The very close relationship between the Word of Godand the Church that takes place in its doctrine, life, and worship becomes thesource of the Church to preserve and carry on, both itself and its full faithfrom generation to generation (cf. DV 8). This statement makes the Churchaware of preaching as part of the Churchâs own preaching. Preaching is anattempt to develop Christian faith and life by explaining the newly read textsof Scripture.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out the youth participation and spiritual contributionof St. Don Bosco for youth assistance in churchâs life in the Parish of St. MikaelTamiang Layang. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with datacollection technique through interview, observation and documentation. Theresult of this study finds out that the youth motivation in church activies is lack.It is caused by internal and external factors. Some internal factors are the lackof awareness, and appreciation of their vocation as the next generation of theChurch. Some external factors are lack of support and motivation from thosearound them. The spirit of service owned by Saint Don Bosco can motivateand assist in mentoring young people to return enthusiastically in performingtheir duties as members of the Church.]]>

The strength of his leadership is to place the needs of others first and helppeople grow as high as possible. The leadership character of servant leadershipis inherent in the person of a priest. The Priest has the power of leadershipclosely connected with his identity as an ordained person. The identity ofa priest is a ministerial priesthood that serves the Church and Society. Theleadership of a priest characterized servant leadership is missed by peoplein Meratus mountains. <![CDATA[The authors raised the wisdom of Noiâan house in Dayak Blaman community as an example of indigenous peoples that live in peace with all the elements of nature creation. Noiâan house is one of the traditional ceremonies as a greatful expression and begged the protection of Sangiang Dewata for new house and the people who live in the house. It is hoped that the Church can always be united and continue to voice the gospel in everyday life, especially in cultural life. Churches and catechists should be able to inculturate local cultural wisdom with the Christian faith.]]>

<![CDATA[In this paper, the author wants to make a kind of comparison about the viewsof the theologians Tom Jacobs and Joseph Ratzinger. The two theologiansâopinions are presented in a discourse, and at the end of this discourse, theauthor responds to develop a contextual theology. For the author, the twotheologians have some similarities and a number of points of difference thatcontribute to the richness of the Churchâs Christological reflection in order toheed sacred scriptures and traditions. Although the tension is found betweenfaithful to Scripture and Tradition, the author does not want to give a biasedopinion.]]>

Dialogue is one possibility as well as ahope to make unity in diversity towards harmony despite of the pessimisticfeelings that there is no truly ideal dialogue and interfaith meeting happen.The ideas and examples in this paper open up the optimistic feelings behindthe pessimism. That is, when âothersâ becomeâ friendsâ to be trusted, whenpersonal assumptions are changed and âMeâ and âOthersâ recognize themistakes of each other in history that have passed through historical motions,and whenâ Meâ andâ Others âcan move beyond dialogue to work together in asociety with its beginnings and small ways. <![CDATA[The purpose of this paper is to examine the situation and condition of the Catholic educational institutions. This is done by a large number of opinions that compelled delivered community that the quality of Catholic schools is going lower so that people are not interested anymore to study at the Catholic school. It is opposite to diverse opinions about the existence of Catholic schools that rise the anxiety and a discussion among the Catholics. Through this writing, it is tried to seeks and find the root of the problems and then try to offer the step to solve.  From this research, it was found that many people recognize the quality of the Catholic School suffered a setback. Due to the poor quality of the present Catholic school, many societies are not interested to study in Catholic schools anymore. The low quality of the Catholic school is caused by the low quality of management system, educators, weak leadership style, and lack of facilities as well as the very limited funds for operation of the school. Therefore the requirement to perform the transformation management in total is an imperative that cannot be postponed any longer.]]>
