Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung internal locus of control dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui disiplin belajar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA N 3 Pemalang tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 105 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis jalur dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Ada pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 6,4% (2) Ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 4,6% (3) Ada pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 9,6% (4) Ada pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap disiplin belajar siswa sebesar 37,2% (5) Ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap disiplin belajar siswa sebesar 30,2% (6) Ada pengaruh internal locus of control melalui disiplin belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 18,5% (7) Ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar melalui disiplin belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 14%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh internal locus of control dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi melalui disiplin belajar sebagai variabel intervening. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah memperbaiki indikator-indikator yang masih rendah sehingga hasil belajar akan semakin baik. The purpose is this study is to analyze the direct and indirect effect of internal locus of control and learning facilities toward learning outcomes through learning self-discipline. The population of the research is all of the 11th social students class at SMA N 3 Pemalang academic year 2015/2016. The researcher took 105 students as the sample. The researcher collects the data by using documentation and questionnaire. The result of this research shown that (1) there is impact of the internal locus of control toward to economics learning outcomes is 6,4% (2) there is impact of learning facilities toward to economics learning outcomes is 4,6%, (3) there is impact of learning self-discipline toward the economics learning outcomes is 9,6%, (4) there is impact of locus of control of internal toward the learning self-discipline is 37,2%, (5) there is impact of learning facilities toward the self-discipline learning is 30,2%, (6) there is impact of internal locus of control through self-discipline learning as the intervening variable toward the economics learning outcomes is 18,5%, (7) there is impact of learning facilities through self-discipline learning as the intervening variable toward the economics learning outcomes is 14%. Based on the research, we can conclude that there is an impact of the internal locus of control and learning facilities toward the learning economics outcomes through the learning discipline as the intervening variable. Suggestion from this research are it is to improve the indicators are still low so the result will be more get better learning outcomes.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal tentang kinerja guru di Kabupaten Semarang menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kendala dalam pencapaian kinerja guru yang maksimal khususnya guru mata pelajaran produktif di SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran produktif Akuntansi, Administrasi Perkantoran dan Manajemen SMK di Kabupaten Semarang yang berjumlah 30 guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data variabel dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman kurikulum, motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 82,7%. Pengaruh secara parsial juga didapatkan pada variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Pemahaman kurikulum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 18,84%. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 20,43%, serta kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 21,62%. Based on beginning observation abaout teacher performance in Semarang Regency it is known that there are obstacles in achieving maximum performance of teachers especially productive subject teachers in Business and Management vocational high school. The population of this research was productive teachers of Accounting, Office Administration and Management in Semarang Regency consisted 30 teachers. Method used in collecting data was questionnaire. Variable data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that curriculumunderstanding, work motivation and principalsleadership simultaneously positive and significant influence on the performance of vocational teachers to 82.7%. Partial effect was also obtained on the independent variable on the dependent variable. Curriculumunderstandinghas positive and significant influence on the performance of vocational teachers to 18.84%. Work motivationhas positive and significant influence on the performance of vocational teachers to 20.43%, as well as principal leadership has significant and positive influence on the performance of vocational teachers to 21.62%.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Persepsi Siswa Mengenai Kompetensi Guru (Pedagogik, Kepribadian, Profesional dan Sosial) Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Ekonomi pada Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA di Kabupaten Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA di Kabupaten Semarang yang terdiri dari SMA Negeri 1 Bergas, SMA Islam Sudirman Ambarawa dan SMA Negeri 1 Tuntang yang diambil menggunakan proporsional random sampling perhitungan Isaac dan Michael. Pengumpulan data dengan metode dokumentasi dan angket. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru (Pedagogik, Kepribadian, Profesional dan Sosial) terhadap prestasi belajar yaitu sebesar 87,8%. Sedangkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi pedagogik terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 6,8%, kompetensi kepribadian sebesar 4,4%, kompetensi profesional sebesar 12,8% dan kompetensi sosial sebesar 3,3%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru (Pedagogik, Kepribadian, Profesional dan Sosial) terhadap prestasi belajar. Saran kepada guru hendaknya lebih menjaga komunikasi yang baik, kondusif, dan efektif dengan siswa, sesama pendidik, orangtua/wali dan masyarakat sekitar. Seorang guru harus bersikap baik dan konsisten dengan ucapan dan perbuatannya, karena guru merupakan figur sentral yang akan dicontoh dan diteladani oleh siswa. The problem discussed in this study is the effect of students’ perception about teachers’ competences (pedagogical, personal, professional and social) on economic learning achievement of eleventh grade social science students in Semarang Regency in the Academic Year 2014/2015. Population used in this study is students of eleventh grade social science students in Semarang regency including SMA Negeri 1 Bergas, SMA Islam SudirmanAmbarawa and SMA Negeri 1 Tuntang taken by proportional random sampling, Isaacand Michael calculation. Methods of collecting data are documentation and questionnaire. Simultaneously, there are positive and significant effects of students’ perception about teachers’ competences (pedagogical, personal, professional and social) to learning achievement in the amount of 87,8%. While the partially, there are positive and significant effects of students’ perception about pedagogical competence to learning achievement in the amount of 6,8%; personal competence in the amount of 4,4%, professional competence in the amount of 12,8%, and social competence in the amount of 3,3%. Based on those findings, it can be concluded that there is an effect of students’ perception about teachers’ competences (pedagogical, personal, professional and social) on economic learning achievement. It is suggested for the teachers keep good, conducive, and effective communication with students, other teachers, students’ parents, and society. A teacher has to have a good manner and be consistent on his words and deeds since teacher is a central figure which is a role model for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan bimbingan karir terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini yaitu motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Variabel independennya yaitu efikasi diri, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan bimbingan karir. Hasil uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh efikasi diri, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan bimbingan karir terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi, ada pengaruh kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi dan ada pengaurh bimbingan karir terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu efikasi diri, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan bimbingan karir berpengaruh terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru hendaknya memberikan dorongan kepada siswa untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri; guru dan orangtua hendaknya memberikan dorongan dan informasi tentang beasiswa; peningkatan inovasi layanan bimbingan karir; dan siswa hendaknya lebih rajin belajar. This study aimed to examine the influence of self efficacy, parental economic social condition, and career guidance toward motivation to continue study either simultaneously or partially. population and sample in this research were students of class XI IPS. Data collection method in this research using questionnaires / questionnaire, and documentation. the dependent variable in this research is motivation to continue study. independent variables namely self efficacy, parental economic social condition, and career guidance. conclusions from this research that the self efficacy, parental economic social condition, and career guidance affect the motivation to continue study either simultaneously or partially The suggestions are, based this research, teachers should improve their self efficacy; teachers and parents should give mptivation about shoolarship; the teachers with the school should make innovation about career guidance; and the students should study hard.

