Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu disertai data hasil wawancara yang menunjukkan supervisi bimbingan dan konseling di SMA belum efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Memperoleh informasi secara objektif, mendalam, dan menyeluruh mengenai pengelolaan dan faktor internal penghambat keefektifan pelaksanaan supervisi bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang tahun 2014/2015.  Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif deskriptif, dengan lokasi penelitian adalah SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang. Subjek penelitian dan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengawas, guru bimbingan dan konseling, kepala sekolah SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang, serta koordinator pengawas Kota Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif oleh Miles dan Huberman. Pengujian kebasahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan supervisi bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang pada bagian perencanaan, sekolah tidak terlibat sebagai sumber data penyusunan program, pada bagian pelaksanaan supervisi bersifat insidental, dan bagian evaluasi dan tindak lanjut belum terlaksana. Faktor internal penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang adalah motivasi dan komitmen yang relatif rendah.This study is based on the previous study and interview result that shows ineffectiveness of guidance and counseling sepervision in high school. The purpose of this study is to collect information objectively, profoundly, and thoroughly about the management of guidance and counseling supervision at SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang and the internal factors that obstruct it. This study belongs to descriptive qualitative study that took place in SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang. The subject and informants of this study were the supervisor, the guidance and counselors, the principal of SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang and the coordiantor of supervisors in Semarang. The procedures of collecting the data were interview, observation, and documentation. Miles and Huberman interactive model was used as a technique of analyzing the data. Sources triangulation technique was done to validate the data. The result of data analysis shows that the school was not involved in any part in the management of  guidance and counseling supervision, more specifically in the planning part and  in the program arrangement as the data source. Moreover, the execution of supervision was incidental and there is no follow-up activity. The internals factors that obstruct the effectiveness of it are the lack of motivation and commitment.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya dan keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman larangan perilaku seks pranikah. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X sejumlah 39 siswa yang memiliki tingkat pemahaman yang rendah dan sedang. Metode dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes pemahaman. Teknik analisis data digunakan uji t-test dengan hasil thitung = 12,78 dan ttabel = 2,042, jadi thitung > ttabel berada pada daerah penolakan, maka dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima, Ho ditolak hal ini menunjukan bahwa layanan informasi dengan dukungan tampilan kepustakaan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman larangan perilaku seks pranikah pada siswa kelas X SMK Fatahillah Cipari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman siswa sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan tindakan mengalami peningkatan yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus yaitu pasca siklus I pada kategori tinggi meningkat sebesar 40,9% dan dalam kategori sedang menurun sebanyak 41,9%. Pasca siklus II pemahaman meningkat sebanyak 56,5% dalam kategori sangat tinggi dan dalam kategori tinggi sebanyak 43,5%. Dengan demikian, pemahaman larangan perilaku seks pranikah siswa kelas X SMK Fatahillah Cipari dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan informasi dengan dukungan tampilan kepustakaan. The purpose of this research is to determine success of efforts to improve understanding about the risk of premarital sex. Subject of study are students of class X which consist of 39 students who have a low and moderate level of understanding. An instrument is used to gather information about the risk of premaritalsex understanding. T-test analysis is used , with the results tresult= 12.78 and ttable= 2,042, so tresult > ttable are in the area of rejection, so it  can concluded Ha accepted, Ho is rejected, this shows that the display of information services to support literature library can enhance the understanding of the risk of premarital sex of students class X in SMK Fatahillah Cipari. Research indicating the level of understanding before and after treatment is increase. Treatments are done in two cycles, after the first study the category of high increased 40,9 % and in the moderate category declined by 41,9 %. After the second treatment the understanding is increased about 56.5 % in the group of very high category and about  43.5% in the higher category. Thus it can be concluded that the understanding of the prohibition of premarital sexual behavior in class X SMK Fatahillah Cipari can be enhanced through information services with the display of literature. .

