Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui representasi pelecehan seksual yang ada di series KZL episode 7 - 8. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang mana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu: observasi yang dilakukan dengan menonton serta mengamati series KZL episode 7-8 untuk memahami isi dari series KZL, dokumentasi dengan memotong beberapa gambar adegan series yang mewakili representasi pelecehan seksual, studi kepustakaan yaitu mengumpulkan skripsi atau jurnal terdahulu, website, internet, buku yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Kemudian data diolah dengan analisis tekstual milik Alan Mckee. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa representasi pelecehan seksual terlihat bahwa series KZL VIU Original episode 7-8 merepresentasikan pelecehan seksual yang dialami oleh para perempuan di kehidupan sehari-hari. Bentuk pelecehan yang umum ditemui yaitu catcalling yang mengarah pada pelecehan fisik. Catcalling datang dalam berbagai bentuk seperti nasihat, pujian hingga menggoda korban secara terang-terangan.

Abstract

Information system reliability can be measured by the availability of system when the information is needed. Server activeness is among the important factors to get reliable information system. Inactiveness of servers obstructs information availability and needs an early detection so that system administrator may quickly overcome the problem and restore the system. A tools is needed to help a system admin detect server inactiveness, which alerts the admin of any possible problem. In this research, a tool is created using python programming language to periodically detect activeness of servers simultaneously. The result is logged into a file for later analysis. Whenever the tool detect inactiveness, it sends an email to the admin account and/or send a text message to a specified number. Observation proves that the tools works as expected. The tools should be installed in one of the servers or in a computer close the server farm because network connectivity and computer location have a great influence to the monitoring activity.

Abstract

Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan atau yang lebih dikenal dengan corporate social responsibility (CSR) merupakan salah satu tindakan nyata yang dilakukan perusahaan yang sesungguhnya memiliki peran dan dampak yang luas bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan lingkungan sekitar maupun diluar perusahaan tersebut. Pada aktivitas CSR di CSB Mall tidak terdapat divisi khusus dalam melaksanakan kegiatan Public relations (PR), namun aktivitas PR dilaksanakan oleh bagian pemasaran. Sehingga aktivitas public relations di CSB Mall bisa dilakukan oleh setiap pemimpin maupun karyawan. Pihak CSB Mall telah melakukan fungsi public relations yang telah ditentukan oleh PRSA yang meliputi community relations, employee relations, publicity, media relations, goverment affairs, dan special event. Bidang kegiatan CSR adalah dalam kegiatan agama, sosial dan pendidikan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh agensi public relations, Golin, dalam dinamika hubungan dengan klien startup digital, Gilkor. Penelitian menggunakan teori strategi komunikasi dan konsep hubungan klien-konsultan, dengan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pertanyaan terstruktur kepada Associate Consultant Golin, Marketing Business Development Gilkor, serta ilmuwan pakar di bidang hubungan masyarakat dan jurnalisme. Kesimpulan penelitian, strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan Golin terhadap klien menjawab tiga tujuan komunikasi yaitu, menyamakan persepsi terhadap press conference yang perlu dilakukan Gilkor untuk meningkatkan kesadaran publik, menciptakan penerimaan, serta memotivasi Gilkor bertindak sesuai arahan Golin. Rekomendasi penelitian, untuk melakukan analisis industri dan pelatihan media sebelum konferensi pers untuk memaksimalkan hasilnya.Kata kunci: Strategi komunikasi, hubungan klien-konsultan, penanganan mediaABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the communication strategy used by the public relations agency, Golin, in the dynamics of relationships with digital startup clients, Gilkor. The research uses communication strategy theory and client-consultant relationship concepts, with qualitative methods and case study approaches. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with structured questions to Golin's Associate Consultant, Gilkor’s Marketing Business Development, as well as expert scientists in the field of public relations and journalism. The conclusion of the research, the communication strategy carried out by Golin towards the client answers three communication objectives namely, equating the perception of the press conference that Gilkor needs to do to increase public awareness, create Gilkor acceptance of Golin's suggestions, and motivate Gilkor to act according to Golin's direction. The recommendations are to do the industry analysis and media training prior to the press conferences in order to maximize the result.Keyword: Strategic communication, client-consultant relationship, media handling

Abstract

The application of management aspects by a CRO to complete empowerment activities can be done by a work style which tends to lead to participative leadership. The leadership components consists of consultation, joint decision making, power sharing, decentralization, empowerment, democratic management tested to see the effects on the community empowerment program fromPT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Cilacap. PT. Holcim Indonesia Cilacap Tbk. is one of the companies who received many awards related to successful of their performance community development as aform empowerment of local communities, that is Posdaya (Family Empowerment Program). This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of participative leadership style of the Community Relations Officer (CRO) PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap - Plant toward Posdaya (Family Empowerment Centre) in North Cilacap. This study uses quantitative methods and the data collected by the distribution of questionnaires which consist as 96 samples. It was measured by using slovin formulate with a degree of error is 5 % for 126 communities. The research was used proportional sampling as a sampling technique and analyzed by SPSS for windows 16.00, include validity and reliability tests to examine the questionnaires. t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2) were the part of a simple regression analysis to prove the hypothesis of the research. Based on the data analysis, the simple linear regression equation is Y = 11.370 + 0,423X, its means that there was a linearly and positively influence of participative leadership style on the performance of Posdaya communities. The conclusion is if participative leadership style of the CRO is increased, the performance of Posdaya will also increase.

