Abstract

Belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari hasil observasi yang menunjukan masih terdapat siswa yang memperoleh nilai hasil belajar ekonomi dibawah nilai KKM yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 67. Berdasarkan nilai hasil belajar ekonomi semester gasal siswa kelas VIIISMP 5 Batang tahun ajaran 2014/2015, dari 244 siswa terdapat 122 (50%) siswa memperoleh nilai dibawah KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akuntansi siswa kelas VIII SMP 5 Batang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 5 (lima) faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa yaitu (1) faktor psikologi siswa yang terdiri dari: Bakat, Kesiapan, Kematangan, Pehatian, Intelegensi, Minat, dan Motivasi. (2) faktor lingkungan masyarakat yang terdiri dari: Kegiatan siswa dalam masyarakat, Teman bergaul, Mass media. (3) faktor kondisi belajar siswa terdiri dari: Metode belajar, Alat pelajaran. (4) faktor lingkungan sekolah yang terdiri dari: Keadaan gedung, Metode mengajar guru, Relasi guru dengan siswa, relasi siswa dengan siswa. (5) faktor lingkungan keluarga yang terdiri dari: Cara orang tua mendidik, dan Relasi antar anggota keluarga. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor psikologi berpengaruh sangat tinggi terhadap hasil belajar dan faktor keadaan ekonomi berpengaruh rendah, saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa diharapkan tidak menuntut orangtua untuk mencukupi kebutuhan yang tidak mendukung belajarnya akan tetapi memaksimalkan kondisi belajarnya dengan memanfaatkan sumber belajar yang ada seperti memanfaatkan perpustakan sebagai media belajar supaya semakin termotivasi dan tekun dalam belajar. Dan orang tua hendaknya tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi semata akan tetapi lebih kepada pendekatan siswa dengan cara siswa lebih diperhatikan supaya hasil belajarnya meningkat. The results of the economic study subjects are influenced by internal factors and external factors. The background of this research from the observation that shows there are students who obtain economic value of learning outcomes under KKM predetermined value is 67. Based on the results of the economic study odd semester grade students VIIISMP 5 Batang academic year 2014/2015, there were 122 students out of 244 (50%) of students scored below the KKM. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence student learning outcomes in accounting subjects eighth grade students of SMP 5 Rod. The results showed there were five (5) factors that affect student learning outcomes, namely (1) the factors psychology students consisting of: Talent, Readiness, Maturity, pehatian, intelligence, interest, and motivation. (2) environmental factors society consisting of: Student activities in the community, friends get along, Mass media. (3) factors of student learning conditions consist of: Methods of learning, teaching tool. (4) The school environment factors consist of: The state of the building, teachers' teaching methods, teacher relations with students, student relationships with students. (5) environmental factors family that consists of: How to educate parents, and the relationship between family members. And parents should not only meet the needs of the economy alone but rather to approach students with a more considered way so that students learning results increased. It is suggested that teachers are expected to take appropriate and timely policies so that student learning outcomes can be improved.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran akuntansi materi jurnal penyesuaian menggunakan metode cooperative script. (2) mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran akuntansi materi jurnal penyesuaian menggunakan metode resitasi. (3) mengetahui mana yang lebih efektif antara metode cooperative script atau metode resitasi, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimen dengan jenis non equivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukan metode cooperative script efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 27,44%; metode resitasi efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar sebesar 50,47 %; dapat disimpulkan metode resitasi lebih efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar dibandingkan metode cooperative script. The purposes of this study are to (1) know the effectiveness of the teaching and learning of accounting subject in adjustment journal topic using cooperative script method. (2) know the effectiveness of the teaching and learning of accounting subject in adjustment journal topic using recitation method. (3) know which method that is more effective in teaching and learning of accounting subject in adjustment journal topic. This study used quasi experimental design with the design form of non equivalent control group design. The result of this study showed that cooperative script method is effective towards teaching and learning is 27,44% ; recitation method is effective towards teaching and learning is 50,47 %; which that the teaching and learning in the recitation method is more effective than the one cooperative script method.

