Peran Orangtua Di Homeschooling Primagama Palembang Hidayati Hidayati

This research was conducted in Primagama Homeschooling Palembang. The purpose of this research was to analyze the role of parents in Primagama Homeschooling Palembang. Research was conducted using a qualitative approach. In obtaining data, this research used interview techniques to three respondents, namely parents of Primagama Homeschooling Palembang students. The results showed that homeschooling parents acted as facilitators that facilitated children's educational needs in three processes, namely (1) the planning process, in which parents played a role in coordinating with the Primagama Homeschooling Institute regarding children's difficulties in learning. Then parents together with the HSPG determine learning approaches and methods that are appropriate to the child's abilities; (2) the implementation process, in which parents play a role in conducting study assistance at home and accompanying several activities held by Primagama Homeschooling Palembang which involve the role of parents in it; and (3) evaluation process, in which parents play a role in monitoring the development of children's learning outcomes through reports on learning outcomes and further coordinating in determining the learning process that suits the needs of the child.Â

Common property as a model of common ownership of natural resources is very likely to be a common tragedy if social conditions are not prepared in such a way as to maintain the sustainability of the shared use of water resources. The purpose of this research is to know the model of joint utilization of springs by society. Whether the model of joint utilization done so far can have an impact on the destruction of the springs or vice versa. This research is using qualitative approach and case study method, data is ollected directly and natural (real life events) through observation, interview, focus group discussion, and location search. The results were analyzed using the structural funcional theory and the concept of common property. The results show that although the community continues to grow but the utilization of water sources together is maintained. The existence of efforts to capitalize the source of the springs also still consider the aspect of needs and benefits for the community where the springs are located. Still maintaining the model of joint utilization of this spring can not be separated from social ties among members of the community, so the sustainability is still maintained

Building Villages Index (IDM) has become a relatively new form of the program implemented by the government to find out the extent of village capacity development. One of the variables measured in IDM is Social Resilience Index (IKS) which is the main topic in this paper. The theoretical assumption applied is the measurement of social security in villages through IKS which is commonly carried out only on a nominal measurement scale, while IKS in this study was measured on an interval measurement scale to produce a gradual outcome of village social resilience. This study was conducted using a quantitative design by measuring the four dimensions of IKS in Lorok Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. Descriptive analysis and univariate analysis are part of the statistical calculations performed. The results again that only one out of 4 dimensions of IKS obtained the high-level category, namely the educational dimension. While the dimensions of social capital, health, and settlements only reached into the medium category. The following result shows that the level of achievement for the overall Social Resilience Index Variable is moderate, with a percentage of achievement of 57.79%

This article is the result of research on the topic of Organizational Culture Development through the Role of Leaders in the North Indralaya District of Ogan Ilir Regency. The research was conducted by combining efforts in the form of roles carried out by the leadership towards the development of organizational culture. There are six dimensions of organizational culture that are examined by taking reference to the theory of organizational culture. The research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative method approach. The main informants of the research were the elements of leadership in the North Indralaya District of Ogan Ilir Regency. Data analysis was carried out with interactive methods from Miles and Hubberman. Triangulation is done by comparing various sources to check the validity of the research answers. The results of the research concluded that the leadership elements of the North Indralaya District of Ogan Ilir Regency were actively involved and played a role through various efforts in maintaining and developing six dimensions of organizational culture in accordance with the theoretical references used. The condition of organizational culture in the Indralaya North District Office in the qualitative context has also been running well. There are three influential supporting factors in developing a good and effective organizational culture in the Government of North Indralaya District. In addition to supporting factors there is also one inhibiting factor in the development of organizational culture in the Government of North Indralaya District.

This study aims to explain the meaning of tutoring center for parents in Indralaya, Ogan Ilir Regency, using qualitative descriptive research, based on transcendental phenomenology theory by Edmund Husserl who reviewed and revealed the meaning of consciousness, purpose, and intersubjectivity of the parentsâ€™s experience who involving their children in the tutoring center in Indralaya, Ogan Ilir Regency, and the linkage between the meaning of consciousness, pupose and intersubjectivity of the experience itself, where the data obtained through interviewing 18 (eightteen) parents who involving their children in tutoring center, 4 (four) tutoring staff and 3 (three) students who joining tutoring center in Indralaya, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research result shows that awareness of parents to involve their children in the tutoring center because parents see the will of their children and realize the competition which is increasing from time to time, as for the purpose of the parents because their children need more to mastery the material and strong desire to pass the next level of education, then the meaning of (intersubjectivity) experience of involving children in the tutoring center as a supporter of formal education as well as education costs. The relation between consciousness, purpose and intersubjectivity (experience) lies in a sequential process that starts from the parentsâ€™s awareness, after that there are purpose that appears, then the intersubjectivity process in the form of parentsâ€™s experience, so that the meaning of tutoring center for parents is as supporter of formal education and as a high-cost education/ expensive.Â

