Abstract

Melalui Bimbingan Kelompok dengan teknik Permainan Kerjasama diharapkan rendahnya komunikasi antar pribadi siswa dapat ditingkatkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan komunikasi antar pribadi melalui Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Permainan Kerjasama. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik non parametrik dengan rumus wilcoxon. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan komunikasi antar pribadi siswa sebelum mendapatkan perlakuan sebesar 59% dengan kategori sedang dan setelah mendapatkan perlakuan meningkat menjadi 78% dengan kategori tinggi. Perbedaan tingkat komunikasi antar pribadi siswa sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan perlakuan sebesar 19%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya komunikasi antar pribadi siswa pada kelas XI Matematika dan Sains 2 SMA Negeri 1 Muntilan meningkat setelah mendapatkan Bimbingan kelompok dengan Teknik Permainan Kerjasama. Adapun saran yang dapat peneliti sampaikan adalah guru pembimbingan dapat melaksanakan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Permainan Kerjasama sebagai salah satu media untuk meningkatakan kemampuan komunikasi antar pribadi khususnya untuk kelas X yang masih memerlukan adaptasi di sekolah yang baru.Through the Technical Guidance Group Cooperation Games is expected to improve the students’ interpesonal comunication. The purpose of this study was to determine the success in increasing interpesonal comunication through Technical Guidance Group Cooperation Games. Psychological scale method was used to collect the data. A non-parametric statistical Wilcoxon formula was used to analyze the data. Based on the results of the study show the interpesonal comunication of students before getting treatment by 59% with moderate category and after getting treatment increased to 78% with the high category. The difference in the level of interpesonal comunication of students before and after getting treatment by 19%. The conclusions of this study is the lack of interpesonal comunication in eleventh graders of Mathematics and Science 2 SMA Negeri 1 Muntilan increased after getting Guidance group with Cooperation Game Technique. As for the suggestion, Technical Guidance Group Cooperation Games can be used as one of the media to increase the ability of interpesonal comunication, especially for tenth graders which still require adaptation in the new school.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran minat terhadap jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan sebelum dan setelah memperoleh layanan Bimbingan Kelompok serta mengetahui perbedaan tingkat minat terhadap jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan sebelum dan setelah memperoleh layanan Bimbingan Kelompok. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 5 Semarang dengan subyek 10 orang siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu skala psikologis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon match pairs. Hasil penelitian menunjukan minat terhadap jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan sebelum pemberian treatment rata-rata pada kategori sedang (67,9%). Setelah pemberian treatment, minat terhadap jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan rata-rata pada kategori tinggi (79,1%). Hasil uji wilcoxon match pairs menunjukan   (0) dan   5% (8), sehingga   (0   8) yang berarti   diterima dan   ditolak. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa minat terhadap jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan Bimbingan Kelompok. The research problems are include (1)  How is the cooperative model type talking stick which is helped multimedia quiz creator to improve the senior high school students’ folklore attentive skill. (2) how is the principles of cooperative model type talking stick development which is helped by multimedia quiz creator to improve the  senior high school students’ folklore attentive skill. This research uses research and development design (R&D), this research developes model which  have been exist that is cooperative model type talking stick into cooperative model type talking stick which is helped by multimedia quiz creator. The results of the researches are : (1) the teacher and students’ need toward to cooperative model type talking stick which is helped by multimedia quiz creator. (2) cooperative model type talking stick priciples are (a) innovative learning strategy, (b) innovative learning media, (c) assessment.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in the guidance and counseling teacher graduates of state universities and private colleges in Pemalang district Junior High School. The purpose of this study was to prove there any differences in pedagogical competence and professional competence of guidance and counseling teacher graduates of state universities and private colleges. This research is a comparative study with teacher guidance and counseling 40 subjects. The data collection method used was a questionnaire about pedagogical competence and professional competence of guidance and counseling teacher. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of the percentage and t-test. The results showed no difference in the average and the percentage of each component. It shows that there are differences in the implementation of pedagogic and professional competence between guidance and counseling teacher graduates of state universities and private colleges in Pemalang district Junior High School.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran orientasi karir siswa keturunan Jawa dan siswa keturunan Tionghoa, perbandingan orientasi karir antara keduanya, serta implikasi pada penerapan layanan konseling karir. Skala psikologis diberikan kepada 260 orang siswa SMA di Kota Salatiga, serta 6 orang responden untuk dilakukan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yang mencakup deskriptif prosentase dan uji beda T-Test Polled Varians, serta analisis kualitatif hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, dimana rata-rata orientasi karir siswa keturunan Tionghoa lebih tinggi daripada siswa keturunan Jawa. Namun, apabila dibandingkan tiap aspek orientasi karir, siswa keturunan Tionghoa unggul pada aspek perencanaan karir dan aspek informasi dunia kerja. Sedangkan siswa keturunan Jawa unggul pada aspek eksplorasi karir dan aspek pengambilan keputusan karir. Implikasi pada penerapan layanan konseling karir, adalah diketahuinya isu-isu kultural yang muncul ketika memberikan layanan konseling karir dalam konteks keragaman etnis dan ras, termasuk bagi siswa keturuan Jawa dan siswa keturunan Tionghoa. The purpose of this study is to comparatively describing career orientation of Javanese student and Chinese student, and implications on the application of career counseling. Psychological scales were distributed to 260 high school students in Salatiga, and 6 respondents to be interviewed. Data analysis using descriptive quantitative analysis that includes percentages and different test polled Variance T-Test, and qualitative analysis of the interview results. The results found that there is significant difference of the average of career orientation between Chinese student and  Javanese students. Result also revealed that Chinese student has a higher average than Javanese student on career orientation. However, when compared to every aspect in career orientation, ethnic Chinese student superior only on career planning and world-of-work information. Meanwhile Javanese student superior on career exploration and career decision-making. Implications on the application of career counseling is cultural issues should be reflected in providing career counseling in the context of ethnic and racial diversity, including in Javanese and Chinese student.

