Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Kantor Arsip dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo, Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha, Kepala Seksi Akuisisi, Pengelolaan Arsip dan Dokumentasi,Staff Sub Tata Usaha,dan Arsiparis. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap pra-lapangan, tahap pekerjaan lapangan, dan tahap analisis data. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip meliputi pencatatan arsip, pengendalian dan pendistribusian arsip, penyimpanan arsip, pemeliharaan arsip, pengawasan arsip, pemindahan dan pemusnahan arsip. Kendala yang ada antara lain masih adanya arsip yang menumpuk di ruang depo penyimpanan arsip, tidak adanya sanksi bagi peminjam arsip yang terlambat mengembalikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pencatatan arsip melalui kelengkapan arsip, pengendalian dan pendistribusian dengan tanggal terima, tanggal surat, paraf penerima. Sistem penyimpanan arsip yang digunakan adalah sistem penyimpanan kronologis (tanggal), pemeliharaan dengan membersihkan setiap sudut ruang arsip baik dengan kemoceng atau sapu dan memberikan kapur barus disela rak arsip juga melapisi arsip dengan kertas payung, pemindahan dan pemusnahan arsip dilakukan setiap periodik atau setahun sekali. Dengan demikian menyarankan : 1) mengoptimalkan ruang depo penyimpanan yang arsipnya masih ditumpuk dan belum diolah, 2) memberikan sanksi kepada peminjam arsip yang mengembalikan tidak tepat waktu.  It was a qualitative research. The data source of the were the Head Office of Regional Library and Archive Office in Purworejo Regency, the Head of Administration, the Head Section of Procurement, Archives and Documentation Management,the Sub Staff of Administration, and the Archivist. The data were collected observation, interview, and documentation. The procedure of the research were pre-court stage, field work stage and data analysis stage. The data were analyzied by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The result of the study showed that the archives management include the record, control and distribution of archive, archival storage, archive maintenance, archive monitoring, archive removal and destruction. The problem of the study is there are still archives that accumulate in the archives storage depos space, there is no of sanctions for borrowers who are late return.Based on the result on this study it can be concluded that the recording archive through archive complete, control and distribution of the data received, date of letter, initials of the recipient. System archive storage that is used system chronological (date), maintenance with cleaning every corner of the archive room either with a duster or broom and give camphor in the shelf filling also coat archive with cover paper, removal and destruction of archive conducted by periodic or once a year. Thus, it is recommended: 1) optimize the storage depot space that archive are still stacked and unprocessed, 2) give sanction the borrowers that return the archive not in time.

Abstract

Populasi penelitian ini adalah 153 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi Akuntansi angkatan tahun 2011. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 111 mahasiswa yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan sampel tiap kelas menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Data variabel dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa dalam kategori baik, pengendalian diri dalam kategori baik, motivasi dalam ketegori baik, dan perilaku belajar dalam kategori baik. Hasil penelitian ini secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 52,2%. Secara parsial pengendalian diri berpengaruh sebesar 11,97%. Motivasi berpengaruh sebesar 7,89%. Sedangkan perilaku belajar berpengaruh sebesar 34,22% terhadap pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa.  Hasil analisis dan pembahasan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengendalian diri, motivasi, dan perilaku belajar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang Angkatan Tahun 2011. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah sebaiknya mahasiswa lebih belajar dan meningkatkan pengendalian diri, motivasi, dan perilaku belajarnya agar bisa lebih optimal dalam memahami ilmu akuntansi yang akan memungkinkan mahasiswa akan memperoleh prestasi akademik yang baik.. The object of this research are 153 students of the Faculty of Economics and Accounting Economics Education Prodi in 2011. The number of samples used as many as 111 students were taken using Slovin formula. The sample is taken in each class using the simple random sampling technique. Collecting data in this study through the documentation and questionnaires. Variable data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. Descriptive analysis of the results obtained that understanding of accounting students in both good categories, in the category of good self-control, motivation in both categories, and learning behavior in both categories. Results of this study indicate that there are statistically simultaneous effect of 52,2%. Partially self-control effect of 11,97%.Motivation effect of 7.89%. While the effect of learning behavior for 34,22% of the students understanding of accounting. The analysis of the result and discussion of this study it can be concluded that self-control, motivation, and learning behavior have a significant influence on the level of understanding of accounting student Accounting Economics Education Studies Program Faculty of Economics, State University of Semarang in 2011. Advice can be given is a student should be learning and improving self-control, motivation, and behavior to be more optimal learning to understand the science of accounting that will be allow the students will get a good academic record.