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksankan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi di desa Kedungrejo yang menunjukkan orang tua dengan pemahaman yang masih rendah terhadap pernikahan dini. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penilaian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberhasilan layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua terhadap pernikahan dini di desa Kedungrejo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua warga desa Kedungrejo. Subyek dalam penelitian ini ada 14 orang tua dengan prosentase pemahaman yang masih tergolong rendah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala psikologis,wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman pada orang tua. Dari perhitungan persentase rata- rata pemahaman orang tua sebelum mendapatkan layanan bimbingan kelompok adalah 50,93% dan termasuk kategori rendah. Namun, setelah mendapatkan layanan bimbingan kelompok persentase terjadirata- rata tersebut mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar 20,07% menjadi 71% dan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman orang tua terhadap pernikahan dini diupayakan dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan bimbingan kelompok.   This research was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurred in the Kedungrejo village that shows parents low understanding in early marriage. Goal of this research is to determine the success of group counseling services to enhance the understanding of parents about early marriage in the Kedungrejo village. This study is conducted with experimental research. The population of this research were elderly villagers and parents live in Kedungrejo. There were 14 parents with relatively low percentage of early marriage understanding. Method of data collection used were psychological scales, interview and observation. The results of the research showing an increase in understanding the risk and the threats  of early marriage among parents. From the calculation of the average percentage of parents before getting guidance services group was 50.93% and relatively in low category. However, after getting guidance services group average percentage had increased in the amount of 20.07%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the understanding of parents in early marriage can be improved through group guidance services.

Abstract

This research has been implemented according to phenomenon in several elementary school state of Boja region which indicate the diversity between regular students and Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) students. The objective of this research is to observe the difference of achievement motivation between regular students and CCT students. The population are 27 public elementary schools in Boja and the sample are 12 public elementary schools with 60 regular students and 60 CCT students using purposive sampling technique. The instrument has been tested for validity used product moment and reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Data analysis techniques used that is analysis descriptive percentage. The researcher used statistical t-test analysis technique to analyze the data. The result showed significant number at 0,618. Based result t-test of achievement motivation score tcount= 9,042> ttable= 1,980 or meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The result of this research is that there is difference achievement motivation between regular students and CCT students. Therefore, teachers are expected to give support and guidance to regular students and conditional CCT students in order to increase the student’s acievement motivation in a better way.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan ada pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas VIII.D SMP Negeri 41 Gunungpati Semarang. Latar belakang penelitian didapat dari hasil wawancara dengan guru BK bahwa tingkat kedisiplinan belajar siswakelas VIII.D kurang, terbuktiadanya siswa tersebut terlambat masuk kelas dengan jumlah 13 siswa,membolos dengan jumlah 8 siswa, tidak menyelesaikan tugas tepatwaktu dengan jumlah 10 siswa, dantidak mengerjakan PR sejumlah 5 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desainone group pre-test and post-test.Populasi penelitian ini adalahkelas VIII.D SMP Negeri 41 Gunungpati Semarang sejumlah 30 siswa. Teknik sampeladalah purposive samplingsehingga didapatkansebanyak 10 siswa. Analisis data menggunakandeskriptif presentase dan uji sign test wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kedisiplinan belajar siswa sebelum memperoleh perlakuanbimbingan kelompok, diperoleh kriteria sedang (65,6%). (2) kedisiplinan belajar siswa setelah bimbingan kelompok, kriteria meningkat menjadi tinggi (76,1%). (3) Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, kesimpulannya adalah“Ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap kedisiplinan belajar pada siswa kelas VIII.D SMP Negeri 41 Gunungpati Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015”.The objective of the research is to prove whether the effect of group counseling services to students discipline at grade VIII.D Junior High School 41 Gunungpati Semarang. The background of the research come from interviews to the counseling services teacher that VIII.D grade students level lack of discipline, it is proved that there aresome studentswho come late to the class amount 13 students, 8 students absent, 10 students do not complete the task on time, and 5 students do not did homework. This research is an experimental research design with one group pre-test and post-test. The population of the research are30 students at VIII.D grade Gunungpati SMP Negeri 41 Semarang. Sampling technique is purposive sampling to get 10 students. The data analysis using descriptive percentage sign test and Wilcoxon test. The results showed that (1) students learning discipline before got group counseling, it get medium criteria (65.6%). (2) students learning discipline after group counseling, the criteria increased (76.1%). (3) Ha accepted and Ho rejected, the conclusion is "There is a significant effect of group counseling services to the learning discipline at grade  VIII.D Junior High School 41 Gunungpati Semarang Academic Year 2014/2015”.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi atau temuan empiris tentang meningkatkan perilaku prososial melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik sosiodrama pada siswa kelas VII  SMP Negeri 21 Semarang. Populasinya adalah 40 siswa  kelas VII SMP Negeri 21 Semarang yang memiliki perilaku prososial rendah dan sampel yang berjumlah 17 siswa menggunakan purposeive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala perilaku prososial. Instrumen tersebut telah diujicobakan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan validitas dengan rumus product moment oleh Pearson dan reabilitas instrument dengan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif persentase dan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan perilaku prososial melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik sosiodrama, dengan nilai Zhitung = 0< Ztabel = 35. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yakni perilaku prososial siswa dapatditingkatkan melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik sosiodrama . Oleh karena itu, diharapkan guru pembimbing dapat lebih mengintensifkan layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik sosiodrama kepada siswa sebagai strategi alternatif untuk membantu meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa. The aim for this research was to get information or empirical finding about increasing prososial behavior as the result of content mastery with sociodrama technique. Population of this study was 40 students of the VII  class in SMP Negeri 21 Semarang which has a low prosocial behavior. 17 students was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using prosocial behavior scale. The instrument has been tested for validity using Pearson product moment and reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Data analysis used pearson product moment, descriptive percentage, and wilcoxon. The result showed there was enhancement of prosocial behavior thrught mastery of content service with sociodrama technique with Zcount = 0< Ztable = 35. From this reasearch it can be conluded that prosocial behavior could be enhancement through mastery of content service with sociodrama technique. It is hoped that the teacher as a guide can be more intensively applicate mastery of content servicewith sociodrama technique to the students as an alternative strategy to help students increase prosocial behavior

