Abstract

Berdasarkan data observasi awal di SMK Ma’arif 9 Kebumen menunjukkan bahwa belum semua lulusan Akuntansi terserap secara optimal, hanya 5% yang bekerja di bidang akuntansi pada tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Praktik Kerja Industri, Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi, dan Motivasi Memasuki Kerja Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Ma’arif 9 Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan Akuntansi Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 sebesar 120 siswa. Anggota sampel adalah 92 siswa dengan menggunakan Slovin . Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel acak sederhana. Penelitian menggunakan metode Dokumentasi dan Kuesioner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analiss regresi berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa dalam kategori tinggi, praktik kerja industri dalam kategori sangat baik, hasil belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi dalam kategori cukup, dan motivasi memasuki kerja dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara Praktik Kerja Industri, Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi, dan Motivasi Memasuki Kerja Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja (27,5%). Sedangkan secara parsial Praktik Kerja Industri berpengaruh (9,18%), Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi tidak berpengaruh, dan Motivasi Memasuki Kerja berpengaruh (12,89%) Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja. Based on prelimanary observation data in Vocational High School Ma’arif 9 Kebumen shows that not all accounting graduates are absorbed optimally yet, it just 5% who work in Accounting area in 2015. This study aimed, to determine The effects of Job Training, Learning Achievment in Accounting Lesson, and Job Motivation to Work Readiness of Accounting Students XIth Grade at Vocational High School of Ma’arif 9 Kebumen in Academic Year 2015/2016. The population in this research are all Accounting Students XIth Grade in Academic Year 2015/2016, 120 students. The samples are 92 students by using Slovin. Technical sampling is simple random sampling. This research use questionaire and documentation methods. Data analysis methods are descriptive statistic and multiple regression linear analysis. The result of descriptive analysis shows that Students’s Work Readiness in high category, Job Training in very good category, Learning Achievment in Accounting Lesson in enough category, and Job Motivation in very high category. The results based on multiple regression linear analysis shows simultaneously that there are some effects of Job Training, Learning Achievment in Accounting Lesson, and Job Motivation to Work Readiness (27,5%). As partially, Job Training has effect (9,18%), Learning Achievment in Accounting Lesson hasn’t effect, Job motivation has effect (12,89%) to work readiness.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan sekolah, cara belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran mengelola peralatan kantor kelas X di SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 siswa yang terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi ganda dalam penelitian ini yaitu Y = -25,237 + 0,668 X1+ 0,667 X2+ 0,601 X3 + e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 47,7%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial lingkungan sekolah sebesar 5,24%, cara belajar sebesar 4,45%, dan motivasi belajar sebesar 4,12%. The purpose showed that there was significant influence among school environment, methods in learning, and motivation in learning toward the learning outcome in the subject of Managing Office Equipment in Grade X of Office Administration Department in SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang simultaneously as well as partial. The population used in this study was 100 students of Grade X of Office Administration Department in SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang. The sample used in this study was the entire population. The data was collected using questioner. The method of analyzing data uses percentage descriptive, double linear regression. The result of the study shows that the similarity of double linear regression is Y = -25,237 + 0,668 X1+ 0,667 X2+ 0,601 X3 + e. There is a simultaneous influence as much as 47,7%, the results are 5,24% for school environment, 4,45% for methods in learning, and 4,12% for motivation in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui kepribadian siswa dan disiplin belajar. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah sejumlah 152 siswa. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 110 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis jalur, dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, kepribadian siswa serta disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap kepribadian siswa, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah dan kepribadian siswa terhadap disiplin belajar, (4) kepribadian siswa secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi, (5) disiplin belajar secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah dan kepribadian siswa terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepribadian siswa dan disiplin belajar memediasi pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar ekonom. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah pihak keluarga dan pihak sekolah mampu melakukan perbaikan kualitas lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi. The purposes of this study were to analyze the direct effect of family and school environment for towards economics study result or or indirect effect through students’ personality and study discipline. The population in this research is The research \ XI social grade in SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosobo with a total of 152 students. It used 110 students as the sample by using Slovin formula. Method of collecting the data used questionnaire and documentation. Method of data analysis used descriptive analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. Results of this research show that (1) There are good and significant effects of family environment, school environment, student’s personality and study discipline toward study economic result, (2) There are good and significant effects of family environment and school environment toward students’ personality, (3) There are good and significant effects of family environment, school environment, and students’ personality toward study discipline, (4) Significantly, students’ personality is be the intervening variable in the effect of family and school environment towards study economic result, (5) Significantly, study discipline is be the intervening variable in the effect of family and school environment, then students’ personality towards economic study result. . According to the research above, it can be concluded that students’ personality and study discipline have a role as an intervening of the effect in family and school environment towards students’ economics study result. The suggestion is that family and school sides themselves are able to improve the family and school quality to improve economic study result.