Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Paninggaran Pekalongan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Negeri 1 Paninggaran Pekalongan yang berjumlah 27 Guru. Karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 30 orang maka peneliti menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y= 22,889 + 0,605X1+0,395X2 + e .Uji F menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi 0,000, sehingga H1 diterima. Secara parsial (Uji t) variabel supervisi kepala sekolah diperoleh signifikansi 0,018, sehingga H2 dinyatakan diterima. Variabel komunikasi interpersonal diperoleh signifikansi 0,008, sehingga H3 dinyatakan diterima. Koefisien determinasi simultan (R2) antara supervisikepalasekolahdankomunikasi interpersonal terhadapkinerja guru sebesar 0,707 atau 70.70%. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence ofschool principal’s supervision and interpersonal communication towards teachers’ performance in state senior high school 1 of paninggaran,pekalongan. The population of this research is teachers inState Senior High School 1 of PaninggaranPekalongan; the total is 27 teachers. Because the population is less than 30 people, the researcher uses a saturated sampling which usesentire population as the samples. The data collection method is using questionnaire and documentation, whilethe analysis of data is using multiple regression analysis.The result of this study showed thatthe analysis using doubled linear regression obtained an equation: Y= 22,889 + 0,605X1 +0,395X2 + e.F-test showed that the significance value was 0.000, so H1 was accepted. Partially, (t-test) school principal’s supervision variable showed that the significance value was 0.018, so H2 was accepted. Interpersonal communication variable showed that the significance value was 0.008 so H3 was accepted. Simultaneous determined coefficient (R2) among school principal’s supervision and Interpersonal communication towards teachers’ performance was 0.707 or 70.7%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan arsip dari aspek manajemen yang ada di kantor kecamatan Tembalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini senagai informan yaitu Sekretaris Camat, Kasi Kependudukan, Kasubbag Umum dan Kepegawaian, dan Kasi Pembangunan. Teknik pengumpulan data nenggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap pra-lapangan, tahap pekerjaan lapangan, tahap analisis data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang mengetahui bahwa perencanaan arsip meliputi penciptaan arsip, pelayanan arsip, jenis arsip, ruang dan tempat penyimpanan arsip. Pengorganisasian arsip meliputi pembiayaan arsip, peralatan dan perlengkapan arsip, penerimaan dan pencatatan arsip, sistem penyimpanan arsip, asas penyimpanan arsip. Pengendalian arsip meliputi mengidentifikasi kerusakan arsip, pengamanan arsip, perawatan arsip, penyusutan dan pemusnahan arsip, peminjaman dan penemuan arsip. Pengawasan arsip meliputi evaluasi pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang menangani langsung masalah pengarsipan. The purpose from this research is to know more about management archive from the aspect of qualitative research. Data structure from this research, as the informan is Camat Secretary, Cation of Popuration, Head of the Public and Personnel, and Head of Development. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. This research procedur covers pre-field stage, the stage of field work, phase analysis of the data. Analysis of the data did by data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The research dutcome who knew that the planning includes the creation of archive files, archive services, the type of archive, storoge space, and the archive. Organizing archive includes the financing of the archive, equipment and supplies archives, receipts and recording archives, archival storoge system, the principle of the archives storoge. The archive control includes identifying damage, use of archives, security records, maintenance records, depreciation and destruction of records, ioan records and discovery. Supervision includes an evaluation of the implementation of the archival records management. Constraints faced is the lack of human resources that deal directly with the problem archiving.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh motivasi belajar, disiplin belajar dan media pembelajaran terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran pada mata diklat mengelola peralatan kantor di SMK NU 01 Kendal baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan administrasi perkantoran sebanyak 94siswa.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis uji hipotesis.Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh motivasi belajar, disiplin belajar dan media pembelajaran terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran pada mata diklat mengelola peralatan kantor di SMK NU 01 Kendal baik secara simultan maupun parsial.  Preparation to studyis the basic need that must be done by students Office Equipment learning outcomes. Learning readiness can be influenced by learning motivation, learning discipline and learning media. The problem of this study:Was there are any influence of learning motivation, learning discipline and learning media toward the 10th grade students’ learning readiness of OfficeAdministration in managing Office Equipment in SMK NU 01 Kendal. The population were 10thgrade student of Office Administration at SMK NU 01 Kendal, they were 94 students. The data were collected by questiononaires and documentation. The data were analyzed by percentage desciptive analiysis, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and SPSS analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the equation Y = 7.472 + 0.163X1 + 0.155X2+ 0.369X3, with F test was obtained F =  16.278 with a significance 0.000 and less than 0.05. Simultaneously, the influence of learning motivation, learning discipline and learning media toward the 10th grade students’ learning readiness was35.2%. Partially, the influence of learning resources toward the 10th grade students’ learning motivation was4.45%, 5.71% and the learning discipline and influence of learning media 6.35%.

