong influence on employee job satisfaction of the citizenry’s bank X. However, this research found that if the condition of work environment is conducive, it will increase employee job satisfaction. On the other hand, if the implementation of compensation goes well, the employee job satisfaction will increase. Moreover, if the condition of work environment is conducive and implementation of compensation goes well, then the job satisfaction of employees citizenry’s bank X will increase

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the Effect of Perceived Service Quality and Switching Cost on Customer Loyaly in the IM3 Ooredoo Users in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive verification research, using explanatory survey method by simple random sampling technique with 150 respondents and the data were analized by multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24.0. The outcome of this study indicate that the concept of perceived service quality is fairly high category, the concept of switching cost is fairly high category, the concept of customer loyalty is fairly high category, and the customer loyalty is influenced by both perceived service quality and switching cost.Keywords: Perceived Service Quality; Switching Cost; Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia bisnis mengalami kemajuan yang semakin meningkat, baik yangbergerak di bidang manufaktur, perdagangan maupun yang bergerak di bidang jasa termasukindustri sabun mandi cair. Dalam dunia bisnis selalu berusaha untuk mencapai tujuan yangtelah ditetapkan sebelumnya. setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk melakukan strategi yang tepatdalam menghadapi persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh PT.Unilever Tbk dengan merek Lux untuk meningkatkan brand equity yaitu dengan melakukanstrategi repositioning yang diindikasikan akan berpengaruh terhadap brand equity sabunmandi cair Lux.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) memperoleh temuan mengenai gambaran Kinerjarepositioning 2) memperoleh temuan mengenai gambaran brand equity sabun mandi cairLux3) memperoleh temuan mengenai seberapa besar Pengaruh Kinerja RepositioningTerhadap Brand Equity Sabun Mandi Cair Lux. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumenpengguna sabun mandi cair Lux di Griya Kopo Permai. Variabel bebas pada penelitian iniadalah Kinerja Repositioning terhadap brand equity sebagai variabel terikat. Jenis penelitianyang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatorysurvey dengan teknik systematic sampling terhadap sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Teknikanalisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu softwarekomputer SPSS 21.0 for windows.Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Kinerja Repositioningmempunyai pengaruh terhadap brand equity sebesar 57,2%. Dari hasil penelitian terhadappengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa Kinerja Repositioning memiliki pengaruh yangpositif dan signifikan terhadap brand equity.Penulis merekomendasikan agar perusahaan meningkatkan kinerja Repositioning yangdisesuaikan sebagai upaya meningkatkan brand equity sabun mandi cair Lux.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan rendahnya kinerja karyawan yang ditandai dengan tidak tercapainya target perusahaan serta rendahnya penilaian kinerja karyawan. Belum optimalnya kinerja karyawan harus segera ditindak lanjuti. Mengingat peran dari kinerja yang sangat penting dan berpengaruh terhadap tercapainya tujuan perusahaan Pelatihan dan Motivasi kerja dijadikan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) gambaran pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan, 2) besarnya pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) besarnya pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Indo-Extrusions di Cimahi. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan dan motivasi kerja, serta variabel terikat (Y) yaitu kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explonatory survey dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan program SPSS 21.0 for windows.Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini antara lain sebagai berikut: 1) pelatihan pada PT Indo-Extrusions dalam kategori tinggi, 2) motivasi kerja pada PT Indo-Extrusions juga dalam kategori tinggi, 3) kinerja karyawan PT Indo-Extrusions dalam kategori tinggi, 4) kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh pelatihan dengan korelasinya sebesar 44,4%, 5) kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh motivasi kerja dengan korelasinya sebesar 52%, 6) kinerja dipengaruhi secara positif oleh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja dengan koefisien determinasinya sebesar 87,7%. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

One of business potential that growing along with the emerge of the internet usage is e-commerce. The development of e-commerce create a dynamic and competitive business competition. Delivery Services Provider become one of the biggest business opportunity that grow in this field, this service become key to determine how good an online transaction is. The trust that consumers give to the company is key to build a good buying environment. This research is propose to discover depiction of users trust on Pos Indonesia Pusat services in Bandung City, discover depiction of repurchase intention trend on users of Pos Indonesia Pusat in Bandung City and to discover the influence of trust to repurchase intention trend on users of Pos Indonesia Pusat in Bandung City. Type of research that used is verified descriptive and explanatory survey as the method with the technique of simple random sampling with sum of the sample is 130 respondent. Technique that used for the data analysis are structural equal model with the assist of a computer software of SPSS AMOS 22.0. Result of this research in general shows a significant influence of trust to repurchase intention trend. The increase the repurchase intention trend, company should make a strategy to leave a good impression on consumers and build a connection with users.
