Abstract

Hasil belajar dipengaruhi oleh faktor intern dan ekstern. Hasil observasi awal pada siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 1 Karangtengah Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memperoleh hasil belajar ekonomi yang rendah. Sebanyak 86 siswa atau 69,36% dari 124 siswa memperoleh hasil nilai dibawah KKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh cara belajar, kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan sosial sekolah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 1 Karangtengah Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 1 Karangtengah yang berjumlah 124 dan Sampel sebesar 96 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh secara simultan cara belajar, kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan sosial sekolah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 53,3%. Secara parsial menunjukkan ada pengaruh cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 11,42%, ada pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 17,98% dan ada pengaruh lingkungan sosial sekolah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 9,42%. Learning Achievements is influenced by the internal and external factors. Preliminary observations on the students of class XI IIS SMA Negeri 1 Karangtengah school year 2014/2015 shows that most students obtain a low learning achievement. As many as 86 or 69,36% of the 124 students obtain grades below the KKM. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence learning, independent learning and school social environment on learning outcomes IIS economy class XI student of SMAN 1 Academic Year 2014/2015 Karangtengah either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study of the entire grade of XI IIS SMA Negeri 1 Karangtengah which amounted to 124 and a sample of 96 students. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. While the method of data analysis uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed the magnitude of the influence of simultaneously reviewing, independence learning and social environment of the schools to study resultsof 53,3%. Partially indicate the influence of the reviewingto study results of 11,42% economic, there is the influence of independence learning to study results of economic 17,98% and there are the influence of social environment of the schools to study results of 9,42% economic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi jasa dan dagang maupun melalui motivasi belajar, menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi jasa dan dagang, dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi belajar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK PGRI Batang tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 113 siswa. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan sampling kuota. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis jalur serta uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi jasa dan dagang sebesar 9,5%, terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi jasa dan dagang sebesar 24,3%, terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 14,2%, dan terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi jasa dan dagang melalui motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening sebesar 3,5%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi jasa dan dagang maupun melalui motivasi belajar. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran akuntansi jasa dan dagang, serta terdapat pengaruh persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi belajar. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru harus meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki dan siswa harus meningkatkan motivasi belajar di dalam dirinya. This study aimed to examine to analyze the direct influence perceptions of students about teacher competence on learning achievement in services and trades accounting subject and through the learning motivation, to analyze the effect of learning motivation on learning achievement in services and trades accounting subject, and to analyze the effect on the students' perception of teacher competence on learning motivation. Population in this study was all class XI student of Accounting at SMK PGRI Batang in the academic year of 2014/2015 with 113 students. Sample in this study are 88 students. This study used nonprobability sampling technique with sampling kuota. Methods of data collection used documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis used descriptive analysis and path analysis percentage and sobel test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between students' perceptions about the competence of the teacher to the student achievement in accounting services and trade subject as 9,5%, there was a significant influence on learning motivation toward learning achievement in accounting services and trade subject as 24,3%, there was a significant influence between students’ perceptions to the teacher competence on learning motivation as 14,2%, and there was significant influence between teachers' perceptions of students to the competence of learning achievement and accounting services and trade subject through the learning motivation as intervening variable as 3,5%. The conclusion of this study showed that there was a significant influence between students' perceptions about the competence of the teacher to the student achievement in accounting services and trade subject and through the learning motivation, there was a significant influence on learning motivation toward learning achievement in accounting services and trade subject, and there was a significant influence between students’ perceptions to the teacher competence on learning motivation. The suggestion in this study are teachers should improve their competence on systematic and students should have the strong motivation in his self.