Abstract

Dari observasi awal yang dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kudus, Pada mata pelajaran IPS khususnya pada materi kurve keseimbangan kurang variatif yaitu hanya ceramah tanpa variasi. Sedangkan materi yang diajarkan adalah aplikatif yaitu menuntut adanya keterampilan dari siswa.Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa membuatdanmembacakurvekeseimbangan maka dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan Metode Discovery. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII C SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kudus. Prosedur penelitian ini merupakan proses pembelajaran yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, dimana setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi dan test keterampilan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh presentase keterampilan siswa pada pembelajaran siklus I dengan kategori baik dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi dengan kategori amat baik, persentase aktivitas guru pada pembelajaran siklus I dengan kategori amat baik dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi dengan kategori amat baik, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa, adanya peningkatan keterampilan siswa membuatdanmembacakurvekeseimbangankelas VIII C. From the first observation done in Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School Kudus, gained information based on the interview result with the teacher of Social Studies grade VIII. Indeed, learning method that usually used are still conventional on Social Studies especially in equilibrium curve lesson is less variativethat is only speech without variants. Whereas the lessons taught are applicative that is demand skill existence for the students. The lesson that felt hard to understand to students are generally the lesson on making equilibrium curve and on reading curve mostly students still don’t understand the meaning of that curve. This is strengthened by average value on equilibrium cost lesson especially equilibrium curve on the VIII grade classified to quite low if compared with other basic competency. From all of grade VIII the lowest value is on grade VIII C. To improve student’s skill on making and reading equilibrium curve then done behavior class observational by Discovery Method. The subjects of this observation are the VIII C students of Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School Kudus. This observational procedure is the learning process that consists of 2 cycles, where every cycle includes planning, behavior implementation, observation and reflection.. Based on the observation result above can be conclude that, student skill improvement on making and reading equilibrium curve grade VIII C Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School by using Discovery Method. For suggestion, the teachers should use Discovery method toward Equilibrium Cost Curve lesson. Because the method mentioned have been proofed could improve students skill on making and reading equilibrium curve.

