Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job insecurity, organizational commitment, and organizational trust on turnover intentions. The samples that were used in this study were 104 employees obtained by using the Slovin’s formula. The data were collected by using questionnaire method. The data analysis usespercentage descriptive analysis, and partial regression analysis uses SPSS for Windows version 16. The results of this study show that job insecurity influences turnover intentionspositively and significantly, while the organizational commitment and organizational trust influencenegatively and significantly. The study concluded that the higher job insecurity is, the higher turnover intentionswill be, and the higher commitment and organizational trust are, the lower turnover intentions will be. The suggestions from this study are to minimize job insecurity and turnover intentions and to increase the commitment and organizational trust, such as bythe availability of employee briefing-and-sharing with the leader, giving punishments if the employee resigns before the specified time period and giving rewards for employees with achievements.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keputusan berkunjung merupakan hasil terbaik pemikiran wisatawaan untuk mengambil keputusan. Dengan lokasi yang baik akses yang mudah serta fasilitas yang lengkap dan menarik diharapkan keputusan berkunjung wisatawan semakin meningkat. Teknik pengampilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode accidental sampling sebanyak 115 wisatawan yang berkunjung ke objek wisata Pikatan Water Park Temanggung dengan menggunakan rumus iterasi. Variabel penelitian meliputi lokasi, fasilitas dan keputusan berkunjung wisatwan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuesioner, metode analisis data dengan uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi berganda secara parsial dan simultan menggunakan SPSS for Windows versi 16. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada pengaruh positif lokasi dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah perlu ditambahnya sarana angkutan dari dan menuju objek wisata Pikatan Water Park Temanggung untuk variabel lokasi dan pengoptimalan wahana permainan yang ada serta penambahan wahana permainan outbound untuk variabel fasilitas.   Kata Kunci : Lokasi, fasilitas, keputusan berkunjung     ABSTRACT Decision visiting is the best result from tourist thoughts to take deision. With good location, easy access along with complete and interesting facilities expected can making decision visiting tourist grow up. This research use the accidental sampling technic which took 115 tourists visiting to Pikatan Water Park Temanggung by using the iteration formula. The variabels of this research are location, facility and decision. Data collection methods using documentation and questionnaires, methods of analysis, test instrument (validity and reliability testing), the percentage of descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, and partial multiple regression analysis using SPSS for Windows version 16. This resarch’s result show that are positive influence of location dan facility to decision visiting decision.  The suggestions of this research is need to added transportation from and to Pikatan Water Park Temanggung this for  location variabels and optimalization of existing games and adding outbound games this for facility variabels.   Keywords : Location, Facility, decision.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh celebrity endorser dan brand image pada proses keputusan pembelian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang yang menggunakan smartphone Samsung dengan Purposive Judgement Sampling melalui kuesioner. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode rumus iterasi dengan jumlah 115. Berdasarkan uji parsial, celebrity endorser 0,004, dan brand image 0,000. Uji simultan pada penelitian ini celebrity endorser dan brand image 0,000. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ada pengaruh signifikan dan simultan antara celebrity endorser dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian. Saran dari penelitian ini, perusahaan menggunakan selebritis yang memiliki ketertarikan lebih bagi masyarakat atau bisa menggunakan anggota grup band yang memiliki fans lebih banyak. Untuk penelitian mendatang dilakukan pada objek yang lebih spesifik dari smartphone Samsung, sebagai contoh proses keputusan pembelian khusus untuk produk smartphone Samsung galaxy seri terbaru. Sehingga kemungkinan dapat hasil berbeda-beda pada penelitian tersebut.

