Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang menjadi determinan dalam ketidakterlaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian survai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konselor di SMK se-Kota Pekalongan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah  teknik  purposive sampling, karena ada sekolah yang tidak terdapat subjek penelitian dalam hal ini konselor dan sekolah yang tidak memungkinkan untuk dilakukan penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang diberikan kepada konselor. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor dan deskriptif presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal berpengaruh lebih besar dari faktor eksternal, sehingga menjadi determinan dalam ketidakterlaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Faktor internal yang menjadi determinan adalah kompetensi profesional, kemudian untuk faktor ekternal komponen yang menjadi determinan dalam ketidakterlaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok adalah beban tugas konselor. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor internal menjadi determinan dalam ketidakterlaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Dengan kata lain komponen dari faktor internal dan eksternal yang menjadi determinan dalam ketidakterlaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok adalah kompetensi profesional dan beban tugas konselor. The purpose of this research was to describe the determine factor of the undone guidance group services. This research is included in type of survey research. The population in this study are all of counselors in SMK Pekalongan. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling techniques, because there school didn’t have a subject research it mean a counselor and there a school may not to let in this research. Methods for collecting data using questionnaires given to counselors respondents. The  analysis techniques using factor analysis and descriptive percentage. The results showed that internal factor more influence than the external factor it’s mean that the internal factor being a determine in the undone guidance group services. the most contribute in the internal factor  component is professional factor, then in  the external factor the most contribute component in the undone guidance groups service is high task level of couselor. So the conclution in this research is internal factor being a determine in the undone guidance groups service,in the other side the internal factor and external being determine in the undone group services are profesional factor and the high task of couselor.

Abstract

Educational background guidance and counseling teacher will bring a variaty of considerations related to the competence of teachers guidance and counseling. The purpose of this research was to determine the competence of guidance and counseling teacers who came from graduate guidance and counseling and are not graduate of guidance and counseling at public high scools throughout the disttrict Rembang, and to know is there any difference. The method in this research is survey deskriptif komparatif. The population in this research is all the guidance and counseling teacers atpublic high scools throughout the disttrict Rembang totaled 27 teacers guidance and counseling.The sampling technique used is saturated Sampling. The data collection method used was a questionnaire in the from of a psychological scale. Data analysis using quantitative analysis using descriptive statistics and analysis of different test two-sample t-test independent. The research results showed that the guidance and counseling teacher competence graduate guidance and counseling are included in the catergory of very high (73%) and competence guidance and counseling teachers who are not graduates of guidance and counseling were high (73%). And there are significant differences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa kelas VIII G SMP N 24 Semarang yang memiliki kemampuan perencanaan karir rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik mind mapping terhadap kemampuan perencanaan karir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian Bimbingan dan Konseling adalah tindakan yang dilakukan oleh konselor dalam memberikan layanan guna memperbaiki kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan 6 kali treatment di kelas VIII G SMP N 24 Semarang, dengan subyek 32 siswa. metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala perencanaan karir. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data t-test dan deskriptif presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kemampuan perencanaan karir sebelum pemberian treatment sebagian besar pada kategori rendah (66%). Setelah diberikan treatment kemampuan perencanaan karir siswa meningkat sebesar (72%) dalam ketegori tinggi. Hal tersebut menunjukkan layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik mind mapping dapat berpengaruh pada kemampuan perencanaan karir.This research was conducted based on phenomena that occur in grade VIII G SMP N  24 Semarang that has the capability of planning a career low. The purpose of the research is to the service content mastery with mind mapping techniques towards the ability of career planning. This type of research is research experiments.Research guidance and Counselling is an action carried out by the counsellors in providing services to improve the quality of service.  