Abstract

Purpose: This research examines the role of brand awareness in mediating the effect of social media marketing on purchase intention for MS Glow Men products.  MS Glow Men is a skincare brand specifically for men and men made from natural ingredients, which is quite well known among men's skincare product users.  Botanicals conducted this research in Denpasar City. Methodology: Research data was collected using an online questionnaire with a sample size of 100 respondents. The sample determination method uses a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. This research uses path analysis techniques. Findings: The research results show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness; brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; and brand awareness mediates the effect of social media marketing on purchase intention.  Implication: The MS Glow Men company should increase interactive content on social media, create exciting campaigns, and focus more on introducing the advantages of its products compared to competitors.

Abstract

In today's digital era, technology has advanced rapidly, enabling people to use their phones for various purposes easily, quickly, and instantly. E-commerce has grown rapidly in Indonesia, with Shopee being a leading platform. Shopee PayLater (SPayLater) allows users to make purchases with payment deferred to a later date. This study aims to analyze the factors of user-friendliness and risk perception influencing the interest of Bali State Polytechnic students in using SPayLater. Based on a survey conducted, SPayLater is very popular among students due to its convenience and various promotions offered. However, risk perceptions such as concerns about personal data and financial risks also influence user decisions. This research is quantitative, using data collected from 100 respondents who met the criteria through questionnaires. The method employed is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results show that userfriendliness and risk perception have a positive and significant impact on the interest in using SPayLater. High user-friendliness increases consumer interest, while risk perception does not reduce it. Both variables simultaneously influence consumer interest in using SPayLater. This study is expected to contribute to both companies and users.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of communication and work motivation on employee performance at the Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire filled in by the office employees. The data analysis methods used include correlation analysis, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, as well as hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The research results show that both communication and work motivation partially have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, communication and work motivation have also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the calculated prob.F value (sig.) of 0.000, smaller than the significance level of 0.05 or 5%. Overall, the independent variables, namely communication and work motivation, are able to influence the dependent variable, namely employee performance, with an R square (R2) value of 57.8%. The remaining 42.2% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as part of digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility in the hospitality industry. In response to rapid developments in digital technology, hospitality businesses are required to adapt to modern marketing practices that are more measurable and customer-oriented. One of the key strategies in this transformation is SEO, which plays a pivotal role in improving website rankings on search engine result pages, thereby attracting potential customers organically. This research employs a qualitative approach using data collection methods such as direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data sources include digital marketing personnel, analytics dashboards, and supporting literature. The primary focus is on evaluating how SEO initiatives—such as keyword optimization, content enrichment, and structural enhancements—contribute to measurable performance improvements. Findings indicate that the implementation of SEO, which began in December 2023, had a significant positive impact. The number of unique visitors increased by 68%, total visits grew by 101%, and page views surged by more than 624% in 2024 compared to the previous year. These improvements are closely linked to the systematic application of SEO techniques, including content relevancy, keyword alignment, and the use of analytical tools such as Google Analytics for ongoing evaluation. The conclusion drawn from this study is that consistent and well-executed SEO implementation significantly enhances online visibility and strengthens competitiveness in the digital hospitality landscape. The study emphasizes the importance of maintaining continuity in SEO practices to ensure long-term benefits. It also serves as a reference for digital marketing practitioners seeking to optimize their web presence in a highly competitive market.

Abstract

In a company, there are several factors that can make the company achieve its goals, one of which is human resources (HR), namely employees. Good quality human resources will have a good impact on the company and can encourage the company to move for the better. PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) company which operates in the airport services business. Based on data, the total average absence for the last 6 months was 4.37%. Because it exceeds 3%, it is categorized as high. This means that the higher the level of employee absenteeism, the lower the level of employee performance. So, the aim of this research is to determine the level of employee performance and efforts to improve employee performance in the Commercial Operation Unit of PT. Angkasa Pura 1 I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Branch Office. The limitation of this research is only to determine the level of employee performance and efforts to improve employee performance. The analytical method used is a qualitative descriptive data analysis method.  Qualitative descriptive analysis can take the form of observations, interviews, or questionnaires. The results of the research are an analysis of employee performance levels at the Commercial Operation Unit of PT Angkasa Pura I I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Branch Office seen from the five indicators, namely work quantity, work quality, timeliness, work discipline and ability, showing that the employee's performance level can be said to be very good. , with a percentage of between 80%-100%. The indicator that has the highest percentage value of employee performance level is quality of 92%, while the indicator that has the lowest percentage value of employee performance is attendance of 89.50%.