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap sikap mental kewirausahaan siswa kelas XI jurusan pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Demak (studi pada siswa kelas XI Pemasaran Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015), kemudian apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha terhadap sikap mental kewirausahaan siswa kelas XI jurusan pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Demak dan apakah terdapat Pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap sikap mental kewirausahaan siswa kelas XI jurusan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Demak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI jurusan pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Demak sebanyak 47 siswa. Pengumpulan data dengan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda penelitian ini yaitu Y = 11,432 + 0,374X1 + 0,371X2 + 0,319X3. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu, secara simultan dan parsial ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan, motivasi berwirausaha dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap sikap mental kewirausahaan. his research aims to know whetherany influence of the entrepeneurship education to the entrepreneurial mental attitudes of marketing students in State Vocational Schools 1 Demak, there are any influence of entrepreneurial motivation to the entrepreneurial mental attitudes of marketing students in State Vocational Schools 1 Demak and there are any influence of the family environtmen to the entrepreneurial mental attitudes of marketing students in State Vocational Schools 1 Demak. The population of this research is all of marketing students in grade XI State Vocational Schools 1 Demak that consisting of 47 students. The data was collected using questioner and documentations.The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive precentage analysis, multiple regression analysis and classical test assumption. The result of the multiple regression is Y = 11,432 + 0,374X1 + 0,371X2 + 0,319X3. The conclusion of this research is any positive and signifikan influence of entrepeneurship Education, entrepreneurial motivation and family environment to the entrepreneurial mental attitudes of marketing students in State Vocational Schools 1 Demak.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal yang saya lakukan di SMK GARUDA NUSANTARA Karangawen Demak, ditemukan masalah hasil belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran kewirausahaan turun terus menerus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) Seberapa besar pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar kewirausahaan kelas XI SMK GARUDA NUSANTARA Karangawen Demak, (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar kewirausahaan kelas XI SMK GARUDA NUSANTARA Karangawen Demak, (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar kewirausahaan kelas XI SMK GARUDA NUSANTARA Karangawen Demak. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proportional random sampling.Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah sebagai variabel bebas (X1), motivasi belajar sebagai variabel bebas (X2), dan hasil belajar kewirausahaan sebagai variabel terikat (Y).Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan dokumentasi.Data yang dikumpukan dianalisis dengan deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan motivasi belajar berpengaruhterhadap hasil belajar kewirausahaan kelas XI SMK GARUDA NUSANTARA Karangawen Demak baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dibuktikan dari hasil uji t dan F yang memperoleh signifikasi di bawah 0,05. Secara simultan penelitian ini berpengaruh sebesar 63% sedangakan sisanya 37% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Secara parsial, kontribusi pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah sebesar 47,33% dan motivasi belajar sebesar 47,20%. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik diharapkan dapat lebih memanfaatkan fasilitas perpustakaan sekolah dengan sebaik-baiknya, agar dapat memperbaiki nilai yang belum tuntas dan bersemangat untuk mendapatkan nilai yang maksimal. Based on preliminary observations that I did in vocational SMK GARUDA NUSANTARA Karangawen Demak, found problems learning outcomes of students entrepreneurship subjects dropped continuously. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) How much influence the utilization of the school library to the entrepreneurship learning outcomes class XI SMK GARUDA NUSANTARA Karangawen Demak, (2) How much influence learning motivation to the entrepreneurship learning outcomes class XI SMK GARUDA NUSANTARA KarangawenDemak, (3) How much influence the use of the school library and learning motivation to the entrepreneurship learning outcomes class XI SMK GARUDA NUSANTARA KarangawenDemak.The sampling technique used in this research is proportional random sampling. Variables in this research is utilization of the school library as an independent variable (X1), motivation to learn as an independent variable (X2), and the entrepreneurship learning outcomes as a dependent variable (Y). Data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire and documentation. The data were analyzed with descriptive percentage and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that the use of the school library and learning motivation effect on entrepreneurship learning outcomes XI SMK GARUDA NUSANRATA Karangawen Demak either partially or simultaneously, evidenced from the results of the t test and F which gained significance below 0.05. Simultaneously, this study effect by 63% while the remaining 37% are influenced by other factors not examined. Partially, the contribution of the use of the school library by 47.33% and amounted to 47.20% of learning motivation. The suggestion from this research is that it is expected that the students are able to utilize the library’s facilities in the school maximally, in order to improve the value of the unfinished and eager to get the maximum value.