Abstract

The purpose of this research to obtain empirical data  of the effectiveness of group guidance service with role playing technique to improve interpersonal communication. The population in this research is all of XI IPS 4 SMA N 14 Semarang which consist of 36 students and the samples were 10 students which taken using purposive sampling. Data collection methods were using psychological scale and observation. The data analysis techniques was using wilcoxon match pairs test. The research results showed that interpersonal communication before treatment included in moderate category and after treatment interpersonal communication included in high category. Wilcoxon match pairs test results showed that T (0) and T_table 5% (8) so that T_value<T_table (0 <8) which meant H_a was accepted and H_0 was rejected. It indicated that group guidance service with role playing technique effective in increasing interpersonal communication.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan fenomena yang ada di sekolah alternatif qoryah thoyyibah bahwa sekolah tersebut merupakan sekolah alam yang berlandaskan konsep kemandirian siswa, tidak ada proses belajar mengajar, tidak ada guru tetap dan tidak ada konselor sekolah yang membantu siswa untuk mengembangkan diri. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan diri siswa dari raw input-proses-output. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel penelitiannya yaitu 13 orang siswa, 2 guru pendamping dan kepala sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa Proses pengembangan diri di sekolah alternatif qoryah thoyyibah berdasarkan kemandirian siswa. Sesuai dengan teori belajar humanistik, Siswa didorong untuk bebas mengemukakan pendapat, memilih pilihannya sendiri, melakukan apa yang akan diinginkan dan menanggung resiko dari perilaku yang dtunjukkan. Peran guru dan siswa dalam proses pengembangan diri sangat penting, karena guru adalah sebagai fasilitator dan juga  guru memberikan motivasi. Dalam proses pengembangan diri bergantung pada kreatifitas guru, kepala sekolah, dan tenaga kependidikan lain dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan program-program sekolahnya. Siswa dapat mengembangkan bakat minatnya karena mereka melaksanakan komitment awal belajar dengan baik dan disiplin sehingga tercapai target dan keinginan masing-masing siswa.   The research was based on the phenomenon that is in an alternative school Qoryah Thoyyibah which is based on the concept of self-sufficiency of nature students, no teaching and learning, there is no permanent teacher and no school counselor helps students in self development. The purpose of this study is to determine the student development process from raw input-process-output. The Type of the research is descriptive research with a case research approach. The Research takes samples at 13 students, 2 teachers and an Headmaster. the Methods of data collecting is using interview, observation and documentation. The study says that the process of self-development in alternative schools Qoryah Thoyyibah is by students it selves. According to humanistic learning theory. The role of teachers and students in the process of self-development is very important. In the process of self-development is depends on the creativity of the teachers, principals, and other education personnel in managing and developing school programs. Students can develop their talents because they pay attention to their commitment  and discipline as they carry out their interest to learn in order to reach goals and desires of each student.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that is in junior high school of state 9 Semarang which shows that the students who have empathy in social interactions is low. The purpose of this study to determine the efforts and success in increasing empathy in the social interaction of students through experiential learning approach to group dynamics. This research is action research guidance and counseling. Subjects were 10 students who had low empathy in social interaction. Data collection methods used were psychological scales and observation. Wilcoxon test results obtained thitung 55.0 > 8.0 TTable or imply Ha accepted and Ho rejected. These results demonstrate empathy in students social interaction can be improved after getting the group dynamic experiential learning approach. Empathy in the social interaction of students before gaining experiential learning group dynamics approach to the low category 51.19%. After obtaining the dynamics of group experiential learning approach with 81.96% higher category. After the I cyclus increased empathy in social interactions by 14.93% from the initial conditions. After the II cyclus of empathy in social interactions increased by 15.84% of cyclus I. In addition, students progressing better behavior seen from the increasing indicators sensitive to others, trust, understanding, awareness of others, openness, social contacts, and social communication.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in students at SMP N 2 Jaken which has a high smoking behavior. The purpose of this study was to investagate tingat smoking behavior of students before and after counseling services as well as the effectiveness of the counseling approach rational emotive behavior therapy time projection techniques in reducing smoking behavior of students. This type of research is experimental research. Experimental research is research used to seek treatment effect tenterntu. This research carried out with 5 times the provision of treatment to students with a number of research subjects 2 students. Data collection method used is the psychological scale, observation, and interviews. Data were analyzed using analysis deskiptif percentage and Wilcoxon test. The results showed the smoking behavior in the high category R1 (69.5%) and R2 (68%). After being given treatment decline in smoking behavior in the low category R1 (55.5%) and R2 (55%). It shows that the smoking behavior of students can be lowered to 2 with counseling approach rational emotive behavior therapy time projection technique.