Abstract

Motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi minat dan prestasi belajar, sedangkan faktor eksternal berasal dari lingkungan keluarga. Apabila dilihat dari minat kerja, prestasi belajar dan keadaan lingkungan keluarga siswa SMK Nusa Bhakti tergolong baik. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah karena masih rendahnya motivasi siswa untuk bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh minat kerja, prestasi belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi memasuki dunia kerja siswa SMK Nusa Bhakti Semarang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 siswa yang terdiri dari siswa kelas XII SMK Nusa Bhakti Semarang. Karena penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel minat kerja berada di kriteria tinggi (78%), prestasi belajar dalam kategori tuntas (100%) dan lingkungan keluarga berada di kriteria baik (70%). Sedangkan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja siswa masuk dalam kategori sedang (62%). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh minat kerja, prestasi belajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 61,7%, ada pengaruh minat kerja terhadap motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 22%, ada pengaruh prestasi belajar terhadap motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 8,82%, dan ada pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 10,17%. Motivation of entering the working world is influenced by some factors, those are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include learning achievement and interest, while external factors include family environment. If seen from the working interest, learning achievement and family environment, students in Nusa Bhakti Vocational High School are good. The problem happened because students are lack of working motivation. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is influence of working interest, learning achievement, and family environment among motivation of entering the working world of students in Nusa Bhakti Vocational High School Semarang in academic year 2015/2016 or not, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research is 66 students that consist of grade XII students in Nusa Bhakti Vocational High School Semarang. Entire population become the sample of the research because this research is population research. Data analysis that is used is percentage descriptive and multiple regression linear. The result of the analysis shows that variable of working interest is high (78%), learning achievement is in complete category (100%) and family environment is in good category (70%). While the motivation of entering the working world is in average category (62%). The result of the regression analysis shows that there is influence of working interest, learning achievement, and family environment among the motivation of entering the working world for 61,7%, there is influence of working interest among the motivation of entering the working world for 8,82%, and there is influence of family environment among the motivation of entering the working world for 10,17 %.

