The research was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in junior high school students who have a low interest in participating in individual counseling and implementation of counseling services performed poorly. The purpose of this study was to determine the attitude of altruism relationship counselor with the student's interest in participating in individual counseling. The research is a survey research, research sites in SMP Bobotsari. Data collection methods used were Psychological Scale. Data were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation. The results showed the attitude of altruism relationship counselor with the student's interest in participating in individual counseling classes VIII to the value of "r" correlation coefficient is equal to 0.632. The conclusion of this study there is a positive relationship between attitudes of altruism school counselors and students' interest in participating in individual counseling class VIII SMP Negeri Se-Sub Bobotsari is in the high category.

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in Islamic Elementary fifth grade students of State Sumurrejo Semarang who display symptoms of low deviant behavior related to sex education knowledge. The purpose of this study was to change the level of students' knowledge of sex penddikan through information services. This type of research is experimental research. Experimental research is research used to search for a specific treatment effect. This study was conducted with eight times giving treatment at Government Elementary School sixth grade students of State Sumurrejo Semarang, the research subjects 23 students. Data collection methods used were a test of knowledge of sex education. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of the percentage and the Wilcoxon test. The results showed knowledge of sex education 39% of students categorized as low. After being given a treatment through information services increased knowledge of sexual education of students in the high category 75%. It shows that information services affect the increase students' knowledge is sex education.

This research was conducted based on phenomena that occur in grade V SD Negeri Sumurrejo 01 Gunungpati Semarang that has characteristics of adaptability that is still low. The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence regarding the influence of the tutoring service group with the technique of the gametowards the adaptability of students. This type of research is research experiments. The research was conducted with nine times the grant of preferential treatment on grade V SD Negeri Sumurrejo 01 Gunungpati, Semarang, with the subject of 10 students. The data collection methodused is the psychological scale. Analytical techniques descriptive analysis of the data using the percentage and wilcoxon test. The results showed an increase in adaptability in students achieving 19,96%. This indicates that there is an influence of the grant guidance group with games against conformity engineering students.

Findings phenomena through field observations with DCM and interviews with Counselor is the existence of barriers in the selection of secondary school students of the inside and outside. The aim of research to determine the internal and external factors that inhibit the selection of secondary school students of class IX in Junior High School 1 Cluwak Pati academic year 2015/2016. This type of research is a survey research. For the population in this study were all students of class IX, namely a number of 288 students. Samples of 25% which is 72 students, and the data collection instruments constitute the psychological scale election of school. Analysis of the data used is descriptive percentage. Results found that the internal factors that inhibit the selection of secondary school students of class IX amounted to 65.35%, while external factors that inhibit the selection of secondary school students of class IX amounted to 64.58%. The conclusion is that students have the highest barriers on both factors of physical condition and the condition of a friend. Suggestions put forward can be taken into consideration in providing services related to the field of career to students.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe the use of software in management IKMS® BK in SMA Semarang with descriptive research. In this thesis discusses the BK management planning, in the sphere of software IKMS® is in how the software operational IKMS® by teachers BK, obstacles encountered, IKMS® software weaknesses, advantages IKMS® software. The research location is in the district high schools in Semarang. Samples are schools that use software IKMS® as a need assessment instruments and analysis. Respondents are school counselors and school personnel as a data source support. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data used in this research is data triangulation.Results of research in the field indicates that planning in the management of BK are in accordance with the procedure, there is no constraint in operationalising software IKMS® by BK teachers, except in the input data is quite long. There are some disadvantages of IKMS® as students answer is still questionable honesty, need assessment results only acquire data from students' nonverbal course, use a long time and the means used quite a lot. The advantages of the software are to assist in the administration IKMS® BK teachers.