Abstract

Minat siswa dalam mengikuti layanan BK format klasikal dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal diantaranya adalah persepsi siswa tentang proses pelaksanaan layanan BK format klasikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang proses pelaksanaan layanan BK format klasikal dengan minat siswa dalam mengikuti layanan BK format klasikal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 siswa kelas X IPA dan IPS di SMA N 5 Semarang. Data diambil dengan instrumen berupa skala persepsi dan skala minat. Hasil dari uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara antara persepsi siswa tentang proses pelaksanaan layanan BK format klasikal dengan minat siswa dalam mengikuti layanan BK format klasikal yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,348 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, maka rh> rt. Dari hasil ini dapat disimpulkan  bahwa ada hubungan positif namun korelasi tidak cukup kuat  antara persepsi siswa tentang proses pelaksanaan layanan  BK format klasikal dengan minat siswa dalam mengikuti layanan BK format klasikal.The student interest in participating in a BK’s classical format services is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include the perceptions of students about the process of implementing the service of BK’s classical format. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between students perception of the service implementation process of BK’s classical format with students interest in participating a BK’s services classical format. This research is correlational. Subjects in this study were 96 students of class X science and social studies in high school N 5 Semarang. Data taken with instruments such as the perception of scale and the scale of interest. Results of correlation test showed that there is a relationship between the perceptions of students about the process of implementing the service of BK’s classical formats with the students interest in participating in the service of BK’s classical format demonstrated by the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.348 with a significance level of 5%, then rh> rt. From these results it can be concluded that there is a positive correlation but not a strong enough correlation between students perception of the service implementation process of BK’s classical format with students interest in participating BK’s classical format service.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the self-efficacy toward mathematics through mastery of content services with symbolic modeling techniques. This type of research is experimental research. The design uses Pre Experimental Design with experimental pattern One Group Pre Test and Post Test Design. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling technique as many as 28 student.The metods of data collection using self-efficacy scale for mathematics. While the analysis of the data using descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative data analysis. From the results of hypothesis testing showed thitung = 12.29 and ttabel = 2.005, so thitung > ttabel. These results indicate that there are significant differences between self-efficacy toward mathematics in class VIII in SMP Negeri 1 Lasem before and after a given service with content mastery of symbolic modeling techniques. The conclusions of this study are self-efficacy toward mathematics can be improved through mastery of content services with symbolic modeling techniques

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe the use of software in management IKMS® BK in SMA Semarang with descriptive research. In this thesis discusses the BK management planning, in the sphere of software IKMS® is in how the software operational IKMS® by teachers BK, obstacles encountered, IKMS® software weaknesses, advantages IKMS® software. The research location is in the district high schools in Semarang. Samples are schools that use software IKMS® as a need assessment instruments and analysis. Respondents are school counselors and school personnel as a data source support. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data used in this research is data triangulation.Results of research in the field indicates that planning in the management of BK are in accordance with the procedure, there is no constraint in operationalising software IKMS® by BK teachers, except in the input data is quite long. There are some disadvantages of IKMS® as students answer is still questionable honesty, need assessment results only acquire data from students nonverbal course, use a long time and the means used quite a lot. The advantages of the software are to assist in the administration IKMS® BK teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan berdasarkan fenomena di lapangan pada saat penulis melaksanakan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) di SMK Negeri 1 Semarang dan observasi awal di SMK Negeri 10 Semarang . Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana operasionalisasi dan hasil Home Visit di SMK Negeri se-kota Semarang tahun ajaran 2014/2015.