Abstract

Abstract This paper analyses the influence of leadership and communication on employee’s performance. Employing inferential statistics, this research finds that leadership and communication are among key success factors for improving organization performance, and thus service to public. This research focuses on one public organizational within the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance. Given similar contexts facing other public organizations, it is expected that the findings shed light on issues such as organizational performance through enhancing leadership skill and communication. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine Evaluation Program of the National Examination (UN) in the State Vocational School in South Jakarta. This study includes qualitative research, where research in SMK who has the Office Administration Program in South Jakarta, which contained 10 SMKN. The resources are empirically Principal and Chairman of the Program Office Administration. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and archive footage, while the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis interactive model. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of UN 2015 went well, although there are still obstacles to the program, but this is normal and can be controlled quickly and well. (2) The 2015 UN Program is a pilot program, where this year the UN goal is to assess the achievement of national competency standards on a particular subject. (3) The results of the UN as a basis for mapping the quality of programs and or education units, consideration of selection into the next level of education and training as well as providing assistance to the education unit in its efforts to improve the quality of education, not as a determinant of graduation of students. (4) each learner formal education and non-formal education pathways equality eligible for the national exam and has the right to repeat the extent not otherwise meet the criteria of achievement of competence of graduates, and every student must attend one national exam at no charge. Abstract

Marketing strategy in online business has many methods and variaty that some business online should adapt to. Not all those methods are fit for every online business. Every online business must be has their characteristic that showing differences amoung them. With this conditions, we want to give some alternative to make a marketing planning. By making a nice and attractive advertising, can increase the amount of selling products. So that, we have to think smart on making the advertisement. Nowadays, many online shop trying to advertise their products throught facebook, instagram and joining in some marketplace that are so many in Internet. By signing for the paid advertisement, an online shop can put their advertise at the eye catching spot in facebook page, in google, in some spot of marketplace (for exampel like in tokopedia, we can put our store at the top of the list by paying amount of money). Mostly we can find it on facebook as a suggested page, in google as a goole advertisement, in tokopedia as a gold merchant, premium accounts in instagram and etc.. In this field, the online shop can put their advertisement with attractive picture and attractive words to make people click the link and directly go to their store. Abstract

The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of job culture, integrity, and trust towardteachers organizational citizenship behavior. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 115 from 950 teacher of teachers selected random sampling. The research was focused on four aspect; job culture, integrity, and trust towardteachers organizational citizenship behavior The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is conculaded that (1) there the positive direct effect of job culturetowards organizational citizenship behavior, (2) there is positive direct effect of integrity towards organizational citizenship behavior, (3) there is positive direct effect of trust towards organizational citizenship behavior, (4) there is positive direct effect of job culture towards trust, (5) there is positive direct effect of integrity towards trust, and there is positive direct effect of job towards culture integrity Keywords: organizational citizenship behavior, organizational job culture, integrity, and trust

Abstract

This research in Sub Cooperatives and SMEs in East Jakarta for 3 weeks. This study uses field reserch and library reserch. This study by exposing the facts existing at the sub-department of Cooperatives and SMEs municipality Jaktim. This paper uses one variable, descriptive data so it does not need to use statistical parameters, whose mother only explain the data. Usefulness to determine the policy of the local government in the East Jakarta Municipality development of SMEs in East Jakarta. The theory used most of by Law number 20 of 2008 concerning the business, micro, small and medium enterprises. Small businesses that are productive economic endeavors individual or business entity that is not a subsidiary or branch company perusaahaan. While medium-sized enterprises that are productive economic enterprises stand-alone committed individual or business entity that is not a subsidiary or branch of a company that has a wealth of between Rp 500.000.000, - up to 10 millyar. The results of his research is that thanks to the policy in the development of SMEs in East Jakarta's SMEs grow and grow each year as a sign of revival of the economy. Policy development of SMEs in the area of ​​East Jakarta Municipality has implemented them on capital strengthening, hold exhibitions, folk market, enhance the entrepreneurial spirit and others. Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of training and creativity on business development at the industrial village of small and medium enterprises, Pulogadung, East Jakarta. The research used survey method with correlational approach. Data were collected using questionnaire distributed to 33 business entities.Data were analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results revealed that: 1) training had a significant impact on business development; 2) creativity had a siginificant impact on business development; and 3) training and creativity had significant impact on business development simultaneously. Abstract

