Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis efektifitas pelaksanaan anggaran belanja pada Direção Nacional de Aprovisionamento, Logística dan Materiais di Ministério do Comércio, Indústria e Ambiente Timor Leste. Tingkat dan kriteria efektifitas pelakasanaan anggaran belanja pada Direção Nacional de Aprovisionamento, Logística dan Materiais di Ministério do Comércio, Indústria e Ambiente Timor Leste tahun 2010 – 2014 sangat bervariasi. Tingkat efektifitas tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2013 sebesar 100% dan yang terendah terjadi pada 2010 sebesar 81%. Pelaksanaan anggaran belanja tahun 2012 dan 2013 dikatakan efektif karena hasil analisis mencapai diatas 90%. Akan tetapi pada tahun 2010, 2011, 2014 tingkat efektifitasnya masih kurang karena realisasi anggaran belanja memiliki perbedaan yang jauh dengan target anggaran belanja yaitu masih dibawah 90%. Perbedaan ini terjadi karena ada beberapa program kegiatan yang dianggarankan tidak dilaksanakan semaksimal. Untuk kegiatan lain yang telah dianggarkan pelaksanaanya sudah efektif. Direção Nacional de Aprovisionamento, Logística dan Materiais di Ministério do Comércio, Indústria e Ambiente Timor Leste mengobservasi program kegiatan sudah terealiasasi dan sesuai dengan program perencanaannya.

Abstract

Abstract: Influence of Commitment to Change in Out Intention : Coping with Change as a Mediating Variable. The purpose of this study is to investigate the  relationship between commitment to change, coping with change, and turnover intention with the goal of gaining knowledge and diagnosed employees response to organizational change in workplace. The data were analyzed using simply and hierarchical regression analysis to test the relationships among commitment to change, coping with change, and turnover intention. The results demonstrated that 5 out of 10 hypothesis which supported.  The results also demonstrated that coping with change was mediate the negatively relationship between commitment to organizational change and turnover intention. Generally, these findings consistent with the previous research. Abstrak: Pengaruh Komitmen Terhadap Perubahan pada Intensi Keluar: dengan Coping Terhadap Perubahan Sebagai Variabel Pemediasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komitmen untuk berubah, mengatasi perubahan, dan keinginan berpindah dengan tujuan memperoleh pengetahuan dan didiagnosis respon karyawan terhadap perubahan organisasi di tempat kerja. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan hirarkis untuk menguji hubungan antara komitmen untuk berubah, mengatasi perubahan, dan keinginan berpindah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 5 dari 10 hipotesis yang didukung. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa mengatasi perubahan yang memediasi hubungan negatif antara komitmen untuk perubahan organisasi dan keinginan berpindah. Secara umum,temuan ini konsisten dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Kata Kunci: Perubahan Organisasi, Komitmen untuk Mengubah, Mengatasi  Perubahan

Abstract

Abstract: The Stock Portfolio Performance Based on Undervalued and Overvalued Using Capital AssetPricing Model. The purposes of this research are investigating the stock portfolio performance basedon undervalued and overvalued using Capital Asset Pricing Model. The sample used in this research isthe go-public companies whose stocks are listed at LQ 45 Index Februari - Juli 2014 period in IndonesianStock Exchange. The sample selection is done by purposive sampling method, analyzed using TreynorIndex and tested by mean difference statistical test. The result of this research show that there is nosignificant difference between undervalued stock portfolio performance in the forming period and thefollowing period, the performance of forming period is decreasing in the next period. Overvalued stockportfolio performance in the forming period has no significant difference with the following period andthe performance of forming period is increasing in the next period. Abstrak: Kinerja Portofolio Saham Berdasarkan Undervalued dan Overvalued Menggunakan CapitalAsset Pricing Model. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan kinerja portofolio saham berdasarkanundervalued dan overvalued menggunakan Capital Asset Pricing Model. Sampel yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan terbuka yang tercatat pada indeks LQ 45 periode Februari – Juli2014 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling denganjumlah sampel sebanyak perusahaan yang memperoleh rata-rata return harian positif selama 6 bulanpengamatan. Teknik analisis menggunakan Indeks Treynor dan diuji menggunakan uji beda rata-rata.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja portofoliosaham undervalued periode pembentukan dengan periode berikutnya dan kinerja portofolio sahamundervalued pada periode berikutnya mengalami penurunan. Kinerja portofolio overvalued periodepembentukan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dengan periode berikutnya namun mengalamipeningkatan kinerja pada periode berikutnya

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Job Enlargement terhadap Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh job enlargement dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasankerja di Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara Bali (DJKN) dan Nusa Tenggara danKantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Denpasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambilresponden sebanyak 99 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisisdata yang dipergunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 15.0 forWindows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda terbukti bahwa job enlargement dan motivasikerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di KantorWilayah DJKN Bali dan Nusa Tenggara dan KPKNL Denpasar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerjaberpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah motivasi kerja. Kata kunci : job enlargement, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Taxaavoidance yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tentunya dilakukanadengan adanya kebijakanadari pimpinanaperusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh kompensasi manajemen dan karakter eksekutif terhadap risiko pada tax avoidance, serta kemampuan kepemilikan manajerial memoderasi pengaruh kompensasi manajemen dan karakter eksekutif terhadap risiko pada tax avoidance. Jumlah sampel yang dianalisis sebanyak 176 sampel perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama lima tahun. Metode penentuan sampel adalah nonprobability dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi manajemen berpengaruh negatif pada tax avoidance. Namun karakter eksekutif terhadap risiko tidak berpengaruh pada tax avoidance. Kepemilikan manajerial memperkuat kompensasi manajemen pada tax avoidance. Namun, kepemilikan manajerial tidak memoderasi pengaruh karakter eksekutif terhadap risiko pada tax avoidance. Abstract