Abstract

The acquisition PT IDKM by PT EMTEK that have an impact of the unification INDOSIAR and SCTV in the same holding company between period 2011 – 2012, bring a nation-wide discussion about concentration of media television ownership in Indonesia. Broadcast act no.32/2002 with Indonesia Broadcasting Commision as an independent regulatory body considered weak in the face of concentration. This paper provide a comprehensive description about the dynamics interaction between agent and structure of Indonesian broadcasting system particularly in order to organize commercial television media ownership.

Abstract

The mass media, whether print or broadcast (TV and Radio) plays a significant role in disseminating important messages to the public / society. Karl Marx said "that the media referred to as the class that set, in the system of modern capitalism. So therefore the media in the present era, into a commodity economy and politics, because of its function and because ownership massive by individuals (owners of capital). That allows, position the media and not only to function as a disseminator of information, but because of the ownership of such individuals, are very likely to be a tool for "political dealings", rather than as a function of social control. in the practice of political communication, media becomes a medium that is not inevitable in conveying messages politics, especially during the campaign, the elections political leadership, good legislative elections, presidential elections, and the elections. Radar Banten and Baraya TV is a media agency which is recognized as a great and influential in Banten province, which is a member of the Jawa Pos ( Java Post News Network) beperan menyerbarluaskan major messages of the prospective head region in the activities of the campaign. The phenomenon of political economic practices, be a gamble for the function and positioning to the two media institutions. Abstract

Dalam usaha memenuhi kebutuhan manusia yang banyak dan komplek, para pelaku usaha menciptakan barang atau jasa yang dibutuhkan oleh manusia saat ini. Iklan merupakan alat untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. Sayangnya, banyak pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan dan mengiklankan produk dan jasa tidak mengikuti Etika Pariwara Indonesia (EPI), termasuk pada Surat Kabar Harian Lombok Post. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan banyaknya pelanggaran EPI pada iklan baris dan iklan kolom di Surat Kabar Harian (SKH) Lombok Post periode Juni - Juli 2019. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan Formula Holsty. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pelanggaran EPI yang ditemukan pada SKH Lombok Post periode Juni - Juli 2019 sebanyak 41% dari keseluruhan sampel sebanyak 73 iklan dan frekuensi pelanggaran sebanyak 30 iklan. Hal ini menunjukan masih tingginya pelanggaran iklan di Lombok Post. Dengan demikian EPI masih belum ditaati SKH Lombok Post.

Abstract

Family is the smallest social unit in the society. Family also has an important role in the personal development in a child. However, today divorce rate in Indonesia has increased and divorce will harm people involved, including children. Divorce triggers weakens relationship between parent and children. In relational maintenance there are several behaviors used to maintain relational maintenance between parent and children. So the researcher was interested to know relational maintenance behaviours between divorced parents who had custody of their children with their children. In this study the researcher used qualitative research method and purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The informants were: divorced man or woman who has custody of their child and the man or woman’s child. Three people were from each group were interviewed, totaling in 6 informants. The method to test data validity has source triangulation method by comparing interview and observation result from all data sources, and only selecting consistant data which has then used as data. The result of this showed that the applications of relational maintenance behaviours between parent who had custody of their children with their children consisted of several types,including positivity, openness and routine talk,assurances, task and sharing, supportiveness,joint activities, humor, and constructive conflict management. However not all relational maintenance behaviors do by divorced parents who had custody of their children with their children. Some relational maintenance behaviors performed by divorced parents who had custody of their children with their children were: positivity, supportiveness, joint activities, humor, and constructive conflict management. Meanwhile, relational maintenance behaviors that is not performed by divorced parents who had custody of their children with their childrenwere: openness and routine talk and task and sharing that based on the lack of frequency of face-to-face between parents and children. Generally, relational maintenance performed by parent who had custody of their children with their children.

Abstract

Children are currently have no spirit to learn and develop their creativities due to a conventional studying method they received. The research activity aims to know the influences of computer use in children intelligences and creativities. The activity was implemented to demonstrate the educative games. Each participant was given 1 game CD for installation. The result of the activity is analyzed using two types of questionnaire, before and after the socialization. The result indicates that computer technology has a huge affect to help children in knowledge development and intelligences. It can be seen from the comparison analysis of questionnaires which were distributed before and after the socialization.