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam bagaimana peran dan fungsi sekretaris pembantu pimpinan dalam pembantu pimpinan di Universitas Negeri Semarang, dan kendala dalam melaksanakan peran dan fungsi sekretaris, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta dengan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi diperoleh informasi bahwa sekretaris pembantu pimpinan memiliki 7 peran yaitu beranda perusahaan dengan menyeleksi tamu, pengelola surat masuk yang ditujukan kepada pimpinan, pelaksana tugas sehari-hari untuk membantu pimpinan, pemegang rahasia atas informasi yang terkait lembaga, pemberi masukan dala hal-hal teknis, penghubung antara pimpinan dengan pegawai lain, dan perawat serta pelindung pimpinan. Sekretaris juga memiliki 4 fungsi yaitu berdasarkan ruang lingkup tugas sekretaris yang terdiri dari memberikan jasa administratif, menjamin kelancaran dan bertanggungjawab atas aktivitas rutin pekerjaannya, sebagai staf yang membantu pimpinan, dan fungsi berdasarkan hubungan dengan pimpinan. Kendala yang ditemui yaitu perubahan instruksi mendadak, tugas di luar kemampuan, volume pekerjaan berlebih, ketidaksesuaian tugas, pelaksanaan tugas tidak sesuai prosedur, serta sarana dan prasarana yang masih kurang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat diambil simpulan bahwa beragam peran dan fungsi yang dilaksanakan sekretaris pembantu pimpinan untuk membantu dan memperlancar pekerjaan pimpinan. Saran yang berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini yaitu Unnes meninjau tupoksi sekretaris pembantu pimpinan agar tidak ada butir-butir tupoksi yang tidak dilaksanakan. objective of the study was to understand the roles and functions of private secretary at Semarang State University and the difficult about that. It was a qualitative study, than the data were analyzed by Miles & Huberman interaction model.The data were collected by observation, interview and documentation. The result of the study showed private secretary have 7 roles : the company homepage by selecting the guests, managing incoming mail to the chief, as the executive of daily tasks to help the executive, secret holder of the information related to the institution, giving feedback on technical matters, a liaison officer between the executive and other employees, a caretaker as well as an executive protector. Secretary also have 4 functions : includes providing administrative services, ensure the smooth and be responsible for routine work activities, as the staff who help the executive, and function based on the relationship with the executive. Obstacles are sudden instruction change, a task beyond the capability, excessive work volume, inappropriate tasks, task execution is not in accordance with procedures, and infrastructures which are still lacking. Then it is concluded that the roles and functins of private secretary at Semarang State University are to assist and facilitate the executive work. Therefore, it is suggested Unnes to review the private secretary executive duties so that there is no a single duty that is not implemented.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan teman sebaya terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK N 2 Pekalongan yang berjumlah 62 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisi regresi ganda, uji hipotesis, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan teman sebaya berpengaruh 68,7% terhadap kedisiplinan siswa secara simultan. Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 9,36%, lingkungan keluarga mempunyai mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 8,29%, dan teman sebaya mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 10,56% secara parsial. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan teman sebaya berpengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan siswa secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Saran yang diajukan adalah siswa diharapkan dapat selalu mematuhi tata tertib yang berlaku di sekolah, dan untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat mencari variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan siswa. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of motivation, family environment, and peer to students discipline. The subjects were students of class X of Office Administration Department of SMK N 2 Pekalongan totalling 62 students. The data collection research method was in the form of questionnaire. The data analysis method used multiple regression analysis, hypothesis, testing, classical assumption, and descriptive analysis. The result showed motivation, family environment, and peer influence positively and significantly related to student discipline. Motivation, family environment, and peer affect 68,7% simultaneously. The motivation has an influence 9,36%, the family environment has an influence 8,29%, and peer has an influence 10,56% partially. The conclusions from this research is motivation, family environment, and peer influence the students discipline simultaneously and partially. It is suggested that the students are expected to always obey the code of school, and for the next researcher to look for other variables that affect students discipline.