Abstract

Semakin rendahnya karakter wirausaha yang dihasilkan dalam mata pelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan membuat jumlah siswa yang berminat melakukan kegiatan wirausaha semakin sedikit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Mengetahui kondisi minat kewirausahaan siswa SMA Negeri 3 Semarang serta mengetahui peran penugasan Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi serta uji keabsahan data adalah uji kredibilitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengambilan sample sumber data dilakukan secara purposive dan snowball. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: Kondisi minat siswa dikategorikan dalam beberapa sikap yaitu percaya diri, melihat peluang, berorientasi masa depan, kepemimpinan, berani mengambil resiko dan kreativitas. Secara keseluruhan sikap tersebut sudah dapat dikatakan cukup baik hanya saja aspek mencari peluang kurang diaplikasikan secara optimal. Peran penugasan dalam penelitian dilihat dalam aspek kemampuan belajar mandiri siswa dan penguasaan bahan ajar yang terbagi dalam aspek kognitif, psikomotorik dan afektif siswa. The lower the entrepreneurship interest resulted in craft and entrepreneurship subject, make less the number of students who interest in doing entrepreneurship activities. The aims of this study are to know the entrepreneurships interest condition of students of SMA Negeri 3 Semarang and to know the role of craft and entrepreneurship assignment on the entrepreneurship interest of students of SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. The methode of this experiment is qualitative description. The sampling of data sources was conducted by using purposive and snowball sampling. The results of this study are: (1) The condition of student interest is categorized in several attitudes, namely self-confidence, seeing opportunities, future-oriented, leadership, taking risks and creativity as a form of student entrepreneurial character and seen in how the assignment is carried out. Overall, this attitude can be said to be quite good, only the aspect of looking for opportunities is not applied optimally in the assignment of Crafts and Entrepreneurship at SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. (2) The role of assignment in research is seen in the aspect of students' independent learning abilities and mastery of teaching materials which are divided into cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects of students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui pengaruh ease of use Elena dan usefulness of Elena secara simultan terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan (2) mengetahui pengaruh ease of use Elena terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan (3) mengetahui pengaruh usefulness of Elena terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan pada mahasiswa FE UNNES. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 365 responden dan 4.218 mahasiswa sebagai populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan proportionate cluster sampling. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi product moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha croanbach. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu secara parsial ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara variabel Ease of use Elena (X1) terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan (Y). Sedangkan, thitung untuk variabel Usefulness of Elena (X2) lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu sebesar 15,4 lebih besar daripada 1,97, dengan probabilitas 0,00 kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti bahwa variabel Usefulness of Elena (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu (1) Ada pengaruh positif antara ease of use Elena dan usefulness of Elena secara simultan terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan pada mahasiswa FE UNNES. (2) Ada pengaruh antara ease of use Elena terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan pada mahasiswa FE UNNES. (3) Ada pengaruh antara usefulness of Elena terhadap Kualitas Layanan Perkuliahan pada mahasiswa FE UNNES. The purpose of this research was (1) the influence of ease of use and usefulness of Elena simultaneously toward the Quality service in Learning (2) the influence of ease of use Elena toward Quality service in Learning (3) how the usefulness of Elena toward Quality service in Learning at the Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Semarang. The sample in this research was 365 respondents and 4,218 people as the population. The data gathering methods used proportionate cluster sampling. Product Moment correlation method from Personis used to conduct validity test of items. Meanwhile, Croanbach Alpha equation isused to conduct reliability test. The data were analyzed using a double linear regression analysis and descriptive of percentage. The results of this research showed that there was significant influence among variables Ease of use Elena (X 1) toward Quality service in Learning (Y) partially . Whereas, tcount to the variable Usefulness of Elena (X 2) greater than ttable is greater than 1.966539 15.427, with probability of 0.000 less than 0.05 means that variable Usefulness of Elena (X 2) for has partial effect toward the Quality service in Learning significantly. The conlusion of this research was (1) There was a positive influence between ease of use and usefulness of Elena toward the Quality service in Learning on the student faculty of Economics State University of Semarang simultaneously. (2) There were influences between ease of use Elena toward Quality service in Learning at the Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Semarang. (3) There were influences between the usefulness of Elena toward Quality service in Learning at the Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Semarang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 427 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 206 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, analisis jalur, dan uji sobel dengan bantuan program SPSS For Windows Release 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar. Motivasi belajar sebagai varibael intervening mampu memediasi secara sempurna pengaruh gaya belajar dan kesiapan belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar melalui motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 This study aimed to know the effect of learning style, learning readiness, and learning motivation on learning liveliness directly mediated by learning motivation. The population of this study was 427 students with 206 students as the sample. The method of data collection used questionnaires and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption, multiple regressions, path analysis, and sobel test. The result showed that learning style positively and insignificantly affected learning liveliness. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning motivation positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning style positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning motivation as the intervening readiness on learning liveness. The conclusion was there was an effect of learning style, learning readiness through learning motivation on learning liveliness of student grade X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Academic Year 2017/2018.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis kebutuhan Arsiparis, kendala yang dialami, dan solusi pemenuhan kebutuhan Arsiparis di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan model interaktif melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis kebutuhan Arsiparis dilakukan dengan analisis beban kerja dan analisis jabatan yang berpedoman pada peraturan pemerintah. Kendala yang dialami dalam pengadaan Arsiparis yaitu karena (1) adanya moratorium yang menyebabkan sulitnya untuk menambah fungsional Arsiparis, (2) rendahnya kemampuan pemerintah dalam membayar, (3) minat menjadi Arsiparis yang belum begitu menjadi ketertarikan, (4) pengambilan kebijakan yang belum cepat, dan (5) pelaksanaan jobdesk yang belum sesuai. Upaya yang telah dilakukan sebagai solusi meliputi pelaksanaan penambahan Arsiparis melalui inpassing, optimalisasi terhadap pelaksanaan tugas Arsiparis yang ada, membangun motivasi dan meningkatkan citra baik Arsiparis melalui kebijakan pengadaan dan pengembangan, dan mengadakan rapat rutin bulanan untuk sinkronisasi dan mengakomodir berbagai masalah. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu analisis kebutuhan Arsiparis sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Saran hasil penelitian ini agar pemerintah memberikan kemudahan dalam mekanisme pengajuan inpassing dan memprioritaskan alokasi anggaran untuk pengembangan Arsiparis, serta melaksanakan manajemen kepegawaian yang lebih terarah dan berkesinambungan. This research was to know the need analysis of Archivist, the constraints being experienced, and the solutions with regard to the fulfillment for the Archivist neededat Archives and Library Office in Central Java.The qualitative study was used. Data collection techniques was using techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was done with the interactive models through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.The results of this study indicate that the requirements analysis performed with the Archivist of the workload analysis and job analysis based on the Government Regulation. The obstacles of the need analysis of Archivist at Archives and Library Office in Central Java are; 1) there was a moratorium which make difficult to add an archivist, 2) there was the government’s low ability to pay, 3) there was people low intends to be Archivist, 4) there was slow policy making, and 5) there was inappropriate implementations of jobdesk. While efforts that have been made were include the implementation of the addition of the Archivist with inpassing, optimisation in job implementation of Archivist, build motivation and improve good images of Archivist through procurement and policy development, and hold meetings monthly to synchronize and accommodate a variety of problems. Drawing conclusions in this research was that the need analysisof archivist has been done well. Suggestion based on this research were government need to make light of inpassing mechanism and give priority in alocation of government valuation, also for the office to make a good connected and directed human resources management.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adakah pengaruh secara langsung antara efikasi diri, komunikasi interpersonal, dan media pembelajaran terhadap perilaku belajar peserta didik Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran Kelas X, XI di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 143 peserta didik yang merupakan peserta didik kelas X, XI Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal dengan seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yaitu uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik menggunkan SPSS versi 21 dan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program aplikasi Lisrel versi 8.51. Hasil perhitungan data diperoleh Equation Modelling sebagai berikut: PB = 0.31*ED + 0.17*KI + 0.37*MP, Errorvar.= 0.62 , R²= 0.40. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri, komunikasi interpersonal dan media pembelajaran berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap perilaku belajar peserta didik kelas X, XI Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. The objectives in this study are whether there is direct influence between self efficiacy, interpersonal communication and media learning on behavior learn. The population in this study is 143 student who are students of Class X, XI Majoring in Office Administration at SMK N 1 Kendal with all population be used as sample with sampling technique using saturated samples. Methods of data collection of questionnaires. Methods of data analysis are instrument test (valdity test and reliability test), classical assumption test using SPSS version 21 and analysis multiple linear regressionStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using Lisrel application version 8.51. The result of data calculation obtained by Equation Modeling as follows: : PB = 0.31*ED + 0.17*KI + 0.37*MP, Errorvar.