Act No. 14/ 2005 about Teachers and Lecturers and PP (GovernmentDecree) No 74/2008 about Teachers give an instruction to the government to certify on-going-occupation teachers of all courses in requirements. Based on the survey of Directorate General of PMPTK in 2009/, however, the program of certification couldnât have developed teachersâ competency and professionalism significantly so that it does not positively take an effect on teachersâ performance development. The study aims to describe a model of biology teachersâ professional competency development based on the early competency test (UKA) in Surakarta. The procedure of research development used R & D model developed by Borg & Gall (2007), and then simplified by Samsudi (2009; 92) into three main stage: 1) introduction, 2) development, and 3) validation for finding a model. The introduction of the study empirically analyzed a model of professional competency development through Biology MGMP, called as factual model nowadays and theoretically analyzed the relevant researchers. It employed a survey approach while the instrument was questionnaires. The respondents or informants with purposive sampling were the heads of LPMP â Provincial Central Java, Education Agency of Regency/Mayor, Principals, the Committees of Biology MGMP, and Biology Teachers. In the stage of development, the researcher formulated an early development; then it was analyzed and matched with the relevant theories for making a model design developed in the form of Figure or Model Figure after validated through focus group discussion (FGD). The results of the study stated that a model of biology teachersâ professional competency based on the early competency test included the following characters: 1) implementing a model began with a competency test; 2) the activities reflected the aspect of continuing professional development (CDP); 3) the supervision was periodically realized by principals or course teachers); 4) giving feed-back for the next development was based on the evaluation; and 5) the speakers of Higher Education with relevant sciences were involved in the activities.

This research aims to improve the mastery of concepts for the deaf children of class 1 through dhakon game. This research used the classroom action research approach by planning, actuating, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were all students in grade 1 SLB B YPALB Karanganyar, totaling 4 children. The techniques of collection data was done by observation, interviews (conversations) and documentation. Data validity used triangulation techniques, and the analysis of data used descriptive qualitative. The results of the research on first cycle, showed that all children increased in their values, 3 children, increased the value of 1 point and 1 child increased 2 points with an average value of 6, in the range of 40% <P dâ 60%. The achievement of performance indicators category was enough. Despite the increase in value, but there was one child whose value was less than 6 (KKM). In the second cycle, 2 childres value increased by 1 point and 2 childrens increased the value of 2 points with an average value of 7.5, so it is in the range of 60% <P dâ 80% with the category of high performance achievement indicators. No value below 6 (KKM). In the second cycle of the increase in value was set 60% <P dâ 80% or âhighâ. The conclusion of the study, there was an increase in numbers for students mastery of concepts in SLB-B class I YPALB Karanganyar after the action through dhakon game.

The purpose of this study is to describe the counseling teacher effort in addressing juvenile delinquency anddescribe the efforts of religious education teachers in addressing juvenile delinquency in SMAN 1 Ngadirojo. This study is a qualitative type. The main subject of research is the principal, teachers, and students. The method of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) Teachers Counseling made various efforts to address juvenile delinquency. Such efforts include preventive activities and curative activities. Measures include preventive activities include making personal guidance, coordination with parents, daily monitoring, and also the provision of coaching programs in Monday. Measures include curative activities include cooperation with the police and health centers, conduct home visits, provide spiritual guidance and direction of talent and interest. (2) The teacher of religious education made  various efforts in addressing juvenile delinquency. teachers packed learning activities using the media and methods as well integrates the values  when the national character of the material conveying religious. efforts outside the organized program of learning is habituation, approaching students in private, in coordination with parents, ask students active in Rohis credible form, as well as perform the operation order.

The background of this research has not managed with maximum visual arts training, duties of the demands of teachers and kindergarten teachers are required to be creative in developing and making learning. The purpose of this study is to design a conceptual model development forms management valid art training at the kindergarten teachers, include; (a) the development of a model management plan for the training of kindergarten teachers of art, which consists of identifying needs, the goal of training and preparation of training packages; (b) the development of management training for the implementation of the model that consists of a kindergarten teacher competence standard, basic competence, guidelines and training modules; (c) the development of evaluation model of management training for kindergarten teachers of art, covering the reaction and impact of training. The research method is the Research and Development (R & D). The respondents were a kindergarten teacher in the city of Semarang. This MPSR model design through stages namely; (1) analyze the empirical models MPSR kindergarten art teacher Semarang (2) to analyze the needs of kindergarten teachers MPSR Semarang; MPSR model design is influenced by three factors; (1) training materials; (2) instructor competence, and (3) management training. MPSR model was designed using MPSR training support package consisting of; MPSR mananajemen guidebook and training module contains material MPSR art. Model MPSR refers manajamen function (planning 3 steps, namely: identification of training needs, setting training objectives and setting up training programs, (2) implementation consists of two steps, namely: the realization of the model, art competence training, and evaluation of training consists of; 2 steps namely, monitoring and evaluation of the reaction and the impact of training.Â

Academic supervision is series activity assist teachers to develop their abilities to organize learning process for reach the goal. Headmaster must arrange academic supervision at school as wellas implementation of Permendiknas No. 13 Tahun 2007. The problem ist facton the field which shows many headmasters feel reluctant to do it. So,it was held research at SMP Negeri 4 Pacitan with the goal to gain illustrations: (1) characteristic of academic supervision preparation at SMPN 4 P Pacitan, (2) Characteristic of academic supervision implementation at SMPN 4, (3) characteristic of the advantageous academic supervision implementationat SMPN 4 Pacitan.The research method was used of is qualitatif research with etnografi study approach by naturalistic paradigm. The data source an resource person were administration document, teacher, and headmaster. The techniques of collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was descriptife qualitatif with the data validity, Examination used triangulation technique.Based on the research, was gained descriptif results: (1) characteristic of academic supervision preparation, (2) characteristic of academic supervision was done when teacher was doing learning proces in calss, (3) characteristic of advantageousacademic supervision implementation at SMPN 4 between: increasingteacher and headmaster competence, so the would more professional and increasing students achievement.

