Abstract

Purpose - This study was conducted to look at the capital structure and economic value addedDesign / methodology / approach -The method of this research using and verification.. The object of this research is PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk. Data collection techniques with time series. Data analysis techniques using multiple analysis techniques that is with the help of SPSS 20 for windows.Findings - Based on the results of research using verifikatif analysis, obtained the result that the capital structure does not have a positive effect on economic value added which means if there is a change in capital structure will affect with the increase of economic value addedOriginality / value - This research provides a basis for understanding the issues of capital structure overview and Economic value added. The difference of this research with the previous research is located on the object which is the company in the manufacturing industry that is PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk with the variables studied are capital structure, and economic value added, and using theory or reference different from previous researchers. The results of this study that the structure of the capital in the nose using debt to equity ratio has a negative result

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of work environment, individual characteristics and job stressDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The nurses analysis unit is 73 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that work environment in the quite conducive category, individual characteristics in the good category, and job stress in the quite high category. Originality/value -  The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peningkatan struktur modal yang terjadi padaperusahaan-perusahaan yang terdapat pada Subsektor Batubara di BEI periode 2009-2013.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) gambaran Profitabilitas yang diukur denganReturn On Asset (ROA), 2) gambaran Ukuran Perusahaan yang diukur dengan SizeLn(Total Asset), 3) gambaran Struktur Modal yang diukur dengan Debt Equity Ratio(DER) 4) pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Struktur Modal,5) pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaanterhadap Struktur Modal .Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Populasi dalam penelitianini adalah Subsektor Batubara terdaftar di BEI periode 2009-2013 yang berjumlah 11perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 5 perusahaan pada Subsektor BatubaraIndonesia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2009-2013 dengan menggunakan teknikpengambilan sampel purposive sampling.Hasil penelitian ini, variabel Profitabilitas yang diukur Return On Asset (ROA)berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal yang diukur dengan Debt Equity Ratio (DER)dengan hasil tersebut H1 diterima. Ukuran Perusahaan yang diukur dengan Size Ln(TotalAsset) berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Moda Modal yang diukur dengan Debt Equity Ratio(DER) dengan hasil tersebut H2 diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of the research to find out the influence of work environment toward motivation and motivation effect to organizational commitment. The object which became analysis unit in this research are employees of textile industry X. This research is using verificative with explanatory survey as a method. Data collection technique used questionnaire with 180 respondents as sample. The result of this research found that the influence of work environment toward the motivation is 69,1% which was in the strong category. However, motivation affects to employee organizational commitment is 45,3% which was in the strong category. This research found out that if work environment is conducive, it will increase employee motivation. High motivation will build high organizational commitment. The employees who have high organizational commitment will do the job optimally and more responsible, so that the company could achieve the objectives.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Effect of Luxury Brand on Purchase Intention iPhone X on member of the Indonesian iDevice Community. Type of this research is descriptive verification. Dependent variable of this research is purchase intention (Y), and luxury brand (X) as independent variable. The population are member of the Indonesian iDevice Community. This research uses a simple random sampling method and probability sampling techniques to 200 member. Data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM SPSS AMOS version 24.0 for Windows. The findings of this research indicates that luxury brand and purchase intention are in good category. Luxury brand has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. Extended self which is one of luxury brand’s dimension gives the biggest contribution of purchase intention building.

Abstract

Dalam persaingan pasar yang hiperkompetitif, loyalitas pelanggan menjadi hal terpentingbagi perusahaan dan mereknya untuk dapat bertahan dan memenangkan persaingantersebut. Bagi merek yang memiliki brand-equity kuat pun, seperti Apple dan Samsungpada kategori smartphone ini, loyalitas masih menjadi permasalahan karenakecenderungan konsumen untuk melakukan perpindahan merek semakin tinggi. Untukdapat menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan yang kuat, perusahaan dituntut untuk memuaskankonsumen secara maksimal, dan untuk memberikan kepuasan, perusahaan harusmenciptakan strategi yang memberikan pengalaman yang lebih dan berbeda dari pesaing.Upaya menciptakan pengalaman-pengalaman dengan menyentuh sisi emosional pelangganadalah dengan experiential marketing.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja experiential marketing,customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, dan mengetahui temuan mengenai seberapa besarpengaruh kinerja experiential marketing terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas penggunasmartphone merek Apple dan Samsung di Kota Bandung. Objek dalam penelitian iniadalah member komunitas online Apple dan Samsung di Bandung. Jenis penelitian yangdigunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatorysurvey dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 328 penggunasmartphone. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah structural equation model denganalat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitianmenyatakan bahwa kinerja experiential marketing berpengaruh terhadap kepuasanpengguna sebesar 0,614 dan tehadap loyalitas pengguna sebesar 0,624 Selanjunyapengaruh antara customer satisfaction terhadap customer loyalty sebesar 0,463. Pengujianhipotesis menunjukan bahwa kinerja experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh yangpositif dan signifikan baik terhadap kepuasan maupun loyalitas pengguna.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan turunnya hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan, serta menurunnya produktivitas sphygmomanometers (tensi darah). Keadaan tersebut harus segera ditangani karena karyawan memiliki peranan sebagai pengelola sistem serta merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dijadikan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sugih Instrumendo Abadi.Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Sugih Instrumendo Abadi. variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi, serta variabel terikat (Y) yaitu kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan yaitu eksplanatori survei dengan teknik stratifield random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 74 orang. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0.Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 64,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 42,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 43,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan sebagai dasar untuk dilakukannya penelitian lain mengenai gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dengan indikator dan objek yang berbeda. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Objective – To describe and determine the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions.Design/methodology/approach – This type of research is descriptive and verfikatif with random sampling of 120 respondents. Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of Bank Soundness by using RGEC method and influence on stock priceDesign / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data of each Public bank foreign exchange on Indonesia Stock Exchange with analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive samplingFindings - The result of this research shows that NPL and ROA have positive effect to share price, GCG and NIM have no effect to stock price, LDR and CAR do not have an effect on stock price but regression direction with positive sign showing relationship with stock price.Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object and method, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result, as well as foreign theory and journal source and foreign book and research result.

Abstract

Objective - The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of after sale service to repeat purchase intention nissan users on facebook. Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is cross sectional. This research use explanatory survey method. A total of 51 respondents were selected using probability sampling in the form of Cluster random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution and verification technique by using simple linear regression analysis. Findings - Based on the results of research using analysis of verifikatif analysis, obtained the result that After sale service has a positive influence on repeat purchase intention with the influence of being. Originality / value -The difference of this research with previous research is located on the object of research that is Nissan User  on Facebook, with variables studied that is After Sale Service and Repeat Purchase Inention, and use theory or reference different from previous researcher.
