Abstract

Corn is a staple food and main ingredient for feed manufacturing in Indonesia. In accordance with Ministry of Agilculture Regulation (Permentan) No. 57 on corn import regulation 2015 Signed, Indonesian Bureau of Logistics (Perum BULOG) is the only company that has permission to import corn. The purposes of this research are to 1) analyze the optimization of the corn supply in Indonesian Bureau of Logistic East Java Regional Division; 2) analyze the cost efficiency of corn supply In Indonesian Bureau of Logistics (Perum BULOG) East Java Regional Division; 3) analyze the projection of economic corn total order in Indonesian Bureau of Logistics (Perum BULOG) East Java Regional Division from the Third Quarter of 2017—the First Quarter of 2019. This research employs the method of case study. The first purpose is analyzed by implementing economic order quantity (EOQ) method. The second purpose is analyzed by exercising the TIC and cost efficiency formula. The third purpose is analyzed by calculating the least square trend. The optimization of corn supply of Indonesian Bureau of Logistic East Java Regional Division is not optimum. The cost efficiency of corn supply of Indonesian Bureau of Logistic East Java Regional Division is not efficient. The projection of EOQ trend in the Third Quarter of 2017—the First Quarter of 2019 tends to decline. Keywords: BULOG; corn; cost efficiency; economic order quantity; least square trend

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of plantation workers and analyze the factors affecting the performance of plantation workers. The research was conducted at Tlogo in Semarang Regency. The research was conducted using survey method. Sampling using simple random sample method. Respondents as many as 50 people from the total population of 123 people. Analyzer using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that 72% of the plantation workers have a moderate production and 68% of the plantation workers have been able to meet the company's work targets. Based on multiple linear regression test, simultaneously got the value of F equal to 3,369, the value is bigger than F table value that is 2,58, so simultaneously, motivation, competence, discipline, and environment influence to plantation workers performance. These factors affect performance by 23%, the rest is influenced by other factors beyond motivation, competence, discipline, and environment. Partial test shows the level of significance of competence, environment, motivation, and discipline respectively is 0.010; 0.114; 0.218; and 0.693. Based on these values indicate that there is a significant influence for competence, while for motivation, discipline, and environment there is no significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze differences in financial performance between the Islamic Banking and Conventional Banking in terms of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), Cost Operations to Operating Income (BOPO). This study uses 12 Banks as sample, with sampling method using purposive sampling, and consists of 6 Islamic banks and 6 conventional banks.The analysis technique used is t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between financial performance between Sharia (Islamic) banking and conventional banking in terms of LDR, NPL, ROE, ROA and BOPO

Abstract

The development of SMEs sector, explicitly aimed at the efforts to realize the power of the nation-competitiveness in order to strengthen the global competitive economy. This research uses qualitative descriptive method to describe each variable analyzed. The analysis is SWOT analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Procees (AHP) to calculate any case the most preferred and influence the development of the empowerment of SMEs especially in terms of revenue and market expansion in Semarang based and questionnaire that sample scrambled by the author. Objectives and results of this study is to determine the priority of the strategy used by the Semarang city government and become the main reference for entrepreneurs of SMEs in Semarang to increase revenue and market share in the city of Semarang is improving managerial skills by improving capacity, work ethic, and the performance of the institution and the staff of the local government of Semarang, and increase community participation in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development of SMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out the financial performance on March Eleven University students Cooperative Surakarta year 2013 – 2016 views of awarding a score of 7 aspects of the cooperative assessment. Researchers using this type of qualitative descriptive study, with financial ratio analysis techniques using a regulation of the Minister of the Cooperative Republic of Indonesia No. 20/Per/m. KUKM/XI/2008. This research is located in Eleven University students Cooperative March (KOPMA). The Data used are secondary data, data obtained from the financial reports KOPMA UNS Surakarta from 2013 – 2016. The results of the research, the UNS Surakarta KOPMA financial performance from the year 2013 to 2016 including the criterion of "pretty healthy" with a total value of score an average of 65.10. In the year 2013 is quite healthy with total value of score 64.60, the year 2014 is quite healthy with total value of score 64.85, the year 2015 is quite healthy with total value of score 62.60, and in 2016 is quite healthy with total value of score 68.35. Keywords: financial performance, 7 aspects of the cooperative assessment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the dominant factor as a determinant of the entrepreneurship intent of the students of the Department of Economic Education of the State University of Surabaya.This research uses explanatory research method, the sample used is 166 students from the total population of 286 students with purposiverandom sampling technique. The results showed that locus of control, subjective norms, and entrepreneurial attitudes affect the intention of student entrepreneurship. From the three determining variables of the entrepreneurship intentions, there is one dominant variable as determinant of student entrepreneurship intention, it is locus of control. The locus of control of students related to entrepreneurship is a personal belief in the success gained from the business and learning process. The implication of this research is students need to strengthen the formation ofentrepreneurial mindset to be able to grow their self-confidence on their own potentials.

