Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of fund, land area, farming experience, and number of labor on a cocoa production which is moderated by a farming motivation in Subah and Pecalungan, Batang. It is a quantitative descriptive research study. A random sampling technique was used in the sample selection of simple random sampling. The data collection method was using questionnaires. The data were analyzed by a path analysis with moderated regression analysis. Results of the study shows that fund influenced the cocoa production which is moderated by the farming motivation for 0.4976 or 49.76%, land area influenced the cocoa production which is moderated by the farming motivation for 0.4853 or 48.53%, farming experience did not influence on the cocoa production which is moderated by the farming motivation for -0.0151 or -1.51%, and number of labor influenced the cocoa production which is moderated by the farming motivation for 0.5177 or 51.77%. Suggestion for the next researcher is to analyze on another variables that influence the cocoa production, for instance; amount of the productive cocoa trees, weather, and farming technology

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the influence of society, school environment, the role of parents, friend circle, and self-efficacy on students' intentions to be an entrepreneur. The population of this study was the 9th grade students of SMP Satu Atap Kandangserang in the academic year of 2020/2021. There were 117 students as the sample of the study who were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a linkert scale questionnaire, which was given directly to the respondent. The data analysis used the IBM SPSS 24 and AMOS 20 path analysis. The results showed that the influence of society, parents, school, friend circle on self efficacy also the influence of society on entrepreneurial intention have a significant effect. While the influence of parents, school on entrepreneurial intention have no significant effect. Furthermore, the influence of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention has a significant effect, the goodness fit test showed that the significance probability of all variables can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of foreign investment, domestic investment, economic growth, wages, population, and education on the level of open unemployment in the Province of Bali. This research is a quantitative study using panel data during the period 2014 - 2018 with observations of nine regencies / cities in Bali Province. The analytical method used panel data regression. Based on the model selection test with the Lagrange multiplier, the result is obtained that the random effect model is the right model to use in this study. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test indicate that foreign investment variable partially has a negative but insignificant effect on the level of open unemployment with a coefficient of -0.000702. The domestic investment variable has a negative but insignificant effect on the level of open unemployment with a coefficient of -0.013545. The economic growth variable has a negative and significant effect on the level of open unemployment with a coefficient of -2.726141. The wage variable has a negative and significant effect on the level of open unemployment with a coefficient of -2.156453. The population variable has a positive and significant effect on the level of open unemployment with a coefficient of 0.157335. The education variable has a positive and significant effect on the level of open unemployment with a coefficient of 3.465220

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is a formal education which provides a special training pattern to direct their students become the graduates who are ready to enter participate professionally in the business world or even companies. Consequently, the vocational school required to be able to produce graduates with the standard competencies expected by the working world. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of industrial work practice, career guidance and family environment on working readiness by soft skills. Method of the study used was a quantitative study. The population in this study was all of the students on grade 12th of SMK Negeri 2 and SMK Negeri 9 in Semarang which were 634 students with 139 students as the sample of the study. Data collection technique was questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was a descriptive percentage statistics, path analysis and Sobel test. Results of the study showed that there is an influence of industrial work practice, career guidance, family environment, and soft skills on working readiness. Based on the sobel test result, soft skills can mediate the influence of industrial work practice, career guidance and family environment on working readiness

