Abstract

Pelayanan siswa disekolah merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam mendukung kelancaran proses pembelajaran. Apabila pelayanan yang diberikan buruk maka siswa akan merasa kesulitan untuk mengurus segala administrasi dan memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan data wawancara dengan lima siswa SMK Palebon Semarang diperoleh masih adanya gap antara harapan dan kenyataan tentang pelayanan yang diberikan Tata Usaha ke siswa SMK Palebon Semarang. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah diatas dapat diperoleh rumusan masalah apakah ada pengaruh komunikasi non formal, disiplin kerja, kompetensi pegawai dan empati pegawai tata usaha terhadap pelayanan siswa SMK Palebon Semarang?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh komunikasi non formal, disiplin kerja, kompetensi pegawai dan empati pegawai Tata Usaha terhadap Pelayanan Siswa SMK Palebon Semarang. . Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis deskriptif. Y = 1,775 + 0,277 X1 + 0,123 X2 + 0,285 X3 + 0,39 X4 + e. Hasil uji simultan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 57.601 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara pengaruh komunikasi non formal, disiplin kerja, kompetensi pegawai dan empati pegawai terhadap pelayanan sebesar 61,3%. Pengaruh secara parsial variabel komunikasi non formal yaitu 12,5%, disiplin kerja yaitu 3,8%, kompetensi pegawai yaitu 13,2% sedangkan empati yaitu 16,6%. Services students` is one important component in supporting the learning process. If the service provided is poor then the students will find it difficult to take care of all administrative and obtain the information needed. Based on data from interviews with five vocational students obtained Palebon Semarang is still a gap between expectations and the reality of the service given to vocational students Administrative Palebon Semarang. Based on the background of the above problems can be obtained formulation of the problem is there any influence of non-formal communication, work discipline, employee competence and empathy clerical employees with the services of vocational students Palebon Semarang ?. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of non-formal communication, work discipline, employee competence and empathy towards employees Administrative Services Vocational students Palebon Semarang. , This study includes quantitative research. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, the classic assumption test, test hypotheses and descriptive analysis. Y = 1.775 + 0.277 + 0.123 X1 + 0.285 X2 X3 + X4 + 0.39 e. The test results obtained Fhitung 57 601 simultaneous with significance 0.000 <0.05 .. The amount of influence simultaneously the influence of non-formal communication, work discipline, employee competence and empathy employees with the services of 61.3%. Influence in partial non formal communication that is 12.5%, which is 3.8% of labor discipline, the competence of employees is 13.2%, while empathy is 16.6%.

Abstract

Hasil belajar adalah kemajuan siswa yang diperoleh setelah mengikuti pembelajaran selama kurun waktu tertentu yang relatif menetap. Hasil belajar dapat dilihat dari seberapa besar nilai yang di dapat oleh siswa setelah mengikuti proses belajar. Hasil belajar sebagai tolok ukur seorang guru terhadap siswa untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari peneitian ini adalah : (1) Mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh sosial ekonomi keluarga terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMK Widya Praja Ungaran, (2) Mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMK Widya Praja Ungaran, (3) Mendsikripsikan dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh sosial ekonomi dan disiplin belajar siswa kelas X SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 siswa. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data yang dikumpulkan disnalisis dengan teknik deskriptif presentase dan uji hipotesis. Penggunaan uji hipotesis dengan uji t secara simultan dan parsial. Hasil penelitian diperoleh analisis diskriptif rata – rata sosial ekonomi keluarga dalam kriteria tinggi sebesar 62,83%, disiplin belajar dalam kriteria tinggi sebesar 47,05%. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa ada pengaruh sosial ekonomi keluarga dan disiplin belajar secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar55,2% dan sisanya 44,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. Secara parsial sosial ekonomi keluarga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 13,76%. Disiplin belajar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 10,04%. Learning achievement is improvement in students obtained after following study during a period in wich relatively settled. Learning achievement can be seen from how much value in the can by they get after participating in the learning process. The purpose of this study are : (1) description and analysis how much influence social economic family the interest result of study in class X SMK Widya Praja Ungaran, (2) description and analysis how much influence dicipline of learning the interest result of study in class X SMK Widya Praja Ungaran, (3) description dan analysis how much influence social economic family and dicipline of learning the interest result of study in class X SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. The population in this study is 150 students. Data collection tools used in this research is questioner. Data collected were analyzed with descriptive technique and test hypothesis percentage. The use of hypothesis testing by t test simultaneously and partially. Desciptive analysis of the obtained by an average of social economic family to learn a high criteria of 62.83%, a good dicipline of learning in the criteria by 47.05%. Hypothesis test result shoswed that there is influence of social economic family and dicipline of learning simultaneously to result of study is 55.2% and tge remaining 44.8% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. Partially social economic family significantly effect the interest to