The method of this research is survey method with causality approach. The population in this research were all the students at SMKN 62 Jakarta. The affordable population were all the 11th grade students of the office administration with total 63 students. Sampling techniques used was proportional random sampling, so the sample in this research is amounted 55 respondents. Data collecting technique, were used logging documents, interviews and questionnaires. To get the data results of the study, done by mid test of financial administration subject in 2nd semester, while learning readiness and learning motivation obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of a normality test and lineariti test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and f-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known that there are partially effect between learning readiness with learning outcomes. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows tcount 2,235 > ttable 1,675. Learning motivation partially effects on learning outcomes, it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows tcount 4,090> ttable 1,675. Learning readiness and learning motivation simultaneously effect on learning outcomes, it’s seen by data analysis that shows fcount 32,299 > ftable 3,175. The obtained regretion equation is . Based on determination of the coefficient test R2 is 0,554 that’s means learning readiness and learning motivation effects on learning outcomes amount 55,4%. Abstract

The development of the university or college that exist today provide clear evidence that the benefits of their education services not only enjoyed or felt by dealing directly with education services, but also enjoyed by all members of society. Selecting a part of the decision-making process (decision making).Impact determination of choice will be a good influence in the short term and the long term, either in the form of benefits and risks that must be borne. Moreover, the establishment choice in choosing a college is a decision that affects a person's future.Higher education service users (students) can choose many educational alternatives what's right for them, where prospective students pay attention to the educational model and how soon after they graduated from college. In order to further increase public interest in the education services on offer, it is necessary to optimize the marketing management better include education marketing performance, supported by an effective marketing strategy. One step that can be done is to find out the marketing mix variables are most affects students or prospective students as consideration in choosing a university or college. In this study, the variable student's perception on the elements of the marketing mix used to measure students choose college decision IPWIJA S2 program (Post Graduate). The object of this research is that students IPWIJA S2 program (Post Graduate). Quantitative Analysis in the research carried out to test the reliability, validity, classic assumption (consisting of test muultikolineritas, normality test, and test hetrokedasitas), multiple linear regression analysis, goodness of fit test (consisting of the coefficient of determination, F test and t test) , while the qualitative analysis obtained from the interpretation of the respondents. The results showed that the product, pricing, promotion, location, facilities, processes, alumni, reputation, and positive influence on the motivation of the students choose college decision IPWIJA S2 program (Post Graduate). Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is influence between job involvement and job satisfaction toward turnover intention on employees of PT. Global Nikel Multiguna. This research was carried out for 3 months, started from February to May 2015. The method used is a survey method. The population in this research were all employees of PT. GLOBAL NIKEL MULTIGUNA, amounting 85 employees and researchers took samples used as many as 68 employees by using random sampling technique. The instrument used of obtain data on the variables X1 (Job Involvement), X2 (Job Satitisfaction), and Y (Turnover Intention) was measured using questionnaire with Likert scale for X1 and Y, and using semantic differentials for X2. Then the data was tested for the validity and reliability, analysis through multiple regression techniques and classical assumption. The hypothesis was tested with significant the margin of error of 0.05 using t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed siginificant relationship between job involvement and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees with regression equation Ŷ = 122.353 – 0.561X1 – 0.198X2. from the analysis of data, obtaining Fcount is 27.442 > Ftable = 3.14. this means that the hypothesis that there is significant relationship between job involvement and job satisfaction on turnover intention ef employees received. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination for R2 is 45.8% while remaining 54.2% is influence by other factors not examined. Based on the above results, it is advisable for the leader of the company to give freedom of speech to the employees and provide corresponds salary whose contribute in the company in order to surpress levels of turnover intention on employees at the company. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of teacher's creativity in learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement in class X peminatan IIS in SMA 89 Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. This study used survey method with quantitative approach. Collecting data using a document recording techniques, observation and questionnaires. The population in this study were students of class X peminatan IIS which numbered 137 students to the overall sample. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F. Based on the results of data analysis known that there was a partial effect between the creativity of teachers in teaching with student achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t value of 3.926 is greater than t table of 1.656. Emotional intelligence of students partially also there is an influence on student achievement, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t value of 2.611 is greater than t table of 1.656. Simultaneously there is influence between the creativity of teachers in the learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed calculated F value of 18.002 is greater than the value of F table 3,06. There are positive influence between the creativity of teachers in the learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement with multiple correlation coefficient 0.460 thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, then known coefficient of determination (R 2) of 21.2%.