Abstract

Permasalahan perekonomian yang dihadapi Indonesia adalah masalah pengangguran yang berpotensi menimbulkan masalah kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pelaksanaan program Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Perdesaan (PUAP), serta dampak yang ditimbulkan adanya program ini di desa Plaosan, Pati. Kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat, perubahan sosial dan teori inovasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan program kurang sesuai pedoman teknis, pelaporan belum mampu mengambarkan pelaksanaan program secara menyeluruh. Evaluasi pelaksanaan program secara menyeluruh belum mampu mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Dampak positif pelaksanaan adalah membantu pemenuhan modal, meningkatkan peran serta dalam kelembagaan kelompok tani, meningkatkan kemampuan petani dalam bidang pertanian dan pendapatan, membantu pemenuhan pupuk. Dampak negatif adalah kecemburuan sosial bagi masyarakat yang tidak memperoleh dana bantuan.   Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ Problems facing Indonesia's economy is unemployment that could potentially cause problems of poverty. This study aims to determine the implementation and evaluation of the implementation of the Rural Agribusiness Development program (PUAP), as well as the impact of this program in the village Plaosan, Pati. This research is a study in community development, social change and innovation theory. The results showed less appropriate implementation of technical guidelines, reporting has not been able to portray the overall program implementation. Evaluation of the implementation of the program as a whole has not been able to achieve success indicator. The positive impact is to assist the implementation of capital adequacy, increased institutional participation in farmer groups, improving the ability of farmers in agriculture and income, help meet the fertilizer. The negative impact is jealousy for people who do not obtain a grant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa, (1) nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang telah ditanamkan pada siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Magelang adalah: nilai keimanan dan ketaqwaan (imtaq), nilai kejujuran, kedisiplinan, percaya diri dan tanggung jawab, kreatif dan inovatif serta perilaku kerja prestatif, (2) upaya penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dengan melalui pengintegrasian nilai-nilai kewirausahaan kedalam mapel, pengembangan diri, dan Praktik Kerja Industri, (3) proses implementasi Prakerin dilakukan oleh siswa di industri besar, menengah  dan industri kecil atau industri rumah tangga dengan menggunakan sistem block ( block release ) selama 4 – 5 bulan (4) dampak Prakerin: siswa telah memperoleh tiga kemampuan yakni, peningkatan kemampuan profesional, kemampuan sosial, dan kemampuan pribadi. Penelitian ini menyarankan (1)perlu pembenahan kurikulum dalam rangka penginternalisasian nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang mampu membentuk karakter wirausaha pada peserta didik, (2)peningkatan peran sekolah dan DUDI dalam rangka penanaman nilai-nilai dan jiwa kewirausahaan pada diri peserta didik, (3) perlu pengintegrasian dan pengembangan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan melalui kultur sekolah, dan (4)perlu pengoptimalan kegiatan bisnis di sekolah melalui unit produksi.   Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ The research used the qualitative approach. The data were analysed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the research are, (1) the primary entrepreneurship values that are taught to the students of SMK Muhammadiyah Magelang are : the value of faith for God, the value of honesty, discipline, self-confidence and responsibility, creativity and innovation, and work ethics, (2) the attempts to raise the entrepreneurship values are through integration of entrepreneurship values to the class, self-development, and industry job training, (3) the implementation of industry job training is completed by the students in the large, medium and small industry or home industry using block release system for 4 to 5 months, (4) the effects of the industry job training implementation are the students got three kinds of skills, they are the increasing of professionalism, social skills, and personal competence.The research suggests (1) the needs to improve curriculum in the scheme of internalizing the entrepreneurship values that will be able to create an entrepreneurship character for the students, (2) the boosting to the role of school and industry to raise the entrepreneurship values for the students, (3) the need of integration and development of entrepreneurship values through the school culture, and (4) the need of optimization in school business program through production unit in school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan perempuan penjual jamu gendong dalam meningkatkan kehidupan sosial, sumbangan perempuan penjual jamu gendong terhadap penghasilan keluarga, dan dampak peranan perempuan penjual jamu gendong kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi keluarga. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder dengan cara melakukan observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan informan terpilih, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dengan menyajikan data dalam bentuk tabel disertai interpretasi sehingga diperoleh suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi sosial dan kondisi ekonomi keluarga yang rendah mendorong perempuan bekerja di sektor publik. Motivasi perempuan bekerja memilih pekerjaan menjual jamu gendong adalah modal sedikit, tidak membutuhkan pendidikan/ ketrampilan tinggi, dan ajakan teman atau sebelumnya sudah ada saudara yang bekerja. Sumbangan pendapatan terendah perempuan penjual jamu gendong terhadap keseluruhan pendapatan keluarga ketegori keluarga adalah sebesar 20% dan sumbangan pendapatan tertinggi adalah 72,72%. Dampak kehidupan sosial peran perempuan penjual jamu gendong adalah keluarga mampu menyekolahkan anak, sedangkan dampak kehidupan ekonomi adalah peningkatan pendapatan keluarga yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarga.   Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ This study aims for know the role of women sellers jamu gendong in improving social life, the contribution women make seller of jamu gendong against family income, and the impact the role of women seller of jamu gendong social and economic life family. The data collected consist of primary and secondary data by direct observation, in-depth interviews with selected informants, and documentation. Analysis data using data analysis qualitative with presenting the data in the form of tables be accompanied interpretation so that is obtained a conclusion. The results showed that the social and economic conditions of low family encourage women working in the public sector. Motivation women worked choose jobs sell jamu gendong is capital a little, do not require education / skill high, and solicitation friend or previously already there is brother who worked. Donations the lowest income of women seller of jamu gendong against the overall family income ketegori family is amounted to 20% and donations highest revenue is 72.72%. Impact social life the role of of women sellers jamu gendong is a family afford to send child, whereas impact economic life is increasing the family income which can fulfill needs of family life.

