Abstract

Human nature is born in a sacred condition (fitrah), and one of its forms of purity (fitrah) is communication. Good communication is effective and efficient communication so that it can deliver to success also gives problems for everyone. In certain conditions, communication can also have a bad impact if it is not controlled so that it can cause hatred, hostility, fights can even cause death due to communication that is not ethical, excessive and uncontrolled. Therefore, ethics is certainly an important and indispensable part of communication. In this study the author aims to identify the ethics of communication based on the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. The method in this study uses the library method (Library Research), which is a data collection technique by conducting a study of books, journals, and other literature that have a relationship with related problems.

Abstract

Abdul Ra'uf as-Sinkili is a Scholars Nusantara productive on produce the various of scientific work. The book of Fiqh Tasawuf, Tafsir and hadits are from discipline science  that Abd al-Ra'uf al-Sinkili had made his written. After doing safari the science to the other country Ara, specifically since 19 years Abd al-Ra'uf al-Sinkili back to his fatherland, it is Aceh. His caming to aceh has succeeded to muffle the polemic of wujuddiyah concept who has spearheaded by Hamzah al-Fansuri and Syamsudin al-sumatrani with Nurruddin ar-Raniri the Scholars Nusantara from India with his upswing (tajdid). Al-Sinkili's posisition becoming mediate scholars with compromise both of them. In view of the Nusantara condition of society of that time, there are a lot of al-sinkili posts submitted the tasawuf values. Such as on his book interpretatations Tarjuman al-mustafid which the tasafuw is also in his memoirs Syarah lathif 'ala arba'iina, Imam an-Nawawi and Mawaiz al-Badi'ah hadiths. With a tasawuf feature that the Nusantara's public prefers to that time to force clerics to teach distorted islamic teachings to make them easy to accept by the community. The arrival of al-Sinkili to Aceh's sutanate brought the doctrine with renewal movement but not as these Al-Raniri's thaught that bringing about the islamic conflict until heresy againts fellow muslims. Even in the end, al-Sinkili on his works criticizes the teachings of Hamzah al-Fansuri, Syamsuddin al-Sumatrani with the teachings of his wujudiyah and Nurrudin -Raniri with his renewal movement.

Abstract

As the second sourceof Islamic teaching after the Qur’an, the study of the hadis continued to be developed increasingly against the rapidly growing age of technology marked by the development of technology as one of the tools of information and communication in the global era. Accordingly, hadis were developed to balance and adapt to the present digital age. Access to the hadis that used to be obtained manually has now been accessed through the internet software/ applications. As the Maktabah Syamilah, the Lidwa Pusaka, the Jawami’ al-Kalim and so on. With this development, it is expected that society in special millennial generations use the software provided as the digitization forms of the hads to be used as best possible. So the essence of hadis doesn’t fade or fade in the midst of today’s modern society.

Abstract

Hadith studies have experienced very rapid development. This is because many developing various applications or software that can facilitate the study of Hadith. The application and software are then not only a tool in the research activities of Hadith, but also for the benefit of studying the Hadith by the general public. Thus, the application or software must be developed so that it can be sought after and used by the general public. One such application is "Entering Paradise" developed by the Hadith Study Center. This application is based on Android so that it can be used easily in all places and times. This application contains the Hadiths from the book of Riyadh al-Saliheen and is presented in different themes. The pattern of presentation is very interesting because it represents human life from the beginning of knowing Islam to death and life after death. With descriptive-analytical methods, this paper will examine the application 'Go to Heaven', starting from the background of its development, features, patterns of presentation of the Hadith and their advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract

Polygamy is a classic social problem that has always been discussed till now. There are three views on this issue: first, allowing absolute polygamy; second, forbid absolute polygamy; and third, allowing polygamy with certain conditions and not prohibiting it in extreme ways. All of these views base their views on the same religious text, QS. Al-Nisa': 3, and several hadiths of Muhammad. However, differences occur due to differences in the way or point of view in exploring the hadiths. Literally, it seems contradictory between one hadith and another. Allow and prohibit. Therefore, in this paper, I will read these hadiths in the perspective of Muhammad al-Ghazali. His method in understanding the text of hadith is by examining the hadith with the Qur'an, other hadiths, historical facts, and scientific truths. These hadiths are actually not contradictory but must be understood by referring to QS. Al-Nisa’: 3 earlier. Because according to al-Ghazali, the Qur'an is the most important authoritative source. Therefore, to understand the hadiths of the Prophet must be guided by the Qur'an. In this case, QS. Al-Nisa': 3 allows polygamy but with very strict conditions, namely being just, and other conditions also found in the hadith.