Teenagers have a high curiosity, among them is a matter of sexuality. Teen curiosity about sexuality is due to the development of adolescents entering puberty which is characterized by the maturation of the reproductive system and the production of sex hormones. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of adolescent sexual behavior in the city of Palembang. The research used a descriptive quantitative research design with cross sectional approach. The sample in this research are some students of SMA Srijaya Negara and SMA Negeri 1 Palembang as many as 214 people by using simple random sampling. The data were collected by using questionnaires. Statistical test used is product moment correlation to test the influence between variables. The results obtained that there is influence of students' perceptions on adolescent sexual behavior. If the attitude of adolescents have a positive perception of adolescents do not intend to engage in sexual behavior before marriage. Teenagers can maintain and improve knowledge by being able to sort and filter information obtained from the mass media about sexual behavior.

The presence of street vendors in the corners of the city provides benefits to consumers, government or to traders such as reducing the number of unemployed, as well as providing various community needs at relatively affordable prices. On the other hand, street vendors are often associated with negative impacts on the urban environment with the appearance of dirty, dirty, and disorderly impression. No wonder if people often complain as a result of the activities of street vendors who use public facilities to sell. Community empowerment ideally not only develops the economic potential of the people, but also the dignity, dignity, self-esteem and self-esteem, maintaining the local cultural values. Empowerment as an implementation of socio-cultural concept in people-centered development, not only grow and develop economic added value, but also social value added and added value culture. Non-formal education serves membelajarkan individuals or groups to be able to empower and develop themselves so as to adapt to changes and developments of the times. The first strategy of empowering street vendors is the strategy of directional approach, second strategy is group approach, group approach in empowering street hawkers in urban areas. 4. This research discussed about â€œThe Identity Of Daihatsu Ayla Lovers in Palembangâ€. The problem of this research is the existence of Daihatsu Ayla lovers in Palembang which is in Low-Cost Green Car (LCGC) category that is different with other general carâ€™s lovely which have fancy and unique car represents identity as higher class and prestige. The method of research in verificative qualitative. Data collecting technics are observation, interview, and documentation. This research uses social identity theory by Tajfel and Turner. The result of the study is that Daihatsu Ayla lovers in Palembang manifested from the connection in sign, which showed by attributes or ornaments in their activities that contain the same valves so that it creates an in-group feeling as professional, loyal, and simple car lovers. This identity comes from the process in social identity creating, which begins with a social orientation of the member toward Daihatsu Ayla lovers in Palembang. Then, the second process is social identification, that is every member should adapt with the identity that has been categorised. The last method is a social comparison, where Daihatsu Ayla lovers do some comparison in group and out-group or Ayla Indonesia Club (CAI). Next, the identity which possessed by Daihatsu Ayla shows their identity as carâ€™s lovers which prefer family sense and low profile

This research was conducted at MAN 1 Palembang, located on Jl. Governor H. Bastari (Jl. Pendidikan) Jakabaring Palembang. The purpose of the research was to analyze the impact of the excellent program in the development of student character at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Palembang. The research was conducted using a qualitative method. In obtaining data using in-depth interviews and participatory observation consisting of 12 informants and observers. The theory of Petter L Berger's socialization process is used as a research analysis tool to see and analyze the ongoing socialization process in an excellent programs of Madrasah. The results of this research that through the excellent program of Madrasah which includes excellent academic programs, excellent tahfidz programs and excellent journalistic programs have a good impact on student character development. The character values of students that increase are: (1) Religious, (2) Discipline, (3) Hard Work, (4) Creative, (5) Independent, (6) Curiosity, (7) Communicative, ( 8) Respect for achievement, (9) Communicative, (10) Responsibility. From the results of the research illustrate that there is a development of student character that manifested in the form of reduced delinquency of order that doing by students after the existence of excellent programs of Madrasah.

The purpose of this Research was to analyze three aspects of capacity building of former commercial sex workers in improving social function by charisma institutions, including capacity building processes, capacity building forms and capacity building strategies. In general, capacity building is a learning in enhancing capability, skills and increasing mastery possessed by an individual, group or organization, carried out by social welfare institutions in organizing various types of activities, especially those directly related to the empowerment of former commercial sex workers. This Research uses a qualitative approach. The object of this case study research is the Kharisma Institute in carrying out capacity building activities for former commercial sex workers. The source of the data in this research came from primary data sources, namely key informants of the kharisma institution, companion, former commercial sex workers, some of social service employees also became supporting informants of this research. Secondary data from various literature departments. Data collection techniques use the method of observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation. The results of the research provide an overview of the aspects of the process, forms and strategies for improving the social function of former commercial sex workers, after participating in activities they have knowledge, high social life, have the ability to be entrepreneurial, confident, and able to build social relations.
