Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh teori dan studi kasus intensitas penggunaan media sosial, keaktifan siswa dalam ekstrakurikuler, lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap prokrastinasi akademik serta untuk menguji variabel self-regulated learning sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X kompetensi keahlian Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto, SMK Negeri 1 Banyumas dan SMK Negeri Kebasen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan proportional sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) intensitas penggunaan media sosial (22,3%) dan keaktifan siswa dalam ekstrakurikuler (33,7%) berpengaruh positif terhadap prokrastinasi akademik (2) lingkungan teman sebaya tidak berpengaruh terhadap prokrastinasi akademik (3) self regulated learning tidak memoderasi hubungan intensitas penggunaan media sosial, keaktifan siswa dalam ekstrakurikuler dan prokrastinasi akademik (5) self-regulated learning memoderasi hubungan lingkungan teman sebaya dan prokrastinasi akademik (6) self-regulated learning berpengaruh negatif terhadap prokrastinasi akademik (36,3%). Siswa disarankan untuk mengurangi kebiasaan menunda baik kegiatan akademik maupun diluar akademik. This study aimed to analyze the theoretical influence and case study related to the intensity of social media usage, student activeness in extracurricular, peer environment towards academic procrastination and self-regulated learning as a moderation variable. The population in this study were the students of grade X Accounting skills in SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto, SMK Negeri 1 Banyumas and SMK Negeri Kebasen number of 334 students. Sampling using probability sampling with proportional sampling number of 100 students Data is collected using questionnaires. Sampling using probability sampling with proportional sampling number of 100 students. the data is analyzed using SEM method Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0.The results showed that (1) the intensity of social media usage (22,3%) and the activity of the students in extracurricular (33,7%) have positive effect on the academic procrastination (2) the peer environment have no effect on the academic procrastination (3) self-regulated learning does not moderate the intensity relationship of social media usage and academic procrastination (4) self-regulated learning does not moderate the relationship of student activeness in extracurricular and academic procrastination (5) self-regulated learning moderates peer environment relations and academi procrastination (12,9%) (6) self-regulated learning negatively affect academic procrastination (36,3%). Students are advised to reduce the habit of delaying both academic and outside academic activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran student engagement dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep akuntansi siswa di SMK Negeri 2 Pekalongan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI paket keahlian akuntansi yang berjumlah 100 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, pearson correlation, canonical correlation, analisis regresi uji parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor student engagement berkorelasi signifikan dengan faktor pemahaman konsep akuntansi. Hasil analisis canonical correlation menunjukkan bahwa kovariat pemahaman konsep berkorelasi signifikan dengan canonical variablesHasil regresi uji parsialmenunjukkan AC berkorelasi dengan seluruh dependent factors kecuali dengan EXPL. ACL berkorelasi dengan seluruh dependent factors kecuali dengan INF. SSI berpengaruh dengan seluruh dependent factors serta EEE dan SLE tidak memiliki pengaruh dengan seluruh dependent factors. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa AC, ACL, SSI, EEE dan SLE secara berturut-turut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dependent factors.Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah sekolah perlu meningkatkan tantangan akademik yang dapat merangsang keaktifan siswa dengan mengembangkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung siswa untuk dapat mencapai pemahaman konsep akuntansi. This study aims to determine the role of student engagement to improve the understanding of accounting concepts in SMK Negeri 2 Pekalongan. The subject of this study is the students of XI class which has accounting expertise competence 100 students. The method of data collection using documentation and questionnaire. The data analys method used were descriptive statistic, pearson correlations, canonical correlations, partial and simultan test regression analysis. The result of the study showed that the factor of student engagement have a significant correlation with factor of understanding of accounting concept. The result of canonical correlations analysis show that covariate of understanding of accounting concept have a significant correlation with canonical variables.The result of partial test regression show that AC correlates with all dependent factors except EXPL. ACL correlates with all dependent factors except INF. SSI affects all dependent factors and the other hand EEE and SLE have no influence with all dependent factors. simultan test results show that AC, ACL, SSI, EEE and SLE has significantly influence dependent factors continously. Suggestions from this study, the school need to improve the academic challenge that stimulate student activeness with developing extracurricular activities and create a learning environment that supports students to beable to achieve understanding of accounting concepts.