Abstract

Prestasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya yaitu modal budaya, pendidikan karakter, dan kepribadian siswa. Prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa masih belum mencapai prosentase ketuntasan minimal. Terdapat 24,50% dari seluruh siswa yang belum mencapai KKM yang ditetapkan sekolah yaitu ≥76. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh modal budaya, pendidikan karakter, dan kepribadian siswa terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa Tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian sampel dengan jumlah 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan  regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, modal budaya, pendidikan karakter, dan kepribadian siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 64,7%, modal budaya berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 5,85%, pendidikan karakter berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 6,56%, kepribadian siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 4,75%. Learning achievement is influenced by several factors, among which cultural capital, character education, and personality of the students. Learning achievement of economic subjects in SMA 1 Ambarawa still not reached the minimum percentage of completeness. There are 24.50% of all students who have not reached the KKM set ≥76 school. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of cultural capital, education, character, and personality of the students to the learning achievement of economic subjects in class XI Social SMAN 1 Ambarawa 2013/2014 school year either simultaneously or partially. This research includes the study sample with 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous, capital of culture, character education, and personality influence the students' learning achievement by 64.7%, the cultural capital effect on learning achievement by 5.85% economic subjects, character education lesson affect the achievement of economic study at 6 , 56%, personality affect the achievement of students studying economics  lesson at 4.75%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif siswa kelas XI AP SMK N 2 Magelang melalui motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI AP SMK N 2 Magelang tahun ajaran 2013/2014 sebanyak 105 siswa. Metode pengumpulan datanya dengan metode dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara langsung kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar dan terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga secara langsung terhadap hasil belajar. Pada penelitian ini juga diperoleh hasil bahwa adanya pengaruh tidak langsung kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan keluarga melalui motivasi belajar. Berdasarkan uji t, pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 3.145, pengaruh lingkungan keluarga sebesar 2.523 dan pengaruh motivasi belajar sebesar 3.353. Pengaruh tidak langsung kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajarsebesar 0,370 dan pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar sebesar 0,149.. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect influences of self learning and family environment toward XI grade students’ learning achievement of productive subjects in SMK N 2 Magelang through learning motivation. The population of this study were 105 XI grade students in SMK N 2 Magelang in the academic year of 2013/2014. The data were collected by documentation and questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result showed that there was direct influence of self learning on learning achievement and there was direct influence family environment on learning achievement. In this study also obtained the result that there were indirect influence of self learning and family environment through learning motivation. Based on the t-test, directly self learning influence 3.145 toward students’ learning achievement, directly family environment influence 2.523 toward students’ learning achievement and directly learning motivation influence 3.353 toward students’ learning achievement. Indirectly self learning influence 0.370 toward students’ learning achievement through learning motivation and indirectly family environment influence 0.149 toward students’ learning achievement through learning motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 5 Magelang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PNS di SMP Negeri 5 Magelang sebanyak 38 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persamaan garis regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 0,182  + 0,283 + e; Y (kinerja guru), X1 (motivasi), X2 (kepuasan kerja). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 5 Magelang. OutputSPSS pengaruh X1 terhadap Y sebesar 0,643 dengan nilai hubungan parsial sebesar 12,1% pada taraf signifikansi 0,035, sedangkan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 0,178 dengan hubungan parsial sebesar 17,8% pada taraf signifikansi 0,011. Jadi semakin baik motivasi dan kepuasan kerja maka semakin baik pula kinerja guru. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of motivation and job satisfaction on theteachers’ performance in SMP Negeri 5 Magelang either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research was a public civil servants in SMP Negeri 5 Magelang are 38 respondents. The collecting method was questionnaire and documentation. The analysis data technique were descriptive. The analysis showed that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 0,182X1 + 0,283X2 + E, with Y (teachers’ performance), X1 (motivation), X2 (job satisfaction). These results indicated that there was an influence of motivation and job satisfaction on the teachers’s performance in SMP Negeri 5 Magelang. The SPSS output effect of X1 on Y of 0.643 with a value 12.1% partial relationship at a significance level of 0.035, while the X2 to Y of 0.178 with 17.8% partial relations at a significance level of 0.011. So the better motivation and job satisfaction, the better the teachers’ performance.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan arsip dinamis, kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip dinamis, dan bagaimana usaha dalam mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip dinamis pada Kantor Perpustakaan Umum dan Arsip Daerah Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini sebagai informan yaitu Pengelola Arsip, Kepala TU, dan Arsiparis Bagian Arsip Daerah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisisi data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian meliputi, penciptaan arsip berupa penerimaan dan pembuatan arsip. Penggunaan arsip meliputi kegiatan pelayanan peminjaman dan temu kembali. Peminjaman arsip belum menggunakan kartu pinjam arsip. Pemeliharaan meliputi pemberkasan, penataan, penyimpanan, dan alih media. Penyusutan meliputi kegiatan pemindahan dan pemusnahan arsip. Penyusutan arsip belum melakukan jadwal retensi arsip. The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of records , any obstacles encountered in the implementation of records management , and how the effort to overcome the obstacles encountered in the implementation of records management in the Office of Archives and Public Library in Semarang. It was a qualitative research. The data sources – as the informant – were the Archive Manager, the Head of Administration, the Archivists of the Regional Archivessection. The data were collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis were performed by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the creation of the archive consists of two forms; they are acceptance and archiving. The use of the archive includes lending and retrieval services, the archives lending did not use the archive card yet, the maintenance of the archieves includes filing, organization, storage, and transfer of media, the depreciation includes removal and disposal of archives. The archives retention schedule is not done in the depreciation archival.