Abstract

Kesiapan belajar merupakan suatu kondisi secara menyeluruh yang membuat peserta didik siap memberikan tanggapan terhadap suatu situasi yang dihadapi. Observasi awal menunjukkan kesiapan belajar kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi kesiapan belajar peserta didik kelas X Adminitrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Slawi Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 96 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam faktor baru yang terbentuk, antara lain 1) faktor psikis dan tugas rumah memiliki kontribusi sebesar 36,051%, 2) faktor keterampilan sosial dan mass media memiliki kontribusi sebesar 7,823%, 3) faktor lingkungan sekolah memiliki kontribusi sebesar 6,396%, 4) faktor empati dan lingkungan masyarakat memiliki kontribusi sebesar 4,987%., 5) faktor jasmani memiliki kontribusi sebesar 4,689%, dan 6) faktor kebutuhan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 4,607%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dari 22 variabel yang dianalisis diperoleh enam faktor baru yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesiapan belajar peserta didik kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Slawi Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 sebesar 64,554% dan sisanya sebesar 35,446% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak ditentukan dalam model ini. Learning is a process that is performed by individuals which results a behavior changing. First observation showed that learning readiness on grade X of Office Administration was low. This research aims to identify the Affecting Factors of Learning Readiness Students Office Administration on Grade X in SMK Negeri 1 Slawi in the Academic Year 2015/2016. The samples in this research were 96 people using proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques were using documentation and questionnaires. The results of the factor analysis showed that there were six new factors were formed, among others, 1) the psychological factor and housework have 36.051% contribution, 2) factors of social skills and the mass media have 7.823% contribution, 3) environmental schools factors have 6.396% contribution, 4) empathy and community factors have 4.987% contribution, 5) physical factors have 4.689% contribution, and 6) requirement factors have a contribution of 4.607%. The Conclusions of this research is the analysis of 22 variables obtained six new factors that have an influence on the learning readiness in grade X students Office Administration in SMK Negeri 1 Slawi in the academic year 2015/2016 amounted to 64.554% and the remaining 35.446% is influenced by other factors not specified in this model.

Abstract

Praktik Kerja Industri (Prakerin) merupakan wujud implementasi dari Pendidikan Sistem Ganda. Prakerin bagi siswa SMK sangatlah penting untuk dilakukan, sebab tujuan dari pendidikan kejuruan adalah menyiapkan siswanya untuk siap dan mandiri dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keberhasilan prakerin di SMK Bardan Wasalaman dengan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi, dimana terdapat 91 responden terdiri dari 27 orang dari akuntansi dan 64 orang dari farmasi. Dan untuk mendukung jawaban responden peneliti juga melakukan wawancara dengan 5 narasumber yang terdiri dari Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Humas, Ketua Program Studi Farmasi, Ketua Program Studi Akuntansi, Guru Produktif Farmasi, dan Guru Produktif Akuntansi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelian ini adalah statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata aspek context dalam prakerin sebesar 32,54 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Rata-rata yang terjadi pada aspek input sebesar 48,07 termasuk dalam kategori baik. Aspek process dalam prakerin menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 33,65 termasuk dalam kategori baik. Sedangkan untuk rata-rata aspek product dalam prakerin sebesar 24,79 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Industrial Work Practices (Prakerin) is a implementation of the Dual System Education. Prakerin for vocational students is very important to do, because the purpose of vocational education is to prepare students to be ready and independent in the face of the work world. The purpose of this research is to analyze the success of prakerin in vocational Bardan Wasalaman with models CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). This type of research used in this study is an evaluative research with quantitative descriptive analysis. This study is a population, where there are 91 respondents composed of 27 people from the accounting and 64 people from the pharmacy. And to support the respondents researchers also conducted interviews with five speakers consisting of Vice Principal of Public Relations, Chairman of Pharmacy Department, Chairman of the Accounting Studies Program, Teacher of Productive Pharmacy and Accounting. Data analysis techniques used in this study presented is the percentage descriptive statistics.The results showed that the average aspect in the context prakerin of 32.54 is included in the excellent category. Average in the input aspects of 48.07 is included in the good categories. Aspects process in prakerin showed an average of 33.65 is included in the good categories. As for the average product in prakerin aspects of 24.79 is included in the high category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung fasilitas praktik kerja terhadap hasil kesiapan kerja maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan jiwa kewirausahaan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Kudus sejumlah 100 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis jalur, dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan fasilitas praktik kerja, kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan, serta jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan fasilitas praktik kerja terhadap kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan jiwa kewirausahaan, (3) kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh fasilitas praktik kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, (4) jiwa kewirausahaan tidak signifikan memediasi pengaruh fasilitas praktik kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, (5) jiwa kewirausahaan secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan jiwa kewirausahaan memediasi pengaruh fasilitas praktik kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah pihak pihak sekolah mampu mengoptimalkan penggunaan fasilitas praktik kerja baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas untuk meningkatkan perbaikan kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan siswa dan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa sehingga mampu meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa. The purposes of this study were to analyze the direct effect of work practice facility for towards work readiness or indirect effect through enterpreneurship learning quality and enterpreneurship spirit. The population in this research is took all of XII Accounting grade in SMK N 1 Kudus with a total of 100 students. Method of collecting the data used interview, questionnaire and documentation. Method of data analysis used descriptive analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. Results of this research show that (1) There are good and significant effects of work practice fasility, enterpreneurship learning quality, and enterpreneurship spirit toward students’ work readiness, (2) There are good and significant effects of work practice facility toward enterpreneurship learning quality and enterpreneurship spirit, (3) Significantly, enterpreneurship learning quality is be the intervening variable in the effect of work practice facility towards students’ work readiness, (4) Enterpreneurship spirit is not be the intervening variable in the effect of work practice facility towards students’ work readiness, (5) Significantly, enterpreneurship spirit is be the intervening variable in the effect of enterpreneurship learning quality towards students’ work practice. According to the research above, it can be concluded that enterpreneurship learning quality and enterpreneurship spirit have a role as an intervening of the effect in work practice facility towards students’ work readiness. The suggestion is that school sides themselves is able to optimilize the use of work practice facility by quality or quantity to increase enterpreneurship learning quality enchancement and increase enterpreneurship spirit that there is in the students itselves, as a result it can be able to increase students’ work readiness.

