Abstract

Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahuntukmengetahuipengaruhmotivasi belajar, membaca kritis dan cara belajar terhadap berpikir kritis siswa jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Widya Praja Ungaran baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasidalampenelitianiniadalahseluruh siswa jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Widya Praja Ungaran tahun 2013/2014 sebanyak 265 siswa. Teknikanalisis data menggunakananalisisdeskriptifdananalisisinferensial. Hasilanalisismenunjukkanbahwapersamaangarisregresi linier bergandayaituŶ = 20,409 + 0,086 (X1) + 0,078 (X2) + 0,082 (X3). Besarnyapengaruhsecarasimultanantaramotivasibelajar, aktivitasbelajardancarabelajarterhadapberpikirkritissiswayaitu 40,1%. Variabel yang memberikanpengaruh paling besarterhadapberpikirkritissiswaadalahmotivasibelajardanmembacakritiskeduanyamempunyaipengaruhsebesar 75,5%, sedangkancarabelajarberpengaruhlebihkecilyaitusebesar 73,4%. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence influence of Learning Motivation, Critical Learning of Critical Thinking Students majoring in Administration Offices SMK WidyaPrajaUngaran school year 2013/2014. The population in this research is the whole Office Administration majors SMK students WidyaPrajaUngaran year 2013/2014 of 265 students, then taken samples as much as 159 students. The data collecting method is questionnaire and documentation. The analysis data technique are descriptive and inferential analysis. Result of the analysis shows the multiple linear regression equivalent is Ŷ = 20,409 + 0,086 (X1) + 0,078 (X2) + 0,082 (X3). The result of the calculation shows the amount of the influence of effect of simultaneously between learning motivation, learning activities and how to learn critical thinking to students that 40.1%.Variables that provide the greatest influence of critical thinking students is the motivation to learn and the habit of reading both have the influence of a landslide 75.5%, while smaller influential way of learning which amounted to 73.4%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kemampuan kerja pegawai, etos kerja dan semangat terhadap kualitas pelayanan di kantor kecamatan Sale kabupaten Rembang secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat kecamatan Sale kabupaten Rembang yang menerima pelayanan pada tahun 2013 sebanyak 5041 orang. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, menggunakan teknik sampel nonprobability sampling yaitu sampling incidental yang berarti teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan  bila dipandang orang yang kebetulan ditemui itu cocok sebagai sumber data. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi, kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan persamaan garis regresi linier bergandaY= 0,907+0,460X1+0,345X2+0,286X3. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh secara parsial pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 2,810, pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 4,599, dan pengaruh semangat kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 2,466. Pengaruh secara simultan kemampuan kerja, etos kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 67,842. The purpose of this study was to knowing  how to influence job skill employee, work ethics and entusiasm the service quality in the Sale subdistrict office, Rembangby partially or simultaneously. The population of this study were all people in Sale subdistrict office, Rembang serviced of 5041 people in 2013. The samples of this study were 100 people, used a nonprobability sampling technique which was an incidental sampling. The incidental sampling was used to collect the sample accidentally if the people were qualified as the data sources. The data were collectedby documentation, questionnaire, and observation. Then, the datawere analyzedby descriptive analysis and linear analysis. The results of the regression analysis showed that multiple linear regression equation was Y= 0.907 + 0.460X1 +0.345X2+ 0.286X3. The calculation showed that partial the influence of job skills toward the service quality was 2.810, the influence of work ethics toward the service quality was 4.599, and the influence of enthusiasm toward the service quality was 2.466. Simultaneously, the influence of job skills, work ethics and  enthusiasm toward service quality was 67.872.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minatpengaruh kedisiplinan belajar danmetode pembelajaran terhadap caraberfikir kreatif siswa jurusanadministrasi perkantoran SMKWidya Praja Ungaran tahun ajaran 2013/2014baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metodekuesioner,  dokumentasi, dan pengamatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier berganda yaitu bergandaŶ = 0,129 + 0,176(X1) + 0,118 (X2). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh secara simultan kedisiplinan belajar danmetode pembelajaran terhadap caraberfikir kreatif siswa sebesar 40,2%. Secara parsial besarnya pengaruh kedisiplinan belajar danmetode pembelajaran terhadap caraberfikir kreatif besarnya pengaruh kedisiplinan22,5%, dan besarnya metode pembelajaran sebesar4,57%. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of teacher profession interest, locus of control internal, the role of teacher tutor and learning achievement toward readiness of students to become teachers on economic education department faculty of economics Semarang State University either simultaneously or partially. The data collecting method is questionnaire and documentation. The analysis data technique arepercentage descriptive, multiple linear regression, the classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing analysis. Result of the analysis shows the multiple linear regression equivalent is Y = 0,393 + 0,513 X1 + 0,493X2 + 0,278 X3 + 5,472 X4.The result of the calculations showed the influence simultaneously of teacher profession interest , locus of control internal, the role of teacher tutor, learning achievement toward readiness of students to become teachers is 72.8%. Partially, the influence of teacher profession interest is 10.18%, the influence of the  locus of control internal 9.98%, the influence of the  role of teacher tutoris 4.88% and the influence of learning achievement is 3.724%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam arsip dinamis guna meningkatkan sistem informasi manajemen sehingga diperoleh kendala-kendala dan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan cara snowball sampling sebagai tekniknya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan dan studi lapangan yang meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peneliti memilih metode analisis data menurut Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi tiga tahapan: reduksi data, display data, verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Kabupaten Banjarnegara menggunakan pola klasifikasi dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip dinamis. Dengan penggunaan sistem itulah sistem informasi manajemen dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Kekurangan sistem ini adalah pada kegiatan pencatatan dan penyimpanan arsip dinamis aktif yang tidak dilaksanakan secara rutin dikarenakan pada bagian itu tidak ditunjuk petugas arsip yang menangani arsip, namun hanya dibebankan oleh seorang pegawai saja. Selain itu,  sampai saat ini kantor juga belum melaksanakan pemusnahan arsip yang sudah tidak memiliki nilai guna. The purpose of this study is to describe the functions of records management in order to improve the management of information systems in order to obtain the constraints and the efforts undertaken. The approach in this study is a qualitative approach with purposive sampling and snowball sampling as a technique. The research method used is the method of literature research investigators and field studies that include observations, interviews and documentation. Researchers chose the method of data analysis that includes Miles and Huberman three phases: data reduction, data display, verification. The study procedures include the permitting process, the implementation in the field, until the The results showed that the Office of Library and Archives Banjarnegara using pattern classification in the implementation of records management. With the use of management information system that the system can be implemented. conclusion. Disadvantages of this system is the activity of recording and storage of inactive records are not routinely carried out in part because it is not designated archivist who handle archives, but only charged by an employee alone. In addition, to date the office has not been carrying out destruction of records that have no value to.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik kompetensi peserta didik, pencapaian karakteristik kompetensi peserta didik,  dan pengembangan kompetensi peserta didik pada Bidang keahlian bisnis dan Manajemen yang sesuai kurikulum 2013 di SMK Widya Praja Ungaran tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa kelas X program keahlian Akuntansi, Administrasi Perkantoran, dan Pemasarandi SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan model analisis interaktif. Keabsahan data melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Karakteristik kompetensi peserta didik belum berjalan sesuai dengan harapan dalam kurikulum 2013.Guru belum memahami proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam kurikulum 2013. 2) Pencapaian kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan peserta didik belum tercapai sesuai dengan karakteristik kompetensi pada kurikulum 2013. 3) Pengembangan kompetensi peserta didik belum sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013, pendidikan dan pelatihan melalui bank mini, koperasi sekolah dan memasarkan produk demi mencapai keseimbangan soft skills dan hard skills masih bersifat konvensional, sistem pengembangan kompetensi belum mengarah sesuai kurikulum 2013. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of learners competence, achievement characteristics of learners competence and competence development of students in the field of business and management skills appropriate curriculum 2013 in vocational school Widya Praja Unggaran of year 2013/2014. The subjects in this study were principals, teachers and students of class X program expertise Accounting, Office Administration, and Marketing at vocational school (SMK) Widya Praja Unggaran. Collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed with the interactive model. The validity of data through triangulation. The results showed that 1) Characteristics of learners competence has not been in line with expectations in the curriculum 2013 Teachers do not understand the learning process in accordance with the provisions of the curriculum 2013. 2) Achievement of competence attitudes, knowledge, and skills of students has not been achieved in accordance with the characteristics of competence in curriculum 2013, 3) development of competence of learners is not in accordance with the curriculum 2013, education and training through mini banks, cooperative schools and markets products in order to achieve a balance of soft skills and hard skills still conventional, the system has not led to the development of competence in accordance curriculum 2013.