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri, minat kerja, dan bimbingan karir kesiapan kerja siswa baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Akuntansi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini yaitu kesiapan kerja. Variabel independennya yaitu efikasi diri, minat kerja, dan bimbingan karir. Hasil uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh efikasi diri, minat kerja, dan bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja, ada pengaruh minat kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja dan ada pengaruh bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu efikasi diri, minat kerja, dan bimbingan karir berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa hendaknya meningkatkan kesiapan kerja mereka, peningkatan terhadap efikasi diri siswa; peningkatan terhadap pemahaman mengenai minat siswa; dan guru hendaknya meningkatkan pelayanan bimbingan karir.This study aimed to examine the influence of self efficacy, work interest, and career guidance toward work readiness  either simultaneously or partially. population and sample in this research were students of class XI Accounting. Data collection method in this research using questionnaires / questionnaire, documentation and interviews. The dependent variable in this research is work readiness. Independent variables namely self efficacy, work interest, and career guidance. Conclusions from this research that the self efficacy, work interest, and career guidance affect the work readiness either simultaneously or partially The suggestions are, based this research, students should improve their work readiness; improve students’s self efficacy, improve students to understand about work interest: and teachers should improve career guidance.

Abstract

Minat berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya kepribadian, peran keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa terdapat masalah pada minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI Bisnis Manajemen SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga berdasarkan hasil penelusuran lulusan siswa Bisnis Manajemen selama 4 tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian, peran keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat dengan minat berwirausaha. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif persentase dan analisis korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepribadian dengan minat berwirausaha, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara peran keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan masyarakat dengan minat berwirausaha. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh kepribadian, peran keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat terhadap minat berwirausaha. Disimpulkan, kepribadian, peran keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan minat berwirausaha. Business interest is influenced by some factors, including personality, the role of family, dan society’s environment. The result of initial observation shows that there was a problem in business interest of grade XI of business management students SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga, based on the investigation to alumnus of business management students in the last 4 years. This research aims to find out the correlation of personality, the role of family, and society’s environment with business interest. Analysis data method used satistic descriptive presentation and correlation analysis Product Moment. The result of this research shows that there was positive and significant correlation between personality with business interest, there was positive and significant correlation between the role of family with business interest, there was positive and significant correlation between society’s environment with business interest. There was influence personality, the role of family, and society’s environment toward business interest. It can be concluded that personality, the role of family, and society’s environment positive and significant correlate with business interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi internal, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru administrasi perkantoran di SMK Swasta se-Kota Semarang baik secara partial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru mata pelajaran produktif administrasi perkantoran di SMK Swasta se-Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 40 guru. Sampel yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan dari populasi (sampel jenuh). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi internal, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru administrasi perkantoran sebesar 69.5%. 2) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi internal secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru administrasi perkantoran sebesar 31.92%. 3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru administrasi perkantoran sebesar 12.67%. 4) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru administrasi perkantoran sebesar 17.47%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi internal, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru administrasi perkantoran di SMK Swasta se-Kota Semarang baik secara partial maupun secara simultan. This research aimed to find out and anlayze the influences of internal communication, work motivation, and principal’s leadership toward the performance of office administration teachers in all Private Vocational High Schools in the City of Semarang either simultaneously or partial. The population in this study was all the teachers of productive office administration subject in private vocational high school in the city of Semarang, which were 40 teachers in the total number. The sample was the whole population The method of data collection was questionnaire. The data analysis technique were multiple linear regression, classic assumption test and percentage descriptive analysis. The result of the research showed that: 1) There were positive and significant influence of internal comminication, work motivation, and the principal’s leadership simultaneous toward the performance of office administration teachers which amounted to 69.5%. 