Abstract

This research aim to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio, current ratio, asset growth and return on equity on beta. Population in this research are all real estate and property companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012-2013 as many as 50 companies. The method used is purposive sampling , with 34 companies are selected with 50 samples on annual report are observed. Analysis technique that used here is multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 21. The result shows that debt to equity ratio has a negative non-significant effect, current ratio and return on equity has a positive significant and asset growth has a negative significant on beta. Suggestion for next research are add another fumdamental factors and add company categories.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of incentive’s motivator on the employee’s performance with self esteem as mediation (the case study on the employees of PT. Prima Cahaya Indobeverage in Ungaran). The populations in this research are all the employees of PT. Cahaya Indobeverage in Ungaran. The number of samples used in this research as much as 72 employees, using the Purposive Sampling method. The methods of collecting data are using interviews and questionnaires. The result of data analysis is using SPSS program version 17 shows that there are a positive influence and significant incentive’s motivator, and self esteem against the employee’s performance. And there is a direct positive influence and significant incentive’s motivator to self esteem. Also with the variable of self esteem directly affect in positive and significant which mediated incentive’s motivator against the employee’s performance of PT. Prima Cahaya Indobeverage in the Ungaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh munculnya fenomena perkembangan sepeda motor di Indonesia yang sangat pesat. Selain itu, tingkat persaingan yang ketat di berbagai kategori produk berdasarkan kemajuan teknologi telah menyebabkan timbulnya beberapa fenomena yang cukup menarik yang mendorong kosumen mendorong untuk membeli sepeda motor yang lagi diminati dipasaran sesuai dengan produk yang mereka inginkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan fenomena gap, masalah yang di kaji dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah brand awareness dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial dan simultan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness dan brand image parsial dan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Wali Motor Demak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 16.0 for Windows.  Hasil penelitian di peroleh bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 342.244 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh brand awareness dan brand image secara simultan positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Simpulan dari penelitian ini terbukti bahwa brand awareness dan brand image secara berpengaruh secara parsial dan silmutan  terhadap keputusan pembelian, sehingga dapat dijelaskan bahwa semakin baik brand awareness dan brand image, maka tinggi pula keputusan pembelian konsumen pada sepeda motor Honda Beat

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the influence of investment desicion, funding and dividend to the firm value with the risk as a mediation variable. Population that is used in this research is a company manufacturing sector which is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period from 2011 until 2013. Number of sample that used in this research is 60 samples with the method purposive sampling.  Firm value variable is proxied by Price Book Value Ratio (PBR),  Investment decision is  proxied by Price Earning Ratio (PER), financing decision  subtitued by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dividend policy is proxied by Dividend Pay Out Ratio (DPR) and business risk subtitued by Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL). Data Analysis using multiple regression analysis and line analysis by using a SPSS 16 program. The research concluded that only the investment decisions and the funding decision which has an effect on the firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and perceived organizational support (POS) toward employees’ performance analyze mediate organizational commitment influence of organizational culture and POS toward employees’ performance. The population is 97 people production employees of PT Braling Wisnu Satriya and 78 samples obtained using the Slovin formula. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, methods of descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS for Windows version 16. The concluded of this study are influence organizational culture and perceived organizational support (POS) toward employees’ performance, and organizational commitment is able to mediating the influence of organizational culture and perceived organizational support toward employees performance.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze the direct and indirect influence of the customer experience, customer value and customer satisfaction on the customer loyalty at The Fountain Water Park & Resto. The sample size consist of 116 respondents with purposive judgement sampling through likert scale questionnaire. Percentage descriptive, multiple linier regression and path analysis were employed to analyze data. Significant results of this research indicate customer experience and customer value influence customer loyalty through customer satisfaction so can be concluded that mediation circuit occurs in this study. The conclusion of this research are proved that customer experience, customer value and customer satisfaction as the mediation influence by direct and indirect on the customer loyalty.

Abstract

The empirical purpose of this study was to test the signalling theory empirically through the influence of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin, and total asset turn over partially to word the stock total return of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2012-2013. The variables in this study consist of current ratio (X1), debt to equity ratio (X2), net profit margin (X3), total asset turn over (X4), and stock total return (Y). This research used documentation method as methods of data collection. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as methods of data analysis. The result of this research shows that current ratio variable and net profit margin have insignificant effect on the stock total return. The variables of debt to equity ratio and total asset turn over have significant effect on the stock total return. The result of this research shows that adjusted R2 is 8,3%
