Abstract

The problem in this study were how the planning, organization, implementation and control Quality Management ISO 9001:2008 is in SMK NU 01 Kendal. The purpose of this study were to describe the process of planning, organizing, implementation and process of controlling Quality Management ISO 9001: 2008 at SMK NU 01 KendalThe data collecting technic is by using documents, interviews and observation. Analysis of the data using the model of Miles and Hubberman in the following ways; (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) the presentation of the data, (4) conclusion.The results of this study include, 1. Planning includes (a) the planning process step by step implementation approach that includes (1) the establishment of Total quality steering committee, (2) the process of composing a quality vision, ( b) the process of planning the formation of composing the team and (c) the process of planning the training. 2. The process of organizing include (a) the process of identity, (b) the process of break work down, (c) the process of dividing group task to each position, (d) the supervision process, (e) the coordination process. 3. The process of implementation starts with (a) process intensification team, (b) the implementation of the PDCA cycle, (c) the process of collecting feedback, (d) the process of changing the infrastructure, 4. The Process of control is (a) measure the perfomance (b) compare the performance match the standard, (c)  take corrective action

Abstract

Problems in this study were: (1) is there any influence between work motivation on work discipline junior high school teachers throughout the District Comal State, (2) to analyze the influence of managerial competence principals to teachers working discipline Junior High School Comal District of Pemalang, (3) analyze the influence between work motivation of teachers and school heads managerial competencies simultaneously to work discipline Junior High School teacher throughout the District Pemalang. Results showed the: (1) correlation of variables X1 to Y by 0,266 is very low, with a value of R2 is 0,071 means that the effect of variable X1 on Y is equal to 7,1%. (2) correlation X2 on Y of 0,407 is middle, with a value of R2 is 0,166 means that the effect influence of X2 on Y is equal to 16,6%. (3) the results of multiple regression analysis obtained by the amount of the value of R2 is 0,175 means that the effect influence of the variables X1 and X2 into Y is 17,5%, while the other variables that influence amounted to 28.4%, with the regression equation Y = 2,805 + 0,097 X1 + 0,268 X2.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: (1) to determine the influence of compensation on the professionalism of early childhood teachers in the District of West Ungaran, Semarang Regency; (2) to determine the effect of working motivation in the professionalism of early childhood teachers at the District of West Ungaran, Semarang Regency; (3) to determine the effect of compensation and motivation to work together in the professionalism of the early childhood teachers in the District of West Ungaran, Semarang Regency.The populations of this study are the early childhood teachers who were in the District of West Ungaran Semarang regency as many as 298 people’s with samples taken proporsionate stratiefied random sampling as many as 161 people. The methods of data collection use questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, test requirements and test hypotheses. Hypothesis test use simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. To analyze the data use SPSS for Windows 21.The results shows that the average of acquisition score is 95.22 professionalism of teachers including professional enough categories, the average acquisition score a compensation of 59.51 medium category, and earned an average score of 75.58, including work motivation medium category. The test results prerequisite research data were normally distributed, linear and does not occur multikolinieritas. Hypothesis tests found to contain a significant influence on the professionalism of teachers represented by the equation of Y = 70.090 + 0424 X1; the strength of correlation of 0.704 with a contribution of 0,496 or 49.6%. A significant difference in the professionalism of teachers' motivation to work with the equation of Y = 24.383 + 0.937 X2; the strength of correlation of 0.682 with a contribution of 0.464 or 46.4%. Compensation and motivation significantly influential work together in the professionalism of teachers represented by the equation of Y = 38.376 + 0.274 X1 + 0.538 X2; the strength of correlation of 0.766 with a contribution of 0.586 or 58.6%.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan adalah suatu proses dari hasil pendidikan yang diukur berdasarkan relevansi, keefektifan dan dampak dari program, proses atau tindakan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan pelanggan sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) dan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP).Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif.  Dalam  hal  ini,  peneliti  akan  mendeskripsikan  Strategi Peningkatan Budaya Mutu di MAN 01 Kota Semarang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) MAN 1 Semarang sudah mengimplementasikan budaya mutu melalui a) Budaya akademik, b) kultur sosial budaya, dan c). kutur demokrasi 2). MAN 1 Semarang sudah menerapkan strategi peningkatan budaya mutu dengan cukup baik menggunakan tiga tahapan, yaitu : a) strategi formulasi budaya mutu, meliputi perumusan visi organisasi, perumusan misi organisasi, perumusan profil organisasi, analisis eksternal berorientasi budaya mutu, analisis internal melalui Evaluasi Diri Sekolah, analisis internal dan eksternal melalui analisi SWOT, analisis dan pilihan strategi, penetapan sasaran jangka panjang, serta penentuan strategi induk. b) strategi implementasi budaya mutu, meliputi penentuan strategi operasional, penentuan sasaran jangka pendek, seperti sasaran tahunan, perumusan kebijaksanaan, dan pelembagaan strategi. c)  strategi evaluasi budaya mutu, meliputi penciptaan sistem pengawas, penciptaan sistem nilai, dan penciptaan umpan balik. Strategi operasional peningkatan budaya mutu di MAN 1 Semarang melalui pembiasaan peningkatan keimanan dan ketaqwaan, kegotongroyongan, saling menghargai, kebersamaan, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kritis, analisis, obyektif dan kreatif keilmuan. Dampak strategi  operasional peningkatan budaya mutu di MAN 1 Semarang  adalah capaian prestasi siswa meningkat baik bidang akademik maupun non kademik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (2) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan (3) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMP.Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif populasi adalah guru SMP di Kecamatan Kersana Kabupaten brebes sebanyak 130. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 98 orang guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket. Uji validitas, Reliabilitas, Normalitas data, linearitas dan Uji hipotesisi melalui regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier ganda menggunakan SPSS 21.Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) sebesar 15,7%, (2) pengaruh motivasi kerja (X2) dengan kinerja guru (Y) signifikan karena hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu F hitung 11,781>F tabel (0,5598) = 2,30 dengan signifikan 0,000<0,05. Berdasarkan data statistik tersebut ada korelasi antara motvasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 10,9%, dan (3) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) bersama-sama secara positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru berdasarkan data statistik berpengaruh sebesar 21,6%.Ssaran yang diberikan (1) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang belum baik selama ini perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru, (2) perlu meningkatkan motivasi kerja para guru untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya,