The Effect of Fairness Perception to Satisfaction After Complaints and The Impact on The Intent To Stay Back and WOM. This research aims to clarify the relationship between the three perceptions of fairness experienced by customers with post-recovery service satisfaction and the satisfaction of the behavioural effects of post-recovery service and the intention of revisiting and the willingness to deliver a positive recommendation (WOM). This study also discusses the role of gender in moderating the relationship between perceptions of fairness with post-service satisfaction. Data were obtained from 142 hotels’ customers (foreign tourists) who stay at five-star hotels and have experienced on disappointed services. Data were collected using questioner and subsequently analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics such as Analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that: (1) distributive fairness has no impacts on customer satisfaction after complaints; (2) procedural fairness and interactional fairness impact positively satisfaction after complaints (3) Satisfaction after handling complaints effect positively the intention on staying back and WOM. (4) Gender does not strengthen and/or not weaken the perception of fairness to the satisfaction of post complaints. Keywords: perception of fairness, satisfaction after complaints, intent to stay back, WOM, gender

Abstract

Abstract: Determinant Analysis of Beef Import in Indonesia On Year 1990-2015. The purpose ofthis study is to determine the effect of the amount of production, consumption, prices of importedand local beef and the US dollar exchange rate simultaneously on beef imports in Indonesia. Todetermine the effect of the amount of production, consumption, prices of imported and local beef and partially the US dollar exchange rate on beef imports in Indonesia. To find out the dominant variable between the amount of production, consumption, the price of imported and local beef andthe exchange rate of the United States dollar towards Indonesian beef imports. The data used inthis study are secondary using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showsimultaneously a significant effect on beef imports in Indonesia. Partially the amount of productionand the US dollar exchange rate does not have a significant effect on beef imports in Indonesia.While the variable local prices and consumption partially have a positive and significant effect onbeef imports in Indonesia and the import price variable partially has a negative and significanteffect on beef imports in Indonesia. The dominant factor affecting beef imports in Indonesia isconsumption variable.Keywords: tourism industry; investment; employment opportunities; tourism sector GRDP.

Abstract

Abstract: RI-China Export Competitivess Development during 1985-2010 : A Lesson for IndonesiaThis paper is intended to evaluate the development and changes in the structure of the Indonesian and China exports comparative advantage (the competitiveness of exports) during the period of 1985-2010. The results of the empirical analysis for the exports comparative advantage shows thatduring the period of 1985-2010, the trend of structure development of the competitiveness of Indonesian exports is now more diversified and become a country which previously an exporter-based of natural resource country, and now become a country in which the manufacturing sector played a bigger role to encourage the Indonesian exports with a relatively high competitiveness. On the other hand, China has undergone a huge industrial development at a faster pace compared Indonesian. Whereas in 1985, the top-ten products of China’s exports the majority originated from the primary sector, and now in 2010, China has successfully export the technological-based products, for instance, the enginedata processors and telecommunication equipment with a very high level of competitiveness. Besides, China has also successfully encourage the export of highly competitive textile products, furniture, pedestal legs and toys child. China has now become one of the countries who has the technologicalbasedindustry with a very high competitiveness and as well a strong competitive manufacturing products.

Abstract

Organizational Culture Engineering of The Seven Characters Dhyana Pura University Bali. Organizational culture can improve the behavior and motivation of human resources so as to develop their performance and in turn can increase organizational performance. Organizational culture can be created by the owner or head of the organization, according to the organization’s needs, as has been done by Dhyana Pura University by implementing a program called seven (7) characters to be an organizational culture. Culture of the organization will function optimally if all members of the organization have a common perception of the culture and are committed to implement it. Organizational culture can be a major instrument of competitive advantage, if it is supported and approved by all members of the organization. Abstract

Abstract: Effect of Levels of Education, Creativity, Work Experience on Productivity andIncome of Woven Craft Industry Workers. The manufacturing industry sector has an importantrole in increasing national development, within two years the woven craft industry in the cityof Denpasar has decreased theh number ofh workers resulting from productivity that is notoptimal in meeting the targets set by the company. The purpose of this study is to analyzethe effect ofh direct and indirect levels of education, creativity, work experience on laborproductivity andhhincome. This research uses path analysis methods. The results of the studystate thathhthe level of education, work experience hasha negative effect andhis not significanton labor productivity, while creativity has a positive and significant effect on labor productivitywith a valuehof 0.338, and direct influence on education level, labor productivity has a negativeeffect and is not significant towards labor income , while creativity has a positive and significanteffect on labor income with a value of 0.118, and work experience has a positive and significanteffect on labor income with a value of 0.819. The results of testing the indirect effect state thatthe level of education, creativity, work experience does not have an indirect effect on incomeand work through labor productivity.