Abstract

Kinerja guru yang baik tentunya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komunikasi organisasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja yang ada di SMP Negeri 16 Semarang. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tingkat kedisiplinan guru dalam mengumpulkan perangkat pembelajaran masih rendah, hal ini mengakibatkan proses kegiatan belajar menjadi kurang efektif karena materi, media, dan metode yang dibawakan timbul secara spontan, siswa memiliki sedikit pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan di sekolah, materi belajar pada buku sekolah masih terbatas, dan ruang kantor yang terasa panas dan gelap. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi dan angket. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dilihat dari uji Fhitung = 22,103 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga diperoleh Y = 5,502 + 0,121X1 + 0,232X2 + 0,145X3+ 0,116X4. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komunikasi organisasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru yaitu 66,8%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja guru secara parsial adalah komunikasi organisasi yaitu sebesar 17,47%, sedangkan untuk kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh lebih kecil yaitu masing-masing sebesar 11,69%, 11,35% dan 10,56%.Teacher’s performance is influenced by several factors, such as principal’s leadership, organization communication, motivation, and work environment. The initial observation showed that the problems of the teacher’s performance were: teacher’s discipline to gather the learn program still low, it was ineffective learning process because the material, media, and method were spontaneous, students have a little knowledge about entrepreneurship, the books are still limited, and a part of the teacher’s room was hot and dark. The data were colleted by documentation and questionnaire. The significance of the test equation as calculated from the F test was 22.103 with probability was 0.000 < 0.05, while the results Y = 5,502 + 0,121X1 + 0,232X2 + 0,145X3+ 0,116X4. The simultaneous influence of the principal’s leadership, organization communication, motivation, and work environment toward the teachers performance was 66.8%. The most influential variable toward the teachers performance at SMPN 16 Semarang was organization communication which partially influenced up to 17.47%. Whereas; the principal’s leadership, motivation, and work environment gave lower influence for 11.69%, 11.35%, and 10.56%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, tingkat pendidikan dan kepemimpinan terhadap pengelolaan kearsipan di kantor kecamatan Wiradesa Kabupaten Pekalongan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor kecamatan Wiradesa sebanyak 57 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi dan interview. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persamaan garis regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 34.975 + 0.210X1 + 0.358X2 + 0.472X3 + 0.179X4 + e. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh secara parsial disiplin kerja sebesar 8.6%, besarnya pengaruh fasilitas kerja sebesar 8.9%, besarnya pengaruh tingkat pendidikan sebesar 10.6%, dan besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan sebesar 8.7%. Sedangkan secara simultan disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, tingkat pendidikan dan kepemimpinan sebesar 79.2%.. Berdasarkan hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar kewirausahaan siswa kelas X Tata Niaga SMK N 1 Salatiga kurang optimal. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan. Adakah pengaruh positif kompetensi pedagogik dan disiplin belajar serta motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan. Selanjutnya adakah pengaruh positif kompetensi pedagogik dan disiplin belajar melalui motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan.Base observation at SMK N 1 Salatiga, known that haven't all student on ten grade Commerce reach the high score in learning achievement of entrepreneurial. Problem in this research is about influence pedagogic competence of teachers and discipline learning jointly toward learning achievement of entrepreneurial. Pedagogic competence of teachers and discipline learning and learning motivation toward learning achievement of entrepreneurial. Influence Pedagogic competence of teachers and discipline learning through learning motivation as an intervening variable toward learning achievement of entrepreneurial .The population of this study used the entire class of Ten Grade Commerce Student SMK N 1 Salatiga, it consisted of 75 students. This study did not use research sample, but it examined the entire population. The variable in this study was the independent variable of pedagogic competence of teachers (X1), discipline learning (X2), motivation to learn as an intervening variable (Y1) and learning achievement (Y2) as the dependent variable. Data collection methods : documentation and questionnaires or questionnaires. Methods of data analysis was descriptive analysis and analysis of the percentage of test paths ( path analysis ).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kinerja guru, dan penggunaan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar prakarya dan kewirausahaan siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 02 Pekalongan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 02 Pekalongan yang berjumlah 354 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel bebas yaitu kinerja guru (XI), penggunaan fasilitas belajar (X2), dan hasil belajar (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Metode pengumpulan data: dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis yaitu analisi deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persaman regresi Y = 14,003 + 0,049X1 + 0,055X2. Secara parsial ada pengaruh positif kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 9,4%, dan penggunaan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 7,4%. Secara simultan ada pengaruh positif kinerja guru, dan penggunaan fasilitas terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 40,1% dan sisanya sebesar 59,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Perhitungan secara deskriptif menunjukkan variabel kinerja guru, dan penggunaan fasilitas belajar dalam kriteria baik, sedangkan variabel hasil dalam kriteria sangat baik.This study aims to determine The Influence of Teacher’s Performance, and Learning Facility Towards Learning Result for The Craft and Entrepreneurship Subject X Grade of SMK 02 Pekalongan. The population in this study were all students of X grade of SMK 02 Pekalongan amounting to 354 students and the sample in this study amounted to 78 students. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The variable in this study is the independent variable is the teacher’s performance (XI), the use of learning facilities (X2), and the achievment (Y) as the dependent variable. Method of data collection: documentation and questionnaires. Methods of analysis, descriptive analysis of the percentage and multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained by the regression equation Y = 14,003 + 0,049X1 + 0,055X2. Partially teacher’s performance impacts on learning result of the craft and entrepreneurship’s students as many as (9.4 %). While the use of learning facility are partially influenced as many as (7.4 %). Simultaneously there is a positive influence teacher’s performance, and use of learning facility impact on Achievment of 40.1% and the remaining 59.9% is influenced by other factors not examined. Descriptive calculations showed variable teacher’s performance, and use of learning facility in both criteria, while the criterion variable in achievment in excelent criteria.

