Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze the direct and indirect influence of the customer experience, customer value and customer satisfaction on the customer loyalty at The Fountain Water Park & Resto. The sample size consist of 116 respondents with purposive judgement sampling through likert scale questionnaire. Percentage descriptive, multiple linier regression and path analysis were employed to analyze data. Significant results of this research indicate customer experience and customer value influence customer loyalty through customer satisfaction so can be concluded that mediation circuit occurs in this study. The conclusion of this research are proved that customer experience, customer value and customer satisfaction as the mediation influence by direct and indirect on the customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the operating cash flow, the financing cash flow, and the influence of the investing cash flow to the stock returns, as well as to determine the influence of the operating cash flow, the financing cash flow, and the investing cash flow together equally against the stock returns. Number of sample that used in this research is 30 samples with the method purposive sampling. Based on the results of simultaneous research indicate that the operating cash flows, the financing cash flows and the investing cash flows did not have any influence on the stock returns. The result of research partially known that the operating cash flow has not an effect on stock returns, the financing cash flow has not an effect on stock returns, and the investment cash flow has not an effect on stock returns. The research concluded that the operating cash flow, the financing cash flow, and the investing cash flow did not have any influence on the stock returns, either simultaneously or partially. The suggestions of the research is for the investors and the potential investors or other stockholders taking into account the information of a company’s cash flow from the operating cash flows, the financing cash flows and the investing cash flows to predicting the stock returns.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is influence of the characteristics of employment, career development and work stress to organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang is 531. The number of samples used in the study is 85 employees. The analysis model is multiple regression using programe SPSS 16.0. The result of this study showed that job characteristic has positive and significant effect to organizational commitment, career develepmont has positive and significant effect to organizational commitment, job stress has negative and significant effect to organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of job satisfaction variables as a mediating role between organizational justice to organizational commitment. The population in this study were employee’s PT. Purinusa Ekapersada with incidental sampling data collection techniques and the sample were 199 people using incidental sampling.The methods used in collecting the data was a questionnaire which was measured by likert scale. Analysis was partia test and The sobel analysis used SPSS 20 . The results showed that there was significant positive effect between organizational justcice on the job satisfaction. Significant and positive effect also showed between job satisfaction on the organizational commitment. While organizational justice showed not significant effect on the organizational commitment. Job satisfaction shown to have influence as a mediate role the relationship organizational justice on organizational commitment. The conclusion from this research that job satisfaction plays an important role in the onset of organizational commitment. Organizational justice does significantly affect on job satisfaction, but does not significantly affect on the organizational commitment, which means that organizational commitment be affected more seriously by other important factors, such as employess satisfaction and high salary.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the dimensions of responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance and physical evidence on the quality of services determine customer satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 100 customers. The sampling technique using non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The variables of this study consisted of customer satisfaction and service quality. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The results showed five dimensions of service quality, the dimensions of responsiveness, reliability, empathy and assurance shows that customers are very satisfied, and to the dimensions of the physical evidence indicates that the customer is not satisfied. This research is expected as input for Astra Motor Slawi Tegal to increase the dimensions of the performance of the physical evidence on the quality of service by providing adequate facilities and infrastructure. Besides the leader is more attention is needed for the arrangement of items in the showroom, interior space and provide the missing clues for each room allowing customers find the space needed.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of innovation and product quality on customer loyalty Tea Botol Sosro with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study population was all citizens who live in sekaran both local residents and students UNNES. Sampling by using accidental sampling technique, the sample size is determined by using iteration and obtained a sample of 102 people. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, and the methods of analysis, test instrument (validity and reliability testing). Analysis of data using path analysis (Path Analysis), wherein the variables used include innovation, product quality, satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Conclusions from this research is that there is influence directly or indirectly variable product innovation and product quality on customer loyalty through satisfaction Botol Sosro as an intervening variable. Suggestion for the company is to be always doing research to innovate in developing products Sosro Tea produced, as well as improve the quality of its products.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the reaction of markets to the dividend cash announcement on all companies share listed on the Sharia Effect List. The other goal is to explain the difference of abnormal return and security return variability (SRV) on the period before, during and after period ex-dividend date in 2014. This research used the event study, which was conducted observation of abnormal return and security return variability during the event period, i.e. before 10 days up to 10 days after the dividend cash announcement. The population in this research are all companies share listed on the Sharia Effect List (DES) in 2014. The sampling technique was conducted with a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 135. Based on the result of differential tests analysis showed that there are difference abnormal return on the period before-at the moment, after-at the moment and before-after and security return variability variable on the period before-after the dividend cash announcement. However, the security return variability (SRV) on the period before-after announcement showed that there are no difference.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain influence the service quality and service innovation, partial or simultaneous to the consumer satisfaction of Buah Hati Hospital Kudus The sampling uses incidental sampling technique. The numbers of respondents are 116 respondents. The methods used to collect the data are method observation, interview method and questionnaire method. Analysis of data using multiple linier regression with SPSS version 20. The thing prove that there is the influence of the service quality and services innovation simultaneously positive and significant on consumer satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is the service quality and service innovation influential in partial and simultaneous to consumer satisfaction. So it could be explained that the higher quality of service and improved service innovation, the consumer satisfaction steadily grew.

Abstract

This research aims at knowing the direct and indirect influence of product quality and service quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and the influence of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. The population of this research is 5001 customer. Slovin formula is used for obtaining 99 respondents as the sample. Questionnaire adn documentation are metode for collecting the data. In analyzing the data, path analysis is applied. The results of this research show that product quality influences customer loyalty, the service quality influences customer loyalty. Then, customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty; and it mediates the influence of product quality and service quality to customer loyalty. The conclusion of this research is that the higher of customer’s satisfaction will increase the customer loyalty although it may make higher product quality and higher service quality for customer perceived quality.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the influence of investment desicion, funding and dividend to the firm value with the risk as a mediation variable. Population that is used in this research is a company manufacturing sector which is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period from 2011 until 2013. Number of sample that used in this research is 60 samples with the method purposive sampling. Firm value variable is proxied by Price Book Value Ratio (PBR), Investment decision is proxied by Price Earning Ratio (PER), financing decision subtitued by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dividend policy is proxied by Dividend Pay Out Ratio (DPR) and business risk subtitued by Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL). Data Analysis using multiple regression analysis and line analysis by using a SPSS 16 program. The research concluded that only the investment decisions and the funding decision which has an effect on the firm value.
