Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam bagaimana peran humas di SMK Palebon, kendala dalam melaksanakan peran humas dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta dengan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi diperoleh informasi bahwa humas memiliki 3 peran yaitu humas sudah baik dalam membangun citra sekolah meskipun terkadang terkendala oleh biaya, humas berperan dalam melakukan komunikasi publik yang efektif, baik dalam internal maupun eksternal dan humas mampu berperan dalam melakukan peluncuran produk baru berupa jurusan Multimedia. Kendala yang ditemui yaitu minimnya dana untuk kebutuhan humas karena status sekolah swasta, miscommunication yang terkadang menjadi timbulnya kesalahpahaman. Kemudian untuk upaya yang dilakukan oleh sekolah adalah dengan mendirikan unit produksi dari masing-masing jurusan serta selalu meningkatkan koordinasi antar unit kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat diambil simpulan bahwa peran humas di SMK Palebon terbagi dalam dua bagian yaitu humas internal dan humas eksternal. Saran yang berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Menjalin kerjasama dengan media promosi. (2) Tingkatkan komunikasi antara waka humas dan semua unit kerja ataupun sebaliknya sehingga kendala berupa miscommunication bisa terminimalisir. (3) Perlunya pelatihan mengajar kreatif bagi guru, sehingga pelajaran yang diterima mampu diserap oleh siswa. (4) optimalisasi guru dalam melatih kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sehingga citra SMK Palebon dalam bidang non akademik dapat meningkat. The objective of the study was to understand the roles of public relation at SMK Palebon Semarang, the difficult about role of public relation and problem solving about that. It was a qualitative study, than the data were analyzed by Miles & Huberman interaction model. The data were collected by observation, interview and documentation. The result of the study showed public relation have 3 roles : The public relations are good in building the positive value of school although minimum cost make a difficult, public relation are good roles to effective communicate of the intenal and external public, and public relations role of the launching new product. Because school status is private, so the cost minimum and make difficult and miscommunication cannot be understood. The solution about that is building production units by each major and always coordination with all units. Then it is concluded that the roles of public relation at SMK Palebon Semarang are roles of the public relation have 2 section there are internal and external. Therefore, it is suggested : 1) building cooperation with promotion media. 2) enhance communicate with all working units or contrarily, so the dificult about miscomunication can decrease. 3) creative teaching training to teacher, so the student can materaial delivered well 4) to optimize the teacher who train the extracurrirular activities for students.

Abstract

Citra adalah gambaran atas perilaku di mata orang lain dan masyarakat tentang kelompok, perusahaan atau instansi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan citra, media yang digunakan dalam, kendala yang dihadapi humas dan usaha yang dilakukan humas dalam menghadapi kendala. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan dan studi lapangan yang meliputi observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran humas dalam meningkatkan citra SMK YPE Sumpiuh sudah cukup maksimal. Wujud kegiatan humas dalam rangka meningkatkan citra sekolah adalah dengan cara bakti sosial dalam masyarakat lingkungan sekolah, menjalin kerjasama dengan dunia industri, melaksanakan kegiatan HUT sekolah dengan melibatkan warga internal maupun eksternal sekolah, promosi ke SMP dan turut serta dalam kegiatan sosial keagamaan yang diadakan oleh masyarakat. Media yang digunakan humas diantaranya media elektronik, media cetak dan komunikasi langsung. Kendala yang sering dihadapi humas berasal dari dalam dan luar sekolah. Image is an overview of the behaviour from people or group, and the company. The purpose of the research is to know the role of public relation on improving image, e.g the media are used, the problems are found out by public relation and the public relation’s effort facing the problems. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The method used by researcher is literature study and field studies including observation, documentation and interview. The result of research shows that the role of public relation on improving the image SMK YPE Sumpiuh has been maximal. The realization of public relation activities in order to improve the school image by some ways e.g conducting social activities in society, establishing good relationship with industry, conducting school’s anniversary by involving citizens both of internal and external, promoting to junior high school, and actively participate in society’s activities. Media which are used in public relation is electronic media, printed media, and direct communication. Problems often faced by public relation comes from inside and outside of school.