Abstract

Ritual Rebo Wekasan sudah menjadi tradisi di kalangan umat Islam, khususnya di kampung Sinagar desa Bojong Kecamatan Karangtengah kabupaten Cianjur, yang sampai kini masih dilestarikan. Dalam penamaan dan cara pelaksanaan tradisi ini berbeda-beda di setiap tempat. Tujuan dari tradisi ini untuk menolak segala musibah yang turun pada  setiap Rabu akhir di bulan Safar. Dalam pelaksanaan tradisi ini terdapat salah satu surat Al-Quran yang digunakan di dalamnya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis fokus dengan makna pembacaan surat Yasin, hal ini terkait dengan apa yang masyarakat pahami mengenai pembacaan surat Yasin, apa yang masyarakat rasakan ketika pembacaan surat Yasin tersebut berlangsung dan apa hikmah yang di rasakan oleh masyarakat setelah membaca surat Yasin pada hari Rabu terakhir di bulan Safar.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelasakan apa yang dimaksud dengan  pembacaan surat Yasin dalam tradisi Rebo Wekasan, apa yang dirasakan oleh pelaksanaan pembacaan surat Yasin pada saat pembacaan surat Yasin berlangsung dalam tradisi Rebo Wekasan, dan untuk mengetahui hikamh dibalik pemabcaan surat yasin pada tradisi Rebo Wekasan yang dilaksanakan di Kampung Sinagar Desa Bojong Kecamatan Karangtengah Kabupaten Cianjur.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan living sunnah.Teknik pengumpulan data ditempuh melalui interview, library reseach, dan dokumentasi. Analisi data yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan analisis deskripsi analitik. Dalam mengkaji makna pembacaan surat Yasin dalam tradisi Rebo Wekasan di kampung Sinagar desa Bojong Kecamatan Karangtengah Kabupaten Cianjur.Adapun hasil yang di dapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Masyarakat memahami bahwa pada hari Rabu terakhir di bulan Safar akan di turunkan marabahaya, sehingga mereka melaksanakan pembacaan surat Yasin untuk terhindar dari marabahaya tersebut, dan surat Yasin merupakan Qolbu Al-Quran (Jantung Al-Quran) yang di dalamnya terdapat beberapa keutamaan dan kedahsyatan yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kehidupan masyarakat.  Adapun hikmah yang di rasakan oleh masyrakat kampung Sinagar setelah membaca surat Yasin pada hari Rabu terakhir di bulan Safar hatinya menjadi tenang.

Abstract

Ilmu Hadis merupakan bagian dari studi Islam  memiliki kompleksitas persoalan tinggi. Tidak hanya berbicara tentang aspek aqidah, akhlaq, fiqih atau muamalah. Ilmu Hadis juga membahas tentang aspek lain diluar persoalan keislaman. Salah satunya persoalan gender dalam hal ini hadis, yang dinilai memiliki muatan “missoginisme”[1].Maka upaya para Ulama terutama generasi awal yaitu para sahabat mengoreksi dan melakukan kritik.Fokus permasalahan terletak pada kasus hadis sutrah (batas shalat), pada jalur periwayatan Abu Dzar Al Ghifari dan Abu Hurairah juga hadis bantahan dari Siti Aisyah RA. Pertama, hadis pada riwayat Abu Dzar dan Abu Hurairah menunjukan bahwa wanita merupakan bagian dari  penyebab yang membatalkan batas shalat selain dari anjing hitam, dan keledai. Kedua, hadis dari Urwah bin Zubair menjelaskan bantahan Aisyah dengan matan,“Apakah wanita itu sudah seperti binatang buruknya?”, kemudian ini disebut sebagai analisis Naqd al Mutun. Upaya kritik matan (naqd al Mutn) Aisyah RA terhadap beberapa riwayat ini. Menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan; bahwa secara etik-moral tidak mungkin Rasulullah SAW menyatakan bahwa wanita setara dengan anjing, dan keledai. Dan secara tegas Aisyah melakukan kritik terhadap beberapa jalur periwayatan terkait “makna” dan urgensitas hadis tersebut        Lalu, para ulama juga memunculkan beberapa argumentasi terkait kasus hadis sutrah (missoginis) tersebut. Dengan analisa komparatif dan library research menggunakan kitab-kitab takhrij, dan syarah. Abstract

