Abstract

Pluralistic  society  is  a  rich  culture  that  is  always  maintained  and  preserved  in  which  there  are values,  and  norms  prevailing  in  the  society,  therefore  the  increased  pace  of  development,  any development  planning  where  customs  values,  norms,  culture,  who  have  local  knowledge  (local wisdom) need to be taken into account by looking at a holistic approach to the environment. Issues that  arise  in  the  district  Sukolilo  Pati,  the  Samin  community  or  Sedulur  resistance  against  the construction of Semen Gresik Sikep is very interesting to study or do research more deeply both doctrinal and non-doctrinal. This study used a Constructivist paradigm , which views law as the law as relative and contextual consensus  (  law  on  hakektnya  an  agreement  ,  whether  written  mapun  unwritten  are  relative  and contextual ) approach socio legal studies legal problems are not merely conceived as the norm and simultaneously interpret the law as behavior . Local knowledge is a form of appreciation of humanity and as a servant of God in the process of social  interaction  ,  not  only  with  our  fellow  human  beings  ,  but  also  to  the  environment  .  Sikep Sedulur understanding of the environment that have so far not included a simple lifestyle change that has been handed down , including ecological balance is maintained and well preserved with two (2 ) aspects: Aspect and Aspect Emperik transcendental . Abstract

Villages Act requires a paradigm shift toward the village, which puts the village as a subject not related objects rural development within the framework of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. One of the things that is being debated is related to the management of bengkok village land. Before the birth of the Village Act, bengkok village land is an asset village partly used to provide compensation / income for the village head and the village because of his so-called origin inherent rights because of the positions. With the Act the village, the village head and village get income fixed and allowances budgeted in APB village a source of funding is the revenue villages. Their fixed income and this additional polemical for the continuity of the village administration, because of the Law of the village is considered removing government authority bengkok village land to work the land as compensation for his position.

Abstract

The background in this study is the lack of quality long-range kicks in soccer games. This study aims to determine the effect of Skipping exercises on the results of the ability to shoot long distance SSB NEW STAR FA players. This study used an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test group design. The population of this study were 20 SSB NEW STAR FA players. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample of this research is 10 SSB NEW STAR FA Semarang players. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that there was a significant effect of Skipping exercises on the long-range kick results of SSB NEW STAR FA players. The conclusion is that there is an effect of Skipping exercises on the results of long distance kicks in soccer at SSB NEW STAR FA Semarang. Suggestions for players to improve the quality of long distance kicks can be used with Skipping exercises.

Abstract

The lack of sports facilities and infrastructure owned by Sidomukti District, Salatiga City, makes people have to be good at utilizing the surrounding environment for sports activities and in between the busyness of the community makes the reason for researchers to research about people's interest in sports activities in open spaces. This research method uses survey research with a descriptive quantitative approach type. The data was taken using an online questionnaire. The population in this study was all the people of Sidomukti District, Salatiga City, which amounted to 44,946 people and the research sample was 150 samples using accidental sampling techniques. The variable used is the public's interest in sports activities in open spaces, Sidomukti District, Salatiga City. The results of the research on public interest in sports activities in open spaces of Sidomukti District, Salatiga City in 2022 are categorized as very high with a result of 81.29%. Calculations based on intrinsic interest of 83.87% belong to the very high category, and extrinsic interest of 78.70% belongs to the high category. Public interest in sports activities in open spaces, Sidomukti District, Salatiga City is very high with a result of 81.29%. Suggestions: 1) for the government of Sidomukti Subdistrict, Salatiga City, to continue to pay attention to the community so that the community can maintain interest in sports activities in open spaces 2) for people in Sidomukti District, Salatiga City to be able to maintain interest in sports activities in open spaces.

Abstract

This research is about the effect of box jump and depth jump training on jump shoot ability in the women's basketball team at SMA Negeri 1 Demak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of box jump and depth jump training on the ability to jump shoot on the women's basketball team at SMA Negeri 1 Demak. The research method uses a quantitative type with experimental methods and matched subject design with ordinal pairing techniques. The instrument used is the speed spot shooting test. The research sample was 10 participants of the women's basketball team at SMA Negeri 1 Demak. The data analysis technique used the T test. T test results: sig. (2-tailed) pre-test and post-test box jump 0.001<0.05 with a t-count value of 9.021>t table 2.306. sig value. (2-tailed) pre-test and post-test depth jump 0.002 <0.05 with a t value of 7.483> t table 2.306 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it means that there is an influence between box jump and depth jump training on increasing jump shoot ability SMA Negeri 1 Demak women's basketball team. Value of Sig. (2-tailed) post-test box jump and post-test depth jump 0.727> 0.05 with a t-count value of 0.362 <t table 2.306 then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected so that it means that there is no difference in average between the results of the post-test box jump and post-test depth jump. Plyometric box jump and depth jump exercises can improve the jump shoot ability by increasing the components of the physical condition needed in the jump shoot technique.

Abstract

The success of an organization is marked by the ability of management to see opportunities and opportunities in the future. This study aims to produce: Model of management program implementation in PERBASI (Indonesian Basketball Association) Blora Regency; Model of management system and basketball coaching in PERBASI Blora Regency. This is a qualitative research study looking at different aspects of sport organization in this region. The research subjects are: 9 members of PERBASI Blora, 5 basketball coaches, 10 Blora District basketball athletes (16-21 years old). The results showed that: Branch manager of PERBASI in carrying out organizational management does not have a system of implementing the program, The basketball coaching system at Blora has not been designed to be sustainable, basketball competition in Blora Regency has not yet been held. The management system of the organization, basketball and sports in Blora Regency is not yet running well. The conclusion of the research states that the implementation of basketball management and coaching in Blora Regency has not been programmed efficiently. Results of this research suggest that all parties involved in a basketball sports coaching system in Blora Regency should cooperate in implementing management programs.