Abstract

Keberadaan SMK dalam menyiapkan tenaga kerja terlatih sangat membantu dunia usaha, akan tetapi belum semua lulusan SMK bisa memenuhi kebutuhan dunia kerja sesuai dengan kompetensi bidang keahlian yang dimilikinya. Hal itu dikarenakan belum semua lulusan SMK memiliki kesiapan kerja yang matang. Berdasarkan observasi awal diketahui pencerminan masih belum optimalnya kesiapan kerja kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Muhammadiyah Bobotsari sebanyak 87,5% masuk dalam kriteria cukup, rendah, dan sangat rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja industri, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja, dan bimbingan karir pada kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI program keahlian administrasi perkantoran SMK Muhammadiyah Bobotsari tahun ajaran 2015/2016 secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran sejumlah 116 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu berjumlah 116 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y= 26,098+ 0,131X1+ 0,101X2+ 0,080X3+e. Hasil uji F diketahui besarnya F hitunng sebesar 98,355 diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara praktik kerja industri, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja, dan bimbingan karir sebesar 71,7%. Pengaruh secara parsial antara praktik kerja industri pada kesiapan kerja sebesar 13,46%, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja sebesar 18,14%, dan bimbingan karir sebesar 16,97%. The existence of SMK in preparing highly trained workforce helps businesses, but not all vocational school graduates can meet the needs of the workforce according to its competence areas of expertise. That's because not all vocational school graduates have a job readiness mature. Based on preliminary observations known to the reflection is still not optimal job readiness classes XI Administrative SMK MuhammadiyahBobotsari as much as 87.5% qualifies as a pretty, low and very low. This study aimed to determine the effect of industrial work practices, motivation to enter the workforce, and career guidance in job readiness skills program class XI student of SMK MuhammadiyahBobotsari administrative offices of the school year 2015/2016 simultaneously or partially. The study population was all students of class XI Administrative membership program a total of 116 students and the sample in this study using saturated sample is numbered 116 students. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, the percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Multiple linear regression equation Y = 26,098+ 0,080X3 0,131X1 + 0,101X2 + + e. The test results are known magnitude F Fhitunng amounted to 98.355 0.000 significance value less than 0.05. The amount of influence simultaneously between industry working practices, motivation to enter the workforce, and career guidance of 71.7%. Partial effect between working practices in the industry amounted to 13.46% job readiness, motivation entering the workforce amounted to 18.14%, and 16.97% of career guidance.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah suatu hasil kerja baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas yang dicapai seseorang untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu yang didukung oleh faktor internal pegawai maupun faktor lingkungan internal organisasi seperti kemampuan kerja yang baik, fasilitas yang memadai serta prosedur kerja yang memiliki prinsip yang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh antara kemampuan kerja, fasilitas kerja, dan prinsip prosedur kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan maupun parsial. Sampel sebanyak 113 pegawai dari 5 Kantor Kecamatan yang diambil dengan teknik Cluster Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis data dengan menggunakan Regresi linier Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik, dan Analisis Deskriptif Presentase. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 10,137+0,384X1+0,180X2+0,387X3 + e. Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan kerja, fasilitas kerja, dan prinsip prosedur kerja terhadap kinerja pegwai yaitu sebesar 27,2%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial untuk kemampuan kerja sebesar 5,01%, fasilitas kerja sebesar 5,42%, dan prinsip prosedur kerja sebesar 18,6%. Performance is a work result both quality and quantity work achieved by a person to achieve the certain goal that is supported by internal factors of employees and internal factors environmental of organization such as a good work ability, adequate work facilities and job procedures that have clear principle. The purposes of this research was to identify the influence of the work ability, working facilities, and the principle of job procedures to performance of employees simultaneously or partially. Sample were 113 employees of 5 district offices which were taken by Cluster Sampling. Data were collected by using documentation and questionnaires method. Analysis using multiple linear regression, classical assumption, and percentage descriptive analysis. The results of multiple linear regression has been shown by equation Y = 10.137 + 0,384X1 + 0,387X3 + 0,180X2 + e. The F test results is obtained significance value of 0.000, which indicates that there is a positive influence between work ability, work facilities, and the principle of job procedures on employee performance was 