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial antara lingkungan kerja fisik, fasilitas kerja dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap sistem pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Kelurahan se-Kecamatan Cilacap Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kelurahan se-Kecamatan Cilacap Utara.yang berjumlah 59 orang sehingga peneliti menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi berganda dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier beranda adalah Y=11,636+ 0,409X1 + 0,997X2 + 0,353X3 + e. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara lingkungan kerja fisik, fasilitas kerja dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap sistem pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Kelurahan se-Kecamatan Cilacap Utara sebesar 21,9%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap sistem pengelolaan arsip secara parsial adalah kompetensi pegawai yaitu sebesar 7,673%, sedangkan untuk lingkungan keja fisik memberikan pegaruh sebesar 7,182% dan fasilitas kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 6,864%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini ialah ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik, fasilitas kerja dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap sistem pengelolaan arsip di Kantor Kelurahan se-Kecamatan Cilacap Utara baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah 1) kelurahan dapat menambah peredam suara dalam ruangan kerja sehingga dapat mengurangi kebisingan baik dari dalam maupun luar ruangan; 2) pemanfaatan perlengkapan kerja lebih dioptimalkan sehingga dapat menunjang kegiatan pengelolaan arsip lebih baik lagi; dan 3) mengadakan pelatihan arsip untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pegawai dalam kearsipan. The purpose of this study is to know are influenced simultaneous and partial among physical work environment, work facilities,personnel competences toward the system of archives management at all office of village in North Cilacap. The populations ofthis study are all of the personnel at office of village in North Cilacap with amount 59 peoples so the researchers using by samplesaturated. The data were collected using by questionnaire. Then, the data was analyzed by multiple linier regression and descriptive analysis. The study showed that the equation of the linear regression is Y=11,636+ 0,409X1 + 0,997X2 + 0,353X3 + e.The influence simultaneously among the physical work environment, work facilities, and personnel competences towardthe system of archives management at all office of village in North Cilacap is 21,9%. The variable that gives the most effecttowards the system of the archive management in partial is personnel competences with amount 7,673%, meanwhile the physicalwork environment 7,182% and work facilities 6,864%.It can be concluded that thereis an influence among physical workenvironment, work facilities, and personnel competences toward the system of archives management at all officeof village in North Cilacap both simultaneously and partial. The suggestions from this study are 1) the office ofvillage could adding a silencer in the office so could reduce inside and outside the room; 2) utilization of the suppliesshould be more optimized so could support the activities of the archives management to be better; and 3) arrangingan archives training to increase the knowledge and ability of the personnel about the archival matters.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lokasi sekolah, promosi sekolah,persepsi, dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat siswa memilih jurusanAP di SMK Swasta Kota Semarang baik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas Xjurusan AP di SMK Swasta Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 203siswa.Sampel yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan dari populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan lokasi sekolah, promosi sekolah, persepsi, dan lingkungan teman sebaya secara simultan terhadap minat siswa memilih jurusanAP sebesar76.7%. 2) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan lokasi sekolah secara parsial terhadap minat siswa memilih jurusansebesar 9,42%. 3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan promosi sekolah secara parsial terhadap minat siswa memilihjurusan sebesar 11,56%. 4) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi secara parsial terhadap minat siswa memilih jurusan sebesar 16,7%.5) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan teman sebaya secara parsial terhadap minat siswa memilihjurusan sebesar 9,6%.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lokasi sekolah, promosi sekolah, persepsi, dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat siswa memilih jurusan AP di SMK Swasta Kota Semarang baik secara partial maupun secara simultan. This research aimed to find out and anlayze the influences of school location, school promotion, perception and environtment of students’ peer onstudents’ interest in choosing office administration study program at Private Vocational High Schools in Semarang.The population in this study was all students office administration subject in private vocational high school in Semarang, which were 203students in total number. The sample was the whole population The method of data collection was questionnaire.The data analysis techniquewere multiple linear regression, classic assumption test and percentage descriptive analysis. The result of the research showed that: 1) There were positive and significant influence of school location, school promotion, perception, and students’ peer simultaneous toward interest in choosing office administration study programwhich amounted to 76,7%. 