This research implemented based on the phenomenon in VIII F grade of SMP Negeri 15 Semarang which shows that there are many students who has low learning motivation. The purpose of this research is to understand wheter the students learning motivation can be improved through the information services by using comics. The population is students of VIII F of SMP Negeri 15 Semarang that consists of 32 students and the sample is applied in all the population by using ‘jenuh sampling’ technique. The data collection technique uses a psychological scale of learning motivation and observation. While the data analysis technique uses the percentage of descriptive analysis and t-test. The result indicates that there is 20,34 % improvement of learning motivation after given some treatment of information services by using comics. Based on the t-test result, the value of tcount =48,802>ttable = 2,042 or it means that Ha is accepted and Ho is refused. Thus, the result of this research is learning motivation can be improved through the information services by using comics. Therefore, it is expected for teachers to give information services by using comics to students intensively as a strategy to help students learning motivation improvement.

Purpose in this research is to test the influence of services guidance mastery content technique modeling symbolic by the video to self acceptance students (self acceptance). Population in this study class viii junior high schools 1 secang consisting of the class viiia-viiif and sample in this research class viiic which consisted of 30 students use purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using psychological scale and observation, using validity with the formula product moment and reliability an instrument with the formula alpha. Data analysis technique be used that is descriptive analysis the percentage and t-test. The result showed the presence of the influence of service content mastery of technique symbolic unified with the media video to an acceptance of students shown with an increase in the self acceptance after these services as much as 14,28 % and testing shows t , indicate its value t-count = 17,442 and t-table = 0,683. Thus the value of t count > t table so that Ha accepted and Ho rejected. So concluded the service mastery of symbolic modeling techniques with video media has a significant impact on the acceptance of self (self aceptance) students

This research was held based on the phenomena that occured in SMP N 2 Ambalelections insecondary schoolsaffectedby theirfriendand was notsure of theplanningschoolof their choice. The lack of information makes the students confused in decision-making for further studies. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of symbolic modeling technique of information service toward self-efficacy decision-making for further studies. This research included in the experimentsresearch with one group pre test and post test design. The population of this research is the nine grade of SMP Negeri 2 Ambal. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Class IX E was being the sample with number of research respondents 30 students. The method of data collection in this study wasself-efficacy dalam Scale instrument decision-making for further studies. Methods of data analysis was descriptive percentage test and T-Test. Research results obtained, self-efficacy decision-making for further studies before symbolic modeling information engineering services given was 44.94% whereas after treatmentwas given it was being 82,36%. Thus, the symbolic modeling information engineering services can affect decision making self-efficacy for further studies.

Abstract This research was conducted based on phenomena that occur in grade X SMK N 7 Semarang that has breach of discipline. The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence about the contribution of moral intelligence and interpersonal intelligence against discipline in complying with the code of conduct of the school. This research is ex-post facto research. This research was conducted at SMK N 7 Semarang grade X, with 176 student subjects. Data collection methods used the scale of psychology. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that moral intelligence partially has positive correlation to the discipline in complying with the code of conduct of the school (rparsial = .357, p<.01) . Interpersonal intelligence partially has positive correlation (rparsial = .279, p<.01) . And next, moral intelligence and interpersonal intelligence together contribute to the discipline in complying with the code of conduct of the school of 55,3%. During the action, it shows the moral intelligence and interpersonal intelligence contribute to discipline in complying with the conduct of the school.

This research has been implemented according to phenomenon in several elementary school state of Boja region which indicate the diversity between regular students and Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) students. The objective of this research is to observe the difference of achievement motivation between regular students and CCT students. The population are 27 public elementary schools in Boja and the sample are 12 public elementary schools with 60 regular students and 60 CCT students using purposive sampling technique. The instrument has been tested for validity used product moment and reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Data analysis techniques used that is analysis descriptive percentage. The researcher used statistical t-test analysis technique to analyze the data. The result showed significant number at 0,618. Based result t-test of achievement motivation score tcount= 9,042> ttable= 1,980 or meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The result of this research is that there is difference achievement motivation between regular students and CCT students. Therefore, teachers are expected to give support and guidance to regular students and conditional CCT students in order to increase the student’s acievement motivation in a better way.
