Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung internal locus of control dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui disiplin belajar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA N 3 Pemalang tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 105 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis jalur dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Ada pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 6,4% (2) Ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 4,6% (3) Ada pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 9,6% (4) Ada pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap disiplin belajar siswa sebesar 37,2% (5) Ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap disiplin belajar siswa sebesar 30,2% (6) Ada pengaruh internal locus of control melalui disiplin belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 18,5% (7) Ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar melalui disiplin belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 14%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh internal locus of control dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi melalui disiplin belajar sebagai variabel intervening. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah memperbaiki indikator-indikator yang masih rendah sehingga hasil belajar akan semakin baik. The purpose is this study is to analyze the direct and indirect effect of internal locus of control and learning facilities toward learning outcomes through learning self-discipline. The population of the research is all of the 11th social students class at SMA N 3 Pemalang academic year 2015/2016. The researcher took 105 students as the sample. The researcher collects the data by using documentation and questionnaire. The result of this research shown that (1) there is impact of the internal locus of control toward to economics learning outcomes is 6,4% (2) there is impact of learning facilities toward to economics learning outcomes is 4,6%, (3) there is impact of learning self-discipline toward the economics learning outcomes is 9,6%, (4) there is impact of locus of control of internal toward the learning self-discipline is 37,2%, (5) there is impact of learning facilities toward the self-discipline learning is 30,2%, (6) there is impact of internal locus of control through self-discipline learning as the intervening variable toward the economics learning outcomes is 18,5%, (7) there is impact of learning facilities through self-discipline learning as the intervening variable toward the economics learning outcomes is 14%. Based on the research, we can conclude that there is an impact of the internal locus of control and learning facilities toward the learning economics outcomes through the learning discipline as the intervening variable. Suggestion from this research are it is to improve the indicators are still low so the result will be more get better learning outcomes.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal tentang kinerja guru di Kabupaten Semarang menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kendala dalam pencapaian kinerja guru yang maksimal khususnya guru mata pelajaran produktif di SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran produktif Akuntansi, Administrasi Perkantoran dan Manajemen SMK di Kabupaten Semarang yang berjumlah 30 guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data variabel dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman kurikulum, motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 82,7%. Pengaruh secara parsial juga didapatkan pada variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Pemahaman kurikulum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 18,84%. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 20,43%, serta kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 21,62%. Based on beginning observation abaout teacher performance in Semarang Regency it is known that there are obstacles in achieving maximum performance of teachers especially productive subject teachers in Business and Management vocational high school. The population of this research was productive teachers of Accounting, Office Administration and Management in Semarang Regency consisted 30 teachers. Method used in collecting data was questionnaire. Variable data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that curriculumunderstanding, work motivation and principalsleadership simultaneously positive and significant influence on the performance of vocational teachers to 82.7%. Partial effect was also obtained on the independent variable on the dependent variable. Curriculumunderstandinghas positive and significant influence on the performance of vocational teachers to 18.84%. Work motivationhas positive and significant influence on the performance of vocational teachers to 20.43%, as well as principal leadership has significant and positive influence on the performance of vocational teachers to 21.62%.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 merupakan kurikulum yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan, kreativitas, inovasi dan produktivitas.SMK N 1 Purbalingga merupakan SMK yang sudah menerapkan Kurikulum 2013, akan tetapi kreativitas siswa kelas XII Pemasaran masih rendah. Siswa masih memiliki kreativitas yang rendah pada materi penataan produk dan promosi produk. Kreativitas dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Faktor yang mempengaruh kreativitas yaitu situasi yang mengadirkan ketidaklengkapan serta keterbukaan, situasi yang memungkinkan dan mendorong banyak pertanyaan, situasi yang mendorong dalam rangka menghasilkan sesuatu, situasi yang mendorong tanggung jawab dan kemandirian, situasi yang menekankan inisiatif diri, kedwibahasaan. perhatian dari orang tuastimulasi dari lingkungan sekolah, motivasi diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 38 siswa. metode pengumpulan datamenggunakan angket, dan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kreativitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kreativitas, yaitu keadaan saat pembelajaran dan rangsangan dari lingkungan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kreativitas belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh keadaan saat pembelajaran dan rangsangan dari lingkungan. Curriculum 2013 is a curriculum that