Abstract

Abstract Analysis Of  Bad Loans KPN Satya Bakti At Jembrana Subdistrict, Jembrana Regency Cooperatives are business entities formed in the course based on the principles of cooperatives is based on kinship. Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Satya Bakti is one type of a cooperative whose members are specifically for public servants in support of economic activity. This study aims to determine lending procedures at Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Satya Bakti, the cause of the bad loans to Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Satya Bakti, how to cope with bad loans to Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Satya Bakti. The location of this research selected by purposive sampling. Data used in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data. The results showed that the procedure is performed by Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Satya Bakti start from the loan application, analysis or assessment of credit, credit decision, and disbursement and loan administration. Causes that arise as a result of the bad debt occurred in Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Satya Bakti that is from internal and external problems. Efforts made by the Koperasi Pegawai Negara Satya Bakti in resolving the credit is credit analysis selective, control of bad debts with rescheduling (rescheduling), approach to the debtor with communicate by telephone or orally, using a warning letter I, II, and III to the debtor, kinship approach to debtor by visiting home of debtor directly and the last is  deletion or removed. Abstract

Abstract Satisfaction Level of Domestic Tourists upon Horticulture Products in Candikuning Tourism Village Tabanan Regency A raise in the number of tourism spots in Tabanan regency has brought its own challenges. In order to encourage tourists to purchase local products, a tourism spot has to have a certain attraction which identifies it among the other tourism spots. Candikuning is a tourism village in Tabanan regency which is recognized for its plentiful variety of agriculture products marketed at Pasar Mertha Sari (Mertha Sari Traditional Market). The objective of this research is to identify the dominant horticulture products that the tourists purchased/ consumed at Pasar Mertha Sari, and to study the satisfaction level of domestic tourists upon horticulture products planted by local farmers in Candikuning village. The data used in this research was obtained from observation, survey, interview, literature study and documentation which further analyzed using descriptive-qualitative method. The result shows that strawberries are dominant horticulture product consumed by tourists (14.44%). This number signifies a dependable potential of strawberry farming to support the horticulture farming business. In the other hand, the satisfaction level reached average score of 3.85 (77.15%) which indicates that tourists’ satisfaction level is in the level of satisfied in terms of product quality, price, public facility, location, service, security and comfort. Several improvements in this tourism spot are required so that the tourists could reach higher satisfaction level especially in service, facility, reliability of product supply, product affordability, security, and comfort. In addition, upgrades are required for the shop itself where buyers and sellers met. The improvements are expected to attract more consumers to purchase and consume horticulture products planted in Candikuning village. Abstract

Abstract Agricultural development in Indonesia, had highs and lows life of farmers who receive the effects of policies of the time. In General, farmers seem to always be in a position that is weak and marginalized by the different strategies that are often not impartial and did not have a significant impact on improving the quality of life. During development, farmers must have business relations in the field of agriculture. Entrepreneurship is necessary because every person has the potential to develop a disampinng that everyone has needs that is constantly growing, so everyone will try to implement it as soon as possible. Where farmers should have the motivation, courage to take risks, innovate and managerial competencies that generate entrepreneurial perspective. Method of structural equation modeling (SEM) is suitable to use to solve complex problems, run by agribusiness and science in general business in particular. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is a combination of factor analysis, analisais signs, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Structural equation modeling (SEM) has different characteristics as ordinary regression. Regression usually indicate a causal relationship between observed variables (observed variables), and the structural equations modeling (SEM), also possible causality between unobserved variables (unobserved variables) or tongs are often called hidden variables. Measurement of latent variables in multiple regression error measurement (measurement errors) that affect the measurement bias in an objective point and size variance. Abstract

Abstract National seedling has been running for 30 years, but the availability of qualified seed is not enough. This is an opportunity for soybean seed breeding at Subak Kusamba to supply soybean seed, especially for Klungkung regency. The research objective in this study is to determine income generated from soybean seed farming received by farmers and the constraints faced in farming. This study was conducted at Subak Kusamba, Dawan sub district, Klungkung. Samples were selected from all 25 farmers participated in the farming of soybean seed. Methodology in this study includes descriptive qualitative, farming analysis and Revenue/Cost (R/C) ratio. Results showed that the income received by farmers was Rp 2,191,885.84 for an average of 34,08 are of land for one growing season. The R/C ratio was 3.07, implying that soybean seed farming is beneficial. Constraints faced by farmers were decreased rainfall in 2014 which affected the activity and productivity of soybean. Due to the lack of water availability, it is suggested to develop water reservation, especially during dry season by developing water tanks or other irrigation systems technology. To reduce variable costs, it can be done through the use of organic fertilizer or compost, superior seeds and soybean harvesting machines. Keyword: seed breeding, soybean, farm analysis

Abstract

Abstract Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Appliance on Choosing of Marketing Strategy Priority at Processed Chocolate (Case Study in Magic Chocolate, District Gianyar, Province Bali). Magic Chocolate is one of the home industries of processing cocoa in Bali with a venture business making chocolate as one of the refined products and seeks to grow its business through the marketing strategies appropriate. The purpose of this study was to determine the priority in the marketing strategy for the Magic Chocolate. Data collected by interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis methods that used in this research is using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with computer program Expert Choice. The study concluded that the priorities of business marketing strategy for the Magic Chocolate,  first is the raw material (0,214), and then is the processing technology (0,188) and the third is a variety of products and packaging (0,183). The priority criteria of business marketing strategy obtained by the competitive prices (0,313), followed by an increase in demand (0,293), employment and improve household incomes (0,203), quality of products (0,191). Abstract