2) There were positive and significant influence of internal comminication partial toward the performance of office administration teachers which amounted to 31.92%. 3 ) There were positive and significant influence of work motivation partial toward the performance of office administration teachers which amounted to 12.67%. 4) There were positive and significant influence of principal’s leadership partial toward the performance of office administration teachers which amounted to 17.47%. The conclusion of the research was there were positive and significant influences between internal comminication, work motivation, and the principal’s leadership toward the performance of office administration teachers in all Private Vocational High Schools in the City of Semarang simultaneous and partial.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pelaksanakan program peminatan dan lintas minat di SMAN 1 Batang dengan aturan peminatan, kendala dalam pelaksanaan program peminatan, dan kesesuaian antara keinginan siswa dengan penetapan lintas minat oleh sekolah. Metode dalam penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Fokus peneitian adalah pelaksanaan program peminatan dan lintas minat ekonomi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program peminatan di SMAN 1 Batang sudah sesuai dengan aturan hanya saja guru BK SMP/MTs sebagian besar tidak memberikan rujukan. Kendala dalam pelaksanaan program peminatan adalah sarana dan prasarana belum menunjang dan koperasi sekolah belum dioptimalkan sebagai pembelajaran ekonomi. Lintas minat ekonomi sudah sesuai dengan minat siswa.Harapan siswa setelah mempelajari ekonomi adalah sebagai bekal untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi, dan merintis usaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan peminatan dan lintas minat sudah sesuai dengan aturan dan minat siswa, sarana dan prasarana belum memadai, dan pelajaran ekonomi dapat dijadikan bekal siswa untuk masa depan. The aim of this research is to find out the suitability of the interest dan cross interest program in SMAN 1 Batang with interest program rules, to find outthe problems faced in the implementation of interest program, to find out the suitability of the need for students to cross the interest set by the school.The methods used in the research is qualitative desciptive. The focus of research is the implementation of the interest and cross economic interest program. Data collection techniques used were documentation and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of interest program in SMAN 1 Batang have accordance with the rules only most of BK/MTs teachers do not provide a referral. The problems faced in the implementation of the interest program are the infrastructure which does not support thoroughly school cooperatives has not been optimized as a economic learning. Cross economic interest program are taken have accordance with the interest of students. Students’ hope after studying economics is can as prepare to go to college, and started businesses. Based on these results it can be concluded that the interest and cross interest program are taken have accordance with the rules and interests of students, the infrastructure are not yet supporting, and economic subjects can be the foundation for future students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dan kesiapan belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi melalui motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening pada siswa kelas XI IS SMA Negeri 14 Semarang tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IS di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 sebesar 144 siswa. Anggota sampel adalah 106 siswa dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportionate random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis konfirmatori, dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara langsung keterampilan mengajar guru sebesar 19,4%, kesiapan belajar sebesar 28,1%, motivasi belajar sebesar 38,7% terhadap hasil belajar. Ada pengaruh secara langsung keterampilan mengajar guru sebesar 23,6%, kesiapan belajar sebesar 59,9% terhadap motivasi belajar. Ada pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar sebesar 28,5%. Ada pengaruh kesiapan belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar sebesar 51,3%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa keterampilan mengajar guru dan kesiapan belajar siswa berpengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar. The aim of this study is to determine The Influence of Teacher’s Teaching Skill and Student’s Learning Readiness Towards Economic Learning Outcomes Through Learning Motivation as an Intervening Variable of Social Sciences Students XIth Grade at State Senior High School 14 Semarang in Academic Year 2015/2016. The population in this research are all social sciences students XIth grade at state senior high school 14 Semarang in academic year 2015/2016, 144 students. The samples are 106 students were taken by using Slovin. Technical sampling that used is proportionate random sampling. This research use questionaire and documentation method to collect the data. Data analysis methods are descriptive statistic, confirmatory analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that direct influence of teacher’s teaching skill was 19,4%, learning readiness was 21,8%, learning motivation was 38,7% toward learning outcomes. Direct influence of teacher’s teaching skill was 23,6%, learning readiness was 59,9% toward learning motivation. Indirect influence of teacher’s teaching skill toward learning outcomes through learning motivation was 28,5%. Indirect influence of learning readiness toward learning outcomes through learning motivation was 51,3%. Conclusions from this research, there are an effect of teacher’s teaching skill and student’s learning readiness directly and indirectly towards learning outcomes through learning motivation.