Abstract

Minat berkoperasi mengandung pengertian keinginan yang tinggi yang diwujudkan dalam perasaan senang, perhatian, konsentrasi, sadar, dan mempunyai kemauan terlibat dalam kegiatan koperasi sehingga mendorong anggota koperasi untuk berpartisipasi aktif. Oleh karena itu untuk menyalurkan minat dalam berkoperasi di setiap instansi pendidikan didirikan sebuah koperasi yang mampu memberikan pembelajaran secara nyata agar memiliki jiwa kemandirian, kewirausahaan dan gotong royong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pendidikan koperasi dan motivasi berkoperasi mahasiswa secara simultan dan parsial terhadap minat berkoperasi mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi koperasi angkatan 2015.Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 110 orang dan jumlah sampel 110 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaaan regresi berganda yang selanjutnya disingkat dengan Mb = 0,8036 + 0,329PK + 0,373MB+ e. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial variabel pengetahuan koperasi dan motivasi berkoperasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berkoperasi. The definition Cooperative learningis of high will manifested in feelings such as pleased, paying attention, concentration, conscious, and has the will to actively participate. Therefore, to channel interest in Koperasi participation, cooperative that gives realistic learning in order to have the students gains independence, entrepreneurship, and mutual cooperation is established in every educational agency. This research aims to understand the presence of cooperative education influence and students’ motivation in cooperative participation simultaneously and partially to economic education 2015 generation students’ interest in cooperative participation. Population of this research is 110 people and with the sample of 110 people. The technique of collecting sample is using saturated sampling and data collecting method used is questionnaire and observation. Data analysis method in this research is using multiple regression analysis and percentage description. The result of research obtains multiple regression equation which further abbreviated as Mb = 0,8036 + 0,329PK + 0,373MB+ e. the result of this research shows that simultaneously and partially, variable of Koperasi knowledge and motivation is positively affecting interest of cooperative participation

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial antara praktik kerja lapangan, lingkungan keluarga, akses informasi, dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 3 Jepara Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi,dan angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif signifikan antara praktik kerja lapangan, lingkungan keluarga, akses informasi dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK sebesar 75,2%. Secara parsial menunjukkan, ada pengaruh signifikan praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar 10,30%, ada pengaruh signifikan lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 8,52%, ada pengaruh signifikan akses informasi terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar 21,16% dan ada pengaruh signifikan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar 5,24%. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya praktik kerja lapangan selama tiga bulan digunakan siswa sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja serta memperbanyak pengalaman diluar sekolah untuk meningkatkan keyakinan diri memasuki dunia kerja. The purpose of this study is to determine wheter there is a simultaneous or partial influences beetween field work practices, family environment, acces to information, and self-efficacy to the work readiness of XII grade students at SMK Negeri 3 Jepara in 2018/2019 school year. Data collection methods were interview, documentation acces, and quwstionanaire. Data analysis techniques used desciptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that there is a significant positive effect between field work practices, family environment, acces to information and self efficacy to the readiness of vocational studens by 75,2 %. Partially, there is a significant effect of field work practices on the student work readiness of 10,30%, there is a significant influence on family work readiness of 8,52%, there is a significant influence of information acces to student work readiness of 21,16% and there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on student job readiness of 5,24%. Suggestions from this research are: the practice of field work for three months is used by students as provisions to enter work and to increase experience outside of school to increase sefl-confidence in entering the work.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan pendidikan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, peran komite sekolah, dan integritas sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan melalui mutu proses pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Kudus, Pati, dan Rembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) mutu proses berpengaruh terhadap mutu lulusan sebesar 36,42%. (2) Pembiayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap mutu lulusan, pembiayaan pendidikan berpengaruh mutu proses sebesar 10,11%, mutu proses memediasi penuh pengaruh pembiayaan pendidikan terhadap mutu lulusan sebesar 19,1%. (3) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap mutu lulusan sebesar 25,2%, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap mutu proses sebesar 19,62%, mutu proses memediasi parsial pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan sebesar 51,9%. (4) Peran komite sekolah tidak berpengaruh terhadap mutu lulusan, peran komite sekolah berpengaruh terhadap mutu proses sebesar 7,78%, mutu proses tidak memediasi pengaruh peran komite sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan. (5) Integritas sekolah tidak berpengaruh terhadap mutu lulusan, integritas sekolah terhadap mutu proses sebesar 4,93%, mutu proses memediasi secara penuh pengaruh integritas sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan sebesar 13,7% The purpose of this study is to determine effect of financing education, principal leadership, school commitee, and school integrity to graduate quality through learning process quality. The analysis used is descriptive statistic and path. The results showed that (1) There’s effect of the learning process quality to graduate quality by 36.42%.