Abstract

This research was motivated by the Djarum Kudus Soccer School, which produced outstanding players up to the National level and the National team. The focus of the problem is the management of the achievement development program at the Djarum Kudus Soccer School. The study aimed to determine the management function of the achievement coaching program at the Djarum Kudus Soccer School in 2021. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The instruments used are interview and documentation instruments. The data analysis model used in this study is the analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats. The research results at the Djarum Kudus Soccer School showed Strengths: free registration, adequate and proper facilities, awards for outstanding athletes. Weakness: the quality of the coach is not entirely good. Opportunities: financial support from PT Djarum. Threats: no competition. This study concluded that the Djarum Kudus football school achievement development program in terms of the SWOT analysis went well, including sufficient funds, adequate and proper facilities, no training fees, awards for outstanding athletes, and club management. However, the weakness was in the quality of the coach. Suggestions for the Djarum Kudus football school need to hold a regeneration of licensed coaches and make a written training program.

Abstract

The importance of physical exercise in the long jump sport because the long jump is a sport that requires strength and quite dominant muscles in it, namely the leg muscles. Lack of learning in implementing activities to increase leg muscle strength. This study aims to determine the effect of box jumps and tuck jumps training on the results of the X grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Pekalongan. This research method is quantitative with an experimental approach and entered into the Pre Experimental design type with the category of Pre-test and Post-test Group. The instrument used is the long jump test. The research subjects were 20 students of class X SMA Negeri 2 Pekalongan. The data analysis technique used the t test. The results of the t test obtained are t arithmetic (5.515) > t table (2.845) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which means it shows that box jumps affect the long jump results of class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Pekalongan, which states t count (4.638) > (2.845) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means it shows that tuck jumps affect the long jump results of class X SMA Negeri 2 Pekalongan. The conclusion is that there is a significant effect on the long jump results of class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Pekalongan.

Abstract

Para atlet putri Klub Bola Voli Perdana Wonosobo memiliki kekuatan otot lengan dan kemampuan servis atas yang berbeda-beda. Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah apakah ada dan manakah yang lebih berpengaruh antara latihan push up normal dan push up tangan menumpu bangku terhadap kemampuan servis atas. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah atlet putri club bola voli Perdana Wonosobo usia 16-20 tahun dengan jumlah pemain 14 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan latihan push-up normal telah diperoleh nilai nilai t hitung (8,312) > t tabel (2,447), dan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05. Latihan push up tangan menumpu bangku telah diperoleh nilai nilai t hitung (3,873) > t tabel (2,447), dan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,008 < dari 0,05. Latihan Push up normal diperoleh sebesar 26,21 %, dan latihan Push up tangan menumpu bangku diperoleh sebesar 10,55 %. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan push up normal dan push up tangan menumpu bangku berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan servis atas bola voli putri klub Perdana Wonosobo. Latihan push up normal lebih baik dibandingkan latihan push up tangan menumpu bangku terhadap kemampuan servis atas bola voli.

Abstract

The lack of sports facilities and infrastructure owned by Sidomukti District, Salatiga City, makes people have to be good at utilizing the surrounding environment for sports activities and in between the busyness of the community makes the reason for researchers to research about people's interest in sports activities in open spaces. This research method uses survey research with a descriptive quantitative approach type. The data was taken using an online questionnaire. The population in this study was all the people of Sidomukti District, Salatiga City, which amounted to 44,946 people and the research sample was 150 samples using accidental sampling techniques. The variable used is the public's interest in sports activities in open spaces, Sidomukti District, Salatiga City. The results of the research on public interest in sports activities in open spaces of Sidomukti District, Salatiga City in 2022 are categorized as very high with a result of 81.29%. Calculations based on intrinsic interest of 83.87% belong to the very high category, and extrinsic interest of 78.70% belongs to the high category. Public interest in sports activities in open spaces, Sidomukti District, Salatiga City is very high with a result of 81.29%. Suggestions: 1) for the government of Sidomukti Subdistrict, Salatiga City, to continue to pay attention to the community so that the community can maintain interest in sports activities in open spaces 2) for people in Sidomukti District, Salatiga City to be able to maintain interest in sports activities in open spaces.

Abstract

Dribble is dribbling to get past the opponent, so agility and flexibility play a role in dribbling. The purpose of the study where to determine: 1) the relationship between agility and dribble female players, 2) the relationship between flexibility and dribble female players, 3) the relationship between agility and flexibility with dribble female players, 4) the relationship between agility and dribble for male players, 5) the relationship between flexibility and dribbling for male players, 6) the relationship between agility and flexibility for male players. The research method is correlational. The sample are 34 players. The whole is used as a sample. Data collection used tests and measurements. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The results showed that Fcount: 1) agility to dribble results obtained 6.528 significance value 0.022 <0.05 for female players, and 6.158 significance value 0.025 <0.05 for male players, 2) flexibility to dribble results obtained 5,428 significance value 0.034 <0 0.05 for female players, and 0.664 a significance value of 0.428 > 0.05 for male players, 3) agility and flexibility on dribble results obtained 3.765 a significance value of 0.049<0.05 for female players, and 4.168 a significance value of 0.038 for male players. The conclusions of this research is: 1) there is a relationship between agility and dribble results, 2) there is a relationship between flexibility and dribble results for female players, and there is no relationship between male players, 3) there is a relationship between agility and flexibility on the results of dribbling.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini seberapa efektif latihan Lateral Bound dan Scissors Jump terhadap kecepatan Dribble pada pemain Sepakbola Bina Satria Mayong. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif latihan Lateral Bound dan Scissors Jump terhadap kecepatan Dribble pada Pemain Sepakbola Bina Satria Mayong. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu metode yang mengandalkan pengukuran objektif dan analisis matematis (statistik) terhadap sampel data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, jejak pendapat, tes, atau instrumen penelitian lainnya untuk membuktikan atau menguji hipotesis (dugaan sementara) yang diajukan dalam penelitian. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 10 orang. Hasil penelitian mengenai efektifitas latihan Lateral Bound dan Scissors Jump terhadap kecepatan Dribble menunjukan bahwa latihan Lateral Bound dan Scissors Jump memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan. Latihan Lateral Bound memiliki jumlah yang sangat berpengaruh sebanyak 79,0% sedangkan latihan Scissors Jump sebanyak 13,0%. Berdasarkan penelitian mengenai efektifitas latihan Lateral Bound dan Scissors Jump terhadap kecepatan Dribble menunjukan bahwa latihan Lateral Bound lebih efektif dari pada latihan Scissors Jump terhadap kecepatan Dribble.

