Abstract

Abstract-This study aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on brand loyalty soap sapokalinus PT BRATACO Bandung. This research is a descriptive study. The study population was a chemist who buy soap sapokalinus PT BRATACO Bandung in the past year. Sampling using Slovin formula, then the sample in this study were 70 respondents. The sampling technique used is the technique of random sampling. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test (t-test). The results showed that customer satisfaction significantly influence brand loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract-Islam in strengthening the social orientation among Muslims, then he introduced the concept of an obligation together, in which individual responsibility can be done by other individuals. This is called the fardhu kifayah. This concept emphasizes on meeting the needs of society and urge individuals to strive to fulfill it. With farming and organic farming catfish will create food and financial independence for Muslim families in order to achieve an economic independence Islam halalan thoyiban.By utilizing the land around our house for dimnfaatkan as land to grow crops or raise livestock organically catfish will be generated increase in financial income and food security are highly nutritious. It will be directly proportional to the increase in the welfare of Muslim families which have been considered weak, and be able to build an Islamic economic kemandiriian significantly in the society.Based on the survey we did in society in general, the needs of organic vegetables and organic catfish has been felt at the increasing demand of today's society. With the increasing prevalence of information is growing, people are now faced with the basic necessities of food is good and healthy for their families. People are starting to think and act real to abandon the use of chemicals that enter the intake of food that they consume every day.

Abstract

Abstract- Human abstraction as the representative of God on earth that has been assigned to manage and improve the quality of life of all its inhabitants, has a great responsibility in achieving the task. But the reality, the awareness for running the obligation of zakat and create prosperity on earth only in some people.This research uses descriptive method kualitatif.Penelitian it aims to find out how much economic instruments such as the Islamic waqf, zakat donation as one of the tools mrnciptakan economic well-being of the community fair. The results of this study found that, synergies instruments such distribution zakat alms donation can be able to create a comprehensive social security for every all levels of society. In addition to the creation of prosperity will ease the burden of the government in addressing the problem of poverty and pengagangguran which has been the economic development of Indonesia homework.

Abstract

Abstract-Performance problems are not limited to how much the organization is able to empower human resources as members of the organization to achieve the desired work but furthermore is how successful is the organization can encourage motivation and satisfaction of employees to work as much as possible so they can achieve the expected performance. One way to encourage motivation and employee satisfaction is the reward or remuneration in this case is compensated either directly or indirectly adequate, so that employees feel that the organization has noticed at once appreciate what they have done for the sake of the organization, with thus, the employee's performance will be achieved, but on the contrary, if the organization failed to give attention in this case the compensation of employees it is not impossible employees are not motivated to work so consequently performance is not achieved according to expectations of the organization and as a result of dissatisfaction of employees that compensation will make the performance more decreasses. Method research conducted in this study is a survey research design with quantitative research methods. That quantitative research is research conducted to determine the value of self, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons or connections between the variables of the other variables, whereas associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables, with emphasis see a causal relationship is a causal relationship. The results of this study variable data Empowerment of Human Resources showed that the lowest score of 67 and the highest score was 93. Thus, obtaining the highest and lowest scores, the range of scores (range) was 26 (93-67). Compensation variable data indicate that the lowest score was 51 and the highest score was 71. Thus, obtaining the highest and lowest scores, the range of scores (range) was 20 (71-51). for employee performance variable data shows that the lowest score was 55 and the highest score was 74. Thus, obtaining the highest and lowest scores, the range of scores (range) was 19 (74-55).

Abstract

Abstact-This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, job satisfaction, and empowerment of employees on organizational commitment On Education and Training Center Geology Bandung. The independent variable in this study is organizational justice, job satisfaction, and employee empowerment, as well as the dependent variable in this study is the organization's commitment method used in this research is descriptive verification with quantitative approach. Based on a statistical test can know that justice organization partially significant effect on organizational commitment. Based on a statistical test can know that variable of organizational justice, job satisfaction, and employee empowerment partially or simultaneously has a significant influence on organizational commitment. Based on the research results in improving organizational commitment, the Center for Education and Training Geological need to determine human resource planning strategy through organizational justice, job satisfaction, and employee empowerment.

Abstract

Abstract-Investment is needed by a person to add to the source of its income in order to cover the necessities of life is very urgent that can not be fulfilled from daily earnings , in addition, there are reasons for someone to invest among others to profit as much as possible , future security, protect profits , earn passive income, realizing the desire to achieve the goal hereafter.Someone who would invest let the terms and conditions that are prohibited and which are allowed to invest in making it useful for her to the world and the hereafter, as contained in the Koran, hadith, Consensus and qiyas. Islam strongly encourages people to invest, it is motivated by the doctrinal foundation of the order to pay Zakat for people who have assets that are not productive (idle assets), otherwise productively managed assets are not subject to the obligation of zakat. The new Zakat shall be levied on the results that have been obtained through these investments.

Abstract

Abstract-In Islamic economics, which is recognized only function of money as a medium of exchange and unity count (unit of account). Money itself does not provide usability , but the money that provides utility functions. Money becomes useful when exchanged for the real thing or if it is used to purchase services. Therefore, money can not be commodities  that can be traded.This study uses qualitative descriptive method in order to determine the economic outlook of Islam on the function of money.The concept of money in Islamic economics is different from the conventional concept of money in the economy. Islamic economics, the concept of money is very clear and unequivocal that money is money is not capital. Average money in an economic perspective konvensionl interpreted inter change ability / commute, ie money as money and as capital.According to the money capitalist system not only serves as a medium of exchange but money also could be traded. Instead, the Islamic view of money that the money is used only as a medium of exchange (medium of exchange) not as a commodity. In Islam, anything that serves as money, then its function as a medium of exchange. Furthermore, an important phenomenon in the characteristics of money is that it is not necessary for consumption, it is not necessary for himself, but needed to buy other goods that human needs can be met.

Abstract

Abstract- Shadaqah has a very important role to every human when we leave this world, therefore moslem community build a foundation to take care of their shadaqah from Muzaki. Unisba as an Islamic University, also have organization to collect, manage, and allocate funding from shadaqah, named Baitul Maal of Unisba. There are 419 lecturers and employees in Unisba but there are only 27% from them who decide to become muzzaki at Baitul Maal of Unisba. On average, the Collected Fund at Baitul Maal of Unisba  per month  is only as many as Rp 3.000.000,-. Researchers  assumed that it caused by lack of consumers knowledge about Baitul Maal of Unisba programs. Consumers knowledge consists of attributes, benefit, and satisfaction to the products or services. A total of 30 questionnaires from offline surveys has been analysed using “several statistical analysis”, including multiple regression. Result of this research shows us that satisfaction to the products or services is the most dominant variable that influence lecturers and employees to become muzzzaki at Baitul Maal of Unisba.

Abstract

Abstract -This study is driven by the motivation to examine the capital structure determinants for Palestine Stock Exchange (PEX) and Egypt Stock Exchange (EGX). Within the framework of capital structure theories, this study uses Generalized Method of Moments (GMM,1982) as an estimation model employing quarterly panel data analysis during the observed period from 2008 till 2012. The test results from GMM indicate that all the examined determinants have significant relationship with leverage. It has a negative value with liquidity, non-debt tax shield, profitability, size and growth. The Egyptian firms have some uniqueness in its trend. Current assets, debt ratio and liquidity behave positively with leverage except for growth. The other tested determinants in Egyptian companies are found to be not significant.
