Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, tingkat pendidikan dan kepemimpinan terhadap pengelolaan kearsipan di kantor kecamatan Wiradesa Kabupaten Pekalongan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor kecamatan Wiradesa sebanyak 57 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi dan interview. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persamaan garis regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 34.975 + 0.210X1 + 0.358X2 + 0.472X3 + 0.179X4 + e. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh secara parsial disiplin kerja sebesar 8.6%, besarnya pengaruh fasilitas kerja sebesar 8.9%, besarnya pengaruh tingkat pendidikan sebesar 10.6%, dan besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan sebesar 8.7%. Sedangkan secara simultan disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, tingkat pendidikan dan kepemimpinan sebesar 79.2%.The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of the work discipline, working facilities, level of education and leadership towards archives management system in District office Wiradesa, Pekalongan either partially or simultaneously. The population in this research are 57 employees of District office Petarukan. The data collecting method is questionnaire, observations, documentation and interviews. The analysis data technique are descriptive and inferential analysis. Result of the analysis shows the multiple linear regression equivalent is Y = 34.975 + 0.210X1 + 0.358X2 + 0.472X3 + 0.179X4 + e. The calculations show the influence partially, the influence of labor discipline by 8.6%, the influence of the working facilities of 8.9%, the magnitude of the effect of educational level of 10.16%, as well as the influence of leadership by 8.7%. While the simultaneous influence of labor discipline, working facilities, level of education, and leadership that is equal to 79.2%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengimplementasian Kurikulum 2013 pada pembelajaran akuntansi perusahaan jasa kelas X IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru akuntansi dan siswa kelas X IPA 2013/2014. Jumlah subjek sebanyak 3 guru akuntansi, 7 siswa X IPA yang diambil dengan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, data display, dan verifikasi. Tehnik keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengimplementasian Kurikulum 2013 di SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran, dimana penguatan kompetensi siswa masih dominan pada aspek kognitif dan psikomotorik, guru akuntansi mengalami ketidakpahaman menganalisis silabus dan menyusun RPP, kesiapan belajar siswa X IPA rendah, serta proses pembelajaran akuntansi menggunakan pendekatan scientific yang belum terlaksana secara optimal.The purpose of this study was to determine how the image on the implementation of Curriculum 2013 learning services company accounting class X science in. The number of subjects as much as 3 accounting teacher, 7 student X IPA by using purposive sampling. Method of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using the techniques of data collection, data reduction, the data display, and verification. Data validation techniques using triangulation source. The results showed that the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in SMAN 1 Ungaran is still having some problems, which are still the dominant strengthening students' competence in cognitive and psychomotor aspects, accounting teacher experienced in analyzing syllabi ignorance, preparing lesson plans, learning readiness X low IPA students, as well as accounting learning process using a scientific approach has been implemented in class X science but not optimal.

Abstract

Prestasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya yaitu kualitas pola asuh orang tua, cara belajar, dan motivasi belajar. Prestasi belajar akuntansi di SMK Gatra Praja Kota Pekalongan masih rendah. Masih ada 57 % siswa belum mencapai KKM yang ditetapkan sekolah yaitu ≥70. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kualitas pola asuh orang tua, cara belajar, dan motivasi belajar akuntansi di SMK Gatra Praja Kota Pekalongan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan metode kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase, regresi berganda, uji F, uji t, koefisien determinasi simultan(R2) dan koefisien determinasi parsial (r2). Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara parsial ada pengaruh kualitas pola asuh orang tua sebesar 16,2 %, cara belajar sebesar 6,4%, dan motivasi belajar sebesar 6,2% terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi. Sedangkan secara simultan ada pengaruh kualitas pola asuh orang tua, cara belajar, dan motivasi belajar akuntansi di SMK Gatra Praja Kota Pekalongan tahun ajaran 2013/2014 sebesar 51,1%.Learning achievement is influenced by several factors, among which are quality of parents parenting, learning style, and learning motivation. Learning achievement of Accounting subjects in SMK Gatra Praja Pekalongan City is still low. There are still 57% students have not reached the KKM which has been established by the school is ≥70. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of quality of parents parenting, learning style, and learning motivation toward the learning achievement of Accounting subjects either partially or simultaneously. This research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection which are used are documentation and questionnaire method. Methods of data analysis using descriptive percentages, multiple regression, F test, t tes , and simultaneous determination coefficient (R2) and partial determination coefficient (r2). The results of this study are partially there is an influence of quality of parents parenting is 16,2%, learning style is 6,4%, and learning motivation is 6,2% toward students’ learning achievement of Accounting subjects. Whereas, simultaneously there is an influence of quality of parents parenting, learning style, and learning motivation toward the learning achievement of Accounting subjects student of XI and XII Accounting Skills Competency SMK Gatra Praja Pekalongan City academic year 2013/2014 is 51,5%.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan segala sesuatu yang dapat memotivasi siswa atau individu untuk belajar. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan masih banyak siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa mengenai kepemimpinan dan kemampuan berkomunikasi guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI-IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sayung Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas XI-IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sayung Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 berjumlah 50 siswa, seluruhnya dijadikan responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa mengenai kepemimpinan dan kemampuan berkomunikasi guru  secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi (65%). Secara parsial persepsi siswa mengenai kepemimpinan guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi (38,2%). Sedangkan persepsi siswa mengenai kemampuan berkomunikasi guru berpengaruh (33,8%) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.Motivation to learn is everything that can motivate students or individuals to learn. The results of preliminary observations indicate there are still many students who have alow learning motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of students perceptions about leadership and communication skills of teachers to students motivation on economic subjects in class XI Social SMA Negeri 1 Sayung school year 2013/2014. The population in this study are all students of class XI Social SMAN 1 Sayung school year 2013/2014  amounted to 50 students, and they are the respondent. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis method used is deskripstif analysis technique and multiple regression linier analysis. The results showed that the students perception of teacher leadership and the ability to communicate simultaneously affect the students' motivation on economic subjects (65%). Partially perceptions of students regarding teacher leadership influence on students motivation on economic subjects (38.2%). While the students perceptions regarding the ability to communicate influential teachers (33.8%) of the students motivation on economic subjects.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kondisi internal siswa, perhatian orang tua, motivasi siswa, tata tertib sekolah, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler terhadap karakter siswa baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini  berjumlah 45 siswa di SMK Masehi PSAK Ambarawa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kondisi internal siswa, perhatian orang tua, motivasi siswa, tata tertib sekolah, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berpengaruh terhadap karakter siswa (68,9%). Sedangkan secara parsial kondisi internal siswa berpengaruh 10,37% terhadap karakter siswa, perhatian orang tua berpengaruh 20,70% terhadap karakter siswa, motivasi siswa berpengaruh 12,89% terhadap karakter siswa, tata tertib sekolah berpengaruh 10,05% terhadap karakter siswa dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berpengaruh 10,76% terhadap karakter siswa.The purpose of this study was to determine the internal condition of the student is there any influence, attention parents, student motivation, school discipline, and extracurricular activities of the student's character either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study are 45 students in Vocational High Schools Masehi PSAK Ambarawa. Data analysis methods used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous internal conditions of students, parental attention, motivation of students, school discipline, and extracurricular activities influence the character of the students (68.9%). While partially internal conditions affect students 10.37% of the student's character, parental influence on the character of the students 20.70%, 12.89% students motivation affect the character of the students, the school rules affect 10.05% of the student's character and extracurricular activities affect 10.76% of the student's character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK NU Lasem Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Keabsahan data ini dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi manajemen Bank Mini Akuntansi telah terlaksana sebagaimana mestinya. Siswa program keahlian akuntansi merasakan betul manfaat media pembelajaran Bank Mini Akuntansi tersebut, karena selain mempermudah dalam pelajaran juga memberikan keterampilan pada siswa untuk berlatih didunia perbankan secara langsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen Bank Mini Akuntansi telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Manfaat Bank Mini Akuntansi bagi siswa program keahlian akuntansi sangat membantu dalam mempraktekan teori yang didapat didalam kelas sehingga siswasetelah lulus bisa lebih siap dalam menghadapi dunia kerja.This research was conducted at SMK NU Lasem Rembang. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Collected data gathering technique derived from observation, interviews, documentation. The validity of this data is done by triangulation techniques. The results showed that the Mini Bank Accounting management functions have been implemented properly. Students feel the true accounting skills program benefits Mini Accounting Bank of instructional media, because in addition to facilitate the lesson also gives students to practice skills in the banking world directly. Based on the results of this study concluded that the Bank's management Accounting Mini has been implemented. Benefits of Mini Bank Accounting program for students accounting skills are very helpful in practice the theory learned in the classroom so that siswasetelah can pass better prepared for the world of work.