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas X jurusan pemasaran SMK Negeri 2 Magelang, kemudian apakah terdapat pengaruh kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas X jurusan pemasaran SMK Negeri 2 Magelang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X jurusan pemasaran SMK Negeri 2 Magelang sebanyak 107 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuesioner wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda penelitian ini yaitu Y = 4, 823 + 0,277 X1 + 0,660 X2. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu, ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha secara simultan dan parsial. This research aims to determine level of positif influence of the entrepeneurship education toward the Interest on Entrepreneurship of students in marketing department of SMK Negeri 2 Magelang then, is there any influence of personality toward the entrepreneurial interest of students in marketing department of SMK Negeri 2 Magelang. The population of this research is all of students in grade X marketing departmentof SMK Negeri 2 Magelang that consisting of 107 students. The data was collected using questioner, interviewand documentations.The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the multiple regression is Y = 4,823 + 0,277 X1 + 0,660 X2. The conclusion of the research is that there is an influence positive and significant of entrepeneurship education and personality toward the entrepreneurial interest of students in marketing department of SMK Negeri 2 Magelang either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap motivasi belajar ekonomi. Populasi seluruh siswa (IIS) SMA Negeri 5 Semarang (192 siswa), sampel 66 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Analisis deskriptif persentase: motivasi belajar dalam kategori tinggi (62%), lingkungan keluarga berkategori baik (59%), pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar berkategori baik (67%). Hasil penelitian: lingkungan keluarga dan pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar ekonomi (39,8%). Secara parsial lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh (17,2%), pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar berpengaruh (8,6%) terhadap motivasi belajar ekonomi. Kesimpulan lingkungan keluarga dan pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar ekonomi di SMA Negeri 5 Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. The objectives of this research are to identify the effect of family environment and the internet usage as learning source simultanly or partially on economics learning motivation. Population of SMA Negeri 5 Semarang students (IIS/Social Program) are 192, 66 students are samples. Data collecting method uses questionnaire. Data analyzing uses descriptive and double equal regression analyzing. Descriptive analyzing percentage: high learning motivation (62%), good family environment (61%), good internet usage as learning source (67%). The result of this research is family environment and the internet usage as learning source simultanly give positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation (39,8%). Partially, family environment give positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation (17,2%), the internet usage as learning source give positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation (8,6%). The conclusion is family environment and the internet usage as learning usage give positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation at SMA Negeri 5 Semarang simultanly and partially.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran cara belajar dalam memediasi pengaruh pemanfaatan interent sebagai sumber belajar dan kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 2 Rembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 2 Rembang pada tahun 2015. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sejumlah 111 siswa Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis jalur, sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara semua variabel secara parsial yakni pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (19.7%), kepercayaan diri terhadap hhasil belajar ekonomi (16,8%), cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (32,1%), pemanfaatan internet terhadap cara belajar (62%), kepercayaan diri terhadap cara belajar (34,8%), pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar melalui cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (19,9%), kepercayaan diri melalui cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (11,2%). Disimpulkan, cara belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar maupun kepercayaan diri. The aim of this research is to know the role of learning way in mediating the effect of the use of the internet as a source of learning and self-confindence toward economic learning outcomes of 11th social students class at SMA N 2 Rembang Academic Year 2015/2016. The population of this research is all the students of SMA N 2 Rembang year 2015, sampling method used is the saturated samples a number of 111 students. Data collection method used is the method of documentation and questionnaire method, Data analysis method used is descriptive analyze, path analyze and sobel test. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between all variables partially is the results showed a positive and significant all variables partially is the use of the internet as a source of learning toward economics learning outcomes (19,7%), self-confidence toward economics learning outcomes (16,8%), ways of learning toward economics learning outcomes (32,1%), the use of the internet as a source of learning toward ways of learning (62%), self-confidence toward ways of learning (34,8%), the use of the internet as a source of learning through ways of learning as an intervening variable toward economic learning outcomes (19,9%), self-confidence through ways of learning as an intervening variable toward economic learning outcomes (11,2%). Summed up, learning way to economic learning outcomes either directly or indirectly through the use of the internet as a source of learning as well as self-confindence.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantu media monopoli dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X AP2 SMK Hidayah Semarang. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan di SMK Hidayah Semarang, subjek penelitian adalah kelas X AP2 yang berjumlah 27 siswa yang akan diteliti keaktifan dan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran TGT berbantu media monopoli. Penelitian ini terdiri dari empat tahapan tiap siklusnya, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri dari dua siklus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase keaktifan belajar siswa sebesar 55,34%, dan hasil belajar siswa diperoleh persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 55,56% dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 74,07 pada siklus I. Pada siklus II persentase keaktifan belajar siswa mengalami kenaikan menjadi 76,3% dan hasil belajar siswa diperoleh persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 88,89% dengan nilai rata-rata 78,7 juga mengalami kenaikan dari siklus sebelumnya. The purpose of this research was to determine whether the learning model teams tournament games (TGT) assisted monopoly media can enhance the activity and learning outcomes of class X AP of SMK Hidayah Semarang. This classroom action research conducted in SMK Hidayah Semarang, that research subject is X AP 2 totaling 27 students who will research the activity and learning outcomes through TGT learning model assisted monopoly media. This study consists of four stages of each cycle, ie planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This class action research procedure consisted of two cycles. Data collection methods used in this research is documentation, observations, and tests. The results showed that the percentage of students 'learning activeness of 55.34%, and student learning outcomes obtained classical completeness percentage of 55.56% with an average of 74.07 in cycle I. In the second cycle students' activeness percentage increased to 76.3% and student learning outcomes obtained classical completeness percentage of 88.89% with an average value of 78.7 also increased from the previous cycle.