Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the counseling teacher effort in addressing juvenile delinquency anddescribe the efforts of religious education teachers in addressing juvenile delinquency in SMAN 1 Ngadirojo. This study is a qualitative type. The main subject of research is the principal, teachers, and students. The method of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) Teachers Counseling made various efforts to address juvenile delinquency. Such efforts include preventive activities and curative activities. Measures include preventive activities include making personal guidance, coordination with parents, daily monitoring, and also the provision of coaching programs in Monday. Measures include curative activities include cooperation with the police and health centers, conduct home visits, provide spiritual guidance and direction of talent and interest. (2) The teacher of religious education made  various efforts in addressing juvenile delinquency. teachers packed learning activities using the media and methods as well integrates the values  when the national character of the material conveying religious. efforts outside the organized program of learning is habituation, approaching students in private, in coordination with parents, ask students active in Rohis credible form, as well as perform the operation order.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, organizing, and monitoring the enforcement of school rules in Junior High School 9 Surakarta. Qualitative research with ethnographic design. Research place in Junior High School 9 Surakarta. When the study May to December 2015. The subjects of the research principal, vice principal of student, counseling teachers, teachers, order officers, and students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The interview process used is first order and second order understanding understanding. Validity of the data with source triangulation, triangulation method, and triangulation of time. Data analysis techniques with methods groove. Results of the study (1) The planning process of school discipline is done with deliberation involving the principal, vice principal of student, counseling teachers, and teachers, (2) The process of familiarization of the school rules made explanations during the orientation of students, books discipline students, board regulations, as well as the subjects of counseling, (3) Implementation of enforcement of school rules based on awarding points, the type of violation, as well as development, (4) Monitoring and evaluation order continuously conducted to determine the follow-up will be done school to maximize enforcement of school rules.

Abstract

The Aim of community service are; 1)Training of primary school teachers of Social Sciences, Natural Sciences based integrated thematic curriculum in 2013 with a scientific approach, 2) To improve the professional skills of primary school teachers of Social Sciences, Natural Sciences based integrated thematic curriculum in 2013 with a scientific approach, 3) To produce the guidance system of the teachers of Social Sciences, Natural Sciences based integrated thematic curriculum, 2013 in Muhammadiyah schools Kartasura. This is the approach of community service workshops, training and mentoring learning of Social Sciences, Natural Sciences based integrated thematic curriculum, 2013. The participants of Master of Social Sciences, Natural Sciences in SD Muhammadiyah Kartasura, His place in the School of Muhammadiyah Kartasura. The result of this devotion implementation; 1) Training of primary school teachers of Social Sciences, Natural Sciences based integrated thematic curriculum in 2013 with a scientific approach, using techniques to observe, to question, to reason, to try and form a network, and implemented with the collaboration system, using the three steps of the learning; introductory, core and cover. 2) To improve the professional skills of primary school teachers of Social Sciences, Natural Sciences based integrated thematic curriculum in 2013 with a scientific approach, using cooperative learning model learning with instructionalstrategies PBL (Problem Based Learning), DCL (descovery Learning), Jigsaw. Third this learning strategy, capable of creating a class to become a haven for students, namely; happy atmosphere for learners in the following study. This learning strategies,can improve learning achievement, namely; No increase in the value pretest to posttestvalues, namely: pretest values> 60 = 50%: postes values> 69 = 100%. 3) The resultingmodel of training primary school teachers of Social Sciences, Natural Sciences basedintegrated thematic curriculum in 2013 is a model mentoring based learning lesson study, with three stages (plan-do-see).

Abstract

The purpose of this community service, assess and understand; 1) learning implementation strategy IPS (Social Sciences) Curriculum 2013 based on lesson study in  the  School of  Muhammadiyah  Kartasura.  2)  Rationalization  and  elements  of curriculum change in 2013. 3) The process of learning and assessment processes appropriate to the curriculum in 2013. The method used; workshops and training. The Place; SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura. Execution time; odd semester 2014/2015. Subject: Elementary School teachers, Junior High School, High School and Vocational High School Muhammadiyah Kartasura. The results achieved; 1) learning implementation strategy IPS (Social Sciences) curriculum-based lesson study 203 through  three  stages, namely;  plan  (planning),  do  (action  and  observation),  see (reflection).  2) Rationalization and elements of curriculum change in 2013 stressed on; a) The scientific approach is based approach to encourage student creativity; b)Integrity of the competence of knowledge, skills, and attitudes; c) Integrity of the curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. 3) The learning process is emphasized in the curriculum in 2013; (A) Integrated Thematic for elementary school level, (b) Approach Science (Natural Sciences) and IPS (Social Sciences) of partitive aggregative be integrated melt (liquid integrative), (c) religious and moral education, (d) learning objects; natural phenomena, social, and cultural arts. While the emphasisin  the assessment  process; assessment  student  achievement  by  using  descriptive qualitative and quantitative numerical. Learning implementation strategy IPS (Social Sciences) 203 curriculum-based lesson study using a modified model of lesson study, achievement indicators for a significant increase from the prior worhshop and trainingafter the workshop, namely; 30%: 80% (pre-test: post-test).

