Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of two Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD): KUD Kebun Sawit Harapan in Gabung Makmur Village and KUD Jaya Makmur in Kumbara Utama Village, Siak Regency, during the 2015–2017 period. The analysis employed financial ratios such as Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO). The research used a quantitative descriptive method with a comparative approach, and the data analysis technique applied was the independent sample t-test. The results showed that only the DER ratio had a significant difference between the two cooperatives, while the ROA, NIM, and TATO ratios did not show any significant differences. This indicates that capital structure stability is the primary differentiator in the financial performance of the two cooperatives, whereas efficiency and profitability are relatively similar. Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of (1) Religiosity on the OCB of employees of the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (2) Transformational leadership style on the OCB of employees of the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (3)Physicological capitaltowards the OCB of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Pasaman Regency. (4) Work environment towards the OCB of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Pasaman Regency. (5) Job satisfaction towards the OCB of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Pasaman Regency. (6) Religiosity, transformational leadership style, psychological capital, work environment and job satisfaction together affect the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The population in this study was allemployees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Pasaman Regency as many as 44 people. The sampling technique in this study used the total sampling technique or population sample. Where the sample in this study was all employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Pasaman Regency as many as 32 people. The results of this study show that(1) Religiosity has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (2) Transformational leadership style has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (3) Psychological capital has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (4) The work environment has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (6) Religiosity, transformational leadership style, psychological capital, work environment and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office..

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganilis pengaruh dari Store Atmosphere (X1) dan Word Of Mouth (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) pada Coffee Shop padussy Coffee. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada konsumen padussy Coffee, sehingga data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisi secara parsial, Store Atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilat thitung > ttabel (7,251 > 1,984), Word Of Mouth juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (5,913 > 1,984), sedangkan hasil analisis secara simultan menunjukkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (88,372 > 3,09), yang berarti Store Atmosphere dan Word Of Mouth secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil koefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,776 yang berarti 77, 6% Keputusan Pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh variabel Store Atmosphere dan Word Of Mouth, sisanya sebesar 22,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine how consumer loyalty at the Panam Central Busana Store, Pekanbaru is related to product diversity and member cards. Product diversity and member cards are independent variables while consumer loyalty is the dependent variable. The problems that occurred at the Panam Central Busana Store were a decrease in the number of consumers/visitors from the previous year, failure to achieve the target realization, and the emergence of several competitors who were also engaged in the fashion retail sector around the Panam Central Busana Store which became a threat to the Panam Central Busana Store itself. The sample in this study was determined using the slovin formula obtained, namely 97 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research using questionnaire data collection techniques through gform and questionnaires. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire distributed using purposive sampling techniques were then processed for further study with the SPSS 25 program. The results of the tests carried out showed that product diversity has an influence on consumer loyalty, where t count = 20.157> t table 1.661 and sig 0.000 <0.05, then member cards have an influence on consumer loyalty, where t count = 15.369> t table 1.661 and sig 0.000 <0.05, and product diversity and member cards on consumer loyalty, with F count 301.654> F table 3.092, and sig 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

High company value will encourage the market to have confidence in the company's future potential and its current performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence company value. The object of this research is all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for two years, namely 2018 and 2019. The method used for sampling is purpose sampling based on predetermined criteria. The number of samples in this study was 442 with a total of 884 data. Testing analysis data is done by using the application software WarpPLS version 5.0. The results of the study showed that the corporate risk disclosure variable contributed positively by 5.6 % to the company's value. The good corporate governance variable strengthened the corporate risk disclosure variable which contributed positively by 0.2% to the company's value