Abstract

Kesiapan kerja adalah keseluruhan kondisi individu yang meliputi kematangan fisik, mental dan pengalaman serta adanya kemauan dan kemampuan untuk melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan atau kegiatan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kesiapan kerja yang dialami siswa SMK Negeri 1 Warureja dan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dominan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa  kelas XII  SMK Negeri 1 Warureja yang berjumlah 264 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proportional random sampling. Jumlah responden ditentukan sebesar 28,30% dari jumlah siswa tiap-tiap kelas yang merupakan hasil perhitungan dari 75/265 x 100 % = 28,30% contohnya kelas XII Akuntansi yang berjumlah 74 di ambil sampel 28,30% yaitu 20 siswa sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 15 variabel mereduksi menjadi 12 variabel yang masing-masing mengelompok menjadi 2 faktor yaitu : 1) pribadi siswa dan lingkungan, 2) potensi diri siswa dan lingkungan. Faktor 1 mampu menjelaskan 47,046 % variasi dan faktor kedua menjelaskan 35,645 % variasi atau kedua faktor mampu menjelaskan 82,690 % variasi dan selebihnya sebesar 17,31 dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak masuk dalam model. Faktor kesiapan kerja yang dominan yaitu faktor pribadi siswa dan lingkungan melihat nilai kumulatif dari varian sebesar 95,94%Job readiness is the overall condition of an individual which includes physical maturity, mental and experiences,and also the willingness and ability to carry out a task or activity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors working readiness experienced by students of SMK Negeri 1 Warureja and to analyze the dominant factors.  The population in this study are all students of class XII SMK Negeri 1 Warureja which totaled 264 students. Sample in this study using proportional random sampling, which is a combination of proportional sampling with random sampling number of respondents was set at 28.30% of the total number of students for each class which is the result of the calculation of the 75/265 x 100% = 28.30% example class Accounting XII numbering 74 in grab samples of 28.30% which is 20 students as the sample. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Techniques of data analysis using factor analysis. The results showed that of the 15 variables reduce to 12 variables, each of which clustered into two factors: 1) personal environment that includes students, 2) self-potential students and environment. Factor 1 is able to explain 47.046% of the variation and the second factor explained 35.645% of the variation or two factors can explain the variation and the remaining 82.690% of 17.31 is explained by other factors not included in the model. Job readiness dominant factors, namely personal factors and environmental students see the value of the cumulative variance of 95.94%.

Abstract

Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata keaktifan siswa kelas X AP 1 tergolong rendah yaitu hanya sebesar 52 %. Siswa di kelas tersebut cenderung pasif hanya beberapa siswa yang bertanya dan mengemukakan pendapat pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran 1 SMK Hidayah Semarang yang terdiri dari 18 siswa. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar  62,4% dalam kategori cukup aktif, rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 74,20 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 67%. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus II menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 72% dalam kategori tinggi, rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 79,62 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 72%. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus III menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 78,88% dalam kategori tinggi, rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 84,375 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 78%.Based on the initial observation, the data showed that the average students’ activeness of 10th grade students of Office Administration1 was less active, it was only 52%. Students were passive on the learning process because only several students who gave question and delivered arguments during the teaching learning proccess. Based on the background above, the questions of research were; 1) Did the implementations of Probing Prompting learning model improve students’ activeness? 2) The subject of this research was10th grade students of Office Administration I in SMK Hidayah Semarang, they were 18 students.. The data were collected by observation, documentation, and examination. The data were analyzed by classroom action research analysis and linear regression analysis.The result of cycle I showed that the average of students’ activeness was 62.4% which categorized on active enough, the average scor eof study result was 74.20 with classical completeness was 67%. The result of cycle II showed that the average of students’ activeness was 72% which categorized on highly active, the average score of learning result was 79,62 with classical completeness was 72%. The cycle III as the last cycle showed that the average of students’ activeness was 78.88% which categorized on highly active, the average of study result was 84.37 with classical completeness was 78%.