(2)There’s no direct effects of financing education to graduate quality, there’s effect of financing education to learning process quality by 10.11%, learning process quality is fully mediated effects of financing education to graduate quality with indirect effects by 19.1%.(3)There’s effect of the principal leadership to the graduate quality by 25.2%, there’s effect of principal leadership to learning process quality by 19.62%, learning process quality is partially mediate the effects of principal leadership to graduate quality by 51.9% (4)There’s no dirrect effect of school commitee to graduate quality, there’s effect of school commitee to learning process quality by 7.78%, learning process quality does not mediate the effect of school commitee to graduate quality. (5)There’s no dirrect effect of school integrity to graduate quality, there’s effect of school integrity to learning process quality by 4.93%, learning process quality is fully mediated school integrity to graduate quality with indirect effects by 13.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan, business center dan kreativitas terhadap jiwa berwirausaha.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurunsan pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Slawi yang berjumlah 134 dengan jumlah sampel 58 peserta didik yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap jiwa berwirausaha sebesar 8,24%, pengaruh business center terhadap jiwa berwirausaha sebesar 31,58%, pengaruh kreativitas terhadap jiwa berwirausaha sebesar 10,3% dan pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, business center dan kreativitas terhadap jiwa berwirausaha 65,8%.Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh antara pendidikan kewirausahaan, business center dan kreativitas terhadap jiwa berwirausaha baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu pihak sekolah sebaiknya memberikan program-program sekolah yang dapat mendorong kreativitas siswa-siswanya seperti mengadakan suatu acara tahunan yang melibatkan seluruh siswanya. Kemudian pendidik khususnya jurusan pemasaran dan para pengampu mata pelajaran kewirausahaan disarankan untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan mutu pengajarannya dan untuk para peneliti selanjutnya yang tertarik dengan tema penelitian yang sama diharapkan dapat memperluas objek penelitian dan menambah variabel bebas lain diluar variabel bebas yang terdapat pada penelitian ini.. Therefore this study aimed to determine the partial and simultaneous effects between entrepreneurship education, business center and creativity on the students' entrepreneurial spirit.The population was the eleventh grade students of the marketing class of SMK Negeri 1 Slawi which amounted 134 students with a total sample of 58 students calculated by Slovin formula. Data collection methods were using questionnaires. Data analysis methods used percentage descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that entrepreneurship education partially affected the students' entrepreneurial spirit by 8.24%, business center partially affected the students' entrepreneurial spirit by 31.58%, creativity partially affected the students' entrepreneurial spirit by 10.3% and entrepreneurship education, business center and creativity affected imultaneously the students' entrepreneurial spirit by 65.8%.The conclusions from this study are that there is an influence between entrepreneurship education, business center and creativity influencing the students' entrepreneurial spirit both partially and simultaneously. Suggestions are that the school should provide school programs that can encourage students' creativity such as holding an annual event involving all students, then educators, especially in marketing department and entrepreneurship subject teachers, are advised to improveand maintain the quality of their teaching, and for further researchers who are interested in the same research theme, they are expected to expand the object of research and add other independent variables outside the independent variables contained in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis keefektifan model pembelajaran PBT terhadap hasil belajar Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan di kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Ungaran. Penelitian ini mengambil kelas XI IPS 2 berjumlah 34 peserta didikdengan perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBT serta dilakukan pre testdan post test untuk mengetahui keefektifan model PBT. Metode analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji T.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat setelah adanya perlakuan model pembelajaran PBT yaitu sebesar 18,7%. Tingkat motivasi dan keaktifan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran PKWU juga mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata kriteria sangat tinggi sebesar 70,6% dan keaktifan sangat baik sebesar 55,9%. Dari hasil perhitungan uji T hasil belajar PKWU peserta didik dengan software SPSS diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) pada tabel independent samples test sebesar 0.000. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran PBT efektif terhadap hasil belajar PKWU di kelas XI IPS. Saran dalam penelitian ini, guru mata pelajaran PKWU dapat mempertimbangkan model pembelajaran PBT untuk meteri yang membutuhkan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan metode penugasan project, karena efektif terhadap keaktifan, motivasi, dan hasil belajar peserta didik. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the effectiveness of PBT model on the results of learning Workshop and Entrepreneurship in grade XI IPS SMAN 1 Ungaran. This research took a class of XI IPS 2, total of 34 studentsusing PBT model’s treatment and conducted pre-test and post-test. The method of data analysis used in this study were normality test, homogeneity test, and T test.The analysisthat the result’s average of the learners increased after the existence of PBT model’s treatment that is equal to 18,7%. The level of motivation and activeness of learners in learning PKWU also increased to a very high average criteria of 70.6% and excellent activeness of 55.9%. Based on the result of T test calculationfrom students’ outcomes in learning PKWUwith SPSS software obtained Sig value. (2-tailed) on the independent samples test table of 0.000. Concluded that PBT modelwas effective on the results of learning Workshop and Entrepreneurship in grade XI IPS. The suggestions were PKWU teachers may consider Production Based Training (PBT) model for the materials which require learning activities with a project task, as they were effective onactiveness, motivation, and students’outcomesin learning activity.