Abstract

The calculation of cost of goods sold is a very important activity undertaken by any company. In the calculation of cost of goods sold which is right, then the selling price of a product can be known and specified precisely so that the products are not overcost and also not undercost. The object of this research is the cost that became the focus of activity on Furniture Company PT Wood World to determine the allocation of the cost of raw materials, labor costs and factory overhead costs that are charged to the product. The result was the cost of goods sold with Activity Based Costing system on the furniture cabinets greater than conventional system (undercost). Cost of production using Activity Based Costing system in the furniture chairs less then conventional system (overcost).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan pelatihan pada produktivitas kerja. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 104 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi berganda, dan koefisien determinasi parsial menggunakan SPSS for Windows versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada produktivitas kerja karyawan. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan, semakin baik lingkungan kerja dan kualitas pelatihan maka akan semakin meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk tetap mempertahankan tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan agar tidak menurun sehingga produktivitas kerja karyawan juga dapat terjaga dengan baik, kualitas lingkungan kerja dan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada karyawan hendaknya dapat ditingkatkan agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan anggota dan calon anggota Kospin JASA Cabang Purwokerto baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota dan calon anggota Kospin JASA Cabang Purwokerto. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 96 anggota dan calon anggota, menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampling non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan anggota dan calon anggota baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Berdasarkan uji t, pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota dan calon anggota secara parsial diperoleh nilai 3,662, sedangkan pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan anggota dan calon anggota secara parsial diperoleh nilai 5,781. Secara simultan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan anggota dan calon anggota berdasarkan uji F diperoleh nilai 44,681. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan kualitas pelayanan dan nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan anggota dan calon anggota Kospin JASA Cabang Purwokerto baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of perceived organizational support and competency to employee performance mediated by affective commitment. The population of the study was inpatient nurses of RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal totaling 108 peoples. Sampling using Non-probability Sampling technique saturated sampling. The results showed positive significant effect perceived organizational support and competency on employee performance. Affective commitment also proved mediating perceived organizational support and competency on employee performance showed by coefficient total value of perceived organizational support on employee performance (0,371) > direct effect value (0,243) and coefficient total value of competency on employee performance (0,401) > direct effect value (0,242).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of sukuk rating announcement to market reaction. The population in this study is all of sukuk rating announcement of the companies that launch sukuk and stock during the year 2010-2014. The sample selected based on purposive sampling is 55 announcements. This study is an event study research using market adjusted model with 21 days of windows period (t-10 to t+10). The data used in this research is daily closing price that is collected by the documentation method. Analysis methods used in this research are normality test, one-sample t-test, and paired t-test. The results of this study find that there are significant sukuk rating announcement to the market reaction during 2 days that are on  t+2 the significant is 5% and on t+3 the significant is 10%. The market reaction does not indicate significance difference between the return before and after the announcement. Market Efficiency happened is a semi-strong form because the investors are still enjoying the abnormal return for 2 days

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara ikatan keuangan, ikatan sosial dan ikatan struktural secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas nasabah serta mengetahui pengaruh antara kepuasan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada nasabah yang sedang melakukan transaksi di Bank BRI Kantor Unit Pageruyung. Pengujian dan pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ikatan keuangan, ikatan sosial, dan ikatan struktural berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Serta kepuasan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Namun, secara parsial ikatan keuangan, ikatan sosial, dan ikatan struktural tidak berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa apabila ikatan keuangan, ikatan sosial dan ikatan struktural yang diterapkan meningkat, maka loyalitas nasabah juga akan meningkat. Serta apabila kepuasan nasabah meningkat, maka loyalitaspun akan meningkat.The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of financial bonding, social bonding, and the structural bonding directly and indirectly on customer loyalty, and also to determine the effect of customer satisfaction toward customer loyalty.The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to customers who are conducting transactions at Bank BRI unit Pageruyung. Testing and processing of data using SPSS software.The results showed that partially financial bonding, social bonding, and the structural bonding have positive effect on customer loyalty. And satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. On the other hand, financial bonding, social bonding, and the structural bonding partially have no positive effect on customer loyalty.So it can be concluded that if financial bonding, social bonding, and the structural bonding is applied increased, it will also increase customer loyalty. As well as increased customer satisfaction, then loyalty increased.
