Abstract

This paper aims to explain the role of opinion leader in dakwah activities through the analysis of communication network diffusion. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative method, with a network analysis approach. The results showed that opinion leaders playan important role in accelerating and slowing the process of diffusion of dakwah information. The higher the ability of people to influence others, the higher the effort also in influencing behavior changes that  occur in  that  person.  This is because  the  opinion  leader has the characteristic of making himself a media through innovation into society as a social system. An opinion leader also becomes a reference for media behavior (media behavior). That is, when the opinion leader is a Dai, he is a information disseminator of dakwah information that makes himself as one of the media forming behavior to change the order of values, attitudes, and behavior of people in a systematic and structured. Double role of a Dai to achieve social system changes and realize the life of the people who Sallam, hasanah, and thayyibah, and getting of Ridho Allah SWT.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran opinion leader dalam dakwah Islam melalui analisis difusi jaringan komunikasi. Tulisan ini menggunaakan metode kualitatif  deskriptif  dengan  pendekatan analisis jaringan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para pemimpin opini memegang peranan penting dalam mempercepat maupun memperlambat proses difusi informasi dakwah. Semakin tinggi kemampuan orang mempengaruhi orang lain, maka akan semakin tinggi pula usahanya dalam memengaruhi perubahan perilaku yang terjadi pada orang tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan opinion leader memiliki karakteristik menjadikan dirinya sebagai media lewatnya  inovasi  ke dalam masyarakat sebagai  sebuah  sistem  sosial.  seorang opinion leader juga menjadi rujukan bagi perilaku media (media behavior). Artinya, ketika opinion leader adalah  seorang  dai,  maka  ia merupakan penyebar informasi  dakwah yang menjadikan dirinya sebagai salah satu media pembentuk perilaku untuk mengubah tatanan nilai, sikap, dan perilaku umat secara sistematis dan terstruktur.  Peran ganda seorang dai guna mencapai perubahan sistem sosial dan mewujudkan kehidupan umat yang salam, hasanah dan thayyibah serta memperoleh ridha Allah SWT.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology implies inclusiveness in da'wah not only in real terms in the real world, but also in the virtual world. Some things that become considerations of the da'wah inclusiveness need to be applied, including the growth of radicalism through social media, then in 2015 a funny social media account @NUgaris emerged that intensely and consistently helped to color the virtual world. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. The authors explore the implementation of preaching inclusiveness through social media carried out by the above account. The results of the study show that there are three forms of the application of the inclusiveness of the @NUgarislucu account, namely: inclusiveness in doing da’wah to the internal citizens of NU (Nahdhiyin); inclusiveness in da'wah to internal Muslims who differ in manhaj (across mass organizations) in Indonesia; inclusiveness in da'wah to external Muslims, namely to other religions in Indonesia. The three forms of missionary inclusiveness are carried out through dialogue and humor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Rodja TV's Salafi Da'wah on Youtube social media using Robert M. Entman's framing model analysis. This study uses qualitative methods with field research and library data. The results of this study consist of four parts, namely: Define problems, Issues raised by Rodja TV about the manhaj of the salaf to straighten out the understanding of the salafi which has been considered incompatible with the Qur'an and Sunah. Diagnose causes, Causes The problem is because of the negative stigma that has already developed in society that salafi is a "wahabi" teaching which is considered "radical". To make a moral judgment, Rodja TV tries to straighten out the negative stigma about salafi through religious scientific studies delivered by the preachers of Rodja TV. Treatment recommendation, Rodja TV provides the best solution for Muslims to stay on the straight aqidah based on the Qur'an and Sunah on the understanding of the companions of the Prophet rodhiallahu 'anhum ajma'in.