Abstract

SMK merupakan pendidikan menengah kejuruan yang bertujuan memepersiapkan peserta didik menjadi tenaga kerja yang profesional untuk bekerja dalam bidang tertentu. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII jurusan pemasaran SMK Swadaya Teamanggung tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 masih belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja, praktik kerja industri, penguasaan soft skill, dan informasi dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII jurusan pemasaran SMK Swadaya Temanggung tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII jurusan pemasaran yang berjumlah 83 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh atau disebut dengan penelitian populasi. Metode pengumpuulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja, praktik kerja industri, penguasaan soft skill, dan informasi dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja secara parsial masing-masing sebesar 8%, 22,2%, 6,2%, 5,9%, dan secara simultan sebesar 59,3%. Vocational High School is a vocational secondary education which aims to prepare students to become professional workers to work in a particular field. The results of preliminary observation indicated that the student’s work readiness of grade XII marketing major in Vocational High School Swadaya Temanggung academic year 2017/2018 was not maximum. The purpose of this study was to analize the positive and significant effect of work motivation, practical work, soft skill mastery, and work information on the students’ work readiness of grade XII marketing major in Vocational High School Swadaya Temanggung year 2017/2018 partially or simultaneously. The population of this study were all students of grade XII marketing major in Vocational High School Swadaya Temanggung, which were 83 students. This study used a saturated sample or called population research. The method of data collection was by using questionnaire. The techniques of data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant impact from work motivation, practical work, soft skill mastery, and work information to the work readiness partially respectively is8%, 22.2%,6.2%, 5.9%, and simultaneously is59.3%.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif merupakan perilaku membeli secara berlebihan dengan mengutamakan kebutuhan sekunder dan tersier daripada kebutuhan primernya yang menyebabkan seseorang menjadi boros. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh uang saku, locus of control, dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Fakuktas Ekonomi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2016 dan 2017 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Data variabel dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uang saku, locus of control, dan lingkungan teman sebaya berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Secara parsial uang saku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Locus of control berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Serta lingkungan teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh uang saku, locus of control, dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Saran yang dapat disampaikan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ketika terjadi kenaikan uang saku, sebaiknya mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan locus of control dirinya serta lebih rasional dalam memilih lingkungan teman sebaya agar tidak terjadi peningkatan perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa Consumptive behaviour is behavior for excessively buying things by prioritizing secondary and tertiary needs than primary needs which makes someone extravagant. This study aims to determine whether there is any effect of pocket money, locus of control, and peer environment on consumptive behavior of Economics Faculty students. The population was students of Economics Faculty in the year 2016 and 2017 at Universitas Negeri Semarang with 95 sample students. The method of data collection used was questionnaire. The data variables were analyzedby using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The study result shows that pocket money, locus of control, and peer environment simultaneously affect consumptive behavior. Partially, pocket money positively and significantly affects consumptive behavior. Locus of control negatively and significantly affects consumptive behavior. Moreover, peer environment positively and significantly affects consumptive behavior.Based on the results, it is concluded that there is an effect of pocket money, locus of control, and peer environment on the consumptive behaviour of Economics Faculty students at Universitas Negeri Semarang simultaneously or partially. The suggestiongiven in this study is when pocket money increases, students should enhance locus of control and be more rational in selecting peer environment, so students’ consumptive behaviour will not increase.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional guru dan fasilitas kelas terhadap prestasi belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPS SMA Muahmmadiyah 1 Pati yang berjumlah 48 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar dan kepemimpinan instruksional guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Fasilitas kelas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Kepemimpinan instruksional guru dan fasilitas kelas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Kepemimpinan instruksional guru dan fasilitas kelas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah guru harus memiliki kepemimpinan instruksional dalam mengelola pembelajaran di kelas dengan cara meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar. Didukung dengan fasilitas kelas yang ada seperti memanfaatkan media pengajaran sehingga pembelajaran lebih menarik. Motivasi siswa dalam belajar juga akan meningkat dan prestasi belajar yang optimal diharapkan dapat tercapai. This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher instructional leadershipand class facilities on learning achievement through learning motivation. The population of this study was students of class X IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pati as many as 48 students. The sampling methodused saturated sampling. Data collection techniques in this study usedquestionnairesand documentation. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The study results show that learning motivation and teacher instructional leadership have a positive and significant effect to learning achievement. Class facilities don’t have a significant effect to learning achievement. Teacher instructional leadership and class facilities have a positive and significant effect to learning motivation. Teacher instructional leadership and class facilities have a positive and significant effect to learning achievement through learning motivation. The suggestions of this study are the teachers should have instructional leadership in managing of classroom and improving teaching skills. They also should by support class facilities such as teaching media so that teaching and learning will be more interesting. Then, the students’ motivation will increase. Finally, the optimal learning achievement can be achieved.