Abstract

The study aimed to review and describe: 1) Coaching model of social sciences teacher in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura. 2) Test the validation of coaching model on social sciences teacher. This study used a qualitative approach of phenomenology. This study was conducted in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura, Sukoharjo district. The research design was classroom action research. The subject in this research were students, teachers, the principal. Data collection technique used observation, testing and interview. The interview process using theory of first and second order understanding. Data were analyzed using an interactive model included data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This study concluded that 1) Coaching Model of social sciences teacher in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura used modification lesson study approach. 2) Validation of the coaching model using two kinds of validation namely theory of validation and practice of validation.

Abstract

Mathematics such as the assumption most people as a difficult lesson. This assumption is not entirely wrong because the average NEM value of elementary and middle school math is almost always located below the average value of the other lessons. The abstract nature of mathematics became the main obstacle to learning, especially for students who are still in the development of concrete or semi-concrete thinking. The situation is exacerbated by the use of methods which are still focused on the teacher (teacher center), not focused on students (child center) so that less activate students. Such conditions often found in schools both public and private. A reality that even when this has been attempted to improve the professionalism of teachers through workshops or upgrading, but the results can not be perceived by the public. Lesson study that is currently being developed in many universities believed to be able to increase the professionalism of teachers. Socialization and simulation results Leson Study conducted on January 13, 2010 against Elementary School teachers Gentan by the Development Team of Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) and Lesson Study- UMS concluded that: (1) The teachers were very enthusiastic and active during the socialization and stimulation, (2) The teachers want to know more about the RME and Lesson Study, (3) is hoping for a follow up such training so that teachers can implement lesson study in class, and (4) most teachers believe: by applying the approach RME through Lesson Study will help improve students’ understanding of math that the edges will help improve academic achievement.

Abstract

Aim of the research are to describes planning, organizing, actuating and evaluating of Accounting Learning At State Vocational High School 1 Of Sragen. The research type is qualitative research with etnography design. Data was collected by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique using an interactive model of analysis. Results of this research concluded that: 1) Accounting RPP preparation begins with studying the content standards, competency standards, syllabus, prepare lesson plans, 2) Organizing Accounting learning includes organizing the subject matter sequentially in accordance with the syllabus reference, academic calendar, class, difficult subject matter and to find a settlement, 3) Accounting learning process begins with teachers delivering salutation, attention or observation of hygiene class, do absent students, check homework assignments, and motivates students, 4) Accounting learning evaluation by sharing test questions to students. Accounting learning practice test indicated by the ability to make financial reports. Teacher do remedial to students who have value is below the minimum completeness criteria, instead of teachers provide enrichment for students who value above minimum completeness criteria. Spesific model of Accounting learning is scientific performance sheet.

Abstract

This study aims to examine (1) the main cause of the female workers (FWs) in Malaysia from Central Java, Indonesia tortured by their employers, (2) the responsibility of the BP3TKI as an agency sending FWs if there is a problem of the FWs, (3) the steps the Indonesian and Malaysian government take to cope with the case of the Indonesian Labors (ILs) tortured by their employers, and (4) the model of cooperation for sending ILs to Malaysia professionally. The study used a phenomenology qualitative approach with a social paradigm definition of micro analysis. The subjects were the FWs in Malaysia tortured by their employers. The data gathering used an observation, documentation and interview method. The data analysis employed a method of first order understanding and second order understanding with an interactive model, including data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification. The findings show that (1) the main cause of torturing against the FWs is a miscommunication, low competency, cultural difference, feudalism behavior, bad institutional structure and difference in Act. (2) The responsibilities of the BP3TKI are legitimate and non-legitimate. (3) The steps the Indonesian government takes are (i) providing a guarantee to employers who do not have any problem for employing the Indonesian workers, (ii) establishing a Cooperation Agency for Problem Solving, (iii) giving one-day or one-week furlough to the FWs, (iv) if there is no furlough, an employer will give any compensation to them, (v) all the problems of the FWs must be resolved by the Indonesian and Malaysian Cooperation Association, and (vi) revising the Memo of Understanding (MoU) of the Labor Force. (4) The model of cooperation for sending the WFs to Malaysia is revising and completing the MoU, containing, among others, high wage, furlough, passport holders by (LIs), task force establishment, Labor Force Act, equal-working appointment, a great priority of human values and anti-slavery, discrimination, gender and anti-trade of human.