27.2%, while in partial, work ability contributed 5.01%, working facilities 5.42%, and the principle of job procedures 18.6%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap perilaku belajar siswa kelas XI IPS mata pelajaran ekonomi akuntansi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Semarang berjumlah 121 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu dengan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah angket atau kuesioner dan wawancara. Data variabel yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap perilaku belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di MAN 2 Semarang secara simultan sebesar 44%. Pada lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku belajar siswa secara parsial berpengaruh sebesar 24,3%. Sedangkan motivasi belajar terhadap perilaku belajar siswa sebesar 11,5%. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study were the students of Social Science Class who were taking Economics and Accounting lesson in second years of Islamic Senior High School as many as 121 students. Samples taken with consecutive sampling technique. This study used a questionnaire and interview as data collection tools. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that family environment and learning motivation toward students’ learning behaviour in this social science class years of 2016 (44%). Partial effect was also obtained in each independent variable on the dependent variable. Effect of family environment to the students’ learning behaviour (24,3%). Furthermore, the learning motivation towards the students’ learning behaviour (11,5%). Based on the results, it can be concluded that family environment and learning motivation influence simultaneously or partially to the students’ learning behaviour in this social science class in their second years at Islamic Senior High School force in 2016. The advice given in order to increase students’ learning behaviour in the way they do group study in order to be independent or not heavily dependent on the other members, education should be more applied at home to solidify what they have learned at school, and parents should pay attention to the development of their childrens’ study and makes collaboration with the school to improve their learning motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bukti empiris pengaruh pemberian tugas, motivasi berprestasi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, kemandirian belajar, dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap kreativitas belajar serta untuk mengetahui bukti empiris perbedaan pemberian tugas, motivasi berprestasi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, kemandirian belajar, kedisiplinan belajar, dan kreativitas belajar pada mahasiswa Akuntansi dan Pendidikan Akuntansi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Akuntansi dan Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2014 FE UNNES. Jumlah sampel 138 mahasiswa Akuntansi dan 117 mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan sampel tiap kelas menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Berdasarkan pengujian uji asumsi klasik tidak ditemukan gejala pengganggu. Untuk pengujian hipotesis t pada mahasiswa Akuntansi dan Pendidikan Akuntansi variabel pemberian tugas, motivasi berprestasi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, kemandirian belajar, dan kedisiplinan belajar terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Motivasi berprestasi, kemandirian belajar, kedisiplinan belajar, dan kreativitas belajar antara mahasiswa Akuntansi dan Pendidikan Akuntansi terbukti terdapat perbedaan. Tidak terbukti bahwa terdapat perbedaan pada pemberian tugas dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Saran yang sebaiknya mahasiswa meningkatkan kemandirian dalam mengevaluasi hasil belajar dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam belajar. The purpose of this research is to know the empirical evidence of the effect of the imposition of duties, motivation of achievement, the capacity to think critically, independent learning, and discipline learning of creativity learning and to know the empirical the different of the imposition of duties, motivation of achievement, the capacity to think critically, independent learning, discipline learning, and creativity learning between accounting and accounting education students the 4th semester. Population in this research is Accounting and Education Accounting students the class of 2014 in FE UNNES. The sample in the research is 138 accounting students and 117 Education Accounting students taken using formulas Slovin. The sample was taken for each class used proportionate random sampling method. The used method of data collection is the questionnaire. The analyze method is descriptive analyze and regression analysis. Based on the classic assumption test use was not found troublesome symptoms. To testing the hypothesis t in the Accounting students and Accounting Education students independent variables the imposition of duties, motivation achievement, the ability to think critically, independent learning, and discipline learning proved to be positively significant. The motivation of achievement, independent learning, discipline learning, and creativity learning among students of Accounting and Accounting Education proven there is a difference Not proven that there is a difference in the variable imposition of duties and the capacity to think critically, while. The advice was given students should increase self-reliance in evaluating learning outcomes and increase confidence in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung kemampuan ekonomi orang tua terhadap hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui fasilitas belajar di rumah dan motivasi belajar.