aims to enhance the activity, creativity, innovation and productivity. SMK N 1 Purbalingga is already implementing vocational curriculum in 2013, but the creativity of students of class XII Marketing is still low. Students still have the creativity that is low on product structuring materials and promotional products. Creativity can be affected by factors affecting. Factors that influence the creativity that is the situation that presents the incompleteness and openness, a situation that enables and encourages a lot of questions, the situation is encouraging in order to produce something, a situation that encourages responsibility and independence, a situation that emphasizes self-initiative, bilingualism. attention from parents stimulation of the school environment, self-motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a number of respondents 38 students. data collection methods using questionnaires and data analysis methods using factor analysis to determine the dominant factors that affect creativity. The results showed that there are two dominant factors that affect creativity, which is the current state of learning and stimulation from the environment. It can be concluded that the creativity of student learning is influenced by the current state of learning and stimulation from the environment.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Persepsi Siswa Mengenai Kompetensi Guru (Pedagogik, Kepribadian, Profesional dan Sosial) Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Ekonomi pada Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA di Kabupaten Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA di Kabupaten Semarang yang terdiri dari SMA Negeri 1 Bergas, SMA Islam Sudirman Ambarawa dan SMA Negeri 1 Tuntang yang diambil menggunakan proporsional random sampling perhitungan Isaac dan Michael. Pengumpulan data dengan metode dokumentasi dan angket. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru (Pedagogik, Kepribadian, Profesional dan Sosial) terhadap prestasi belajar yaitu sebesar 87,8%. Sedangkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi pedagogik terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 6,8%, kompetensi kepribadian sebesar 4,4%, kompetensi profesional sebesar 12,8% dan kompetensi sosial sebesar 3,3%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru (Pedagogik, Kepribadian, Profesional dan Sosial) terhadap prestasi belajar. Saran kepada guru hendaknya lebih menjaga komunikasi yang baik, kondusif, dan efektif dengan siswa, sesama pendidik, orangtua/wali dan masyarakat sekitar. Seorang guru harus bersikap baik dan konsisten dengan ucapan dan perbuatannya, karena guru merupakan figur sentral yang akan dicontoh dan diteladani oleh siswa. The problem discussed in this study is the effect of students’ perception about teachers’ competences (pedagogical, personal, professional and social) on economic learning achievement of eleventh grade social science students in Semarang Regency in the Academic Year 2014/2015. Population used in this study is students of eleventh grade social science students in Semarang regency including SMA Negeri 1 Bergas, SMA Islam SudirmanAmbarawa and SMA Negeri 1 Tuntang taken by proportional random sampling, Isaacand Michael calculation. Methods of collecting data are documentation and questionnaire. Simultaneously, there are positive and significant effects of students’ perception about teachers’ competences (pedagogical, personal, professional and social) to learning achievement in the amount of 87,8%. While the partially, there are positive and significant effects of students’ perception about pedagogical competence to learning achievement in the amount of 6,8%; personal competence in the amount of 4,4%, professional competence in the amount of 12,8%, and social competence in the amount of 3,3%. Based on those findings, it can be concluded that there is an effect of students’ perception about teachers’ competences (pedagogical, personal, professional and social) on economic learning achievement. It is suggested for the teachers keep good, conducive, and effective communication with students, other teachers, students’ parents, and society. A teacher has to have a good manner and be consistent on his words and deeds since teacher is a central figure which is a role model for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan bimbingan karir terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini yaitu motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Variabel independennya yaitu efikasi diri, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan bimbingan karir. Hasil uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh efikasi diri, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan bimbingan karir terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi, ada pengaruh kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi dan ada pengaurh bimbingan karir terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu efikasi diri, kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan bimbingan karir berpengaruh terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru hendaknya memberikan dorongan kepada siswa untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri; guru dan orangtua hendaknya memberikan dorongan dan informasi tentang beasiswa; peningkatan inovasi layanan bimbingan karir; dan siswa hendaknya lebih rajin belajar. This study aimed to examine the influence of self efficacy, parental economic social condition, and career guidance toward motivation to continue study either simultaneously or partially. population and sample in this research were students of class XI IPS. Data collection method in this research using questionnaires / questionnaire, and documentation. the dependent variable in this research is motivation to continue study. independent variables namely self efficacy, parental economic social condition, and career guidance. conclusions from this research that the self efficacy, parental economic social condition, and career guidance affect the motivation to continue study either simultaneously or partially The suggestions are, based this research, teachers should improve their self efficacy; teachers and parents should give mptivation about shoolarship; the teachers with the school should make innovation about career guidance; and the students should study hard.