Abstract

Pegawai tata usaha memiliki tugas-tugas pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan banyak orang di lingkungan sekolah. Observasi awal yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) masih kurang. Melalui peningkatan kompetensi pegawai diharapkan dapat memenuhi standar pelayanan minimal pegawai tata usaha di sekolah. Pemanfaatan fasilitas kantor juga diharapkan dapat menunjang standar pelayanan minimal. Selain itu ketersediaan teknologi informasi diharapkan penerapan standar pelayanan minimal dapat semakin meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi pegawai, fasilitas kantor, dan teknologi infomasi berpengaruh terhadap penerapan SPM pegawai tata usaha.Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi pegawai (X1), fasilitas kantor (X2) dan teknologi informasi (X3) sebagai variabel bebas serta standar pelayanan minimal (Y) sebagai variabel terikatnya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai tata usaha (TU) di SMP Negeri Se-Kota Salatiga, berjumlah 54 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dapat menggunakan regresi berganda bantuan SPSS, asumsi klasik, dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi pegawai, fasilitas kantor, dan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan standar pelayanan minimal pegawai. Clerical employee has service tasks associated with many people in the school environment. Preliminary observations conducted by researchers showed that the application of the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) is still lacking. By improving the competence of employees is expected to meet minimum service standards in school administration employees. The usefullness of office facilities are also expected to support the minimum service standards. Besides the availability of information technology is expected implementation of minimum service standards can be increased. The aim of this riset was to determine whether the employee competence, office facilities, and information technology affect the application of SPM clerical employees.The variables in this riset is the employee competence (X1), office facilities (X2) and information technology (X3) as the independent variable and the minimum service standards (Y) as the dependent variable. The sample in this riset were all employees of administration (TU) in SMP Se-Salatiga, totaling 54 employees. The data collection method used is the method of documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques can use multiple regression SPSS, classical assumptions and percentage descriptive analysis. Results of this riset can be concluded that the competence of employees, office facilities, information technology and significant positive effect on the application of minimum service standards of employees.

