The study is based on the phenomenon on the ground when researchers conducted a preliminary study at the time of PPL in SMA 3 Semarang, which shows that the relatively high level of academic procrastination. The purpose of this study is to predict the positive influence between students' perceptions about the mastery of content services to academic procrastination . This type of research is ex-post facto study. The study population was all students SMA 3 Semarang totaling 1008 students and the sample totaled 204 students use simpe random sampling by a draw. Data collection method used is a psychological scale and questionnaire questionnaire. The instrument has been tested for use in research the validity of the formula used by the Pearson product moment and reliability of the instrument with Alpha formula. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results showed a 43% positive influence on students' perceptions about the mastery of content services to academic procrastination. Conclusions from this research that there is a positive influence on students' perceptions about the mastery of content services to academic procrastination.

Researchers saw indications of a behavior that they can not concentrate in learning, especially some students who get the process of service delivery of guidance and conseling or in following subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the service of content mastery with mind mapping method is effective to improve students' learning concentration. This type of research is pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. The subjects of this study is the whole populations of VIII-J while the method of data collection used a scale of learning concentrations psychology with using data analysis of t-test. The level of students’learning concentration before service delivery was gained an average of 56% (medium) and after delivering of services it rose to 68% (average) after delivering services the students’learning concentration increased to 12%. The result of T test showed that the t value = 4.97 with t = 2.04, it can be concluded that Ha was accepted. Research shows that services of content mastery with mind mapping method is effective to improve students' learning concentration. The suggestion which can be given is guidance and counseling teachers should be able to socialize the skills of giving the service of content mastery to increase the students’learning concentration, especially with mind mapping method.

This research aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of the SMA needs assessment in Kudus and teacher ratings of the software DCM® BK. This form of research evaluation studies software DCM® used by school counselor in SMA Negeri Kabupaten Kudust by qualitative descriptive research. The study involved a school counselor as the primary data source and school personnel as a secondary data source. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of research in the field shows that school counselor SMA Negeri Kabupaten Kudus and already using several types of devices. In analyzing the results of DCM are already using software DCM®, but the operationalize software DCM® still experiencing difficulties, difficulties occurred due to the design of software that still has a weakness or a lack of skills in information technology owned school counselor, it can be concluded that appraisal to software DCM® school counselor are less effective for use in the programming need assessment.

The study was based on the phenomena of lack of implementation of instrumentation applications in school that are at the level sufficient at this stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis of the results, and reporting. This prompted researchers to conduct research on instrumentation application. The goal of this study was to investigate the implementation of instrumentation application in phases planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis of the results, and reporting. Type of thisresearch is descriptive survey method. The population is all of teachers guidance and counseling in Senior High School at Pati regency by using the study population because the population only 28 people in 8 schools. Data method useing the questionnaire. Instrument validity using the product moment formula. Reliability is use alpha formula. The data analysis used descriptive percentage. The result showed the following picture;instrumentation from the stage of planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis of result and report the results of a percentage of 57% (medium). It pointed out that counselor in Senior High School at Pati less understanding of implementing application, because it is on the e criteria.

Abstract The purpose of this research was to get empirical data about effect of group guidance against ability to establish friendship relation of class VIII D Giriwoyo 1 junior high school, Wonogiri. This research used quantitative with an experimental design. The population was all student of class VIII D Giriwoyo 1 junior high school, Wonogiri. Sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling. Sample in this research were 10 students of class D. Instrument of this research were ability to establish friendship relation scale and handbook observation. The data analysis technique used descriptive percentage analysis and wilcoxon match pairs analysis. The result showed the ability to establish friendship relation of student before student are given group guidance service is in the average medium category (65,8%) and after obtaining group guidance service have an average in the high category (78,80%). Based on wilcoxon showed Zacount = 0 and Ztable = 8. The conclusion of this research was guidance group service given positive effect to ability to establish friendship relation student of class VIII D Giriwoyo 1 junior high school, Wonogiri.