Abstract

Produktivitas merupakan perbandingan antara hasil yang dicapai atau (output)dengan keseluruhan sumber produksi atau (input)yang dipergunakan untuk menghasilkan output bersangkutan. Dalam mengukur produktivitas pada usaha batik tulis di Desa Babagan Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang. Hal ini akan diukur dengan dua variabel yaitu tenaga kerja dan persaingan usaha. Di kampung wisata batik tersebut diharapkan produktivitas terus meningkat sehingga batik tulis pesisir tetap berkembang dan menjadi salah satu ikon kota Rembang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tenaga kerja dan persaingan usaha terhadap produktivitas usaha batik tulis di Desa Babagan Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa tenaga kerja dan persaingan usaha batik tulis berpengaruh simultan dan parsial terhadap produktivitas usaha batik tulis. Pemilihan tenaga kerja dan strategi bersaing dalam usaha batik tulis hendaknya lebih diperhatikan agar produktivitas batik tulis di Desa Babagan terus meningkat sehingga batik tulis tetap menjadi salah satu ikon Kota Rembang dan Desa Babagan tetap menjadi kampung wisata batik tulis. Productivity is a comparison between the results achieved with the overall (output) of the (input) used to produce the relevant output. In measuring the productivity of the businesses in the village Babagan batik Lasem Rembang sub-district will be measured by two variables: labor and competition. In the tourist village of batik is expected to continue to increase productivity so that the coastal batik still grow and become one of the icons of Rembang. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of labor and competition batik to productivity batik business in the village Babagan of Rembang.Based on the results of the study concluded that labor and business competition batik simultaneous and partial effect on the productivity of businesses batik. Selection of labor and competitive strategy in an attempt batik should be taken to ensure that the productivity of batik in the village began to rise steadily Babagan batik remains one of the icons of Apex and villages Babagan remains a tourist village batik.

Abstract

Motivasi memasuki dunia kerja dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi minat dan prestasi belajar, sedangkan faktor eksternal berasal dari lingkungan keluarga. Apabila dilihat dari minat kerja, prestasi belajar dan keadaan lingkungan keluarga siswa SMK Nusa Bhakti tergolong baik. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah karena masih rendahnya motivasi siswa untuk bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh minat kerja, prestasi belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi memasuki dunia kerja siswa SMK Nusa Bhakti Semarang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 siswa yang terdiri dari siswa kelas XII SMK Nusa Bhakti Semarang. Karena penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel minat kerja berada di kriteria tinggi (78%), prestasi belajar dalam kategori tuntas (100%) dan lingkungan keluarga berada di kriteria baik (70%). Sedangkan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja siswa masuk dalam kategori sedang (62%). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh minat kerja, prestasi belajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 61,7%, ada pengaruh minat kerja terhadap motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 22%, ada pengaruh prestasi belajar terhadap motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 8,82%, dan ada pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 10,17%. Motivation of entering the working world is influenced by some factors, those are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include learning achievement and interest, while external factors include family environment. If seen from the working interest, learning achievement and family environment, students in Nusa Bhakti Vocational High School are good. The problem happened because students are lack of working motivation. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is influence of working interest, learning achievement, and family environment among motivation of entering the working world of students in Nusa Bhakti Vocational High School Semarang in academic year 2015/2016 or not, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research is 66 students that consist of grade XII students in Nusa Bhakti Vocational High School Semarang. Entire population become the sample of the research because this research is population research. Data analysis that is used is percentage descriptive and multiple regression linear. The result of the analysis shows that variable of working interest is high (78%), learning achievement is in complete category (100%) and family environment is in good category (70%). While the motivation of entering the working world is in average category (62%). The result of the regression analysis shows that there is influence of working interest, learning achievement, and family environment among the motivation of entering the working world for 61,7%, there is influence of working interest among the motivation of entering the working world for 8,82%, and there is influence of family environment among the motivation of entering the working world for 10,17 %.