Abstract

Pendekatan saintifik adalah pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kurikulum 2013. Sebagian besar guru di SMA N 1 Bawang belum menerapkan pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA N 1 Bawang Kabupaten Batang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  yaitu sumber data manusia dan benda. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara semiterstruktur dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian guru belum menerapkan pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran. Beberapa guru yang mengajar masih mengalami hambatan dalam penerapan pendekatan saintifik. Dalam perencanaan hambatan  yang dialami guru yaitu: (1) hambatan dalam penyusunan RPP 2013, (2) pengembangan RPP, (3) kesulitan dalam menyiapkan media pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, hambatan yang dialami guru yaitu: (1) sulitnya menarik minat siswa untuk bertanya, (2) kurangnya waktu, (3) rumitnya persiapan, (4) guru kurang mampu mengelola kelas, (5) siswa banyak yang terlambat mengumpulkan tugas. Dalam kegiatan penilaian hambatannya yaitu (1) guru masih kesulitan dalam melakukan penilaian kepada siswa secara bersamaan, (2) guru masih bingung membuat instrument penilaian. Faktor pendukung penerapan pendekatan saintifik di SMA N 1 Bawang sangat di dukung oleh kemampuan guru dan sarana prasarana yang sudah cukup lengkap. Scientific approach is the approach used in the curriculum 2013. Most of the teachers SMA N 1 Bawang not apply scientific approach. This research was conducted in SMA N 1 Bawang in the Batang Regency using a qualitative case study approach. Sources of data used in this research that the human data sources and object.  Data collection techniques of observation, semistructured interviews and documentation. The validity is tested through triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the majority of teachers have not applied a scientific approach to learning. Some of the teachers who teach still experiencing problems in learning activities. In planning barriers experienced teachers namely: (1) constraints in the preparation of the RPP in 2013, (2) RPP development, (3) teachers' difficulties in preparing instructional media. In the implementation of learning, barriers experienced teachers: (1) are difficulty of attracting students to ask, (2) lack of tim, (3) the complexity of the preparation, (4) the teacher is not able to manage the class, (5) a lot of students who are late to collect duties. In the obstacle assessment activities: (1) teachers are still difficulties in assessing students simultaneously, (2) teachers assessment instrument is still confused. Factors supporting the application of the scientific approach in SMA N 1 Onions are supported by the ability of teachers and infrastructure facilities that are complete enough.

Abstract

Tujuanpenelitianiniyaituuntukmengetahuivaliditas soal, reliabilitas soal, daya pembeda soal, tingkat kesukaran soal dan efektifitas distraktorujianakhirsekolahproduktifpemasaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar jawab ujian akhir sekolahProduktif Pemasaran kelas XIIPemasaran SMK N 9 Semarang yang berjumlah 100 lembar. Variabel yang dikajidalampenelitianiniyaitukualitassoalberupavaliditas soal, reliabilitas soal, daya pembeda soal, tingkat kesukaran soal dan efektifitas distraktor. Pengumpulan data dilakukandengancaradokumentasi. Teknikanalisis data menggunakanprogram ANATES V4.Hasil penelitian soal UjianAkhirSekolah Produktif Pemasaran Kelas XII Pemasaran SMK Negeri 9 Semarang (StudiPadaTahun Ajaran 2013/2014) termasuk kategori validitas sangat rendah (54%), tergolong soal tidak reliable (Alpha = 0.63), daya pembeda jelek (56%), tingkat kesukaran sedang (40%), dan termasuk kategori dengan efektifitas distraktor yang jelek (62%tidakberfungsi).Kesimpulanpenelitianiniyaitu soalUjian Akhir Sekolah Produktif Pemasaran Kelas XII Pemasaran SMK Negeri 9 Semarang (StudiPadaTahun Ajaran 2013/2014) belum memiliki kualitas sesuai standar. Saran yang berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini yaitu. Dalampembuatansoalperludiperhatikankevalidansoal, reliabilitas soal,tingkatkesukaran, dayapembeda, efektifitasdistraktornyasehinggasoaltersebutbenar-benarmenggambarkanhasiltes yang sebenarnya.The purpose of this study is to find out the validity, reliability, distinguishing power, the range of difficulty of the test and the effective distracter of the final examination of productive marketing class. The population of this study is the worksheet of the students which is about 100 sheets in productive marketing class grade XII SMK 9 Semarang. The variables of this study are the quality of the test which shows the validity, the reliability, the range of difficulty of the test and the distracter. The data were collected by doing the documentation. The technique of analyzing data is using the ANATES V4 program. The result of the study for the final examination test of Productive Marketing Class grade XII SMK 9 Semarang on 2013/2014 shows that the validity of the test is poor which is about 54 %, the test is not reliable (alpha=0.63), the distinguishing power is poor (56%), the range of difficulty is medium (40%) and the test is also categorized of having poor distracter effectiveness (62% disfunctioned). The conclusion is that the quality of the final examination test for Productive Marketing Class grade XII SMK  9 Semarang 2013/2014 is not yet according to standard. The suggestions related to the result of the study are it is important to give more attention to the process of creating the valid test, to make the test more reliable, not to mention the range of difficulty and the distinguishing power, also the effectiveness of the distracter, so that the final examination test will shows the real result of students comprehending.  The purpose of this study is to find out the validity, reliability, distinguishing power, the range of difficulty of the test and the effective distracter of the final examination of productive marketing class.