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan upaya peningkatan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar materi jurnal penyesuaian dengan metode pembelajaran quantum teknik peta pikiran (mind mapping) siswa kelas XI SMA Islam Sultan Agung 1 Semarang. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi-eksperimental design dengan pola nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, tes, dan angket. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji beda paired dan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada peningkatan keaktifan siswa setelah penerapan metode pembelajaran quantum dengan teknik peta pikiran (mind mapping), 2) ada peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa setelah penerapan metode pembelajaran quantum dengan teknik peta pikiran (mind mapping), 3) ada perbedaan signifikan pada keaktifan pertemuan III antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol, 4) ada perbedaan signifikan prestasi belajar siswa antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. The aim of this research is for verifying efforts to improve the activeness and lerning achievement of the adjustments journal material to the method of quantum technique mind maps in class XI students SMA Islam Sultan Agung 1 Semarang. This research used quasi-eksperimental design with nonequivalent control group design. Sample was taken by cluster sampling technique. The collecting data was done by observation, test, questioner, and documentation method. Hypothesis test used paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. The research result showed: 1) Students’ activeness after treatment using Quantum Method Teachnique mind mapping is increase, 2) Learning achievemrnt after treatment using quantum method teachnique mind mapping is increase3) There is significant difference on increasing student’s activeness in second meeting between experimental and control class, 4) There is significant difference on increasing learning outcomes between experimental and control class.

Abstract

Atribut-atribut pelayanan perpustakaan perlu dianalisis agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa sehingga terwujud kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menentukan kepuasan mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi dan (2) faktor mana yang paling dominan menentukan kepuasan mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi terhadap pelayanan perpustakaan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang. mengakibatkan penurunan jumlah pengunjung dari tahun ke tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis factor dan deskriptif persentase. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukan bahwa dari 28 variabel direduksi menjadi 23 variabel yang mengelompok menjadi 8 faktor baru yang menentukan kepuasan mahasiswa sebesar 62,668% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,332% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak ditentukan dalam model ini. (1) Faktor Kenyamanan dan Produk Jasa Inti sebesar 17,971%, sisanya (2) Faktor Interaksi sebesar 8,878%, (3) Faktor Kebersihan sebesar 7,830%, (4) Faktor Kerapihan sebesar 6,731%, (5) Faktor Sarana Pendukung sebesar 6,348%, 33(6) Faktor Performa Teknis sebesar 5,597%, (7) Faktor Luas Gedung sebesar 4,918% dan (8) Faktor Produk Pelengkap sebesar 4,396%. The attributes of library services need to be analyzed in order to satisfy the students needs. The objective of this study were (1) to know the factors that determine Economics Education’s student satisfaction and, (2) to know the most dominant factor in determining their satisfaction of the library‘s services in Economics Faculty, Semarang State University. The data were collected by questionnaire, documentation and interview. Then the data were analyzed by factor analysis and descriptive percentage. The result ofthe factor analysis showed that the 28 analyzed variables were reduced to 23 variables. They were grouped into 8 new factors that determined student satisfaction was 62.668%. Meanwhile, 37.332% was influenced by other factors that are not defined in this model. (1) The convenience and the main products factor was17.971%, (2) the interaction factor was 8.878%, (3) the cleanliness factor was 7.830%, (4) the neatness factor was 6.731%, (5) the means of support factor was 6.348%, (6) the technical performance factor was 5.597%, (7) the building area factor was 4.918% and (8) the complementary product factor was 4.396%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, pengelolaan yayasan, fasilitas sekolah, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Palebon Semarang secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua guru di SMK Palebon Semarang yang berjumlah 50 orang . Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini yaitu kinerja guru. Sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, pengelolaan yayasan, fasilitas sekolah, dan motivasi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, pengelolaan yayasan, fasilitas sekolah, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Palebon Semarang secara simultan maupun parsial. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang secara parsial maupun simultan dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. The early observation result accompanying interview and observation were implemented by involving the teachers, the headmaster, and the foundation leader of SMK Palebon Semarang could be described that it was still needed the optimizing of teachers perfomance in implementing the duty and responsibility of teaching as well as the teacher’s attitude and behaviour as the student and people guidance. This research was a population approach research which involved 50 teachers at SMK Palebon Semarang and used two variables; independent and dependent variable. The headmaster leadership, foundation management, school facility, and working motivation as independent variable while teachers performance as dependent variable. The collecting data technique used questionnaire. Then, analysing and processing data technique used presentation descriptive and multiple regression technique. The research result shows there is a positive effect of the headmaster leadership, foundation management, school facility, and working motivation toward the teachers performance at SMK Palebon Semarang. For further research is expected to use other variables that are not used in this study as subjects of achievement and career guidance who are partially or simultaneously may affect the teacher performance.