Abstract

The problem with this research is that dribbling techniques have an important effect on soccer games. Is there any effect of boomerang run and ladder drills training on dribbling skills? The purpose of this study was to determine 1. The effect of boomerang run training on dribbling skills, 2. The effect of ladder drills training on dribbling skills, and 3. Which of the two exercises is more effective on dribbling skills. The research method uses an experiment with a matched subject research design. The sample of this research is 22 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research variables are boomerang run and ladder drills. The data collection method used a dribbling skill test instrument. The results of the 1. Boomerang run exercise analysis obtained tcount 4,187 > ttable 2,228. 2. Ladder drills exercise obtained tcount 5,093 > ttable 2,228, meaning that both exercises have an effect on dribbling skills. 3. From the results of the subsequent analysis, it was found that the ladder drills exercise was more than the boomerang run exercise but it was not significant. The results of the study concluded that both exercises have an influence on dribbling skills. Suggestions to the coach to use the 2 training methods are because they are proven to be able to improve dribbling skills

Abstract

This research is about hand grips technique baseball in woodball sports. The purpose of this study was to determine the different of hand grips in baseball towards the baseball gating accuracy and which exercise was better.Types of quantitative research. With the experimental method using the M-S pattern design. The research population was 46 female IWbA athletes in Semarang City. The research sample was 16 female IWbA athletes in Semarang City. This sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results obtained: 1) the t-test value of the experimental group 1 obtained the value of Sig. of 0,00 < 0,05 meaning that there is an effect 2) the t-test value of the experimental group 2 obtained the value of Sig. of 0,01 < 0,05 it means that there is an effect. 3) The value of the t-test difference between the experimental groups 1 and 2 is obtained by the Sig. value. of 0,0762 < 0,05 meaning that the mean of the two groups is the same or there is no effect. The conclusion of the study: that the different effect of hand grips in baseball towards the baseball gating accuracy rate to towards gating results.

Abstract

This research is about the effect of box jump and depth jump training on jump shoot ability in the women's basketball team at SMA Negeri 1 Demak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of box jump and depth jump training on the ability to jump shoot on the women's basketball team at SMA Negeri 1 Demak. The research method uses a quantitative type with experimental methods and matched subject design with ordinal pairing techniques. The instrument used is the speed spot shooting test. The research sample was 10 participants of the women's basketball team at SMA Negeri 1 Demak. The data analysis technique used the T test. T test results: sig. (2-tailed) pre-test and post-test box jump 0.001<0.05 with a t-count value of 9.021>t table 2.306. sig value. (2-tailed) pre-test and post-test depth jump 0.002 <0.05 with a t value of 7.483> t table 2.306 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it means that there is an influence between box jump and depth jump training on increasing jump shoot ability SMA Negeri 1 Demak women's basketball team. Value of Sig. (2-tailed) post-test box jump and post-test depth jump 0.727> 0.05 with a t-count value of 0.362 <t table 2.306 then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected so that it means that there is no difference in average between the results of the post-test box jump and post-test depth jump. Plyometric box jump and depth jump exercises can improve the jump shoot ability by increasing the components of the physical condition needed in the jump shoot technique.

Abstract

This research is about the method of hollow sprint training and speed training parachute. Is an exercise method to increase running speed. The research objectives are to find out: the effect of the hollow sprint training method and speed training parachute on the results of 100 meter running speed, the difference in the effect of the hollow sprint training method and the speed training parachute, training methods that affect the results of 100 meter running speed between hollow sprint and speed training parachute. Types of quantitative research. With the experimental method using the MS design. Population 19 students. The research sample was 10 male students with data collection using purposive sampling technique. Data retrieval of 100meter speed test instrument. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the study obtained Fcount: 1) the value of the hollow sprint obtained a significance value of 0.004> 0.05 meaning that it has an effect, 2) the value of speed training parachute obtained a significance value of 0.001 > 0.05 meaning that it has an effect, 3) the test value of the difference between the hollow sprint exercise and the speed training parachute is the significance 0.002 > 0.05 meaning there is a difference, 4) the value of the speed training parachute method has a greater effect than the hollow sprint method. Research conclusions: that the Hollow Sprint and Speed Training Parachute methods have an effect on increasing the 100-meter running speed, and there is a difference between the two. The Speed Training Parachute method has a more significant impact.