result of study is 13.76%. Dicipline of learning significantly effect the interset to result of study is 10.04%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran efikasi diri dalam memediasi pengaruh perencanaan karier dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 2 Slawi tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 2 Rembang Slawi tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sejumlah 115 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis jalur, sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara semua variabel secara parsial yakni perencanaan karier terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi (11,5%), lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi (7,2%), efikasi diri terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi (29,8%), perencanaan karier terhadap efikasi diri (7,4%), lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap efikasi diri (12,6%). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dapat memediasi pengaruh perencanaan karier maupun lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. The aim of this research is to know the role of learning way in mediating the effect of self-efficacy as a source of career planning and peer environment toward students’ interest in continuing education to collage at SMA N 2 Slawi Academic Year 2015/2016. The population of the study was all students in XII IPS SMAN 2 SLAWI academic year 2015/2016 and the total was 115 students, then the researcher used a sample saturated to conduct this study. Data collection method used is the method of questionnaire method. Data analysis method used is descriptive analyze, path analyze and sobel test. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between all variables partially is the use of the career planning toward students’ interest in continuing education to collage (11,5%), peer environment toward students’ interest in continuing education to collage (7,2%), self-efficacy toward students’ interest in continuing education to collage (29,8%), the career planning toward self-efficacy (7,4%), peer environment toward self-efficacy (12,6%). The result of this study also showed that self-efficacy can be as a mediation of career planning and peers environment effects toward interest in continuing education to the collage

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kompetensi pegawai, fasilitas kantor, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu pengunjung Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil yang berjumlah 116 pengunjung. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for Windows Relase 19, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 0.360 + 0.764X1 + 0.339X2 + 0.746X3 + e. Uji F yang diperoleh Fhitung = 106.397 dengan signifikansi 0.000, sehingga Ha diterima. Secara parsial (uji t) Kompetensi Pegawai diperoleh thitung = 6.746 dengan signifikansi 0.000, sehingga Ha diterima. Fasilitas Kantor diperoleh nilai thitung = 2.267 dengan signifikansi 0.025, sehingga Ha diterima. Disiplin Kerja diperoleh nilai thitung = 6.817 dengan signifikansi 0.000, sehingga Ha diterima. Koefisien diterminasi (R2) sebesar 73.3% berarti bahwa kompetensi pegawai, fasilitas kantor, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 73.3%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi pegawai, fasilitas kantor dan disiplin kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Saran penelitian ini yaitu: 1) kurangnya kemampuan/keterampilan pegawai dalam mengoperasikan alat kerja, 2) pegawai dapat memaksimalkan penggunaan fasilitas kantor dengan baik, 3) pegawai sebaiknya berangkat kerja dan pulang kerja sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of employee competence, office facilities, and labor discipline upon the service quality at the Department of Population and Civil Registration. The sample of this study was a total of 116 visitors of the Department of Population and Civil Registration. Methods of data collection were documentation and questionnaires. The data were also analyzed using a multiple regression analysis in SPSS for Windows Relase 19, classic assumption testing, and descriptive percentage analysis. The results of the study obtained by the regression equation was Y = 0.360 + 0.764X1 + 0.339X2 + 0.746X3 + e. The obtained F testing was Farithmetic = 106.397 with the significance of 0.000, so the Ha was accepted. The obtained employee competence partially (t test) was tarithmetic = 6.746 with the significance of 0.000, so the Ha was accepted. The obtained office facilities was tarithmetic = 2.267 with the significance of 0.025, so the Ha was accepted. The obtained labor discipline was tarithmetic = 6.817 with the significance of 0.000, so the Ha was accepted. Terminated coefficient (R2) amounted to 73.3% which meant that the employee competence, office facilities, and labor discipline towards the service quality amounted to 73.3%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there was a positive and significant effect among the employee competence, office facilities, and labor discipline towards the service quality. The writer suggested the employees 1) lack of employees skills in operating working tools, 2) employees can maximize the use of office facilities are well and 3) employees should go to work and come home from work as scheduled.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan, bimbingan karir, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII program keahlian tata niaga SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyart tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Pengambilan sampel tiap kelas menggunakan proportional random sampling. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Data variabel dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 4,28%, bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 12,96%, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 12,60%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik kerja lapangan, bimbingan karir, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja. Saran yang diberikan kepada pihak sekolah agar menambah tempat praktik kerja lapangan agar memberikan pengalaman yang lebih menarik kepada siswa, sehingga diharapkan siswa lebih siap untuk dapat bekerja sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of internship program, career guidance, and job motivation towards the job readiness of XII grade student of commerce program of SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in academic year 2015/2016. The Sampling of each class using Proportional Random Sampling. The method used in data collection are questionnaires and documentation. Variables data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results statistically show that internship affect the student’s job readiness at 4,28%, Career guidance effect on student’s job readiness by 12,96% and job motivation effect on student’s job readiness by 12,60%. The suggestion that can be given to the school in order to add the location of internship program in order to provide more enganging exprerience to the students, so it is expected that students are better prepared to be able to work according to their ecpertise.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung antara intensitas penggunaan smartphone dan pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Pemalang Kota. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi berjumlah 440 siswa dengan sampel 210 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan hasil pengaruh intensitas penggunaan smartphone terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 3,3%. Pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 26,1%. Motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 19,1%. Intensitas penggunaan smartphone terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 4,4%. Pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 13,2%. Intensitas penggunaan smartphone terhadap pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar sebesar 17,2%. Intensitas penggunaan smartphone, pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara positif terhadap hasil belajar baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. The purpose of this research is to determine directly or indirectly whether or not the effect of the frequency of smartphone use and the use of internet as learning source on the students of XI IPS classes of state high schools in Pemalang’ motivation and achievements on economics subject. This research is quantitative design, which consists of 440 students as the population and 210 students as the sample. The research instruments used in collecting data were documentation and questionaire. Meanwhile, the methods used in analyzing the data collected was descriptive analysis technique and path analysis technique. At last, the whole process of data analysis showed the following results; the effect of the frequency of smartphone use with the student’s test results on economics subject was counted 3,3%, the effect of internet use as learning source with the student’s test results on economics subject was counted 26,1%, the effect of the student’s motivation with the student’s test results on economics subject was counted 19,1%, the effect of the frequency of smartphone use on the student’s motivation was counted 4,4%, the effect of internet use as learning source with the student’s motivation was counted 13,2%, the effect of the student’s motivation with the student’s test results on economics subject was counted 19,1%, the effect of the frequency of smartphone use on the internet use as the learning source was counted 17,2%. The frequency of smartphone use, the use of internet as learning source and student’s motivation a positive effect on student’s achievement either directly or indirectly.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh disiplin belajar, fasilitas beajar dan penggunaan media pembelajaran typing master terhadap kecepatan mengetik 10 jari buta di SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus program keahlian administrasi perkantoran yang berjumlah 60 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner, tes, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = -1507,9 + 25,787X1 + 28,961X2 + 17,638X3. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh disiplin belajar, fasilitas belajar dan penggunaan media pembelajaran typing master secara simultan terhadap kecepatan mengetik 10 jari buta sebesar 55,6%, ada pengaruh disiplin belajar secara parsial terhadap kecepatan mengetik 10 jari buta sebesar 24,90%, ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar secara parsial terhadap kecepatan mengetik 10 jari buta sebesar 19,01% dan ada pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran typing master secara parsial terhadap kecepatan mengetik 10 jari buta sebesar 9,49%. The problem in this tudy is there any effect of discipline study, facilities study, and the using of learning media of typing master of the speed typing 10 finger blind in Grade of Office Administration Program in SMK PGRI 1 of Mejobo Kudus. The population in this study is all of students in X Grade of Office Administration Program in SMK PGRI 1 of Mejobo Kudus which amounts to 60 students. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study is using the questionnaires, test, interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The result obtained by multiple linear regression analysis was equation Y = -1507,9 + 25,787X1 + 28,961X2 + 17,638X3. The Conclusions of this study is there is the effect of discipline study, facilities study, and the using of learning media of typing master simultaneously to the speed typing 10 finger is 55,6%, there is the effect of discipline study partially to the speed typing 10 finger is 24,90%, there is the effect of facilities study partially to the speed typing 10 finger is 19,01% and there are the effect of the using of learning media of typing master partially to speed typing 10 finger is 9,49%.