Abstract

Television is the media most widely consumed by the people of the world and especially Indonesia, with conditions like this the influence of television to be very large on the mindset and patterns of public attitudes. Faculty of Da'wah and Communications UIN Walisongo as an institution that is responsible for the success of Islamic propagation in Indonesia is very appropriate to use television as one of his da'wah media. The  management  of  broadcast  television  is  classified  into modern management  because  all  activities in preparing  and  producing broadcast can not be separated from computer technology. computers have an enormous influence in speeding up a product, with collaboration between software will create new innovation results in broadcast television. The programs that  will be presented must be well managed, by conducting scheduling time management of the expected broadcast programs that will be served can be  anticipated  as  early  as possible.  The production process  of  television broadcasting must be done before the program is aired. Through the process of film editing in which there is a payload of information a television program can be produced. TV broadcasting program is integrated with Walisongo TV broadcast management information system software.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Televisi adalah media yang paling luas dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat dunia dan khususnya Indonesia, dengan kondisi seperti ini pengaruh televisi menjadi sangat besar terhadap pola pikir maupun pola sikap masyarakat. Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Walisongo sebagai sebuah institusi yang ikut bertanggung jawab atas berhasilnya dakwah Islam di Indonesia sangatlah tepat untuk menggunakan televisi sebagai salah satu media dakwahnya. Managemen siaran televisi digolongkan kedalam manajemen modern karena semua aktivitas dalam mempersiapkan dan memproduksi siaran tidak bisa lepas dari teknologi komputer. komputer mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam mempercepat menghasilkan sebuah produk, dengan kolaborasi antar software akan tercipta hasil inovasi baru dalam siaran televisi. Program-program yang akan disajikan harus dikelola   dengan   baik,   dengan melakukan  managemen  penjadwalan  waktu siaran diharapkan program-program yang akan ditayangkan dapat diantisipasi sedini mungkin. Proses produksi siaran televisi harus dikerjakan sebelum program tersebut ditayangkan. Melalui proses editing film yang didalamnya terdapat muatan informasi sebuah program tayangan televisi dapat dihasilkan. Program siaran televisi tersebut diintegrasikan dengan software sistem informasi manajemen siaran Walisongo TV.

Abstract

The life of the Samin community has undergone many changes and shifts since they embraced Islam. This paper examines the strategy of implementing da'wah to their community. The implementation of Islamic da'wah has existed among them, which can be seen from Islamic nuances, carried out by Fatayat, Muslimat, TPQ, the Hadrah Art group, and the Selapanan Recitation group. The activity became a forum for the development of Islamic teachings among the community. This paper concludes that the da'wah strategy used by the Samin community is the strategy of preaching bi al-hikmah, namely preaching by looking at the situation and condition of them first so that they do not feel compelled or objected to accepting and implementing Islamic teachings. This strategy is quite appropriate to be applied, because before delivering da'wah, da'i already knew the situation and conditions of them. Through the da'wah strategy mentioned above, they can receive da'wah well so that it has a positive impact on their lives.

Abstract

The young generation is a digital native, which information easier to get with an Information system. So, it is important to measure information literacy among young Muslims about Islamic information. This study investigates the factors that influence the use of technology in searching for literature relating to Islam among the younger generation. The approach taken in this research is quantitative. Data is collected with the help of research instruments in the form of online questionnaires. The population in this study is the younger generation, who tend to be digital natives. The sample size in this study was 100. The testing tool in this study used SPSS, and a regression method was conducted to determine the effect of this research variable. The result shows that perceived usefulness has a significant impact on behavioral intention in Islamic information literacy. Besides, perceived ease of use also positively and significantly affects Islamic information literacy's behavioral intention. The study suggests there need to be some actions so that the younger generation can be smarter in using technology in Islamic information literacy. This study was more focused on examining acceptance for the young Moslem generation in developing countries. This study has an important role in developing TAM's scientific repertoire theory from information technology in Islamic information literacy.

Abstract

Religion based charity organizations, including those inspired by the Islamic teachings regarding caring for others, are prevalent around the world. They play significant role both in supporting the state to deliver social welfare services to the poor and the less fortunate and sidestepping or competing with the state in such provision. This paper, thus, aims at exploring the dynamic interplay between Islamic teachings regarding charitable practices and social welfare services provided by the state. Discussion on this paper suggests that Islamic charitable practices such as Zakat, shadakah, and others, can be observed through different lenses; as a charity of the rich and as rights of the poor. In Indonesia and other Muslim countries, such giving practices are widely accepted as charity of the rich partly because the idea of providing social welfare to the poor is perceived as the duty of the state. Hence, the rights of the poor lies on the obligation of the state, not the rich.