This research was conducted 6 times treatment in class VIIIG SMP N  24 Semarang, with the subject of 32 students.the data collection method used is the scale of career planning. Technique of data analysis t-test and a descriptive percentage. Research results showed the ability of career planning prior to the giving of the treatment in large part on the low category (66%). After being given treatment ability of the career planning of students increased by (72%) In the High  requirements.  Shows content services with mind mapping techniques can affect the ability of career planning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan kebijakan kepala sekolah terhadap pelayanan BK di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatifdengan pendekatan penelitian kebijakan, sumber dataprimer dan sekunder. Subyek penelitian yaitu seluruh kepala SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Purbalingga. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan sarpras untuk BK sudah cukup lengkap walaupun belum maksimal karena minimnya anggaran dana. Kebijakan alokasi jam BK, prosentasenya 20% sama sekali tidak ada jam BK, 40% semua kelas ada jam BK, sedangkan 40% lainnya hanya sebagian kelas yang ada. Kebijakan mengenai kualifikasi akademik konselor, 50% dari jumlah seluruh guru BK yang berlatarbelakang pendidikan BK, dan 50% lainnya non BK. Hampir semua guru BK sudah memenuhi kriteria beban kerja guru BK yaitu minimal mengampu 150 siswa.Supervisi BK oleh kepala sekolah masih belum optimal. Anggapan BK sebagai polisi sekolah sudah mulai hilang karena kebijakan kepala sekolah yang menetapkan guru BK tidak boleh menghukum siswa. Simpulan penelitiannya yaitu secara umum kepala sekolah sudah mengetahui peran serta tanggungjawab kepala sekolah terhadap pelayanan BK, tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya kepala sekolah kurang menerapkan pemahamannya serta kurang melihat kebutuhan dari guru BK dan siswa. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of headmaster’ policytowards guidance and counseling service in state high schools. It used qualitative research with policy research analysis approach, primary and secondary data sources. The subjects of this research are all headmasters of state high schools throughout Purbalingga district. Observation, interview, documentation are the instruments used in this research. Result of this study shows that in providing the infrastructureis generally appropriate. There are 20% of which haven’t any time allocation, 40% have time allocation, and 40% have time allocation for some classes. Policy related to counselor academic qualification shows that 50% have guidance and counselingacademic background, and 50% the others haven’t background of guidance and counseling. Almost all counselor are fulfillingthe task qualification of counselor. Headmaster supervision of counseling program isn’t optimal. The policy from headmaster in forbidding counselor give punishment for students makes the idea that counselor is like school police is disappeared. The conclusion of this study is, generally headmasters have already known and understood about their role and responsibility towards counseling service. In fact,  the headmasters couldn’t apply their understanding well.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam diskusi kelompok pada siswa kelas VIIIE melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan adalah Pre Eksperimental Design, serta pola eksperimen yang digunakan adalah pre-test and post-test. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling yang berjumlah 10 siswa terdiri dari 8 siswa berkriteria rendah dan 2 siswa berkriteria sedang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi yang digunakan pada saat sebelum dan sesudah pemberian bimbingan kelompok. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan deskriptif persentase. Pada hasil pre-test diperoleh keaktifan siswa dalam diskusi kelompok dengan kategori rendah (51,29%). Dan setelah diberikan treatment berupa layanan bimbingan kelompok diperoleh hasil post-test keaktifan siswa dalam diskusi kelompok dengan kategori tinggi (70.2%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan keaktifan siswa dalam diskusi kelompok pada siswa sebesar 19%. Dengan demikian keaktifan siswa dalam diskusi kelompok dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok.   The purpose of this research is to improve student activity in a group discussion in class VIIIE through group guidance services. This research, including the type of experiments research. Design used was pre experimental design, as well as the experimental pattern used is a pre test and post test. Sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling totaling 10 students consisted of 8 students with low criteria and 2 students with middle criteria. Data collection method using psychological scales used in the time before and after the group guidance services. Techniques of data analysis using Wilcoxon test and descriptive percentages. Pre test results obtained on student activity in discussion groups with low category (51,29%). And after a given treatment in the form of group guidance services post test results obtained active students in discussion groups with high category (70.2%). The result showed an increase student activity in a group discussion by 19%. Thus the activity of students in a group discussion can be improved through group guidance services.