Abstract

Kondisi belajar mengajar yang efektif adalah adanya minat dan perhatian siswa dalam belajar untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang baik. Berdasarkan observasi awal ditemukan bahwa guru telah memenuhi kompetensi profesional guru, lingkungan keluarga yang mendukung, serta fasilitas belajar yang memadahi untuk belajar. Akan tetapi ditemui bahwa masih rendahnya minat belajar siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru, lingkungan keluarga, dan fasilitas belajar terhadap minat belajar siswa secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Pangudi Luhur Tarcisius 1 Semarang berjumlah 99 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis linear berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y = 1,770 + 0,211X1 + 0,275X2 + 0,440X3.. Secara simultan (R2) kompetensi profesional guru, lingkungan keluarga, dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa sebesar 44,8% dan sisanya 55,2% dipengaruhi oleh sebab lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. An effective teaching and learning condition is when students have interest and attention in learning to reach the teaching and learning purposes well. Based on the early observation, it was found that teachers had fulfilled their professional competences, supportive family environment, and well-equipped learning facilities to study. However, it was found the tenth grader students of Office Administration Department still had low learning interest. The purposes of this study are to know the influence of teacher professional competences, family environment, and learning facilities towards the students’ learning interest simulaneously and partially. The population and sample of this study were 99 tenth grader students of Office Administration Department in SMK Pangudi Luhur Tarcisius 1 Semarang. The methods of collecting data used interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis used descriptive analysis of percentage and multiple regression analysis. The result of the study showed that the multiple regression analysis obtained the equation of: Y= 1,770 + 0,211X1 + 0,275X2 + 0,440X3. Simultaneously (R2) the teachers’ professional competences, family environment, and learning facilities gave the influence of 44,8% towards the students’ learning interest and the rest of the data which was 55,2%, it was infuenced by other factors which were not studied in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine if there is influence of peer group, parents’ role, religiosity, financial literacy towards consumption behavior among the students of Economics Faculty, Semarang State University Academic Year 2013. The population in this research was the students of Economics Faculty Semarang State University Academic Year 2013. The number of the samples in this research was 250 students based on proportional random sampling technique. This research used quantitative approach. The method of data analysis useddescriptive analysis and path analysis.The result of the research based on Amos showed that the peer group influence towards consumption behavior was 34.5%, parents’ role towards consumption behavior was 12.7%, financial literacy towards consumption behavior was 12.7%, peer group towards financial literacy was 14%, parents’ role towards religiosity was 22.3%. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there was influence of peer group, parents’ role, religiosity, financial literacy towards consumption behavior, whereas in peer group towards students’ financial literacy had no influence. The suggestionswere: (1) the students should minimize the conformity or interaction level with their friends who cause negative impact and the parents should keep controlling the students’ consumption behavior naturally.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme guru, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen yang berjumlah 36 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode sensus. Metode yang digunakan dalam dalam pengambilan data adalah angket. Data variabel dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa kinerja guru mata pelajaran ekonomi Di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen dalam kategori sangat tinggi, profesionalisme guru dalam kategori sangat tinggi, disiplin kerja dalam kategori tinggi dan lingkungan kerja dalam kategori baik. Hasil penelitian ini secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh profesionalisme guru, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen (37,8%). Profesionalisme guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen (19,6%). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh kinerja guru mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen (15,92%) dan sedangkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sragen (11,90%). Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah guru harus berupaya meningkatkan kinerjanya dan guru di harapkan dapat membuat metode mengajar yang bervariasi agar dapat menarik minat peserta didik. The objective of this research is to find out the influence of teacher performance, work discipline, and work environment on teacher performance at SMAN Sragen. The population and sample in this research was 36 economic teachers at SMAN Sragen. The subjects were selected by using census method technique. The methode that was used to data retrieval was questionnaire. Variable data was analyzed by descriptive statistic percentage and multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of descriptive analysis showed that economic teacher performance at SMAN Sragen was very high, teacher professionalism was very high, work discipline was high and work environment was good. The result of this research statistically showed that the influence of teacher professionalism, work discipine, and work environment on economic teacher performance at SMAN Sragen (37,8%). Teacher professionalism affected the economic teacher performance at SMAN Sragen (19,6%). Work discipline affected the economic teacher performance at SMAN Sragen (15,92%) and work environment affected the economic teacher performance at SMAN Sragen (11,90%). The suggestions were offered that teachers should make efforts to improve their performance and are expected to create varied teaching methods in order to attract learners.