= 0.62 , R²= 0.40. The results showed that efficiaacy self, interpersonal communication and media learning had a direct positive effect on the behavior learnstudents of Class X, XI Majoring in Office Administration at SMK N 1 Kendal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara keteladanan pemimpin, kompetensi perangkat desa, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perangkat desa melalui komitmen organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 157 perangkat desa di Kecamatan Pangkah dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 113 orang dari 23 desa yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi, kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis dengan signifikansi sebesar 5%. Hasil perhitungan data diperoleh persamaan mediator yang selanjutnya disingkat dengan M = 11,542 - 0,005X1 + 0,164X2 + 0,200X3+ 0,734e1 dan kinerja perangkat desa yang selanjutnya disingkat dengan Y = 11,573 + 0,233X1 + 0,246X2 + 0,084X3 +0,270M + 0,720e2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan pemimpin dan kompetensi perangkat desa berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Namun, variabel budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Sedangkan variabel kompetensi perangkat desa dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif secara tidak langsung melalui komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. This research aimed to determine the direct and indirect influence of leaders’ exemplary, village apparatus’ competence, and organizational culture to the village apparatus’ performance through organizational commitment.The population in this research was 157 village apparatus in Pangkah with 113 samples from 23 villages calculated by Slovin Formula. Data collecting methods were documentation, questionnaire, observation, and interview. The methods of the data analysis of this researchused path analysis with 5 % significance.The result of the data calculation obtained the equation of mediation then shortened as M = 11,542 - 0,005X1 + 0,164X2 + 0,200X3 + 0,734e1 and village apparatus’ performance then shortened as Y = 11,573 + 0,233X1 + 0,246X2 + 0,084X3 + 0,270M + 0,720e2. The results showed that leaders’ exemplary and village apparatus’ competence have a direct positive effect to the village apparatus’ performance. However, the organizational culture and organizational commitment variables did not direct affect the village apparatus’ performance. While the competence variables of village apparatus and organizational culture have a indirect positive influence through organizational commitment to the village apparatus’ performance.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Kecamatan Gunungpati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan media SPSS . Populasi yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat umum di kantor Kecamatan Gunungpati. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebesar 10% dari populasi atau sejumlah 50 dengan teknik pengambilan data secara accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrument berupa angket, dokumentasi dan analisis data bersifat kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari masyarakat umum yang berada di Kantor Kecamatan Gunungpati. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh masyarakat. Kemudian instrumen diujicobakan secara terbatas kepada pengunjung peminta pelayanan. Hasil ujicoba instrument diukur validitas, reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha. Dari hasil yang diperoleh besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat yaitu 65%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap aktivitas belajar secara parsial adalah disiplin kerja yaitu sebesar 33,1% sedangkan untuk kinerja pegawai memberikan pengaruh lebih kecil yaitu sebesar 27% maka variabel kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan masyarakat secara signifikan. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence between employee performance and work discipline to community satisfaction in the Gunungpati District Office. This research uses quantitative approach, using SPSS. Population to be studied in this research is general public in office of District of Gunungpati. The size of the sample used is 10% of the population it means 50 person with the technique of taking the data by accidental sampling. Data collection is done by instrument in the form of questionnaire, documentation and quantitative data analysis which aims to test the hypothesis that has been determined The data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from the general public in the district office Gunungpati. Data obtained from questionnaires that have been filled by the community. Then the instrument is tested in a limited way to the visitor requesting service. From test results measured instrumentality validity, reliability using alpha formulas. As the result the magnitude of the effect simultaneously between employee performance and work discipline on community satisfaction is 65%. The variable that gives the most influence to the learning activity partially is work discipline that is equal to 33,1% while for employee performance give less influence that is equal to 27%. So employee performance variable and work discipline have a positive effect on community satisfaction significantly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, budaya organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kualitas pelayanaan di Kantor Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui dan jumlah sampel 115 orang yang dihitung dengan rumus iterasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling incidental dan mempunyai kriteria frekuensi kedatangan minimal dua kali dalam melakukan pelayanan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian data diperoleh persamaaan regresi berganda yang selanjutnya disingkat dengan KP = -0,384 + 0,306KI + 0,400PTI+ 0,029BO + 0,793GKT + e. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel komunikasi interpersonal, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, budaya organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas pelayanaan. Variabel budaya organisasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dapat dicapai dengan meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional pada kantor kecamatan. This study aims to determine whether the influence of interpersonal communication, utilization of information technology, organizational culture, and transformational leadership style, simultaneously and partially to the quality of service in Lasem District Office of Rembang. The population in this study was unknown and the sample was 115 people calculated by the iteration formula. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling and has a minimum of arrival frequency criteria in service. The methods of data collection was done by observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The methods of data analysis of this study using multiple regression analysis and descriptive percentage. The results of this research obtained multiple regression equations, hereinafter abbreviated as KP = -0,384 + 0,306KI + 0,400PTI+ 0,029BO + 0,793GKT + e. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously interpersonal communication variables, utilization of information technology, organizational culture and transformational leadership style have a positive effect on service quality. Organizational culture variable partially has no significant effect on service quality.The conclusion of this research is the improvement of service quality can be achieved by improving interpersonal communication, utilization of information technology, and transformational leadership style at sub-district office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengeolaan arsip untuk menunjang akuntabilitas sekolah, hambatan-hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip untuk menunjang akuntabilitas sekolah, dan upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip untuk menunjang akuntabilitas sekolah di SMK Negeri 1 Kudus. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari 11 informan terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek, K3, Kepala Tata Usaha, Petugas Arsip, Guru, dan Pegawai Tata Usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap pra-lapangan, pelaksanaan lapangan, dan analisis data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bahwa pengelolaan arsip meliputi kegiatan penciptaan, penyimpanan, penggunaan, pemeliharaan, dan penyusutan arsip. Pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip ditemukan tidak adanya kegiatan pencatatan arsip pada setiap penciptaan dan penggunaan arsip, sehingga arsip sulit untuk diidentifikasi, kemungkingan terjadi pendempulan data, dan arsip sulit ditemukan kembali. Hambatan-hambatan yang dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip yaitu instansi terkait belum mempunyai ruangan dan petugas khusus di bidang kearsipan. Upaya yang telah dilakukan dalam mengurangi hambatan tersebut yaitu pendelegasian siswa jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran dan memberikan pelatihan kepada pegawai Tata Usaha terkait menata arsip sekolah. This study aims to see the process of record management to support the school-accountability, to know about the constraints in implementation of record management to support the school-accountability, and the efforts to overcome any contraints in implementation of the record management to support the school-accountability. This research using qualitative study. The data research obtained form informats namely Principal, Vice Principal, K3, Head of Administration, Officers Archives, Teachers, and Administrative Staff. The techniques of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The procedure of this research include pre-field stage, field implementation stage, and data analysis phase. Data analysis using a data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The result of this study is knowing that the management of record includes the creation activities, storage activities, use activities, maintenance activities, and depreciation activities. In the managment of record is not using a registration record on every creation and use of record, so the record was difficult to identify. The constraints in the implementation of the record management have no room and special officers in the record. The efforts in reducing the constraints was the delegation of students majoring in Office Administration and provide training to administrative staff to manage the school-record.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja industri, bimbingan karir, penguasaan soft skill, dan kompetensi kejuruan secara parsial dan simultan pada kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang. Populasi disini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang sebanyak 93 siswa dan semuanya digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for Windows Release 21. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa praktik kerja industri, bimbingan karir, penguasaan soft skill, dan kompetensi kejuruan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 59,2%. Praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 6,71%. Bimbingan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar 5,86% Penguasaan soft skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar 5,34%. Kompetensi kejuruan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 5,43%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of industrial work practices, career guidance, soft skills capability, and vocational competence partially and simultaneously on the work readiness of class XI Office Administration SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang. The population in this research was all students of class XI Office Administration of SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang as many as 93 students and all are used as research samples, so it was concluded that this research was population research. Data collection methods using interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive percentage analysis. and multiple regression analysis method using SPSS for Windows Release 21. The results of the analysis show that industrial work practices, career guidance, soft skills capability, and vocational competency has positive and significant simultaneously of students work readiness of 59.2%. Industrial work practices has positive and significant simultaneously of students work readiness of 6.71%. Career guidance has positive and significant simultaneously of students work readiness of 5.86% Soft skill capability has positive and significant simultaneously of students work readiness of 5.34%. Vocational competence has positive and significant simultaneously of students work readiness of 5.43%.