Abstract

This study examines the effect of staff capacity on the performance of higher education institutions (HEIs) in Riau, with a focus on the moderating role of top management support. In the context of higher education, staff capacity, which includes adequate knowledge, skills, and experience, is expected to improve operational effectiveness, especially in the areas of teaching, research, and services. However, the effect of staff capacity cannot always be realized without adequate support from top management. Therefore, this study uses Resource Dependency Theory (RDT) to examine the role of top management support in moderating the relationship between staff capacity and HEI performance. This study collected data from 382 lecturers at universities in Riau using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that staff capacity has a significant positive influence on HEI performance, with top management support serving as a moderator that strengthens the relationship. The findings indicate the importance of synergy between staff capacity and top management support in improving university performance. This study contributes to the education management literature by providing empirical evidence on the influence of staff capacity and top management support on organizational performance in the higher education sector

Abstract

Strategi yang ditetapkan perangkat Desa Temurejo, Kecamatan Blora, Kabupaten Blora dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan warga desa adalah dengan mengoptimalkan pelayanan disetiap dimensi seperti bukti fisik, jaminan, daya tanggap, empati, dan keandalan. Pada dimensi bukti fisik, perangkat Desa Temurejo senantiasa selalu menjaga kebersihan kantor, kerapian petugas, dan melengkapi fasilitas kantor seperti printer, komputer, dan laptop. Pada dimensi jaminan, perangkat desa senantiasa mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan yang dapat menunjang kompetensi para perangkat. Pada dimensi empati, para perangkat senantiasa bersikap ramah dan sopan kepada warga desa yang dating. Pada dimensi keandalan, para perangkat desa memastikan setiap prosedur pelayanan berjalan secara sistematis, memberikan pelatihan kepada staf agar lebih cekatan dan efisien dalam bekerja, serta melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap kualitas layanan. Terakhir, pada dimensi daya tanggap, para perangkat senantiasa dapat memberikan pelayanan yang tepat dan cepat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of sustainability committees, background diversity (educational level), sustainability training, executive remuneration, environmental performance, and external assurance on the quality of sustainability reports in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2023. A quantitative approach was applied using panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model. The sample consisted of 75 analysis units selected through purposive sampling. The results show that the sustainability committee, sustainability training, and external assurance have a significant positive effect on the quality of the sustainability report. In contrast, background diversity, executive remuneration, and environmental performance do not show a significant effect. The adjusted R² value of 0.418942 indicates that the model explains 41.89% of the variation in report quality. These findings underscore the significance of institutional and professional support as key factors influencing the quality of sustainability reports. Future studies are recommended to incorporate additional variables, such as regulatory pressure and corporate culture, and to consider qualitative approaches or third-party assessments.

Abstract

The palm oil industry is a pivotal sector in Indonesia's economy, particularly in Riau Province, significantly contributing to exports and the regional economy. This study aims to analyze the impact of CPO price fluctuations on the regional economy, specifically focusing on the export and investment sectors in Riau Province. Employing a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis, this research examines the relationship between regional economic variables, exports, investments, and world CPO prices throughout 2008-2022. The findings indicate that exports and investments significantly influence world CPO prices, while the regional economy does not directly impact them. This study offers crucial implications for regional economic policies, highlighting the need to strengthen export and investment sectors and implement sustainability policies within the palm oil industry. These findings will serve as a reference for formulating policies that can reduce dependence on global price fluctuations and bolster the local economy.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how and why two types of motivational climates in police institutions influence the behavior of individual officers. Specifically, this study explains the reasons why the mastery and performance climates influence two types of passion, namely harmonious and obsessive, which impact differences in proactive behavior and unethical behavior related to work. Furthermore, this study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires to test the hypotheses. The questionnaire consists of closed-ended questions, where respondents select answers based on their circumstances. Data was collected from 356 police officers across various police institutions in one of Indonesia's provinces. SEM-PLS analysis results indicate that the mastery climate has a positive and significant influence on harmonious passion, which in turn enhances proactive work behavior. Additionally, harmonious passion significantly mediates the relationship between a mastery climate and proactive work behavior. Meanwhile, a performance climate has a positive and significant influence on obsessive passion, which drives unethical behavior for work. Obsessive passion also significantly mediates the relationship between a performance climate and unethical behavior for work.