Abstract

This research is based on the data collected from Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) on 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Semarang that shows that many students still have low consciousness of independent learning and negative self-concept. The aim of this research is to find out relationship between independent learning and self-concept illustration of students using facebook. This research used ex post facto with correlational quantitative method. The populations used in this research are students of SMP Negeri 7 Semarang who use facebook. Data-collection method uses psychology scale which is independent learning and self-concept scale. Data-analysis technique uses percentage descriptive statistics and correlation analysis product moment. The result of percentage descriptive statistics showed that students’ independent learning was on high category (74.8 %) and students’ self-concept was on high category (77.8 %). According to the result of correlation product moment test, it showed that rhitung = 0,619 > rtabel = 0,148 that means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The result indicates there is positive and significant relationship between independent learning and self-concept of students of SMP Negeri 7 Semarang who use facebook

Abstract

The research was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in women students junior boarding school education who have behavioral violation of the rules set boarding school. This study aims to determine how the image of self-control education junior high school female students in Pondok Pesantren Al-Muayyad Surakarta and its aspects and factors that influence it. This type of research is qualitative case study design. The research location in Pondok Pesantren Al-Muayyad Surakarta. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation. Techniques of analysis using models Miles and Huberman. Testing the validity of the data using the techniques of observation and triangulation source persistence. The results show the subjects self-control is influenced by factors vary with the subjects motivation to enter in boarding school and peer influences that are subjects that have weak and strong self-control. Location of the boarding school in the urban influence on the behavior of which is owned by the students. The conclusions in this study found three self-contained control on women students junior high school education that is against the rules of self-control, self-control and self-control against the norms of the social conditions. The most important factor is the subject of self-control forming peers.
