Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki bermacam proses. Proses seleksi yaituproses pemilihan orang-orang yang memiliki kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk mengisi jabatansebuah organisasi. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode profilematching dapat menganalisis beberapa pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang sesuaidengan profil jabatan yang ada, agar SDM dapat ditempatkan pada posisi jabatan yang sesuaidengan karakteristik yang diperlukan. Sistem pendukung keputusan menyediakan mediapenyimpanan berupa basis data untuk menyimpan profil pegawai dan jabatan yang ada dalaminstansi tertentu. Sistem ini juga dapat membantu pekerjaan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secaramanual menjadi otomatis dengan sistem komputerisasi.

Abstract

The increasing demand for electrical energy in Bali requires additional electrical energy supply, while conventional energy such as petroleum, coal and natural gas continue to be used. Therefore, the utilization of non-conventional energy like solar energy should be increased. One of provision of non-conventional electric energy which is ready to be widely used is using PLTS Photovoltaic technology. The data analysis in this study uses manual calculation method to calculate electric power requirement, setting the result for electrical power, calculating the amount and capacity for solar module and inverter, calculating slope angle and location of solar module. PLTS uses a hybrid system with PLN, which works automatically to be controlled by the inverter control system. PLTS capacity of 148,274 kW supply 30% of the electrical energy consumption in the building of 2,310 MWh.

Abstract

Pengenalan citra wajah atau Face Recognition adalah salah satu teknologi biometric yang telah banyak diaplikasikan dalam sistem keamanan. Perhitungan model pengenalan wajah memiliki beberapa masalah, kesulitan muncul ketika wajah dipresentasikan dalam suatu pola berisi informasi unik yang membedakan dengan wajah lain. Dalam implementasinya, secara umum pengenalan citra wajah dilakukan menggunakan sebuah webcam untuk menangkap citra wajah seseorang kemudian citra wajah tersebut dibandingkan dengan citra wajah sebelumnya yang telah disimpan. Pengujian ini dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yang pertama pengujian similarity kecocokan wajah dan yang kedua perhitungan False Acceptance Rate (FAR) dan False Rejection Rate (FRR). Pengujian menggunakan perangkat lunak Luxand FaceSDK dengan 30 sampel. Setiap sampel diambil 10 citra wajah untuk kemudian diuji kecocokan wajah, ekspresi dan kontur wajah dari sampel. Sistem ini mampu mengenali wajah dengan tingkat akurasi terbaik sebesar FAR = 8% dan FRR = 7% dengan nilai ambang 90%. Dan nilai ambang terburuk 10% dengan FAR = 95% dan FRR = 0,7%.

Abstract

Word stacking is a very popular game in the world. In general word stacking games are called Scrabble games. Word stacking games are educational games that prioritize vocabulary. There are several important aspects in word stacking games, including the configuration of the reference word and the value of letters. However, until now, there are no word stacking games with game configurations that use Balinese as a language reference. The purpose of this study is to design a word stacking game in Balinese as a language reference and determine the value of each letter used in the word. In its design, the word used is sourced from the Second Edition of the Balinese Dictionary which consists of 10441 words. All the words will be grouped by the value using the K-Means Clustering method. Before all the words grouped with K-Means Clustering the words will be determined the frequency of occurrence of each letter in the word, appearance at the beginning and end of the word, and the frequency of the use of letters as a prefix and suffix. The results obtained from grouping with K-Means Clustering are letters A having the smallest value, namely 1 point and letters C, J, W, and Y have the largest value, 10 points.

Abstract

Nilai frame rate minimum pada masing-masing konten video diprediksi dengan nilai Normalized Frame Difference dan hasil subjektif tes menggunakan Mean Opinion Score. Penilaian subyektif terhadap semua video yang diujikan dilakukan pada frame rate awal, yakni 25 fps, dan frame rate yang lebih rendah yaitu 12,5 fps; 8,375 fps; 6,25 fps; 5 fps; dan 4,125 fps. Berdasarkan perhitungan nilai Normalized Frame Difference dengan simulasi Matlab dan hasil subjektif tes dengan metode tes Simultaneous Double Stimulus for Continous Evaluation diperoleh persamaan umum memprediksi frame rate minimum yang berlaku untuk video hingga resolusi standard definition yaitu Frame Rate (umum)= -18,0286+ (7,0726 x MOS ) + (6,1392 x NFD).