Abstract

Biaya pendidikan diperlukan juga untuk memfasilitasi pelaksanaan kebijakan dan program sekolah. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya pendidikan terhadap hasil belajar, mengetahui besar pengaruh biaya pendidikan terhadap proses belajar mengajar, mengetahui besar pengaruh proses belajar mengajar terhadap hasil belajar, dan mengetahui besar pengaruh biaya pendidikan terhadap hasil belajar melalui proses belajar mengajar di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Rembang. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menjelaskan hubungan kausal variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Sampel sebanyak 85 responden dengan tehnik proporsional random sampling. Biaya pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap  hasil belajar sebesar 34,1%. Pengaruh biaya pendidikan terhadap hasil belajar merupakan pengaruh tidak langsung yaitu melalui proses belajar mengajar yaitu sebesar 47,8%. Pengaruh biaya pendidikan terhadap hasil belajar melalui proses belajar mengajar secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan sebesar 60,4%.   Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ Cost of education is also necessary to facilitate the implementation of school policies and programs. The purpose of this research to determine the effect of the cost of education on learning outcomes, determine the effect of the cost of education to the teaching and learning process, knowing the effect of the learning process to learning outcomes, and determine the influence of the cost of education on learning outcomes through the learning process in the District State High School Apex. This research approach is a quantitative approach to explain the causal relationship variables through hypothesis testing. Sample of 85 respondents with proportional random sampling technique. Cost of education has a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes was 34.1%. Influence the cost of education on learning outcomes is an indirect effect is through the process of teaching and learning that is equal to 47.8%. Influence the cost of education on learning outcomes through the learning process simultaneously have a positive effect and by 60.4%.

Abstract

Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah  dalam pengorganisasian  sumber daya manusia pada Business Center “SMK Mart” di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal; (2) untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah dalam pengorganisasian  barang dagangan pada Business Center “SMK Mart” di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal; (3) untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah dalam pengorganisasian layanan penjualan pada Business Center “SMK Mart” di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal; (4) untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendorong dan menghambat dalam pengorganisasian  Business Center “SMK Mart” di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Saran yang diberikan terkait dengan hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan yang dimiliki dapat melalui kegiatan pelatihan, workshop dan mengikuti seminar kewirausahaan.   Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ Objectives to be achieved in this study were (1) to describe and analyze the implementation of the entrepreneurial competencies of school principals in the organization of human resources at the Business Center "SMK Mart" at SMK Negeri 1 Kendal, (2) to describe and analyze the implementation of entrepreneurial competencies principals in organizing merchandise on Business Center "SMK Mart" at SMK Negeri 1 Kendal, (3) to describe and analyze the implementation of the entrepreneurial competencies of school principals in organizing sales service on Business Center "SMK Mart" at SMK Negeri 1 Kendal, (4) to identify and analyze the factors that drive and inhibit the organizing Business Center "SMK Mart" at SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. This study is a qualitative research. Advice given on the results of this research is to improve the competence of principals in entrepreneurship can be owned through training, workshops and seminars to follow entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah, bagaimanakah Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning Berbasis Multimedia Interaktif pada Pokok Bahasan Konsep Konsumsi dan Tabungan, apakah pengembangan model pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan prestasi hasil belajar pada Pokok Bahasan Konsep Konsumsi dan Tabungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang dengan jumlah sembilan kelas. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Cluster sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran yang diterapkan mampu membuat siswa berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran, berani mengemukakan pendapat kepada teman maupun guru, siswa dapat menghargai pendapat yang dimiliki siswa lain, membangun iklim kerjasama yang positif, dan menumbuhkan interaksi siswa dengan sesama teman dan guru sehingga menjadikan siswa lebih termotivasi dalam belajar sehingga membuat proses belajar  efektif. Saran yang diajukan adalah model pembelajaran hendaknya memenuhi kriteria efektif, efisien dan menyesuaikan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang ada.   Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ The problem studied in this research is, how Model Development Learning Contextual Teaching and Learning Based on Interactive Multimedia Concepts Highlights Consumption and Savings, whether the development model of learning can improve learning outcomes achievement Concept Highlights Consumption and Savings. The population in this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang by the number of ninth grade. Cluster sampling technique using sampling. The results showed that the development of applied learning model that is able to keep students actively involved in learning, dared to express opinions to friends and teachers, students may value the opinions of other students have, build a positive climate of cooperation, and foster interaction with fellow students and teachers so that make students more motivated to learn to make the learning process effective. The suggestions are learning model should meet the criteria of an effective, efficient and adapt existing knowledge development.