Abstract

Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan diketahui bahwa 92,4% siswa kelas XII SMK di Kabupaten Kudus masih ragu-ragu dalam membuat keputusan karir. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa career maturity siswa masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh internal locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap career maturity. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK di Kabupaten Kudus yang berjumla 4230 siswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah multi-stage sampling, sehingga jumlah sampelnya adalah 70 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa career maturity dalam kategori mature, internal locus of control dalam kondisi baik, dan self-efficacy dalam kondisi baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap career maturity sebesar 50,55%, pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap career maturity sebesar 9,8%, dan pengaruh internal locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap caeer maturity sebesar 81,3%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalahinternal locus of control dan self-efficacy berpengaruh terhadap career maturity baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Saran yang diberikan bagi pihak sekolah maupun siswa hendaknya lebih meningkatkan career maturity yang dimiliki dengan lebih banyak mencari informasi yang relevan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan siswa dalam membuat keputusan-keputusan karir yang tepat. Based on the preliminary study known that as many as 92.4% of students in XII grade of SMK in Kudus was hesitant to making decisions vocational career. It is indicated that the students have a low career maturity. This study aimed to determine the effect of an internal locus of control and self-efficacy towards career maturity. The population was all of XII grade vocational school students in Kudus regency totaling 4320 students and the sampling technique used is multi-stage sampling, so the sample size is 70 students. The methods of data collection using the questionnaire. And data analysis used is descriptive percentage analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of desciptive analysis is career maturity in mature category, internal locus of control in good category, and self-efficacy in good category.The result of research shows that internal locus of control influence on career maturity of 50.55%, self-efficacy influence the career maturity of 9.8%, and Internal Locus of Control and Self-Efficacy influence the Career Maturity of 81.3%. The conclusions of this research is internal locus of control and self-efficacy influence career maturity either partially or simultaneously.The advice can be given for the school and the students should further enhance the career maturity that owned by more searching for relevant information to improve the readiness of students in career decisions making that appropriate.