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in Pemalang in the used of software IKMS® for planning program. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of planning BK program and the use of softwareIKMS® in SMA Negeri Pemalang. This study used qualitative research with descriptive design. This study involved counselor as the main data source and school personnel as supporting data. The technique of collecting data used interview, check list, and documentation. The technique validity of data used triangulation source. The analysis of the data used the data display, data reduction, triangulation and verification. The result is implementation of need assessment, determination of data interpretation, determination of priority needs, goal setting program, determination of the procedure program, and evaluation planning is good. The obstacle of the using IKMS® softwarewas complicated data processed. The advantage of the using IKMS® program was more efficient because it did not need much time to analyzing data. The deficiency of the using of IKMS® program was the counselor is uncreative in making programs. From the result and discussion can be concluded that according to the councelor to use of softwareIKMS® was less effective in the planning BK programs.

Educational background guidance and counseling teacher will bring a variaty of considerations related to the competence of teachers guidance and counseling. The purpose of this research was to determine the competence of guidance and counseling teacers who came from graduate guidance and counseling and are not graduate of guidance and counseling at public high scools throughout the disttrict Rembang, and to know is there any difference. The method in this research is survey deskriptif komparatif. The population in this research is all the guidance and counseling teacers atpublic high scools throughout the disttrict Rembang totaled 27 teacers guidance and counseling.The sampling technique used is saturated Sampling. The data collection method used was a questionnaire in the from of a psychological scale. Data analysis using quantitative analysis using descriptive statistics and analysis of different test two-sample t-test independent. The research results showed that the guidance and counseling teacher competence graduate guidance and counseling are included in the catergory of very high (73%) and competence guidance and counseling teachers who are not graduates of guidance and counseling were high (73%). And there are significant differences.

The purpose for this research was to get empirical data about increase interpersonal communication as mastery of content service with technique sociodramas. Population of this study was class X of the SMA N 2 Ungaran was classes of X1-X11 and the sampel of class X8 which consist of 34 students was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were using psychological scale and observation. The instrument has been tested for validity using product moment and reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Data analysis techniques used that is analysis descriptive percentage and t-test. The result of this research showed there was increase of interpersonal communication after be given conduct as mastery of content service with technique sociodramas as big as 8,6%. Based result t-test score tcount = 10,927> ttable = 2,042 or meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So, result of this research is interpersonal communication can be increased as mastery of content service with technique sociodramas. Therefore, It is hoped that the teacher as a guide can be more intensively applicate mastery of content service with technique sociodramas to the students as an alternative strategy to help students increase interpersonal communication

The research was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in women students junior boarding school education who have behavioral violation of the rules set boarding school. This study aims to determine how the image of self-control education junior high school female students in Pondok Pesantren Al-Muayyad Surakarta and its aspects and factors that influence it. This type of research is qualitative case study design. The research location in Pondok Pesantren Al-Muayyad Surakarta. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation. Techniques of analysis using models Miles and Huberman. Testing the validity of the data using the techniques of observation and triangulation source persistence. The results show the subject's self-control is influenced by factors vary with the subject's motivation to enter in boarding school and peer influences that are subjects that have weak and strong self-control. Location of the boarding school in the urban influence on the behavior of which is owned by the students. The conclusions in this study found three self-contained control on women students junior high school education that is against the rules of self-control, self-control and self-control against the norms of the social conditions. The most important factor is the subject of self-control forming peers.

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of BK services in Semarang whether all services can be implemented by counselor with qualitative. descriptive study is about the implementation of BK services that include direct services such as the assignment of counselor, RPLBK used as a reference implementation of the service, and indirect services such as directing students through services such as media, teachers held consultations BK, counselor and cooperation with stakeholders, samples are teachers who carry out services BK. Respondents are counselors and school personnel as supporting data sources, data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used data triangulation. Data Analysis namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. Results of research tasks counselor in implementing services classical, individuals and groups are still less than the maximum hampered by the allocation of time, the structure in RPLBK not much has changed and every year almost the same, directing students through various forms of media, but in its implementation counselor still less attention to media such boards are rarely updated guidance and sharing boxes that were not appropriate in its implementation, consultations counselor not yet fully done together stakeholders