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran dan strategi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA Sedes Sapientiae Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Sedes Sapientiae Semarang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling.Metode pengumpulan data diambil dengan menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan stastistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan bahwa media pembelajaran dan strategi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 58,4%. Secara parsial media pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 25,00% dan strategi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 20,25%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran dan strategi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi secara simultas maupun parsial. According to early observation in Sedes Sapientaie Semarang Senior High School the learning’s result of economic subject is still in low category.The purpose of this research to know the influence of study media and learning study towards learning’s result of the students who are in X grade at economic subject in Sedes Sapientiae Semarang Senior High School. The population of this research is all the X student’s class in Sedes Sapientiae Semarang Senior High School by using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Result of this research indicates that silmutantly media of study and learning strategy towards learning’s result at economic subject has effect 58,4%. And partially, media of study has effect toward’s learning’s result of economic subjects amount 25,00% and learning strategy towards students learning’s result at economic subject as amount 20,25%. Based to the research, can be conduded that media of study and learning strategy have positive effects towards the learning result of X class students at economic subject simultantly or partially.

Abstract

SMK merupakan bentuk pendidikan formal jenjang menengah yang pelaksanaannya untuk menyiapkan tenaga kerja profesional sesusai dengan bidangnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal menunjukkan kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Batang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengalaman On the Job Training (OJT) dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Batang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Batang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan jumlah 70 siswa, semuanya menjadi responden penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data dengan menggunakan angket. Data variabel dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman OJT dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 61,8%, pengalaman OJT berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 59,91%, dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 6,92%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengalaman OJT dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Batang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Vocational High School is form of formal education at secondary level which the implementation is to prepare professional employees appropriate their field. Based on the results of preliminary observations indicate that the level of job readiness of students in class XII Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Batang in Academic Year 2015/2016 still low. This study aimed to determine whether job training experience and motivation to enter the workforce effect towards job readiness of students in class XII Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Batang in Academic Year 2015/2016 on simultaneously or partially. The population was all students of class XII Accounting in SMK Negeri 1 Batang in Academic Year 2015/2016 which amounts to 70 students, all serve as research respondent. This study uses questionnaire to collect the data. The data of variables is analyzed with multiple regression analysis. The results show that job training experience and motivation to enter the workforce simultaneous positively and significantly effect towards job readiness (61,8%), job training experience partial positively and significantly effect towards job readiness (59,91%), and motivation to enter the workforce partial positively and significantly effect towards job readiness (6,92%). Based on the result of this study, we can conclude that job training experience and motivation to enter the workforce positively and significantly effect towards job readiness students in class XII Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Batang in Academic Year 2015/2016 on simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada Pengaruh Gaya Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, dan Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua pada Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran pada Mata Diklat Kearsipan di SMK N 9 Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran di SMKN 9 Semarang yang berjumlah 105 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS For Windows Release 16. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara Gaya Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, dan Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua pada Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran pada Mata Diklat Kearsipan di SMK N 9 Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 This study aims to determine whether there is effect of Learning Style, Learning Motivation and Socio Ekonomic of Parents on Learning Outcomes toward students of X grade Office Administration in Archive Subjects in SMK N 9 Semarang in academic year 2015/2016. The population in this study were students of X grade Office Administration at SMK N 9 Semarang totaling 105 students.. The sample is the whole of the populationThe data collection is carried out by questionnaires and documentation. The Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and test hypotheses test with the aid from SPSS for Windows Release 16. This study can be concluded that there are positively and significantly influences among Learning Style, Learning Motivation and Socio Ekonomic of Parents on Learning Outcomes toward students of X grade Office Administration in Archive Subjects in SMK N 9 Semarang in academic year 2015/2016.