Abstract

The focus of this research is how the implementation of the Strategic Plan for Character Development in Students Primary Islam School (SDIT) Buah Hati Pemalang based plan strategy through planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of character building program. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted in SDIT Buah Hati Pemalang. Source of data derived from the principal, classroom teachers, subject teachers, school committee, Tsamrotul Fuad Foundation, students, and parents.The results showed the program in SDIT Buah Hati Pemalang in character building of students based on the Quran and hadith outlined in the flagship program of the Islamic and 10 competencies Muslim personality of children that have Aqidah clean, worship properly, have good morals, to have independence, broad-minded, has a strong physical, spirited opportunities, regular in all matters, to appreciate the time, beneficial for others. SDIT Buah Hati Pemalang has had a strategic plan in the program character building of students by implementing a strategy of SBM include the bases of school management based on the principle promote transparency and accountability, for enhancing the character of students is done in an open, transparent, systematic, consistent, and sustainable decision-making according to ability, the condition of the school.Based on the findings above, it is recommended that school principals supported the teachers there are synergistic cooperation to related institutions/ organizations in order to expedite and facilitate the performance especially in the procurement of character building program. Suggested classroom teachers, subject teachers and classroom teachers collaborate and work together in providing educational services to students in the form of learning and mentoring students in learning.

Abstract

The background of this research are: 1) student achievement under Criteria Complete Minimal, 2) The results of test scores of children is low, so it does not match the expectations of parents 3) School achievement is low in the academic race, 4) Not achieving the quality of schools maximum as in the vision, mission and objectives of the school that has been set.The objectives of this study are to know the complete learning management and quality management in schools, so that an upgrading in the quality of teaching and learning activities for teachers and school quality improvement of services for parents met.The results showed that: 1) Planning study completed jointly planned at the beginning of the school year at a school meeting. Extra hours of lessons, teacher consultation with headmaster and teachers plan learning activities prepared for mastery learning successfully. 2) Organizing the responsibility of headmaster with the assignment of guiding low grade and high grade guidance. 3) Learning thoroughly carried out in a systematic and planned starting from the preparation of lesson plans, learning activities, assessment, repairment and enrichment. Student involvement in the implementation of high mastery learning, and specifically the sixth grade required for implementation of the study completed two years using the zero hour of learning. 4) Monitoring by the headmaster include oversight of program implementation and supervision of organizing programs consistently. 5) The quality of school graduates performed with competence development, content standards, process standards, educators and education personnel, school facilities and infrastructure, management standards, and implementation of the assessment system.Based on the research results suggested: 1) The headmaster is able to draw up a work program of the school and the ability to provide service quality to parents, 2) Teachers can improve the quality of teaching and learning activities in the classroom and improve the quality of the use of school infrastructure

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine the significance of the influence of pedagogical competence of teachers on the performance of teachers of SD/MI in the UPP District of Petarukan Pemalang, (2) to determine whether there is influence of teacher certification on teacher performance SD/MI in the region UPP District of Petarukan Pemalang, (3) to determine whether there is the influence of pedagogical competence of teachers and certified teachers on teacher performance SD/MI in the territory of the District UPP Petarukan Pemalang.The population in this study were all teachers SD/MI in District Petarukan Pemalang already qualified certification as 313 people. After the calculated obtained sample of 175 people by using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection methods used were questionnaires / questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, test requirements and test hypotheses include simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis and test of determination (R2).Hypothesis test results show that: 1) there is a significant and positive influence Pedagogic Competence (X1) on the Performance of Teachers (Y) SD/ MI in the territory of the District UPP Petarukan Pemalang. This is evident from the test results of t test partial values obtained tcount amounted to 4.635 greater than ttable 1.974 (4.635 > 1.974), 2) there is a positive influence and significant Teacher Certification (X2) on Teacher Performance SD/MI in the UPP District of Petarukan Pemalang. This is evident from the test results of t test partial obtained tcount amounted to 4.617 greater than ttable 1.974 (4.617> 1.974), and 3) there is a positive influence and significant Competence Pedagogy (X1) and the Teacher Certification (X2) the performance of teachers (Y) SD / MI in the territory of the District UPP Petarukan Pemalang. This is evident from the results of hypothesis testing simultaneous F test values obtained Fhitung 10.720 3.0485 greater than F table (10.720> 3.0485).