Abstract

Minat merupakan langkah awal seseorang melakukan sesuatu hal. Siswa yang memiliki minat yang tinggi terhadap sesuatu akan melakukan hal apapun untuk memenuhi apa yang ia butuhkan, seperti halnya membaca. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa cukup rendahnya minat membaca siswa di perpustakaan SMK N 1 Kendal. Hal ini dilihat dari jumlah pengunjung dan peminjam buku di perpustakaan SMK N 1 Kendal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan dan pelayanan perpustakaan terhadap minat membaca siswa kelas XI di perpustakaan SMK N 1 Kendal. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMK N 1 Kendal tahun 2015 berjumlah 387 siswa. 80 siswa dijadikan sampel penelitian yang diambil dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah Y = 11,784 + 0,370X1 + 0,400X2. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara fasilitas perpustakaan dan pelayanan perpustakaan terhadap minat membaca siswa kelas XI di SMK N 1 Kendal sebesar 55,1%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap minat membaca siswa kelas XI di perpustakaan SMK N 1 Kendal secara parsial adalah pelayanan perpustakaan yaitu sebesar 28,73%, sendangkan untuk fasilitas perpustakaan memberikan pengaruh lebih kecil yaitu 21,2%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan dan pelayanan perpustakaan terhadap minat membaca siswa kelas XI di SMK N 1 Kendal. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah; 1) petugas perpustakaan lebih teliti kembali dalam pencatatan jumlah permintaan buku yang dibutuhkan, mengecek kembali koleksi buku yang ada, serta menuliskan surat permohonan pemberian buku terbaru ke pihak sekolah untuk di ajukan ke Dinas Pendidikan kota Kendal, 2) Hendaknya jumlah meja kursi baca ditambahkan lagi dan ditata rapi, 3) Hendaknya petugas perpustakaan memberikan kegiatan bimbingan belajar dengan siswa-siswi. Kegiatan itu seperti membantu mengarahkan pencarian literatur yang dipakai saat guru memberikan tugas di perpustakaan maupun belajar kelompok di perpustakaan. Interest is the people’s first step in doing something. Students who have high interest on something will do everything to fulfill what they need such as, on reading. The problem of this research was the students’ low reading interest at SMK N 1 Kendal. This problem can be seen from the number of visitors and the book borrowers at SMK N 1 Kendal Library. The objective of this research was to know the influence of library facilities and library service toward XI grade students’ reading interest at SMK N 1 Kendal. It was a quantitative research. The population of this study were XI grade students of SMK N 1 Kendal at the amount of 387. 80 students were chosen as the study sample taken by Proportional Random Sampling technique. The data were collected by questionnaires and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by percentage descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the equation of multiple linear regression was Y = 11.784 + 0.370X1 + 0.400X2 . The simultaneous influence of the library facilities and library service toward XI grade student’s reading interest was 55.1%. The most influential variable toward XI Grade Student’s Reading Interest at SMK N 1 Kendal was library service which partially influenced up to 28.73%. Whereas; the library facilities gave lower influence for 21.2%. Based on the result above, it can be concluded that there were the influence library facilities and library service toward XI Grade Student’s Reading Interest at SMK N 1 Kendal. Then, it is suggested for: 1) librarian to be more careful in registry of on demand books needed, rechecking the collection of the books, and write the newest books provision application to educational agency of Kendal City, 2) the table should the number of seats read added again and laid out neatly, 3) let library officials give activities guidance learn by the students. The as help guide search literature that worn while teachers give an assignment in the library and learn group in the library.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan keluarga sangat penting dalam kehidupan yang digunakan sebagai tujuan dalam mencapai ketentraman kehidupan yang diukur dari kondisi keluarga dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan dapat hidup sewajarnya sesuai dengan lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pendapatan dan konsumsi rumah tangga terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga petani penggarap kopi di Kecamatan Candiroto Kabupaten Temanggung baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 71 responden perwakilan dari petani penggarap kopi dari 9 Desa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik area propotional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga sebesar 7.89%, dan konsumsi rumah tangga berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga sebesar 17.72%, sedangkan secara simultan pedapatan dan konsumsi rumah tangga secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kesejahteraan keluarga sebesar 27.1% sisanya sebesar 72.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara pendapatan dan konsumsi rumah tangga terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak pemerintah harus memiliki tolok ukur sebagai ukuran pengupahan, memberikan pelatihan atau pengarahan untuk menciptakan industri rumah tangga dan mengadakan tabungan untuk jaminan masa depan dan mengurangi sifat konsumerisme.. Family welfare is very important in life used as goals in achieving peaceful life as measured from the condition of families in meeting the needs and can live reasonably in accordance with the surrounding environment. This research to know the extent of the influence of income and household consumption against the welfare of the family of sharecroppers in coffee Candiroto Temanggung either simultaneously or partial. The sample used is representative of the 71 respondents sharecroppers coffee from 9 villages. Sampling using random sampling techniques propotional area. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques, classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that income partially positive and significant effect against the welfare of the families of 7.89 %, and household consumption is a significant and positive effect toward the welfare of the families of 17.72%, while simultaneously income and household consumption together affect the well-being of 16.8% 72.9% of rest is affected by other variables not examined. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between income and consumption of households towards the welfare of the family either partially or simultaneously. The advice given in this study is the Government must have benchmarks as a measure of waging, provide training or direction to create a cottage industry of savings and to guarantee the future and reduce the nature of consumerism.