Abstract

Kompetensi professional guru berperan bagi berlangsungnya pembelajaran di kelas, guru diharuskan memiliki pengetahuan yang luas terhadap bidang studi yang akan diajarkan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa cukup rendahnya kompetensi profesional guru di SMK Kristen Salatiga seperti kurangnya penggunaan media dan proses penyampaian materi dirasa belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pengalaman mengajar, iklim kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kompetensi professional guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMK Kristen Salatiga sebanyak 30 guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, jadi semua populasi dijadikan sebagai responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS For Windows Release 17. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dilihat dari uji F hitung = 29,476 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 sehingga diperoleh hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dengan persamaan Y = 17,773 + 0,677X1 + 0,393X2 +0,454X3. Secara parsial (r2), pengalaman mengajar berpengaruh 22,3%, iklim kerja berpengaruh17,5% dan kompensasi berpengaruh 15,4%. Secara simultan (R2) pengalaman mengajar, iklim kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi profesional sebesar 23,5%. Professional competence of teacher is contribute to ongoing learning in the classrom, teacher are required to have extensive knowledge of the subject areas to be taught. Problems in this research based that lack sufficient professional competence of teachers in Kristen Vocational Higs School of Salatiga such as low use of media and process of extending material deemed not optimal. This research aims to determinate is there any effect of teaching experience, work climate and compensation to the professional competence of teachers. This research uses quantitive methods. The population in this research were teachers in Kristen Vocational High School of Salatiga as many as 30 teachers. This research a population research, so all the population used as responder. The technique of collecting data using questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, a classic assumption test and hypothesis test using SPSS for windows release 17. The significance of the test equation as calculated from the F test was 29, 476 with significance 0,00<0,05, while the results of multiple linear regression analysis with equation Y = 17,773 + 0,677X1 + 0,393X2 + 0,454X3 + e. Partially (r2) teaching experiences influential 22,3%, work climate 17,5% and compensation 15,4%. Simultaneously (R2) teaching experience, work climate and compensation and influential on the professional competence of 23,5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksud untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kondisi fisik siswa dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar bidang studi ekonomi siswa kelas X MA NU Ibtidaul Falah Kudus tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Populasi penelitin ini, berjumlah 220 siswa, dengan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel 69 siswa serta menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data diperoleh dari dokumentasi dan observasi, secara khusus data primer diperoleh dari angket atau koesioner. Analisis data mengunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik siswa dalam kategori baik, tetapi dalam batas minimum, lingkungan sekolah dalam kategori baik yang memadai. Sedangkan motivasi belajar ekonomi dalam kategori kurang baik. Hasil analisis regresi:Y=3,241+0,424X1+0,291X2. Secara parsial terhadap motivasi belajar ekonomi, kondisi fisik siswa berpengaruh sebesar 9,06%, sedangkan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh sebesar 14,21%. Kemudian secara simultan, kondisi fisik siswa dan lingkungan sekolahberpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar ekonomi sebesar 33%, sisanya 67%dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This study sought to determine whether there is influence students' physical condition and school environment on motivation to learn the field of economic study class X MA NU Ibtidaul Falah kudus academic year 2015 / 2016. Populasi this experiment, totaling 220 students, according to the formula Slovin sample obtained 69 students and use proportional random sampling technique. Data obtained from the documentation and observation, in particular primary data obtained from the questionnaire or koesioner. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and analisisregresi percentage of regression. The results showed that the physical condition of students in both categories well, but to a minimum, the school environment in both categories were adequate. While the motivation study economic in the unfavorable category. Results of regression analysis: Y = 3.241 + 0,424X1 + 0,291X2. Partially on motivation to learn economics, affect students' physical condition at 9.06%, while the influence of the school environment by 14.21%. Then simultaneously, the physical condition of the students and the environment sekolahberpengaruh on motivation to learn economics by 33%, the remaining 67% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Career Development Learning; Experience; Degree Subject Knowledge, Understanding, & Skills; Generic Skills; Emotional Intelligence terhadap kesiapan kerja Siswa Kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Batang. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Batang yang berjumlah 136 siswa, sedangkan sampel berjumlah 101 siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif memberikan informasi kesiapan kerja siswa dalam kategori siap; Career Development Learning; Experience; Degree Subject Knowledge, Understanding, & Skills; Generic Skills; dan Emotional Intelligence berada pada kategori baik. Hasil penelitian secara statistik menunjukkn bahwa terdapat pengaruh Career Development Learning; Experience; Degree Subject Knowledge, Understanding, & Skills; Generic Skills; dan Emotional Intelligence terhadap kesiapan kerja sebanyak 83,3 %. Secara parsial pengaruh masing-masing yaitu Career Development Learning sebesar 20,34 %; Experience sebesar 5,90 %; Degree Subject Knowledge, Understanding, & Skills sebesar 7,18 %; Generic Skills sebesar 10,76 %; dan Emotional Intelligence sebesar 14,67 %. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh Career Development Learning; Experience; Degree Subject Knowledge, Understanding, & Skills; Generic Skills; Emotional Intelligence terhadap kesiapan kerja Siswa Kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Batang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Career Development Learning; experience; Degree Subject Knowledge, Understanding, & Skills; Generic Skills; and Emotional Intelligence toward Work Readiness of Accounting Students XIth Grade at VHS in Batang. The subject of this study was the whole Accounting Students XIth Grade VHS in Batang that totaling 136 students. The sample was 101 students choosen by proportional random sampling technique. Data collecting was using questionnaires and documentation methods. Data were analyzed using percentage descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. From the result of descriptive analysis, it could be concluded that the students work readiness was in ready categories; Career Development Learning; Experience; Degree Subject Knowledge, Understanding, & Skills; Generic Skills; and Emotional Intelligence were in good category. The results of statistic analysis indicated that there were significant influence of Career Development Learning; Experience; Degree Subject Knowledge, Understanding, & Skills; Generic Skills; and Emotional Intelligence toward work readiness 83.3%. Partial influence of Career Development Learning 20.34%; Experience 5.90%; Degree Subject Knowledge, Understanding,& Skills 7.18%; Generic Skills to 10.76%; and Emotional Intelligence 14.67%. The conclusion of this study is that there are significant effect of Career Development Learning; experience; Degree Subject Knowledge, Understanding,& Skills; Generic Skills; Emotional Intelligence toward work readiness of Accounting Students XIth Grade in Batang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas minat membaca siswa di SMK Palebon Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan, kinerja pustakawan, dan pengelolaan bahan pustaka terhadap minat membaca siswa kelas XI di perpustakaan SMK Palebon Semarang Tahun 2015/2016. Jumlah populasi 222 siswa dan sampel 143 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dan simpulan penelitian ini menemukan bahwa minat membaca siswa kelas XI di SMK Palebon Semarang Tahun 2015/2016 dipengaruhi oleh fasilitas perpustakaan, kinerja pustakawan, dan pengelolaan bahan pustaka dengan besaran pengaruh 64,80%. The purpose this study to know about reading interest students’ at Palebon Vocational High School. The result of the study showed that know aren’t influence library facility, librarian performance, and materials management students’ class XI at library of Palebon Vocational High School in 20015/2016. The sum of population is 222 students’ and sampel 143 students’. Take of sample with proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis collected by interview, kuesioner, and documentation. Data analysis method used was descriptive analysis percentage and multiple linear regression analysis. The result and concluded this studied that reading interest of student class XI at Palebon Vocational High school in 2015/2016 influenced of library facilities, librarian performance, and library materials management with influence mulberry 64,80 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh cara belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi XI IPS SMAN 1 Jepon baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Jepon yang berjumlah 93 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi karena seluruh responden dijadikan objek penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Ada pengaruh cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. 2) Ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. 3) Ada pengaruh cara belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah cara belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru berpengaruh positif secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi XI IPS SMAN 1 Jepon. The objective of this research was to know how students learning technique and students perceptions in teachers teaching method can influence students economic learning outcomes in SMAN 1 Jepon social program grade XI wether it was simultanly or partially. The population of this research was all students in SMAN 1 Jepon social program grade XI that were 93 students. This was population research because all the population used as the object of the research. Method of collecting data used in this research was documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical, analysis assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that 1) There was effect learning technique to economic learning outcomes. 2) There was effect student’s perception in teacher’s teaching method to economic learning outcomes. 3) There was effect learning technique and student’s perception in teacher’s teaching method to economic learning outcomes. Based on the result of the research it can be concluded that there was positive effect and significant between students learning technique and student’s perceptions on teachers teching method to students economic learning outcomes in SMAN 1 Jepon social program grade XI.