This study aims to reveal the type of school leadership, creative efforts in developing creative educational institutions and Superior, with a sub-focus include : (1) What type of leadership that principals applied in the development of Islamic education institutions Creative Muhtadin elementary school (2) any efforts made  in the development of the principal institutions of Islamic Education Creative Muhtadin elementary school and (3) the desired output targets Creative Muhtadin elementary school. This study uses qualitative research in the form of case studies. The data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation. While the techniques of data analysis, researchers use interactive model containing four interrelated components, namely: collection of data, simplification of data, exposure data, and drawing conclusions and filing. The results showed that : (1) the type of principal who applied leadership creative elementary school Muhtadin, the democratic leadership (aspirational accommodating, assertif and open), where the principal during the leadership is able to make changes and have a vision for the future of Islamic education institutions to develop Creative Muhtadin elementary school towards creative and superior schools; (2) any efforts made   in the development of the principal institutions of Islamic Education Creative Muhtadin elementary school build a school system; (3) how the desired output targets elementary school creative Muhtadin, namely : initial output (Preliminary Results) and general output targets include.

The objective of research was to examine the contribution of 1) teacher professional competency, motivation, and perception on headmaster leadership simultaneously to teacher discipline, and 2) teacher perception on headmaster leadership to teacher discipline. This study was a qualitative research with survey method, while the technique used was path analysis, used to examine the size of contribution indicated by path coefficient in every path diagram. The population of research was the teachers of public junior high schools in Surakarta city consisting of 1179 persons. The sample consisted of 300 teachers, taken using multistage random sampling technique. The author employed two-tailed test at significance level of 0.05. The results of research were that 1) there was a significant contribution of teacher perception on headmaster leadership to teacher discipline with contribution of 77.1% simultaneously, and 2) there was a significant contribution of teacher perception on headmaster leadership to teacher discipline by 77.1% The research could explain the total variability of 77.1%. The contribution of 22.9% came from variables excluded from the focus of research.

The purposes of this research are to find out the available contribution and to measure the teachersâ learning capacity and need of achievement to studentsâ responsibility, studentsâ responsibility to the self-directed learning and the teachersâ learning capacity, need of achievement and studentsâ responsibility to the self-directed learning in Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School. This is a quantitative research. The location of this research on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School. This research is begun in the end of the second semester academic year of 2012/2013. The samples are 114 for the population as many as 172 with 5% error. Technique of sampling is used proportional sampling. Technique of collecting data is used questioner. The results of this research are 1) there is a weak and significant contribution from the teachersâ learning capacity and need of achievement to the studentsâ responsibility in learning Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School, 2) there is a weak and significant contribution from the studentsâ responsibility to the studentsâ self-directed learning in learning Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School, 3) there is a weak and significant contribution from the teachersâ learning capacity, the need of achievement and the studentsâ responsibility to the studentsâ self-directed learning in learning Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School.

The focus of this research is the management of School Service Funding inJunior High School 1 of Simo. The objectives of this research are to describe the planning, implementation and the reporting of School Service Funding in Junior High School 1 of Simo on the Revenue and Expenditure Budget Mechanism of Boyolali Regency on 2011.The design of this research is ethnography. The location of this research is in Junior High School 1 of Simo. The informants in this research are the principal, the teachers, the school committee and the students. The methods of collecting data in this research are 1) in depth interview the principal, the teachers, the school committee and the students, 2) active observation and 3) documentation. Data analyze is using Interactive Analyze Model. Data validity is used sources triangulations and methods triangulations.The results of this research are 3. 1) the team management of School Service Funding made planning with the committee according to the national education standard which the priority on the routine cost. 2) the cost with School Service Funding was according on the instruction and applying cross subsidy. 3) the cost with School Service Funding was supported with payment check and goods, made on reports and announced written and oral.

The aim of this research was conducted to identify the problems and needs of vocational teachers of business and management pascasertifikasi in Semarang for conducting sustainable professional development to improve professionalism. This study used a qualitative research approach. The subjects in this study were vocational teachers of Business and Management in Semarang Pascasertifikasi totaled 191 teachers consists of 77 teachers of Civil Servants (PNS) and 114 private teachers. Determination of the source of the data is done by sampling purposive. Technique of data gathering used are triangulation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and open questionnaire. Data analysis technique using data interaction analysis model is to collect the data, reducing the data, collate data reduction and data ferivikasi with Focus Group Discution (FGD). The results showed a small proportion of teachers have implemented the appropriate sustainable professional development minimum of credits score and most of the teachers have executed agreements but do not meet all the sub-elements of Sustainable professional development and credit score has not complied with the minimum of credits score required.
