Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, macroeconomic variables (interest rate, inflation, exchange rate), and world oil prices on the Jakarta Islamic Index both in the short-term and long term. The data used in this study is secondary data. This study used Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis with weekly time series data in the period March 2020 – March 2021. The results showed that in the short-term variable interest rate and the exchange rate had a significant negative effect on the JII stock index and world oil prices had a significant positive effect on the JII stock index. The Rupiah exchange rate is negative in value, but this decrease in value means appreciation (the rupiah strengthens) meaning that when the rupiah appreciates, the JII stock index increases. Meanwhile, in the long-term, the Covid-19 pandemic variable, interest rates, and the rupiah exchange rate had a significant negative effect on the JII stock index. Inflation had a significant positive effect on the JII stock index. The increase in cases of the Covid-19 pandemic has proven to affect the Indonesian stock market, especially the Jakarta Islamic Index stock index in the long term. Therefore, the government needs to implement the most effective and efficient policies in overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic that impacts the national health and economic stability of the country.

The subjects in this study were 100 companies engaged in metal processing located in the Tegal area, Central Java. Sources of data from this study were obtained by using a questionnaire distributed to owners and employees of metal processing companies. The data analysis method in this study uses SEM (Structural Equiting Modeling) with the help of PLS (Partial Last Square) software. The results of this study indicated that individual SCO had a positive effect on organizational SCO. Organizational SCO had 3 variables, namely human resource, organizational design and information technology. Human resource for SCO had a positive effect to SCM strategic, organizational design for SCO took effect on strategic SCM and information technology took effect on SCM strategy. Then further research results were human resource for SCO had no effect on SCM operation, organizational design for SCO had no effect on operational SCM and the last one was technology information took effect on SCM operations. The final result was strategic SCM had a significant effect on operational SCM. This study broadened the understanding of the social and behavioral elements of SCM by classifying SCOs into individual SCOs and organizational SCOs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of inventory planning carried out by the company and by using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. The data obtained is based on the records made by the researcher to the Corina factory for a period of 3 years in 2019 -2021 . The data used in this study are: sales data, production data, purchase data of soybean raw materials, raw material inventory data, soybean raw material ordering cost data, raw material storage cost data. The analysis was carried out using the EOQ formula, safety stock, reorder point. Soybean raw materials carried out by the Corina factory is considered less effective because there is an excess of available raw materials compared to their use for a period of 3 years, while the control of raw materials according to EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) is considered more efficient and optimal. . It is proven that there is a decrease in inventory costs (order costs and storage costs) of Rp. 25,315,412 with a purchase frequency of 4 times a year. Meanwhile, the raw material control carried out by the Corina factory before using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method was Rp. 31,675,608 for ordering costs and Rp 428,640 for holding costs , so the total inventory cost before using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method was Rp 32,104. 248.

Abstract

Capital market is a market that all prices that occur should be caused because the market mechanism that has been in such a way able to respond to all the information that exists automatically. Such a market is a market that conforms to the concept of an efficient market. In an efficient market, market participants or investors, will not be able to gain an edge over other investors in terms of investment decisions based on the information they get. The market efficiently assumes that the information that is in the market can be accessed by all actors. In fact, many anomalies occur in the market that break through all assumptions built by the concept of an efficient market, one is the phenomenon of price reversal. Price reversal is a phenomenon in which the price of a stock instrument that suddenly experiences a price reversal because there is information that enters the market and is responded to excessively (overreaction) by the market. Research uses quantitative paradigms to prove a particular hypothesis built into research. The data used is secondary data obtained using stock transaction data as well as financial statement data of each sample company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the condition of Functional Human Resources after the transfer of positions and determine the best alternative policy strategies in developing human resources in an effort to increase the competence of staff at UNNES. Equalization of structural positions to functional positions is quite difficult in practice because not all the details of previous tasks are in accordance with the functional positions resulting from the equalization. This research uses a case study approach. This study took the location of UNNES. The analytical tool used to determine the HR development strategy of UNNES uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The survey was conducted on 22 employees who were affected by the transfer of positions from structural to functional positions at UNNES and 3 officials who handled HR issues. Interviews with key persons were conducted to capture perceptions and assessments of key persons on the condition of functional education personnel after the transfer of position functions. The results of the study indicate that the functional staff from the equalization experiences are confused and have not been able to adapt to their main duties and functions. Based on the analysis using the AHP method, it shows that the classical training strategy with the priority of providing opportunities for employees to take part in functional training can help improve HR competencies.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of Information Asymmetry on profit management with GCG as moderating variable in transportation and logistic enlisted in ISE in 2016-2019. This research used multiple-linear regression analysis and MRA using Eviews 12 aid. The result of research can be summarized as follows: 1) Information asymmetry affects profit management significantly, and 2) Information asymmetry does not affect profit management with GCG being moderating variable. In this case, a moderating predictor type of moderation regression analysis model occurs, meaning that moderating variable serves merely as predictor in the relation established.

The sampling technique that the writer uses is purposive sampling with a total sample of 150 respondents. The data collected in this study used an online questionnaire technique, and the data analysis technique was Linear Regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Gamification has a positive influence on customer loyalty, (2) The higher the effect of rewards will have a positive effect on customer loyalty, (3) Gamification and rewards each have a positive influence on customer loyalty, (4) There is a positive effect of gender, namely, strengthening the effect of gamification on customer loyalty. It regards the value of the regression coefficient on the interaction between gamification and gender, which has a value of 0.085. (5) There is a negative effect of gender in weakening the effect of rewards on customer loyalty. It regards the value by the value of the regression coefficient on the interaction between rewards and gender, which has a value of -0.076. Therefore, in making gamification, gender can be considered so that the gamification made can be by the wishes of consumers.

Abstract

The hospital is a service organization for patients (consumers). Service is expected to provide comprehensive consumer desires. Previous research has not much elaborated on the balanced scorecard and analysis of the constituent factors of customer and employee satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the balanced scorecard, the constituent factors of customer and employee satisfaction in dr. Kariadi Hospital. The number samples used as many as 72 consumer respondents who use hospital services and 27 hospital employees. The research method uses a balanced scorecard and analysis of the constituent factors of customer and employee satisfaction. The analysis results show that the human resource factor still requires improvement compared to the customer factor.