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMK PGRI 3 Randudongkal berjumlah 110 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara langsung kemampuan ekonomi orang tua, fasilitas belajar di rumah, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi secara berturut-turut sebesar 27,9%, 17,3%, dan 44,6%. Sedangkan pengaruh kemampuan ekonomi orang tua secara tidak langsung melalui fasilitas belajar di rumah dan motivasi belajar secara berturut-turut sebesar 11,1% dan 12,3%. Pengaruh fasilitas belajar di rumah terhadap hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi melalui motivasi belajar sebesar 17,6%. Total pengaruh kemampuan ekonomi orang tua terhadap hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi melalui fasilitas belajar di rumah dan motivasi belajar secara berturut-turut sebesar 39,0% dan 40,2%. Total pengaruh fasilitas belajar di rumah terhadap hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi melalui motivasi belajar sebesar 34,9%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan ekonomi orang tua, fasilitas belajar di rumah serta motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi baik secara langsung atau pun tidak langsung. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah pihak orang tua mampu mengoptimalkan penggunaan kemampuan ekonomi orang tua untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pengantar akuntansi. Para guru hendaknya mampu menciptakan kondisi belajar yang mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. The purpose of this study were to analyze the direct effect of parents’ economic capacity toward learning outcome or indirect effect through learning facilities at home and learning motivation. The population of this study was all students of class X Accounting SMK PGRI 3 Randudongkal, they were 110 students. The methods of collecting data used questionnaire and documentation.The methods of collecting the data were descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis and sobel test. The results showed that there is a direct effect of the parents’ economic capacity, learning at home, and learning motivation towards learning outcomes of introductory accounting respectively 27.9%, 17.3% and 44.6%. While the parents' economic capacity indirectly effects through learning facilities at home and learning motivation, respectively 11.1% and 12.3%. the Effect of learning facilities at home, learning outcomes of introductory accounting through learning motivation was 17.6%. The total effect of the parents’ economic capacity to the learning outcomes of introductory accounting through learning facilities at home and learning motivation in a row amounted to 39,0% and 40,2%. The total effect of learning facilities at home toward the learning outcomes of introductory accounting through learning motivation was 34,9%. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the parents’ economic capacity, learning facilities at home as well as the learning motivation have a positive effect on learning outcomes of introductory accounting either directly or indirectly. Suggestions can be given are the parents are able to optimize the use of the parents’ economic capacity can improve learning outcomes of introductory accounting. Teachers should be able to create learning conditions that can improve students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua, kelompok teman sebaya dan financial literacy terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa XI IPS SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 131 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data berupa angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh positif status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa secara parsial sebesar 13,91%, (2) ada pengaruh positif kelompok teman sebaya terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa secara parsial sebesar 12,81%, dan (3) ada pengaruh negatif financial literacy terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswasecara parsial sebesar 8,58%. Status sosial ekonomi orang tua, kelompok teman sebaya dan financial literacy secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa sebesar 35%. The purpose of this study is to describe influence of socio-economic status of parents, peer groups and financial literacy of the consumptive behavior of students, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research were students XI IPS SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang Academic Year 2015/2016, totally 131 students. Methods in the form of a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the search are (1) the positive influence of socio-economic status of parents to the students consumptive behavior partially level is 13.91%, (2) the positive influence of peer groups to the students consumptive behavior partially level is 12.81%, and (3) thenegative influence of financial literacy to the students consumptive behavior partially levelis 8.58%. Socio-economic status of parents, peer