Abstract

There was uncertainty in Hajj 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Before the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's government announced the limitation of Hajj 2020, several countries including Indonesia has decided not to cancel the hajj trip. In dealing with uncertain information, the public needs valid information because uncertainty leads to speculations. In this situation, the media has a vital role in giving valid and verified information. This article aims to know how Indonesia media editorial policy in hajj 2020 news coverage. The editorial policy consists of the news theme, news sources, and news reporting technique. The data collection use interview with five informants from different media. The results before the official announcement, media deliver the news about the future of Hajj 2020 and the Indonesian government plan in dealing with the situation. After the official announcement both from Indonesia and Saudi Arabia gov’t, the media deliver information about the procedure to refund the hajj fee. News sources are the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, pilgrims, and travel agencies, and umrah. News reporting techniques use teleconference, citing information from authority's official websites, and citing news from other news agencies.

Abstract

This research is to know how communication strategy in program of Mutiara Hikmah at Radio Rasika Fm. The research used is qualitative research, taking place in Radio Rasika Fm which is located in Ungaran city of Semarang regency. Data collection techniques used are using observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method. This analysis is useful for researchers to find out how the communication strategy used in the program Mutiara Hikmah.       The result of this research is that the strategy used by Rasika Fm radio in Mutiara Hikmah program is to develop communication strategy and program strategy. In formulating the communication strategy can be seen from the analysis of the audience is through membership surveys, the preparation of messages through the AIDDA method, the determination of methods through redundancy and canalizing methods, and the selection of media communication by using various media to support the program Mutiara Hikmah to be better known by audience listeners. In terms of program strategy is through broadcast program planning process, production process and program purchase, program execution process, and supervision process and program evaluation, all of which are very important and needed in the process of preparing one of the program that is Mutiara Hikmah program,Keywords: strategy, communication, radio------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi dalam program Mutiara Hikmah di Radio Rasika Fm. Penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan mengambil tempat di Radio Rasika Fm yang berada di kota Ungaran kabupaten Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Analisis ini berguna bagi peneliti untuk menemukan bagaimana strategi komunikasi yang digunakan dalam program Mutiara Hikmah.Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa secara umum strategi yang digunakan oleh radio Rasika Fm dalam program Mutiara Hikmah adalah menyusun strategi komunikasi dan strategi program. Dalam menyusun strategi komunikasi dapat terlihat dari analisis khalayak yaitu dengan melalui survey membership, penyusunan pesan melalui metode AIDDA, penetapan metode melalui metode redundancy dan canalizing,  dan pemilihan media komunikasi dengan menggunakan berbagai macam media untuk menunjang program Mutiara Hikmah agar lebih dikenal oleh khalayak pendengar. Dari segi strategi program yaitu melalui proses perencanaan program siaran, proses produksi dan pembelian program, proses eksekusi program, dan proses pengawasan serta evaluasi program, yang semua itu sangat penting dan dibutuhkan dalam proses penyusunan salah satu programnya yaitu program Mutiara Hikmah, Kata kunci: strategi, komunikasi, radio

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain who were the Hero and Villains contributed to rhetorical vision’s legitimation and the shared meaning embraced in the Grand Reunion of Alumni Brotherhood (PA) 212 in 2019. Rhetorical vision is determined by the dominant character and symbolic cues embraced as shared meanings in a group. This study used qualitative approach, while the data was collected using virtual ethnography method and analyzed using Borman’s Fantasy Theme’s Analysis. From the results of the study it was found that the dominant character mentioned in the reunion as a hero was Habib Rizieq Shihab, while the characters named as criminals were those who were considered to have defamed Islam, such as Abu Janda, Ade Armando, Sukmawati Soekarno Putri and Viktor Laiskodat. The rhetorical vision carried out is Moslem’s victory. The grand reunion was held as an effort to urge the government to be more assertive and responsive to contemporary issues faced by Muslims in Indonesia.