Abstract

Pegawai tata usaha memiliki tugas-tugas pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan banyak orang di lingkungan sekolah. Observasi awal yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) masih kurang. Melalui peningkatan kompetensi pegawai diharapkan dapat memenuhi standar pelayanan minimal pegawai tata usaha di sekolah. Pemanfaatan fasilitas kantor juga diharapkan dapat menunjang standar pelayanan minimal. Selain itu ketersediaan teknologi informasi diharapkan penerapan standar pelayanan minimal dapat semakin meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi pegawai, fasilitas kantor, dan teknologi infomasi berpengaruh terhadap penerapan SPM pegawai tata usaha.Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi pegawai (X1), fasilitas kantor (X2) dan teknologi informasi (X3) sebagai variabel bebas serta standar pelayanan minimal (Y) sebagai variabel terikatnya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai tata usaha (TU) di SMP Negeri Se-Kota Salatiga, berjumlah 54 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dapat menggunakan regresi berganda bantuan SPSS, asumsi klasik, dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi pegawai, fasilitas kantor, dan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan standar pelayanan minimal pegawai. Clerical employee has service tasks associated with many people in the school environment. Preliminary observations conducted by researchers showed that the application of the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) is still lacking. By improving the competence of employees is expected to meet minimum service standards in school administration employees. The usefullness of office facilities are also expected to support the minimum service standards. Besides the availability of information technology is expected implementation of minimum service standards can be increased. The aim of this riset was to determine whether the employee competence, office facilities, and information technology affect the application of SPM clerical employees.The variables in this riset is the employee competence (X1), office facilities (X2) and information technology (X3) as the independent variable and the minimum service standards (Y) as the dependent variable. The sample in this riset were all employees of administration (TU) in SMP Se-Salatiga, totaling 54 employees. The data collection method used is the method of documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques can use multiple regression SPSS, classical assumptions and percentage descriptive analysis. Results of this riset can be concluded that the competence of employees, office facilities, information technology and significant positive effect on the application of minimum service standards of employees.

Abstract

Minat berwirausaha siswa dipengaruhi beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah prestasi dan lingkungan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh prestasi terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa , adakah pengaruh lingkungan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa, adakah pengaruh prestasi dan lingkungan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas XI Pemasaran SMK Diponegoro Salatiga, Karena penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel prestasi dalam katagori tuntas dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 81,9 %. Variabel lingkungan dalam katagori baik dengan persentase sebesar 71,0% dan variabel minat berwirausaha dalam kategori sedang dengan persentase 62,3% . Uji Regresi meunjukan hasil uji persial untuk prestasi diperoleh nilai thitung = 5,305 dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, variabel lingkungan diperoleh nilai thitung = 5,935 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha1,Ha2, Ha3 diterima. Besarnya pengaruh secara persial pada variabel prestasi adalah 25,60% dan variabel lingkungan sebesar 29,81%. Secara simultan sebesar 54,1% dan sisanya 45,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara prestasi dan lingkungan tehadap minat berwirausaha siswa baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dari penelitian ini dapat dikemukakan saran yaitu : agar siswa memiliki minat berwirausaha, bagi guru pelajaran kewirausahaan sebaiknya tidak hanya teori saja namun perlu adanya studi kasus ataupun mendatangkan narasumber wirausaha sukses. bagi sekolah sebaiknya praktek kerja industri harus sesuai dengan progam keahliahnya agar siswa dapat belajar dan meningkatkan penanaman potensi kepribadian. Students’ interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by several factors such as achievement and environment. The problems in this research are; is there any influences between students’ achievement with students’interest in entrepreneurship. Is there any environmental influences on students' entrepreneurship interest. Is there any influences in achievement and environmet toward the students’ interest in entrepreneurship. Population in this research were 86 students consisted of XI Grade Marketing students of SMK Diponegoro Salatiga. Since this study was population research, so all the population became the research sample. The results of the research showed that achievement variable is on the high category with average percentage of 81,9%. Environment variable in the good category with percentage of 71,0% and entrepreneurship interest is on the medium category with percentage of 62,3%. The Regression Test showed the result of partial testing for achievement, it was obtained tcount = 5,305 and significance 0.000, < 0.05, environment variables obtained value tcount= 5.935 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0,05 then Ho was rejected and Ha1 , Ha2 , HA3 were accepted. The significance of partial influence in achievement variable was 25.60 % and 29.81 % in environment variable. Simultaneously amounted to 54.1 % and the remaining 45.9 % was influenced by other factors which was not examined in this study. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between achievement and environment toward the students' interest in entrepreneurship either partially or simultaneously. From this research, it can be proposed some suggestions, they are: students are supposed to have interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship teachers should not only emphasize in theory but also a real case study or teachers could introduce some successful entrepreneur speakers. For school, industrial work practices should be appropriate with students’ skill program, so that the students could learn and improve the basic potential personality.