Abstract

Dampak Covid-19 menyebabkan berbagai masalah dalam kehidupan, salah satunya dalam dunia pendidikan. Proses pembelajaran yang semula dilaksanakan secara tatap muka, berubah menjadi pembelajaran secara daring. Kendala yang muncul dalam pembelajaran daring terhadap implementasi pembelajaran PJOK belum diketahui. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kendala yang terjadi dalam implementasi pembelajaran PJOK secara daring. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik non probability sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 20 guru PJOK pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten Rembang terdiri dari 55% sekolah negeri dan 45% sekolah swasta. Hasil penelitian dampak covid-19 terhadap implementasi pembelajaran PJOK secara daring yaitu (1) 4 guru dengan persentase 20% (sangat tinggi), (2) 12 guru dengan persentase 60% (tinggi), (3) 4 guru dengan persentase 20% (cukup). Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu sebagian besar guru PJOK tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten Rembang merasakan dampak covid-19 terhadap implementasi pembelajaran PJOK secara daring dengan perolehan persentase rata-rata sebesar 76,20% (kategori tinggi). Sehingga diharapkan sekolah dapat memberikan fasilitas penunjang proses pembelajaran secara daring serta guru diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan di bidang teknologi.

Abstract

Salah satu tim NBA yaitu tim New York Knicks menunjukan rendahnya statistik 3P%. Untuk mengatasinya, seharusnya merekrut pemain dengan posisi Shooting Guard. Namun, pada draft pick ke-2 pelatih Tom Thibodeau memilih Derrick Rose yang berada pada posisi point guard untuk bergabung di tim New York Knicks. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tepat atau kurang tepat keputusan Tom dalam memilih Rose untuk bergabung di tim New York Knicks pada draft pick ke-2 menurut data statistik 3P%, FG%, dan persentase kemenangan tim. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian: 1) Keputusan pelatih Tom benar dalam memilih Rose dilihat dari data statistik 3P% yang mengalami peningkatan. 2) Keputusan Tom benar dalam memilih Rose dilihat dari data statistik FG% yang mengalami peningkatan. 3) Menurut data statistik persentase kemenangan tim atau WIN% dan kriteria kemenangan tim keputusan Tom dalam memilih Rose bergabung benar. Persentase kemenangan tim naik 12% dari 44% menjadi 56%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah dari data statistik yang digunakan yaitu, 3P%, FG%, dan WIN% mengalami peningkatan dari sebelum Derrick Rose bergabung tim New York Knicks

Abstract

Setiap pertandingan bola basket banyak sekali faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil dari pertandingan tersebut. Statistik dalam bola basket sangat berperan penting dalam menentukan tingkat kemenangan tim. Namun kenyataannya masih sedikit tim bola basket Universitas yang menggunakan data-data statistik. Pelatih dan asisten pelatih harus memanfaatkan statistik pertandingan dalam bola basket untuk mendapatkan data-data keunggulan dan kelemahan tim. Ada 4 faktor yang mempengaruhi kemenangan tim yaitu field goals, rebound, turnover dan free throw. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis statistik field goals, rebound, turnover, free throw untuk mengetahui keunggulan dan kekurangan tim dan bagaimana rujukan untuk meningkatkan prestasi tim bola basket putra Universitas Negeri Semarang pada kejuaraan Liga Mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif pertandingan pada Liga Mahasiswa 2019. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa 3 vidio dan print out statistik pertandingan tim bola basket putra Universitas Negeri Semarang pada LIMA CJYC 2019. Hasil mean untuk variable analisis statistik field goals= 35,02%, rebound= 9%, free throw= 31,10%, turnovers= 3,64% jadi kesimpulan dari data tersebut tim bola basket putra Universitas Negeri Semarang memiliki field goals= rendah, rebound= tinggi, free throw= rendah, turnover= sedang. Dengan data tersebut pelatih harus berupaya meningkatkan field goals pemain dengan memperbanyak repetisi shooting 2points dan 3points, meningkatkan rebound setiap pemain dengan latihan fisik dan teknik, menambah repetisi free throw di setiap latihan, dan mengurangi turnover dapat dilakukan dengan lebih banyak menonton video basket, menambah fundamental dan IQ basket.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the locutionary speech acts used in cellphone review content on the YouTube channel "Gadgetin". Locutionary speech acts are an important aspect in language and communication analysis. Locutionary speech acts can provide in-depth insight into how content creators communicate with audiences in the context of technology product reviews. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data from a number of cellphone review videos published on the "Gadgetin" channel. Data were analyzed using the speech act theory framework of Austin (1962) and Searle (1969) to identify the speech acts used in the video. The results of the analysis show that there are significant differences in the use of locutionary speech acts in cellphone review content. Based on the data collected, this research classifies locutionary speech acts into several types, including statements of fact about technical specifications, opinions about product quality, audience requests, and others. Apart from that, this article also discusses how the use of slogans affects communication between content creators and their audiences. The research results show that the effective use of locutionary speech acts can increase audience participation and support communication goals in the context of motion review. This research contributes significantly to understanding the use of language in technology product review content on the YouTube platform. The results of this cellphone review analysis can be a benchmark for YouTube content producers and researchers to understand the dynamics of communication in an ever-evolving digital context.
