The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of profitability and financial distress on the audit report lag of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The dependent variable in this study is the audit report lag. Profitability and financial distress as independent variables. The object of this research is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 12 companies with 60 units of analysis. The data analysis method is secondary data using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The results of this study indicate that profitability has a negative and significant effect on audit report lag. Financial distress has no effect on audit report lag.

This study examines the risk-return trade-off and volatility behaviour in Indonesia stock market. As the analytical tool this study uses GARCH-M model with symmetric GARCH(1,1). To obtain more reliable results, this study takes daily and weekly stock index as well as 5 individual stock returns from January 2004 to November 2020 as a sample. This study also investigates the results with two alternative mean equations, simple regression and AR(1) model. The first finding of this study is that in Indonesia stock market both in stock index and in individual stocks, the volatilities of return are time varying. From investigating the risk-return relationship the results are mixed. This study finds that positive risk-return relationships in stock market index are observed both in daily and weekly data. A positive risk-return relationhip in stock market index is also found either in AR(1) model of mean equation or in simple regression model. The same results are observed in two stocks investigated. There is one stock where a positive risk return relationship is observed only in daily return data not in weekly return data. A negative risk-return relationships is observed in one stock and there is no evidence of risk-return trade-off in one stock. The conclusion is that a positive risk-return relationship as a postulated by investment theory only exists in stock index and does not exist in all stocks Key words : Indonesia stock market, Risk-return trade-off, GARCH-M, GARCH(1,1), Time-varying volatility.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of financing restructuring policies through regulation No. 11/ POJK.03/2020 on the stability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses panel data from the 6 largest Islamic banks in Indonesia for the period September 2018 to December 2020. This study uses the Random Effect Model as the best estimation model. The results showed that the financing restructuring policy had a negative and significant effect on the stability of Islamic banks. Meanwhile, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as control variables have a significant positive effect on the stability of Islamic banks. Meanwhile, inflation has a negative and significant effect on the stability of Islamic banks. This study did not find the effect of bank size on the stability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee job satisfaction at PBEC Eye Hospital. The data of this study consisted of primary and secondary data, which were taken through a questionnaire to 81 employees of the PBEC Eye Hospital with a sample census. The variables used are psychological factors, social factors, physical factors, and financial factors as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data obtained were processed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that psychological factors, social factors, and physical factors have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. And financial factors have no significant effect on employee job satisfaction

This study aims to describe the purchase habits of Nunu Leather resellers and formulated strategies for the retention while increasing the profitability of resellers in order to make repeated purchases in larger and more stable quantities. In formulating the strategy, various analyses such as internal-based resources, VRIN framework, identification of Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), and TOWS analysis are carried out. From the various analyses, a customer-tier strategy is formulated in the form of membership that is expected to solve the problems of Nunu Leather.

This study aims to analyze the determinants of MSME income and formulate a survival strategy in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in the Bung Karno Tomb area, Blitar City, East java. This study uses primary data activities. The use of multiple linear regression aims to see the effect of capital, education and working hours on the income of the MSMEs. This study found that capital,education, and working hours had a positive and significant effet on income during the era of COVID-19. The strategy taken to survive during this COVID-19 was by changing employee entry schedules, cutting salaries, reducing types of merchandise that quickly expired and switching profession to handicrafts, t-shirts, batik and use social media such as Shopee and Facebook to boost their sales.

Efforts to fulfill student desires are the key to success in winning the competition and the best action that needs to be taken by higher education institutions is to use feedback from students to make changes to services. Every student wants maximum satisfaction fromevery service available in educational institutions, with maximum satisfaction obtained by students will be able to improve the quality of educational services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of student satisfaction in receiving the online teaching and learning process, to analyze the quality of services provided by education providers to students online. To analyze the effect of the level of service provided by education providers on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics, Lancang Kuning University. From the results of the study, it showed that the level of student satisfaction in receiving the teaching and learning process, on average, could be said to be satisfied in accepting online learning. While services for online infrastructure that can be used by students are still not supportive, namely the campus wifi problem. The results of the online teaching and learning process services on student satisfaction which are carried out at the Faculty of Economics have a significant influence on student satisfaction, but there are two variables that are not significant. and has a negative value, namely the responsiveness variable and tangible variable. This is due to the lack of communication between students and the academic community and the lack of equipment available for online learning.