Abstract

Belajar merupakan suatu proses perubahan perilaku seseorang berdasarkan praktik atau pengalaman tertentu. Perilaku belajar merupakan semua aktivitas dalam rangka memperoleh hal, pemahaman, dan tingkah laku baru individu. Perilaku belajar mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Faktor yang berpengaruh secara determinan dalam perilaku belajar bisa ditinjau dari faktor fisiologis, psikologis, keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk perilaku belajar mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang dan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku belajar. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UNNES angkatan 2010 dan 2011. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Insidental Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Instrument tersebut telah diujicobakan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase untuk bentuk perilaku belajar dan regresi ganda untuk faktor determinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bentuk perilaku belajar positif yang paling muncul adalah mencatat pada saat kuliah yaitu sebanyak 84,44% sedangkan perilaku belajar negatif adalah mengcopy tugas teman sebanyak 62,74%. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku belajar adalah faktor psikologis sebesar 55,6%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah faktor psikologis paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku belajar mahasiswa.   Learning is a process of change in behavior human based on practice or particular experience. Learning behavior is activity in order to gain something, understanding, and new behavior. College student learning behavior is influenced by several factors. The determinant factors that influence the learning behavior can be observed from physiological, psychological, family, school, and community. The problems studied in this research is the form of learning behavior UNNES college students and the factors affecting the learning behavior. This type of research is survey research. The population is UNNES college students grade 2010 and 2011. The sampling using an incidental sampling technique. The methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The instrument has been tested for use in this research. The Data analysis using descriptive percentages to analyze form of learning behavior and multiple regression for determinant factor. The results showed that the most positive form learning behaviors is take some note at the time of the study as 84.44% while the most negative learned behaviors are copying friends task as 62.74%. The factors that most influence of learning behavior is a psychological factor as 55.6%. The conclusions of this study are the psychological factors most influence on student learning behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian berdasarkan fenomena program bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah belum berjalan dengan baik terutama pada bagian perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program BK. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengembangan program di SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta dan SMA N 8 Surakarta mulai dari (1) pelaksanaan asesmen kebutuhan melalui pengumpulan data, (2) interpretasi data asesmen kebutuhan, (3) penetapan prioritas kebutuhan, (4) penetapan tujuan program, (5) penetapan prosedur program, dan (6) perencanaan bagi perbaikan peningkatan penyempurnaan program. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini melibatkan guru BK di SMA Negeri Kota Surakarta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pada SMA N 7 Surakarta pengembangan program fokus pada penggunaan instrumen dalam asesmen, sasaran asesmen, kesesuaian asesmen dengan kebutuhan siswa, layann klasikal dan layanan kelompok. Sedangkan SMA N 8 Surakarta  difokuskan pada penentuan prioritas kebutuhan dan analisis data kebutuhan siswa.This research of program guidance and counselling in schools has not fully well especially at the planning and execution of counseling and guidance program. The purpose to know the development program at senior high school 7 Surakarta and senior high school 8 Surakarta ranging from (1) the implementation of needs assessment through data collection, data interpretation (2) the assessment of needs, (3) the determination of priority needs, (4) The goal setting program, (5) the determination of the procedures of the program, and (6) The planning for improvements to increase refinement program. Type of this research is descriptive qualitative approach to case studies. This research involves guidance and counseling teachers in senior high school of  Surakarta. The methods of data collection are use interviews, observation and documentation. The techniques of data analysis use of data collection, data presentation, data reduction and withdrawal of the conclusion. The conclusion of this research is on high school 7 Surakarta program development focus on the use of the instruments in the assessment, goal assessment, conformity assessment to the requirements of students, service groups and classical service. While high school 8 Surakarta focused on the determination of priority needs and data analysis needs of the students.