Abstract Financial Performance of Village Cooperative (KUD) Mambal in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency Agricultural cooperatives in Indonesia through Village Cooperative (KUD) have got the task as well as a wide range of facilities to support the development of rural economy. In the development efforts of KUD in the future, it requires financial information in order to determine the financial performance of a KUD more accurately and completely The aim of this study was to determine the financial performance of KUD Mambal using financial ratio analysis seen from the ratio of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability from 2010 to 2014 and to determine the factors that affect the financial condition of KUD Mambal. Based on the results of the financial analysis, the liquidity ratio showed the average current ratio was considered to be poor and quick ratio was considered to be less good. The solvency ratio showed the average debt to assets ratio was considered bad and the average debt to equity ratio is considered to bad. Activity ratio shows the average collection period was considered to be less satisfactory, inventory turnover was considered less satisfactory, and fixed asset turnover was considered very good. Profitability ratio showed that the average gross profit margin was considered to be less satisfactory, return on assets was considered less satisfactory, and net profit margin was considered good enough. Suggestions in this research are that KUD Mambal management should consider policies to manage accounts receivable and inventory, as well as services to members should be re-increased. Abstract

Abstract Value Added and Feasibility of Business Processing Arabica Coffee on Productive Business Unit Ulian Murni Bangli Regency Ulian Murni Productive Business Unit is Arabica coffee processing business that had been generated value added and obtained the assistance of investment by Department of Estate Crops Bali Province such as processing facilities, and credit. This study aimed to analyze the value added, financial feasibility, and business obstacles in Ulian Murni Productive Business Unit. Value added was calculated by Hayami method, and financial feasibility was analyzed by investment criteria. The results show that value added of raw materials are Rp 2,548.16/kg from HS coffee processing, Rp 2,429.06/kg from 250 grams packaging of coffee powder and Rp 1,032.22/kg from 200 grams packaging. Based on investment criteria, Ulian Murni was financially feasible with Rp 3,324,980,784.49 of Net Present Value; of Internal Rate of Return equals to 36.81%; Net Benefit Cost Ratio of 3.25; and Payback Period at 5.62 years. The results of sensitivity analysis show that the business is prone toboth on product prices decrease by 16.10% and operating costs increased by 20.20%. Business obstacles faced by Ulian Murni were the length of sunlight for coffee processing, lack of product promotion, and limited of human resources for coffee powder processing. Abstract

Abstract Analysis Sales of Break Even Point Organic Fertilizer (Case Study Simantri 174 Gapoktan Dharma Pertiwi in Badung Regency, Province Of Bali) Organic fertilizer industry in Indonesia generally consists of small and medium businesses. The difference of the number of the needs and the production of organic fertilizer is a beneficial business opportunity. One of them is Simantri 174 Gapoktan Dharma Pertiwi. Analysis of the break even point is a situation where the company does not suffer losses also didn't get the profit. Commonly, this analysis gives information about margin of safety to the management of how much the decrease of the selling can be reckoned so that the company will not having a loss. The purpose of this research is to know the amount and value of sales of organic fertilizer Simantri 174 which must be achieved at the point of BEP and the margin of safety of the sale. The data period used is one year that is year 2014. According to the research result, the level of BEP that is accomplished by Simantri 174 is 509.763,14 kg (Rp 458.993.308,66). Margin of safety Simantri worked with the level of safety is 37,44 %. It can be concluded that the decrease of the organic fertilizer selling could not be more than 37,44 (Rp 274.735.791,34) from the planning. Simantri 174 has successfully produced organic fertilizer above the BEP value. Aside from that, there are some technical problems such as lack of basic materials; the dryer for the basic material is not yet available and lack of training of MOL producing. As well as the presence of obstacles in the economic aspect, namely the lack of costs for the production process of organic fertilizer. Abstract

Abstract Critical Path Analysis by Supply Chain Management of Organic Liquid Fertilizers at PT Alove Bali Competition fertilizer producers appear due to start the implementation of the organic agriculture system by the Government of Bali Province. PT Alove Bali are requested to maintain existence and the competitiveness sustainably in producing organic liquid fertilizer. An increase in the current activities can be done by supply chain management approachment. The purpose of this research is to analyze supply chain of organic liquid fertilizer, in terms of dimensions capabilities ,capacity, time and cost. Capabilities and capacity described in qualitative and quantitative to evaluate company cooperation with suppliers and consumers. The method of network analysis used for measuring the saving time one cycle production in critical path, and the cost saving. The results show that companies and partners run their rights and duties in accordance with procedures set forth in contract including cooperation agreement, funding assistance for supplier, the payment system, and evaluate aloevera supplier performance. Based on the capacity analysis, fertilizer sales of 6.57 percent the last three years and the 93,43 percent kept as fertilizer stock half finished. Based on the Project Evaluation Review Technique, the results show the efficient time to one cycle production is 2,382.28 hours and the cost went down to Rp 1,271,666.00. Abstract

Abstract Evaluation on the Impacts of Sustainable Food for Household Region Program (KRPL) on Female Farmers Association (KWT) Tunas Sejahtera Blahbatuh region, Gianyar regency. Food security is a state fulfillment and accessibility of food for every household, and such conditions can be met through the strengthening of food security at a household level. Female Farmers Association holds their agricultural activities based on propinquity, harmony, as well as mutual interest in utilizing farming resources aimed to increase both farms productivity as well as association members welfare. The scope of this research is to determine relevancy, efficiency, effectivity, as well as impacts of the projects and programs which were conducted systematically and objectively in accordance to the predetermined goals.Research findings show that the Sustainable Food for Household Region program in Blahbatuh area, Gianyar regency shows technical impact that falls into the progressive category with a score of 76,6%, while the economic impact falls into the intermediate category with a score of 66,9%, and the social impact falls into the progressive category as well with a score of 71,1%.