The Covid-19 pandemic can be classified as a disaster where it not only has a health impact but also has a major impact on the social and economic life of the community. Efforts to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus are carried out by restricting people's movements and vaccinations. In this new normal, known as the term Work or Study from Home, this situation also causes changes in the cultural, social, and economic order of the society. This study aims to determine the feasibility of social media as a marketing medium for culinary MSMEs in Bangkinang City and what are the opportunities and challenges for this industry. A study on the marketing effectiveness of online MSMEs for the food or culinary sector in a pandemic was conducted to examine the effectiveness of online media in increasing sales. This basic method is used with income analysis through a survey approach to 6 MSMEs that use digital as a marketing base and responses from 300 respondents. Identification of Internal and External Factors found that the position of internal factors in the development of digital promotion of MSEM Culiner sector in Bangkinang City was still classified in the weak category. This shows that with low effort in digital marketing, it is able to provide good enough feedback and needs to be improved. From the results of mapping the IFE and EFE factors, the strategic position and development of digital promotion of MSME culinary sector in Bangkinang City, Kampar Regency is in Quadrant II, namely the STABILITY quadrant or in a stable condition. From the results of the SWOT analysis, ten strategies are given which are the results of the formulation of internal factors (IFE) and external factors (EFE). The strategy in this study is intended as a plan (planning) to achieve the goal. Strategy as a plan is a planned program or step which are a directed course of action to achieve a set of predetermined goals or ideals, as is the case with the concept of strategic planning.

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of print media advertising, digital marketing, and reference groups on student decisions to choose colleges. This study conducted a survey on new students at the Lancang Kuning University. The population in this study were 2001 freshmen from the Lancang Kuning university undergraduate program. The sample in this study was 100 students with quota sampling method and then analyzed the data obtained using quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Quantitative analysis includes: validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Qualitative analysis is an interpretation of the data obtained in the study and the results of data processing that has been carried out by providing information and explanations. This study examines the effect of the involvement of social media and social media platforms on household consumption activities, investigates the type and number of activities involving social media in household consumption. Using the household unit as the population and represented by one person or the head of the family as the sample, as many as 717 respondents. sampling method; convenience sampling. This study found, that; the involvement of social media and social media platforms has a statistically significant effect of 29 percent at a moderate level of influence on household consumption activities. This study can explore as many as 27 types of consumption activities in the household involving social media. Conclusion that social media engagement and platforms cannot be separated from current household consumption activities, and it is assumed that more consumption activities will involve social media. Studi ini menguji pengaruh keterlibatan media sosial dan platform media sosial terhadap kegiatan konsumsi rumah tangga, menginvestigasi jenis dan banyaknya kegiatan yang melibatkan media sosial dalam konsumsi rumah tangga. Menggunakan unit rumah tangga sebagai populasi dan diwakili oleh satu orang atau kepala keluarga sebagai sampel, yaitu sebanyak 717 responden. metode penarikan sampel; convienence sampling. Studi ini menemukan, bahwa; keterlibatan media sosial dan platform media sosial berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik sebesar 29 persen pada level cukup berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan konsumsi rumah tangga. Studi ini dapat mengeksplor sebanyak 27 jenis kegiatan konsumsi dalam rumah tangga melibatkan media sosial. Kesimpulan bahwa keterlibatan dan platform media sosial tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kegiatan konsumsi rumah tangga saat ini, dan diasumsikan akan lebih banyak lagi kegiatan konsumsi yang akan melibatkan media sosial