Abstract

The influence of product innovation on marketing performance of milkfish processing MSMEs in Gresik Indonesia; 2) the influence of supply chain on marketing performance of milkfish processing, MSMEs in Gresik Indonesia; 3) the effect of product innovation and supply chain on marketing performance of milkfish processing MSMEs in Gresik Indonesia. The design of this study was field research using quantitative research approach. The population is milkfish processing Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gresik district. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The product innovation can foster marketing performance and to improve marketing performance is influenced by the supply chain. In the supply chain, it can be known how the relationship of suppliers with the company. Thus, combining both product innovation and supply chain will make the product more various and wil result in marketing performance improvement. The product innovation significantly influences the marketing performance of milkfish processing MSMEs in Gresik Indonesia. This happens because the performance is influenced by how the condition of the finished goods and product innovation support to perform marketing performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to discover: (1) The influence of entrepreneurship-based curriculum of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) toward non-economic student’s entrepreneurial interest (2) the extent to which the influence of entrepreneurship-based curriculum of HEI affects non-economics student’s entrepreneurial interest. This research is a causality research with quantitative research method. Data collection was done by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents attending the class of entrepreneurship course. The respondents are the students of non-economics department in Universitas Komputer Indonesia. Each statement on the questionnaire was rated with a Likert scale. Test of variability and reliability is done on the questionnaire data. Data analysis method using simple linear regression with IBM Statistical Social Science Program (SPSS) 20. The results showed that (1) the entrepreneurship-based curriculum of HEI has significant and positive influence on student’s entrepreneurial interest of non-economic department with a correlation coefficient of 0.987. The positive relationship indicates that the larger the portion of entrepreneurship education in the curriculum of HEI, the higher student’s entrepreneurship interest of non-economics department (2) the percentage of the entrepreneurial-based HEI curriculum influence of non-economic student’s entrepreneurial interest of is 97,4%.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to get factual data about the readiness of public primary schools in Indonesia based on eight indicators of child-friendly school. By using purposive sampling technique method, the research sample is teachers at public primary school. The descriptive research method was used to analyze the data. The result shows that 84 % of children friendly school policy achievement; b) 75% of health program and facilities achievement c) 67 % of safe, comfortable, and healthy environment and infrastructure) 82% of children’s participation achievement; e) 86% of positive values habituation; f) 67% of well-trained teacher’s availability of child rights convention; g) 39% of student’s route safety; h) and 58% of community and government’s participation.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the influence of relationship marketing which consist of trust, commitment, and communication toward taxpayer’s satisfaction in tax amnesty program. By using the purposive sampling method, the research sample is taxpayers who have a NPWP and registered in tax amnesty program. Only 48 respondents who is qualified as the research sample. Multiple liniear regression was used to analyze the data and to test the research hypotheses through SPSS. The result shows there is no influence between trust toward taxpayer’s satisfaction in tax amnesty program. Meanwhile, commitment and communication have an influence on taxpayer’s satisfaction in tax amnesty program.