2) There were positive and significant influence of school location partial toward interest in choosing office administration study programwhich amounted to 9,42%. 3 ) There were positive and significant influence of school promotion partial toward interest in choosing office administration study programwhich amounted to 11,56%. 4) There were positive and significant influence of perception partial toward interest in choosing office administration study programwhich amounted to 16,7%.5) There were positive and significant influence of students’ peer partial toward interest in choosing office administration study programwhich amounted to 9,6%.The conclusion of the research was therewere positive and significant influences between school location, school promotion,perception and students’ peeronstudents’ interest in choosing office administration study program at Private Vocational High Schools in Semarangsimultaneous and partial.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor penentu keberhasilan perusahaan. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penelitian ini adanya penurunan kinerja oleh karyawan PDAM Tirta Dharma Brebes pada tahun 2015. Penurunan kinerja tersebut dilihat dari banyaknya pengaduan dari pelanggan, tingkat kehilangan air serta kehadiran dan keterlambatan karyawan. Selain itu masih ditemukan adanya perbedaan hasil penelitian mengenai variabel kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja juga menjadi alasan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui OCB. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 92 karyawan sekaligus dijadikan sampel . Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui OCB dengan arah positif. OCB juga terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja. Employee performance is a critical success factor of a company.The probleim in this research is the employee performance found to be low in PDAM Tirta Dharma Brebes on 2015. In addition, there is the differences that found in many research about the effect of job satisfaction, work motivation, organizational commitment on performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the effect of job satisfaction, work motivation, organizational commitment on employee performance through OCB as an intervening. The population in this study as all employees of PDAM, with Total 92 people were used as sample. The methods of data collection using questionare and interview. Methode of data analysis were multiple regression, and path analysis. The result showed that there job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment influence directly as well as inderectly with the positive direction on performance through OCB. OCB also proved able to mediate effect job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment on performance.

Abstract

Keterampilan mengetik yang dimiliki siswa kelas XI AP SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga masih tergolong rendah. Persentase siswa yang tidak tuntas mencapai 85%. Dari permasalahan tersebut diperlukan solusi tentang strategi pembelajaran. Salah satunya melalui penerapan metode mengetik berirama berbantu media movie maker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengetik siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yaitu one group pre test-post test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keterampilan mengetik siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan treatment mengalami peningkatan sebesar 9 entakan per menit (epm) dari kategori cukup menjadi baik. Rata-rata kecepatan mengetik siswa sebelum mendapatkan treatment sebesar 110 entakan per menit (epm) termasuk dalam kategori keterampilan cukup, sedangkan setelah mendapatkan treatment kecepatan mengetik siswa sebesar 119 entakan per menit (epm) termasuk kategori keterampilan baik. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan pada keterampilan mengetik siswa sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan penerapan metode mangetik berirama berbantu media movie maker. Typing skill of class XI AP SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga is relatively low. The percentage of student who did not complete high as 85% of the total students. Effort to improve student typing skill is through the development of appropriate methods. The method applied in this effort rhythmic typing method assisted by media movie maker. This research is experimental research design that is one group pretest-posttest. This study compares the result before and after treatment to achieve the research objectives. The data collection method used is testing. The data analysis technique is descriptive percentage. The result showed that students typing skill before and after treatment had increased by 9 tugs per minutes (epm) from middle category to be excellent category. The average speed of typing students before getting treatment at 110 tugs per minutes (epm) included in the category enough, after getting treatment while typing speed of student is 119 tugs per minutes (epm) including the excellent category. It shows that an increase in the skill of students typing before and after getting treatment about application of rhythmic typing method assisted by media movie maker.