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis penelitian survei. Untuk populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua guru BK di SMK se-kota Semarang yaitu sejumlah 47 guru BK. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sejumlah populasi yang ada. Sedangkan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif presentase. Hasil yang ditemukan bahwa operasionalisasi Home Visit di SMK Negeri se-kota Semarang telah dilaksanakan dengan presentase sebesar 70,52%, sedangkan tingkat keberhasilan Home Visit di SMK Negeri se-kota Semarang memiliki tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 70,46%. Simpulan yang didapatkan adalah operasionalisasi Home Visit di SMK Negeri se-kota Semarang telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik dan tingkat keberhasilan Home Visit di SMK Negeri se-kota Semarang cukup baik.This study was conducted based on the phenomenon at the time the writer underwent Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) in SMK Negeri 1 Semarang. Also, this study is based on the preliminary observation carried out in SMK Negeri 10 Semarang.  This research was conducted to know how the operationalization and results of Home Visit at all State Vocational High Schools (SMK N) in Semarang academic year 2014 / 2015. The type research used by the writer in this study is a survey research. The population in this study were all guidance and counseling teachers at SMK in Semarang city. There were 47 guidance and counseling teachers. The sample used were as many as the population. The data collection instruments used in this study was a questionnaire, while the analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results found that the operationalization of Home Visit at all State Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Semarang has been implemented with a percentage of 70.52%, while the success rate is 70.46%. The conclusion obtained is the operationalization of Home Visit at all State Vocational High Schools in Semarang has been implemented fairly well and the success rate is also pretty good.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan kunjungan rumah oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling. Angket tertutup diberikan kepada 19 orang guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Temanggung. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kunjungan rumah oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Temanggung termasuk dalam kategori yang tinggi (72.26%) dengan perincian indikator variabel yaitu perencanaan sebesar (73.58%), pelaksanaan sebesar (78.78%), evaluasi sebesar (68.72%), analisis hasil sebesar (66.84%), tindak lanjut sebesar (69.12%), dan laporan sebesar (66.32%). Simpulan penelitian ini yakni guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Temanggung telah dapat melaksanakan kunjungan rumah dengan kriteria tinggi. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of home visits doing by teachers of guidance and counseling. Sealed questionnaire was given to 19 teachers of guidance and counseling high schools at Temanggung Regency. It was analyzed by using descriptive percentages method. The results showed that the implementation of home visits by teachers of guidance and counseling in high schools at Temanggung Regency is included in the category of high (72.26%) with the details of variable indicator are the  plan is equal to (73.58%), the implementation (78.78%), the evaluation (68.72%), analysis of the results (66.84%), follow-up was (69.12%), and report amounted to (66.32%). The conclusions of this research is guidance and counseling teachers of high schools at Temanggung Regency has been able to carry out home visits with high criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar siswa melalui layanan penguasaan konten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP N 2 Limpung berjumlah 226 siswa dan sampel yang berjumlah 30 siswa yang diambil menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi dan observasi. Validitas instrumen menggunakan rumus product moment dan perhitungan reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase dan Uji T-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Ho penelitian ditolak dan Ha penelitian diterima. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tanggung jawab belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan penguasaan konten. The purpose of this study is to find out the improvement of learning responsibility by giving content mastery service. The population in this study is all of VII grade students of SMP N 2 Limpung which consist of 226 students and the samples were 30 students which taken using purposive sampling. Data collection methods were using psychological scale and observation. The instrument validity had been tested using product moment formula by Pearson and instrument reliability used the Alpha formula. Descriptive percentage analysis and T-Test were used in data analysis. The result shows that Ho in this study is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusion of this study is student’s learning responsibility can be developed by content mastery services.