groups and financial literacy simultaneously influence to the students consumptive behavior is level 35%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh personal attitude, lingkungan sosial, dan efikasi terhadap intensi berwirausahasiswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK Gajah Mada 01 Margoyoso Pati baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Gajah Mada 01 Margoyoso Pati tahun ajaran 2015/2016berjumlah 61 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atauangket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pengaruh personal attitude terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 19,62%, lingkungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 7,62%, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 29,70%. Personal attitude dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap efikasi diri masing-masing sebesar 8,35% dan 11,42%. Hasil penelitian juga menjelaskan bahwa efikasi diri dapat memediasi personal attitude dan lingkungan sosial terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Disimpulkan bahwaterdapat pengaruh personal attitude, lingkungan sosial, dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence personal attitude, social environment and self efficacy toward entrepreneur intention in the eleventh grade accounting students of SMK Gajah Mada 01 Margoyoso Pati both directly and indirectly.The population study was a class of XI accounting of SMK Gajah Mada 01 Margoyoso Pati in the academic year of 2015/2016. The total sample is 61 students. The sample used is saturated sample. Questionnaire is used as the methods of data collection. The method of data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the effect of personal attitude toward entrepreneur intention was 19,62%, social environment toward entrepreneur intention was 7,62%, and self efficacy toward entrepreneur intenton was 29,70%. Personal attitude and social environment that affected partially toward self efficacy were 8,35% and 11,42%. The result also explained that self efficacy can be as a medium for personal attitude and social environmen toward entrepreneur intention. It was concluded that any influence of personal attitude, social environment, and self efficacy toward entrepreneur intention both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan prestasi belajar dan motivasi belajar yang disebabkan perbedaan gaya belajar dan pola asuh orang tua siswa serta adakah pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi kelas XI IPS di SMA se-Kecamatan Purbalingga.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA se-Kecamatan Purbalingga berjumlah 456 siswa dengan jumlah sampel 213 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perbedaan gaya belajar tidak berdampak pada prestasi belajar, (2) perbedaan pola asuh orang tua berdampak pada prestasi belajar, (3) perbedaan gaya belajar juga diketahui tidak berdampak pada motivasi belajar, (4) perbedaan pola asuh orang tua berdampak pada tingkat motivasi belajar, dan (5) motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaya belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa, sedangkan pola asuh orang tua berpengaruh. Motivasi belajar juga secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar.Saran yang berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini yaitu orang tua lebih baik mengarahkan pola asuhnya ke pola asuh demokrasidan dengan dukungan guru dan orang tua, siswa diharapkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya. Serta pengukuran pretasi belajar bisa diperdalam dengan menggunakan nilai UAS (Ujian Akhir Semester), nilai rapor, ataupun dengan menggunakan suatu tes yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti. The purpose of this research is to know there are any differences in learning achievement and motivation that due to differences in learning styles and parenting styles also there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation ongrade students’ economic achievement in Purbalingga Subdistrict year 2015/2016. The study population was all students of grade high school in Purbalingga Subdistrict amounted to 456 students, 213 students used as sample. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and documentation.The data analysis methods were descriptive analysis and path analysis. Results of this research show that (1) The differences in learning styles do not affect on student achievement, (2) The differences in parenting styles have an impact on learning achievement, (3) The differences in learning styles have no impact on learning motivation, (4) The differences in parenting styles have an impact on the level of learning motivation, and (5) Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement. According to the research above, it can be concluded that learning styles have no impact on learning motivation and achievement, while parenting styles have impact on learning motivation and achievement. Learning motivation also has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement. Suggestions relating to the results of this research are better parents have to authoritative for parenting style and the support of teachers, students are expected to increase learning motivation. Furthermore, the measurement of learning achievement can be deepened by using the value of UAS (Final Exam), grades, or by using a test that is compiled by researchers.