Abstract

This study aims to monitor the air quality of Denpasar city with mobile station that can transmit air content information in mobile and real time. This mobile station was built using Wemos D1 Mini Board which is a small wifi board based on ESP8266. Information sent via the Wemos D1 board is information obtained from sensors MQ-7 and MQ-135 and DHT11. DHT11, MQ-7 and MQ-135 sensors can detect the temperature, CO and NH3 gas, NOx, alcohol, benzene, smoke and CO2. Information obtained from the sensors will be posted on a website so that people can know the level of air pollution in the city of Denpasar. This developed monitoring system has successfully displayed data in the form of a folder on the web server.

Abstract

PLTM Tukad Balian merupakan pembangkit listrik yang direncanakan oleh PT Bali Energi Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui analisis kebutuhan daya apabila di-interkoneksikan ke jaringan listrik PLN, dengan menggunakan simulink. Model simulink di-sesuaikan dengan keadaan yang direncanakan oleh PT Bali Energi Indonesia. Pada debit air sebesar 1,25 m3/s daya mekanik yang dibutuhkan sebesar 405,9 kW, menghasilkan arus yang dapat diinterkoneksikan sebesar 48,13 Ampere. Sedangkan untuk debit air 10,55 m3/s dengan besarnya daya mekanik yang dibutuhkan sebesar 3.410,4 kW menghasilkan arus yang dapat diinterkoneksikan sebesar 166.55 Ampere. Arus yang dihasilkan PLTM Tukad Balian dapat dijual ke PLN sebesar 166.55 Ampere dengan daya mekanik 3.410,4kW pada debit air 8,35 m3/s.

Abstract

To maintain temperature stability in chickens, it is generally done by visiting the cage regularly. However, as technology develops, many have implemented the Internet of Things (IoT) system. IoT is a concept that certain objects have the ability to transmit data over a network without any human interaction. ne of the IoT applications is in the chicken livestock monitoring system. Chicken breeds at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University have not implemented an IoT system. To implement the IoT system, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, motion sensors, room heaters, air conditioners are needed. Where the temperature sensor and humidity sensor function to monitor and forwarded through a micro controller that has been applied to the program so that the heating and air conditioning work at the set temperature. This IoT system can be simulated in advance to ensure the system runs well before it is applied to the actual media. Cisco Packet Tracer v7.0 is an application that supports IoT simulation using Visual Block Programing. The simulation results on motion sensors, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, room heaters, and air conditioners work well in the simulation, but the temperature sensor and humidity sensor readings are not precise due to bugs from the application.

Abstract

Beroperasinya PLTS pada penyulang Bangli menyebabkan perubahan performa pada penyulang Bangli terutama pada susut energi dan keandalan penyulang tersebut. Analisis dilakukan dengan load flow simulation pada software ETAP dengan dua kondisi, yaitu penyulang Bangli tanpa dan dengan PLTS untuk mendapatkan hasil susut daya yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk menghitung susut energi. Analisis keandalan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan parameter SAIFI dan SAIDI. Dengan beroperasinya PLTS, nilai susut energi turun sebesar 31,4% dan keandalan penyulang Bangli menghasilkan nilai SAIFI sebesar 9 kali/2 tahun tanpa PLTS dan 4 kali/tahun dengan PLTS, serta nilai SAIDI sebesar 13,9225 jam/tahun tanpa PLTS dan 11,7963 jam/tahun dengan PLTS.

Abstract

Electrical equipment categorized as the nonlinear load will cause harmonics. Harmonic is a periodic distortion of the sine wave that can cause a negative impact on electronic equipment components. One way to improve power quality is to reduce harmonics using harmonic filters. In this study, an analysis of the system was carried out before adding a filter and after adding an active filter based on a fuzzy logic controller. The application of the fuzzy logic method on filters functions to reduce over switching in the inverter so that it can reach the lowest THDi value. THDi simulation results when the existing conditions are in phase R, S, T; at 14%, 17%, 14%. When the active filter condition is without control, the THDi percentage at the R phase is 6%, the S phase is 6%, the T phase is 4%. In the active filter conditions based on the fuzzy logic controller the percentage of THDi in phase R, S, T; is 0.9%, 0.9, 1%. Based on the simulation results introduced in the active filter based fuzzy logic controller is able to reduce harmonic distortion to the lowest value, so the use of fuzzy logic in active filters can be used in the harmonic filtering process in the electrical system.