Abstract

Self-esteem is the most important thing for creating a good personality. Self-esteem is an individual evaluation from the differentiation between self-image and ideal-self. However, low self-esteem is often experienced by several individuals in sosial interaction which happened at SMP Negeri 2 Ungaran. The aim of this research is to know whether the case low self-esteem in social interaction of VIII grade students could be solved through rational emotive counseling by using reframing technique. This research used case handling approach. In addition, the method that used are interview and observation. In analising data, the researcher used comparative analysis, content analysis, and logic analysis. After giving treatment to three students, can be seen that students who had low self-esteem had changed with had rational beliefe, when meeting with his friends no longer beat the view, the intensity of the client alone in a classroom when recess was already reduced, it looks more confident when interact with his friends, and his was not ashamed and afraid when hanging out with friends. The research can be concluded that low self-esteem can be solved through rational emotive counseling by using reframing technique.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku teman sebaya, gambaran perilaku asertif siswa, dan adanya pengaruh perilaku teman sebaya terhadap asertivitas siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK se-Kabupaten Rembang dengan sampel berjumlah 334 siswa yang diambil secara cluster proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi dan angket. Validitas instrumen menggunakan rumus product moment dan perhitungan reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perilaku teman sebaya termasuk dalam kriteria cukup sesuai (65,01%) sedangkan perilaku asertif siswa dalam kriteria tinggi (68,46%), dan pengaruh perilaku teman sebaya terhadap asertivitas siswa sebesar 4,31%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya pengaruh perilaku teman sebaya terhadap asertivitas siswa.This study is aimed to find out the description of peer’s behavior, the description of the students’ assertive behavior, and the influence of peer’s behavior towards the students’ assertiveness. The populations in this study were all students of Vocational Schools in Rembang regency with samples of 334 students obtained by cluster proportional random sampling. The methods for collecting data used in this study were psychological scale and questionnaire. The validity of the instrument used product moment formula and the reliability calculation used Alpha formula. The techniques for analyzing the data were percentage descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The result of the analysis showed that the peer’s behavior belonged to sufficient enough criteria (65.01%) whereas the students’ assertive behavior was in high criteria (68.46%) and the influence of the peer’s behavior towards the students’ assertive behavior was 4.31%. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman konselor terhadap implementasi bimbingan dan konseling dalam kurikulum 2013. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu angket tertutup  yang diberikan kepada  22 orang konselor SMA di Kabupaten Cilacap. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman konselor terhadap implementasi bimbingan dan konseling di SMA se-Kabupaten Cilacap termasuk dalam kategori tinggi (70.78%) dengan perincian indikator variabel yaitu pemahaman konselor terhadap posisi bimbingan dan konseling dalam kurikulum 2013 sebesar (72.46%) , pemahaman konselor terhadap program bimbingan dan konseling dalam kurikulum 2013 sebesar (71.60%), dan pemahaman konselor terhadap implementasi program bimbingan dan konseling dalam kurikulum 2013 sebesar (67.20%). Simpulan penelitian ini yakni konselor SMA se-Kabupaten Cilacap telah mempunyai pemahaman terhadap implementasi bimbingan dan konseling dalam kurikulum 2013 dengan kriteria tinggi. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of understanding on the implementation of guidance and counseling in 2013 curriculum. Method of data collection is used closed questionnaire and it was given to 22 high school counselors in Cilacap in which the data obtained was analyzed through descriptive percentages. The results showed that the level of counselors’ understanding in the implementation of guidance and counseling in high schools in Cilacap are in a high category (70.78%), with the details of the indicator variable are as follows; the understanding of the position of guidance counselor and counseling in 2013 curriculum was amounted to (72.46%), while counselor’s understanding of guidance and counseling programs was (71.60%), and counselors understanding of the implementation toward guidance and counseling programs was (67.20%). By considering the study findings above, it can be concluded that the high schools counselors in Cilacap already have sufficient understanding on the implementation of 2013 curriculum of guidance and counseling program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Karangrayung yang memiliki kreativitas rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh layanan penguasaan konten. Subyek penelitian mengambil kelas rendah SMP Negeri 2 Karangrayung yaitu kelas VII H yang berjumlah 25 menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologis kreativitas belajar. Instrumen tersebut telah diujicobakan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan validitas dengan rumus product moment dan reabilitas instrument dengan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif persentase dan t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kreativitas belajar setelah diberi perlakuan berupa layanan penguasaan konten sebesar 7,13%. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-test diperoleh nilai thitung= 6,929 dan ttabel= 2,064 berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jadi, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah layanan penguasaan konten mempengaruhi kreativitas belajar. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan guru pembimbing agar memanfaatkan layanan penguasaan konten dengan cara belajar kelompok dan mind mapping disarankan digunakan oleh guru BK untuk meningkatkan kreativitas belajar.This research was conducted based on phenomena that occur in grade VIII Negeri 2 Karangrayung which has a low learning creativity. The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the effect  mastery of content services. Subject of this research is the lowest class in National Junior High School 2 Karangrayung which is 25 students in VII H class from purposive sampling. The technique of datas’s collect is psychology scale about creativity in learning. The instrument has been tested with product moment formula for validity, and alpha formula for realibility. The technique of data’s analysis is descriptive percentage and t-test. The result of this research are there is an increased creativity in learning after treatment was given amounted to 7.13%. Based on the results of t-test obtained by value t = 6,929 and t table = 2,064, means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, the results of this reaserch is mastery of content services are affect creativity in learning. Therefore, it is expected that guidance and counseling teachers in order to provide services utilizes mastery of content services with learning group and mind mapping suggested guidance and counseling teacher used to increase creativity in learning students.