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah karena kurangnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa, selain itu karena metode pembelajaran yang digunakan tidak tepat yaitu menggunakan ceramah tanpa variasi sedangkan karakter materinya adalah analistik dan aplikatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model problem based learning dan apakah model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Al-irsyad Tegal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh presentase aktivitas siswa pada pembelajaran siklus I dengan kategori baik dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi dengan kategori sangat baik, presentase aktivitas guru pada pembelajaran siklus I kategori baik dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi kategori sangat baik, rata – rata kelas yang dicapai dalam kategori baik dan pada siklus II rata – rata kelas menjadi kategori sangat baik.The background of this research is the lack of students skills in problem solving, moreover because the learning method that is used is not appropriate to use the oral speech without variation while the character is annalistic and aplicatif. This research aims to how the use model problem based learning and whether model problem based learning can improving students skills in problem solving. The subject of this research is the class XI Social 3 SMA Al-irshad Tegal. This study is an action research conducted in two cycles. The research finding showed that the percentage of activity of students in learning cycle I with good category and on cycle II increased with very good category, the percentage of the activity of the teacher in the learning cycle I that good category and on cycle II increased with very good category, the average grade achieved in cycle I with good category and on cycle II the average grade increased with very good category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen pengelolaan arsip dinamis, kendala-kendala pada saat pelaksanaan manajemen pengelolaan arsip dinamis, dan usaha-usaha yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan pada pelaksanaan manajemen pengelolaan arsip dinamis di SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Sumber data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tatap muka langsung dengan informan. Alat yang digunakan yaitu perekam dan kamera. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaksi meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Prosedur penelitiannya terdiri dari tahap pra lapangan, pekerjaan lapangan, dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen pengelolaan arsip dinamis sudah baik, kendala yang dihadapi yaitu hilangnya arsip berupa surat yang diambil oleh guru setempat tanpa melapor dan tidak mengembalikan ke tempat semula, dan usaha yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala yang ada yaitu dengan menanyakan arsip yang hilang pada guru setempat dan membuat peraturan untuk menulis pada buku surat bagi yang akan meminjam arsip, serta mensosialisasikan prosedur peminjaman arsip.The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of archive management, the constraints in the implementation of archive management, and efforts were made ​​to overcome barriers to the implementation of archive management in SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. The data source in this study was obtained through face to face with the informant. Tool used is the recorder and camera. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using interaction analysis techniques, include data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. The procedure consists of a pre research field, field work, and data analysis. The results showed that the implementation of archive management has been good, the constraints faced by the loss of archives in the form of a letter which was taken by a local teacher without the report and does not return to its original site, and the work done in overcoming the existing obstacles, namely by asking the missing archive on local teachers and make regulation to write the letter for the book to be borrowed archive, and disseminate lending procedures archive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model Problem Based Learning dan apakah Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IIS 5 SMA Negeri 1 Juwana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam 3 siklus. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada siklus I dengan kriteria kritis, siklus II dengan kriteria kritis, dan pada siklus III meningkat dengan kriteria sangat kritis. Persentase kemampuan guru pada pembelajaran siklus I dengan kriteri baik, siklus II meningkat menjadi kriteria sangat baik, dan siklus III dengan kriteria sangat baik. Rata-rata kelas yang dicapai siklus I dalam kategori cukup, siklus II dalam kategori baik, dan siklus III menjadi kategori sangat baik.The background of this research is the lack of students skills in critical thinking, moreover because the learning method that is used is not appropriate to use the oral speech without variation while the character is comprehension and annalistic. The results of this study showed that the percentage of the students critical thinking skill in the learning cycle I with the critical success criteria, the cycle II with the critical success criteria, and the cycle III increased with very critical success criteria. The percentage of the teacher learning ability in cycle I with good criteria, the cycle II increased with very good criteria, and the cycle III with very good criteria. The average grade achieved in the cycle I with fair category, the average grade in cycle II with good category, and the average grade in cycle III increased with very good category.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata diklat mengelola peralatan kantor kelas X jurusan administrasi perkantoran SMK Teuku Umar Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan administrasi perkantoran sebanyak 39 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis uji hipotesis. Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata diklat mengelola peralatan kantor kelas X jurusan administrasi perkantoran SMK Teuku Umar Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the influence of motivation to learn and the discipline of learning to learning achievement in training eye X-class office equipment manage office administration majors SMK Teuku Umar Semarang either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study was a class X students majoring in office administration of 39 students. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation methods. Analysis using descriptive analysis percentages, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and analysis. Multiple regression analysis showed that there was the influence of the effect of learning motivation and learning the discipline of learning achievement in training eye X-class office equipment manage office administration majors SMK Teuku Umar Semarang either simultaneously or partially.