Abstract

Penyusunan soal ekonomi ujian sekolah SMA Negeri Kabupaten Kudus disusun oleh guru Ekonomi kelas XII atas rekomendasi dari kepala sekolah. Soal digunakan untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa terkait penguasaan materi ekonomi dan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam penentu kelulusan siswa. Hasil observasi awal di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Kudus, menunjukkan bahwa soal ekonomi ujian sekolah, belum pernah diuji kualitasnya. Kualitas soal ekonomi ujian sekolah bisa diketahui dari tingkat validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya beda, efektifitas pengecoh serta proses penyusunan soal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan program ANATES V4 untuk menganalisis kualitas soal. Sedangkan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk mengetahui proses penyusunan soal ujian sekolah. Populasi analisis kualitas soal berjumlah 810, sedangkan jumlah populasi penyusunan soal berjumlah 27 guru. Penentuan sampel kualitas soal menggunakan proporsional random sampling berjumlah 89, sementara sampel penyusunan soal menggunakan purposive judgement sampling berjumlah 7 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kualitas soal ekonomi ujian sekolah SMA Negeri Kabupaten Kudus tahun ajar 2014/2015 berdasarkan validitas termasuk dalam kriteria sedang, reliabilitas termasuk dalam kriteria sedang, tingkat kesukaran termasuk dalam kriteria sedang, daya beda termasuk dalam kriteria jelek dan efektifitas pengecoh termasuk dalam kriteria tidak berfungsi. Proses penyusunan soal ujian sekolah belum berjalan sesuai tahapannya. Tahapan penyusunan spesifikasi tes dilakukan sesuai dengan pedoman penyusunan soal ujian sekolah. Tahapan penulisan tes telah dilaksanakan sesuai kisi-kisi, akan tetapi kisi-kisi yang disusun belum mencantumkan jenjang komponen pengetahuan. Tahapan telaah tes hanya dilakukan secara individu. Tahapan uji coba dan analisis butir soal tidak dilakukan karena keterbatasan pengetahuan, waktu, tenaga dan biaya. Tahapan perbaikan soal telah dilakukan meskipun masih sering ditemukan kesalahan pada naskah soal. Tahapan perakitan soal telah dilaksanakan oleh penyusun. Tahapan pelaksanaan tes ujian sekolah berlangsung lancar sesuai jadwal POS ujian masing-masing sekolah. Saran yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru harus melakukan uji coba dan analisis butir soal agar kualitas soal yang disusun bisa diketahui. Bagi dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda dan Olahraga dan kepala sekolah, hendaknya memberikan pelatihan tentang proses penyusunan serta cara menganalisis soal agar guru memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan menyusun soal secara baik dan benar. Creat of the subject matter of Economics test of senior high school examination in Kudus, created by the recommendation of headmaster. Test use to know capability students about economics matery and make decision to pass exam. Result of preliminary observation at Senior High School in Kudus, showed that economics test of school examination had not quality tried. Quality economics test of school examination be knowed from level validity, reliability, level difficulty, discrimination, distractor and proses of preparation test. The research is used quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative approach use ANATES V4 program to analyse quality test. Qualitative approach use descriptive method to know proses of preparation test. Population of analysis quality test are 810. Population of preparation test are 27 teachers. Sample of quality test used proportional random sampling technique are 89. Sample of preparation test are 7 teachers used purposive judgement sampling technique.The result of the research are quality of Senior High School Examination in the Academic Year 2014/2015 in Kudus based validity are medium criterion, reliability are medium criterion, level difficulty are medium criterion, discriminations are bad criterion and distractor are dissfunction criterion. The process of preparation test is not suitable with stages. The process of preparation specification test are suitable with orientation. The process of write test are suitable with handout, but handout that be formed are not input knowledge level. The process of study test do with individually. The process of try and analysis test are not do because restrictiveness of knowledge, time, power and budget. The process of repair test are do in spite of wrongness on document test. The process of make a raft are do by teachers. The process of implementation test are fluency with schedule test of every school.Suggest of the research that the teachers must do try items research analysis so that the quality test can be knowed. For headmaster, Educations, culture and sport department, must give workshop about preparation test and method to analyse test, so teachers have knowledge and skill to write test

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan prestasi belajar, motivasi belajar, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan lingkungan sosial terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XI IPS di MAN 2 Semarang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS di MAN 2 Semarang berjumlah 115 siswa, dengan rumus Isaac dan Michel diperoleh sampel 89 siswa dan menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar, motivasi belajar, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh 53% terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Prestasi Belajar berpengaruh 9,9% terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi, motivasi belajar berpengaruh 5,7% terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua berpengaruh 19,8% terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi, dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh 7,5% terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of positive influence between academic achievement, learning motivation, socio economic condition of parents, and social environment toward interest of continuing studies to college of 11th IPS students at MAN 2 Semarang in academic year 2015/2016 simultaneously or partially. Population that used in this research is students of 11th at MAN 2 Semarang academic year 2015/2016 totaling 115 students, with 89 samples obtained Isaac and Michael formula students and using Simple Random Sampling. Methods of the data collection is documentation and questionnaire. Methods of data analysis is descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of experiment show that academic achievement, learning motivation, socio economic condition of parents, and social environment has 53% affect the interest in continuing education to the college. Academic achievement has 9,9% affect the interest in continuing education to the college, learning motivation has 5,7% affect the interest in continuing education to the college, socio economic condition of parents has 19,8% affect the interest in continuing education to the college, and social environment has 7,5% affect the interest in continuing education to the college.