Many people consider that the Quraish  leadership hadith is no longer relevant today, because Islam has spread  throughout the world. Then what about Indonesia because Indonesia is a Republican country. As a country with the most Muslim majority in the matter of appointing a leader, it is certainly a problem in itself. This study focuses on the meaning of the Quraish leadership tradition which can be universally understood and can also be contextualized for Indonesia by studying the typology of Quraish leadership and Indonesian leadership typology using comparative methodology. If applied from the hadith of the Quraish leadership into the context of Indonesia, the most important criterion that a leader must have in Indonesia is that of a generous, honest, trustworthy and fair nature.

Abstract

                                                                       ABSTRACThis paper aims to look at the hadith thinking of Ahmad Hassan in the sociology of knowledge. Knowledge Sociology is the study of the relationship between the human mind and the social context that influences it. Not many Muslims, especially in Indonesia, are truly experts in the field of Hadith studies. This is because this study requires perseverance and patience. The dominance of the jurisprudence of the school has prevented Muslims from interacting directly with the Koran and hadith. Ahmad Hassan appeared with Islamic reform and freedom in understanding religious teachings without being bound by a school. This writing uses Library research. Ahmad Hassan, who is known as a figure of reform or tajdid who is also known as ishlah, is very giving his thoughts in the field of hadith.Keywords: Ahmad Hassan, Sociology of Knowledge.ABSTRAKTulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat pemikiran hadis Ahmad Hassan dalam sosiologi pengetahuan. Sosiologi Pengetahuan adalah studi mengenai hubungan antara pikiran manusia dengan konteks sosial yang mempengaruhinya. Tidak banyak umat muslim khususnya di Indonesia yang benar-benar ahli dalam bidang kajian hadis. Hal ini disebabkan karena studi ini memerlukan keuletan dan ketelatenan. Dominasi fikih mazhab telah menghalangi umat islam dalam berinteraksi dengan al-Quran dan hadis secara langsung. Ahmad Hassan tampil dengan pembaharuan Islam dan kebebasan dalam memahami ajaran agama tanpa terikat dengan suatu mazhab. Penulisan ini menggunakan Library research. Ahmad Hassan yang dikenal sebagai satu tokoh pembaruan atau tajdid ysang dikenal juga dengan ishlah sangat memberikan pemikirannya dalam bidang hadis.Kata Kunci: Ahmad Hassan,sosiologi Pengetahuan.

Abstract

AbstractAfter the messenger of Allah (Rasulullah Saw) was sent, the first revelation that was revealed Qs. al-‘Alaq 1-5 which was delivered by Gabriel or Jibril when Rasulullah was sleeping in Cave of Hira. But because of the fear of Rasulullah Saw, come down Qs. al-Muddatsir [74]: 1-2 with the order to wake up and give a warning to the people around you. However, the prophet found some obstacles, namely the condition of the Arabian people of Mecca at that time still adhering to paganism and polytheism as well as the Arab society that was less intellectual, as evidenced by the lack of the Arab Makkah community who could write and read. There were 17 men and 5 women who could write and read at the time. Seeing the condition of the Arabian community of Mecca who was ignorant, the Prophet Muhammad made his preaching secretly by inviting his wife, family, closest friends and servants. Finally the Prophet Muhammad received 38 people embraced Islam, and made Darul Arqam as the center of scientific teachings of Islam for the first time. Darul Arqam is the house of a friend named Arqam ibn Arqam. The efforts of the Prophet to preach the true revelations and the desire to form a literary Arab society finally paid off. After the war, the Prophet Muhammad Saw captured 70 people, the aim of which was to find prisoners who could read and write to teach the Muslim community at that time. After Darul Arqam as the center of teaching of monotheism and accepting people who wished to convert to Islam, the Prophet developed a kuttab that had previously existed but was less interested. Kuttab was used as a place for teaching reading and writing for Muslim communities at that time. Thus there is a difference in the curriculum of the two educational instutions developed by Rasulullah Saw.