Abstract

Gangguan perhatian sangat mengganggu perkembangan anak dalam aspek sosial, belajar dan pribadi. Faktor keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang sangat tinggi terhadap perkembangan gangguan perhatian pada anak. Sehingga penelitian ini ingin mengetahui tingkat gangguan perhatian dan pengaruh faktor keluarga terhadap gangguan perhatian yang dialami anak. Sejalan dengan tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat gangguan perhatian dan pengaruh faktor keluarga pada siswa kelas bawah SD IT Cahaya Bangsa Semarang. Skala penilaian digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat gangguan perhatian keempat subjek dan wawancara diberikan kepada subjek, wali kelas, teman dan orang tua subjek untuk memperoleh data pengaruh faktor keluarga. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis deskriptif studi kasus. Ditemukan bahwa tingkat gangguan perhatian pada keempat subjek tinggi dan faktor keluarga sangat mempengaruhinya. Faktor keluarga yang sangat berpengaruh adalah pola asuh orang tua yang cenderung kepada pola asuh permisif dan pola asuh otoriter.Inattention is very disturbing of child development in sosial, learning and personal aspect. Family factors have a very high influence on the development of inattention in children. Therefore, this research would like to know the level of inattention and the influence of femily factors on inattention experienced by children. In line with the objectives of this study to determine the level of inattention and the influence of family factors on the lower grade student SD IT Cahaya Bangsa Semarang. Rating scale used to measure the level of the fourth subject of inattention and interviews given to the subject,homeroom, friends and the parents to obtain the data subject influence of family factors. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and the percentage of descriptive analysis of case studies. It was found that the level of inattention in the fourth subject is very high and the family factors is influencing. A very influential family factors are parenting parents who tend to permissive parenting and authoritarian parenting.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi atau temuan empiris tentang mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik melalui layanan penguasaan konten pada siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 3 Taman Pemalang. Populasinya adalah seluruh  kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Taman Pemalang yang berjumlah 312 siswa dan sampel yang berjumlah 36 siswa menggunakan purposeive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala prokrastinasi akademik. Instrumen tersebut telah diujicobakan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan validitas dengan rumus product moment oleh Pearson dan reabilitas instrument dengan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif persentase dan Uji t ( t-test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat penurunan prokrastinasi akademik melalui layanan penguasaan konten, dengan nilai thitung = 13,638 > ttabel = 2,032. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yakni prokrastinasi akademik dapat dikurangi melalui layanan penguasaan konten. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan guru pembimbing dapat lebih mengintensifkan layanan penguasaan konten kepada siswa sebagai strategi alternatif untuk membantu siswa mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik. The aim for this research was to get information or empirical finding about decreasing effect of academic procrastination as the result of content mastery. Population of this study was 8 grade students of the VIII C class in SMP Negeri 3 Taman Pemalang which consist of 312 students. 36 students was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using academic procrastination scale. The instrument has been tested for validity using Pearson product moment and reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Data analysis used pearson product moment, descriptive percentage, and t-test. The result showed there was decrement of academic procrastination thrught mastery of content service with tcount = 13,638> ttable = 2,032. From this reasearch it can be conluded that academic procrastination could be decreased through mastery of content service. It is hoped that the teacher as a guide can be more intensively applicate mastery of content service to the students as an alternative strategy to help students decrease academic procrastination.

Abstract

The purpose of research to find out how the role of parents in motivating students. This research is a case study. The research was conducted in class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Sejong Bradford, with subject five students and five parents. Methods of data collection using scale of motivation to learn and interview. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive data. The results showed, subjects one, have a high learning motivation, high parental role in motivating learning. The subject of two has a low learning motivation, poor parental role in motivating student learning. Subjects of three, have moderate learning motivation, the role of parents is in motivating learning. The subject of four has a high learning motivation, high parental role in motivating learning. Five subjects, show low learning motivation, low parental role in motivating learning. So concluded the role of parents in motivating learning the subject one and four high, medium and subject three subjects two and five low.
