Abstract

Abstrak Untuk mengoptimalkan peran sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja yaitu motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Hasil observasi pada rumah sakit islam banjarnegara menunjukkan tingkat absensi karyawan pada tahun 2013 selama bulan Januari sampai September mengalami fluktuatif ditambah banyaknya keluhan dari pelanggan kepada pihak rumah sakit islam Banjarnegara. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1) adakah pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) adakah pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) adakah pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis adanya pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan 2) menganalisis adanya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan karyawan 3) Menganalisis adanya pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarnegara yang berjumlah 229 orang dengan sampel sejumlah 70 orang menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, tinjauan pustaka dan kuesioner. Metode analisis yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS for Windows versi 19. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh nilai untuk variabel motivasi sebesar 5,068 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukan bahwa H1 yang menyatakan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima. Kemudian nilai untuk variabel Lingkungan Kerja sebesar 5,050 dengan hasil signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05 maka H2 yang menyatakan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarnegara. Saran untuk Rumah Sakit Islam Banjarnegara antara lain pentingnya meningkatkan pemberian motivasi terutama dalam bentuk penghargaan kepada karyawan yang memiliki prestasi kerja antara lain melalui promosi jabatan serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja kondusif dengan membangun hubungan baik antar karyawan harus ditingkatkan agar kinerja karyawan meningkat. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Abstract To making optimize human resource in organization needs attention  elements which influence on performance such as motivation and work environment. The result of the observation showed the fluctuation of take attendance official employee in January to September 2013 it also get many complaint from customers  to the Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital. The inspect of the Problem in this research are: 1) are there influence between motivation to employee performance, 2) are there influence between work environment to employee performance, 3) are there influence between motivation to work environment as both as together in according to employee performance. This study is aimed to 1) analyze the influence of motivation on the employee performance of Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital, 2) analyze the influence of work environment on the employee performance of Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital 3) analyze the influence of motivation and work environment on the employee performance of Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital. The population in this study are employees of Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital numbering 229 people with a total of 70 samples using Slovin. Data collection methods using observation, documentation, literature and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis used validity and reliability testing, the percentage of descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, and partial multiple regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 19. The results of the study based on result t test gotten scores for variable motivation amount 5,068 with significants level 0,000 < 0,05 showed that H1 who state that motivation positive influences the employee performance accepted. Then scores for variable Work Environment amount 5,050 with signifikans level 0,000< 0,05 therefore H2 who state that work environment positive influences the employee performance accepted. Conclusion of this study showed that motivation and work environment positive influences the employee performance of Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital. Suggestions for Banjarnegara Islamic Hospital  for example importance for improvement gift motivation especially appreciation for employee who have work performance for example with position promotion. Creation work environment building good relationship among employee have to improved in order to employee performance increase. Keyword: Employee Performance, Motivation, Work Environment.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of positive pricing, advertising, and consumer dissatisfaction against brand switching of courirer services company partially or simultaneously.The research sample was determined using iterations formula method with a total of 118 respondents using Purposive Sampling.Methods of data collection using questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale. The analyze percentage is using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis.The conclusions is the higher of price offered, the more likely consumers switch brands to PT JNE, increasingly active ads, the more likely consumers switch brands to PT JNE, and the higher level of consumers dissatisfaction, the more likely consumers switch to PT JNE.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational culture, and Organizational Commitment on performance directly and indirectly that is mediated by Organizational Commitment. The population in this study were 126 employees in food, drink and cosmetic departemen in PT. Sido Muncul Herbal Medicine Industry. 96 people of them as data. Proportional Random Sampling of Probability Sampling technique was used for gathering the data. The method of data collection by quetionares. Data analysis using path analysis. The conclusion of this study are influence of emotional intelligence and organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational culture on performance and organizational commitment mediate the relationship emotional intelligence and organizational culture on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to exam the influence of psychological capital, psychological well-being, and work-family conflict on nurse’s performance directly or indirectly that mediated by psychological well-being, and work-family conflict. Data was collected from 99 nurse inpatient care installation Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ungaran by giving questionnaire. They were analyzed by using partial and path test in deciding the connection between variables in this study. The result of this study indicated that there was a significant positive effect on psychological capital and psychological well-being toward job performance, also psychological capital toward psychological well-being. The result also indicated that psychological well-being and work-family conflict mediate the effect of psychological capital toward nurse’s performance. While, the effect work-family conflict toward nurse’s performance, work-family conflict toward psychological well-being, and the effect of psychological capital toward work-family conflict showed negative result but there were no significant.  In conclusion, this study proved that to increase their performance, the nurses must have psychological capital and psychological well-being. Also, the nurses must be managing their work-family conflict.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of managerial ownership and dividend policy on firm value (the study is a manufacturing company  that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 until 2013). The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 until 2013. Samples were taken purposive sampling technique that is based on specific criteria. Data analysis tools used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained multiple linear regression analysis Y = 0.855 + 2.797 - 0.004 + e. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed managerial wnership and dividend policy jointly affect firm value. Managerial ownership effect on firm value. Dividend policy is no effect on firm value. The conclusions of this research is managerial ownership effect on firm value. Dividend policy is no effect on firm value. Advice given to the owner/shareholders of the companies to increase managerial ownership and dividend policy in order to reduce the agency conflict.

Abstract

This research purposed in order to find out bankruptcy indication of listed in LQ-45 index and delisted companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange using Altman Z-Score. Research population are all listed and delisiting companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange, sample was chosen based on purposive sampling criteria. Among 23 sample companies in LQ45, there are 3 companies predicted as grey area in three years and there is a company predicted as grey area in one year and then predicted on bankrupt condition in the next two years. There are one company which predicted as bankrupt condition in three years. From 10 sample companies which was delisted from IDX, there is one company which predicted as healthy condition in two years, then predicted as bankrupt in the next year. There is a company which was predicted as grey area in one year. This case can be proven that Altman Z-Score ratio has high accuracy in bankruptcy prediction

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the dimensions of responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance and physical evidence on the quality of services determine customer satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 100 customers. The sampling technique using non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The variables of this study consisted of customer satisfaction and service quality. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The results showed five dimensions of service quality, the dimensions of responsiveness, reliability, empathy and assurance shows that customers are very satisfied, and to the dimensions of the physical evidence indicates that the customer is not satisfied. This research is expected as input for Astra Motor Slawi Tegal to increase the dimensions of the performance of the physical evidence on the quality of service by providing adequate facilities and infrastructure. Besides the leader is more attention is needed for the arrangement of items in the showroom, interior space and provide the missing clues for each room allowing customers find the space needed.
